This is an era in which companies should realize sustainable management through business models that propose social values beyond financial benefits and solve social problems. Accordingly, the role of corporate designers should be extended to social value propositions and materializations, including corporate profit-seeking. Among the members and organizations of the company, design organization and designers have strengths in terms of humanities and creativity compared to other organizations and members. We should actively seek opportunities for corporate designers to find the context of connecting businesses and society on their own, actively seek opportunities to integrate them with corporate design, expand the role of corporate designers through creative ideas, and actively pursue sustainable and wide social career development that encompasses both inside and outside of the company. To this end, we suggested three transitions of thougths to change the perception of fixed and straight-line forms of enterprise organization, enterprise design approach and product development process so far to present useful insights through case studies, how enterprise designers can accommodate social impact through new communication and access.

The function of product design has been an important part for success on new product development. We deeply studied 'Chocolate-Phone' case which is considered as a representative of adopting design-oriented new product development strategy. According to this study, we found three contextual factors and nine key success factors for design-oriented new product development. The contextual factors consist of the strong needs for innovative product development, customer's needs for the emotional value, competitive situation for the new product launching. The key success factors consist of design, development, marketing, overall sides. The key success factors of design side are to select talented designers and take an insight for market and communication skill. The key success factors of development side are to possess high technological abilities, to do divergence with removing or giving up some function, management's strong support. The key success factors of marketing side are to bring core marketers from outside, capacity to gather ideas from outside. The key success factors of overall side are to share design-oriented principle with other functions and to change member's mind from engineer-oriented to market-oriented.

Purpose: Management of water is a crucial issue globally and is becoming more critical due to climate change. The purpose of this study is to explore water resource management by considering price and water usage based on river basins and to suggest more efficient residential water demand management in South Korea. Research Design, data, and methodology: This study applied data of water usage and water price of 15 regions in four major river basins by considering up and downstream locations from 1997 to 2017 collected by Ministry of Environment in Korea. This study applied regression analyses, ANOVA, and 2-Way ANOVA to verify its claims. Results: The results found that effects of price on water usage showed significant in many cities. The results also showed that means of water usages differ based on location (upstream and downstream) and river basins. Conclusion: The findings provide important policy and management implications for the improvement of water resource management in terms of demand. The results also indicate that water price should be reconsidered by comparing water price levels with those of OECD countries. Furthermore, the results imply that water management in Korea needs to improve in terms of supply to cope with climate change.

디자인 교육의 변화가 요구되는 것은 산업의 가치 변화와 시장의 요구가 혼재되어 나타나는 현상이다. 오늘날 디자인 산업에 영향을 미치는 외부적 요건의 변화와 내부적 가치 변화는 소비자 중심의 디자인에서 이해관계자 중심의 디자인으로 가치가 전이되고 있다. 이러한 변화의 중심에서 본 연구는 디자인 교육의 분야별 특성에 부합하는 교육적 매커니즘의 내용적 제안이 목적이다. 디자인 특성화는 '디자인+비즈니스'의 개념으로 디자인의 고유 기능인 스타일 개발과 마케팅, 경영 전략, 창업 등을 결합하여 창의적 사고와 전략적 사고를 융합하여 활용함으로써 디자인 시너지의 극대화를 추구하는 새로운 영역을 뜻한다. 따라서 디자인 특성화는 우선 경제적 가치에서 교육의 정책을 실현해야 하며 이전의 도제적 교육관에서 벗어나 합리성과 효율성을 제고하는 디자인 프로세스로 전환되어야 한다.

Due to the expansion of accommodation space caused by increase of population along with lifestyle changes, most of people spend their time indoor except for the travel time. Because of this, environmental change of indoor is very important, and it affects people's health and economy in resources. But, most of people don't acknowledge the importance of indoor environment. Thus, monitoring system for sustaining and managing indoor environment systematically is needed, and big data clusters should be used in order to save and manage numerous sensor data collected from many spaces. In this paper, we design a big data cluster for the indoor environment monitoring in order to store the sensor data and monitor unit of the huge building Implementation design big data cluster-based system for the analysis, and a distributed file system and building a Hadoop, HBase for big data processing. Also, various sensor data is saved for collection, and effective indoor environment management and health enhancement through monitoring is expected.

The Ministry of National Defense announced 'Defense Reform 2.0' that aims to strengthen the country's security for decrease of regional uncertainties, growing requirements for advanced technologies, and a need for more efficiency in the Republic of Korea(RoK) Armed Forces this year. It said RoK Armed Forces have to change efficiently in preparation for rapid decline in military service resources as demographic cliff turning into reality, and the rapid evolution of the "battlefield environment" caused by developments in military science and technologies. RoK Navy combat Management System(CMS) made by domestic proprietary technology since 2000s and development centered on Agency for Defense Development require design changes for added requirements. So in this paper, I propose method of design a low cost and high efficiency navy CMS architecture based on high performance server and virtualization technology. And I create a test environment for analysis performance and compare the performance of proposed navy CMS and existing navy CMS.

계절 및 지형 등 다양한 환경요인으로 인하여 하천관리 전반에 대한 체계적인 관리가 어려워지고 있으며, 특히 여름철 집중호우와 하천개발사업 등 자연적 인위적인 요소에 의해 하천지형이 급격히 변화하는 특성을 보이고 있다. 이렇듯 변화하는 조건에서 효율적이고 능동적인 하천유지관리를 위해서는 하천지형 조사를 통한 데이터의 주기적인 획득과 조사 자료의 지속적인 관리업무지원을 위한 선진 하천유지관리체계 구축이 필요하다. 따라서 국가하천의 통합적인 정보제공 기반인 하천관리지리정보시스템(RIMGIS)의 기능개선 및 고도화를 통한 효율적인 체계구축의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 신규 하천지형 조사 자료의 체계적인 관리와 하천동적변화 관련 데이터의 효율적인 활용을 위하여 데이터베이스 및 시스템을 설계하여 하상변동 자료관리 프로그램을 개발하였다. 하천의 다양한 동적변화를 관리 및 분석하는 기능을 제공하고 있으며, 주요기능으로 하천조사자료 구축현황 조회, 하천 종 횡단면 모니터링, 하상변동 자료 분석 기능을 제공하여 하천 유지관리업무에 활용할 수 있도록 기반 아키텍처를 구성하였다. 하천동적변화와 관련된 유지관리업무에 본 프로그램을 활용함으로써 하천지형 조사 자료를 체계적으로 관리하고 효율적으로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Purpose - The objective of the present study is to examine the relationship between intellectual preferences of individuals and the level of readiness for change according to Ned Herman. Research design, data and methodology - For this, Iranian Supreme Audit Court was selected as a case study in this research and it was carried out to evaluate research variables and test hypotheses using standard questionnaires of intellectual preferences and readiness for change based on the methodology. It should be remarked that only 32 managers of Audit Court were willing to participate in this research and responded to the questionnaires. Results - The outputs of the performed tests showed that although there is not a significant relationship between the individuals with intellectual preferences for class A and readiness for change them, approaching the intellectual preferences of the individuals to D region increases the readiness for change them. On the other hand, whatever individuals have intellectual preferences for branches in groups B and C, the level of preparedness for change is low. Conclusions - The results of this research have made a clear policy for the effective utilization in human resources based on their intellectual preferences model for management with organizational changes.

발사체는 여러 부품이 모여 하나의 시스템으로 만들어진다. 여러 조직에서 개발되는 여러 부품을 하나의 시스템으로 만들기 위해서는 특정 시점에 모든 설계의 확정이 필요하다. 설계 확정 이후 변경은 통제된 절차 속에서 변경의 영향을 분석하고, 변경을 할지 말지 결정을 하고, 변경이 의도된 대로 잘 실시되었는지 확인하는 과정이 필요하다. 한국형발사체 개발과정에도 위와 같은 방식으로 구현된 형상 관리 절차를 적용하고 있다. CAD툴과 PLM을 연계하여 3D모델과 2D도면, 형상식별문서에 대해서 형상관리를 시행하고 있다.

The change of digital convergence service environment converted the subject of design into user -centric one instead of developer-centric one, and changed the existing design environment focused on product development into the new user -centric design environment. Accordingly, GUI considering user's usability come to take big shares in those contents being used for multimedia equipments. However, as the present educational contents provide complex interface due to its design produced based on the existing e-learning system, they have many problems in that they don't consider user's usability. Thus this paper aimed to analyze actual examples through GUI elements of educational contents being used for multimedia equipments and attempt to suggest some directions for development. additionally, consider the various characteristics of digital convergence environment and educational contents, and try to set up strategic directions possible to utilize user'-centric interface elements more usefully and properly at the time to produce designs.
