The collaboration hub has been developed since 2004 as an online collaboration space, which supports the various collaborative works amongst small and medium enterprises using information sharing, collaboration project management, and project history management. Because of the change of manufacturing environment and rapid development of information technologies, it should be evolved from the existing version called Collaboration Hub 1.0. Recently, a lot of manufacturing enterprises know the importance of business process management(BPM) and start to introduce BPM systems. Our research group has developed the new version of Collaboration Hub 1.0 called Collaboration Hub 2.0 which contains the BPM concept, the consistent product data management, and the specialized functions overcoming the various variation of manufacturing. This study scrutinizes the meaning and role of the Collaboration Hub 2.0 and introduces an application study of it to the value chain of automobile module development consisted of a leading company and subcontractors. The case study covers the definition, execution and monitoring of collaboration process, the specialized functions overcoming the manufacturing variation and the key performance index of collaboration business.

우리나라 건설기업들은 최근 경제 위기를 겪으면서 대외적으로 커다란 환경변화의 요구에 직면해 왔다. 내$\cdot$외부의 환경변화는 기업의 경영조직에 많은 영향을 끼치고 이러한 경영조직은 기업의 경영성과와 밀접한 관계를 가지고 있다. 이에 대응하여 건설기업들은 환경변화에 적응하고 경영성과를 증진시키기 위한 일환으로 기업 내 구조조정, 경영혁신, 조직개선 등의 명목으로 기업경영조직의 개선 노력을 기울이고 있다. 즉, 기업성장에 도움이 되지 않는 조직 구조는 오히려 기업에 역효과로 작용하게 되므로 기업은 가치를 높일 수 있는 효율적인 조직구조를 갖추어야 한다. 또한 향후 환경변화에 유연하게 대처할 수 있는 경영조직의 개발과 구축은 기업의 경영성과를 증대할 수 있는 중요한 기반이 될 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 설문 및 자료조사를 통하여 기업의 조직구조를 분석하고 이를 유형화 한 후 OLC측면의 조직구조 형태분석으로 기업발전단계에 적정한 조직을 설계할 수 있는 모형을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcel in the Hongik-University commercial area, from the view point of commercial gentrification. A commercial gentrification occurs through a business-type-change in a spatial basic unit (microscopic spatial unit such as parcel) of an area which has not been considered in relavent policies and research. So, this study analyzed the spatial characteristics of business-type-changed parcels using the Cox's proportional hazard regression model. The main results of this study are as follows. First, as new developments in the adjacent area occur, the business-type-change probability increases. Second, by the commercial area division, the business-type-change probability is different. Finally, the accessibility is better, the probability is higher. These results could suggest that a consideration of the spatial characteristics form microscopic viewpoint is necessary to understand the commercial gentrification. And these could be used as basic data for a gentrification diagnostic and management system, which can predict gentrification from the view point of business-type-change on the basis of a parcel.

Purpose - The objective of this research is to a) examine the effects of online reviews, posted on online distribution channels, on the change of consumers' attitudes and booking intention by distinguishing three types of online review valence: positive, negative and neutral review valence, and b) to investigate the combined effect of the inclination of online review and perceived usefulness of reviews on consumers' attitude change. Research design, data, and methodology - An experimental design was used by creating a mimicked hotel company's website and online reviews extracted from several online distribution channels such as online travel agencies (OTAs). A total of 414 respondents were randomly assigned to a type of review valence. Results - The results showed that the valence of positive reviews has a significant effect on the positive change of attitude and booking intention. However, the effect of the valence of negative reviews on the change of booking intention was not statistically significant compared to that of the valence of neutral reviews. Conclusions - The results offer some insights into the effect of online reviews on consumers' decision making processes and have important managerial implications for companies that operate online distribution channels in terms of their online marketing and the distribution of service products.

The function of product design has been an important part for success on new product development We deeply studied 'Chocolate-Phone' case which is considered as a representative of adopting design-oriented new product development strategy. According to this study, we found three contextual factors and nine key success factors for design-oriented new product development. The contextual factors consist of the strong needs for innovative product development, customer's needs for the emotional value, competitive situation for the new product launching. The key success factors consist of design, development marketing, overall sides. The key success factors of design side are to select talented designers and take an insight for market and communication skill. The key success factors of development side are to possess high technological abilities, to do divergence with removing or giving up some function management's strong support. The key success factors of marketing side are to bring core marketers from outside, capacity to gather ideas from outside. The key success factors of overall side are to share design-oriented principle with other parts and to change member's mind from engineer-oriented to market-oriented.

Today, offshore design field is concerned with system integration such as CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing), PDMS(Product Data Management System) and EDMS(Engineering Data Management System) in order to cope with the change of engineering specification as owner's requirements during construction stage of the project. This paper deals with the case study that describes about the efficient interface between material control system and 3D CAD system to support the design process in offshore industry using design rules involved the designer's knowledge. In this paper, we constructed an information system, called knowledge-based CAD interface systems, which is composed material code management system and 3D specification generator which automatically creates 3D catalogue anti specification by linking the material code, called short code, and the specification components of the 3D CAD system. As a result of the construction, it is possible to maintain consistency of the design process, and through reduction of the design processing time and improvement of the design process, competitiveness is improved.

Risk assessment should be processed when physical circumstances of airspace such as establishment of new flight procedures or reconstruction of existing airspace are planned to change and one of the alternatives for the change have to be selected. This is an effort to find the best alternative which is able to maintain at or above the acceptable risk level. ICAO and its contracting states provide specialized guidance material for 'Safety Management System' relating to handing airspace matters. These manuals include a conceptual framework for managing safety as well as some of the systemic processes and criteria used to meet the objectives of a State's safety programme. This criteria must be established in compliance with the State's laws and regulations for air safety and for the fulfillment of the State's safety goals. This study is to carry out the risk assessment criteria through literature reviews relevant to the safety management, and to propose the results of criteria to be applicable for establishing flight procedure design process.

Various organizational factors effect successful implementation of IT enabled business transformation. Among them, the most critical success factor is deemed to overcoming change management problem. Lots of studies have been made on Implementation methodologies and business process formalizations to encourage organizational members to accept new business process changes. However, the logic or process redesign still depends on qualitative problem solving techniques mostly depending on basically human intuition such as brainstorming. cause-and-effect analysis. and so on. In this paper, we focused on developing analytic framework to design to-be business process structure. which can complement qualitative problem solving procedures. With effective use of IT as an enabler, we provide algorithmic framework applicable to designing various business process changes such as process automation, business process resequencing, and more radical process integration. The framework follows dynamic programming approach in the literature, which is based on the decision making paradigm of organizations to abstract business processes as quantitative decision models. As such, our research ran fill the gap of limited development of theory based analytic methodologies for business process design, by providing objective rationale to reach the consensus among the organizational members including senior management.

Schedule management of construction work is important in order to complete construction projects within a given period of time. Many efforts have been made and many tools have been developed in order to manage construction projects by a smart device such as smart phones and smart pads. This research proposed a basic design to manage construction schedules via a smart device using Flash. The interactive and graphic property of Flash enables a field manager to manage schedules easily and efficiently. A basic structure was designed for a user to be able to make and change a schedule by touching the smart device's screen. And a prototype was implemented by Adobe Flash/Flex Builder, it is applied to a sample network in a smart phone.
