There has been a lot of growth more than 10% in the information security industry. In accordance with the industrial growth, it increased needs for the information security manpower development as a national problem. But there is an imbalance between demand and supply of the information security manpower in terms of the quantity and quality. It is mainly caused by the curriculum of the information security is made considering for suppliers not for demanders. As a resolution to solve this problem, we suggest the curriculum of information security for vocational education and training. As the information security area is wide in view of required knowledge and technology, we design the curriculum by selecting major occupation type from the information security manpower distribution and products and then by investigating the job description using NCS(National Competency Standard). And we compared the curriculum to that of two or three year diploma courses in Korea.

The conformance test is a methodology which verifies whether the Implementation Under Test (IUT) conforms to its standard specification or not. In this paper, first, the Conformance Test System(CTS) is implemented in prototype including verification test type, black-box test strategy, conformance test class, remote test structure, and IUT which is described by the ISO Estelle among Formal Description Techniques. Second, through this prototype the proposed system is experimented. The prototype is composed of two modules. The first module is the Estelle-to-Pascal preprocessor which converts the Estelle program to the corresponding Pascal program because the experimental IUT was described using the unexecutable code form of Estelle before being tested by the TD(Test Driver). The TD, the second module, is based on the master-slave concept and plays important role is CTS. The TD acts as the master with the IUTd being the slave. The prototype system is implemented using Turbo-C, Turbo-Pascal and Turbo-Assembly.

The Support Vector Data Description (SVDD) has achieved great success in anomaly detection, directly finding the optimal ball with a minimal radius and center, which contains most of the target data. The SVDD has some limited classification capability, because the hyper-sphere, even in feature space, can express only a limited region of the target class. This paper presents an anomaly detection algorithm for mitigating the limitations of the conventional SVDD by finding the minimum volume enclosing ellipsoid in the feature space. To evaluate the performance of the proposed approach, we tested it with intrusion detection applications. Experimental results show the prominence of the proposed approach for anomaly detection compared with the standard SVDD.

Safety critical systems are those in which a failure can have serious and irreversible consequences. Nowadays digital technology has been rapidly applied to critical system such as railways, airplanes, nuclear power plants, and vehicles. The main difference between analog system and digital system is that the software is the key component of the digital system. The digital system performs more varying and highly complex functions efficiently compared to the existing analog system because software can be flexibly designed and implemented. The flexible design make it difficult to predict the software failures. This paper reviews safety standard and criteria for safety critical system such as railway system and suggests development methodology, ordering management and assessment process for railway software with more detail description.

The economical design of steel towers fortrausmission line. This study has been made on the design criteria of steel towers for power trasmission line adopted in the United States of America, France, Japan and Korea in order to find out any access to design the economical steel twers in Korea following to our own climate conditions. As the result of this study, involved in this description. Writer belive that the weight of steel towers can be saved by 10% to 20% approximately on the steel towers which will be constructed in the near future in Korea, by the possibility of reducing the design wind pressures on towers and cables in those areas of inland of Korea, the increase of number of standard towers from four types to five, the adoption of comparative narrower base towers than those in past practice and improvement on the assumption of manimum delection angle of suopension type insulator strings.

The need of the life be healthy is increasing to the human life prolongation. There are lots of companies using the use of environment-friendly material as the sales strategy today. But a consumer is insufficient of the information about the environment-friendly ingredient. The level of Consciousness for the consumer standard of living and health got higher recently. And the interest about the furniture material comprising the residential space rose. I consider the consumer changing mind the safety of the conservation of the environment and mankind. Also, future of the environment-friendly material can say that is light if develop various the environment-friendly material description and accomplish the Higher Value-added of resource.

The purpose of the study was to identify the standards of quality management in contract foodservice companies. The subject companies were selected by convenient sampling and surveyed for their standards. The questionnaire consisted of 7 categories: managements of food procurement, menu, production, personnel, equipment, information system, and solid waste. As a result of the study, 60% of the respondents appeared to use standard recipes, 51.5% of them spent 21-30% of the total cost as a labor cost, and 70% were reluctant to answer the food cost. The half of the respondents had job description and specification, 74.76% had training manuals on foodservice and computer software program, and 80.6% had a training program for solid waste management.

This paper describes a multi-level simulation technique and its implementation, which accurately solve voltages and currents of circuits descreibed at mixed levels of abstractions. A metho to form a tightly coupled simulation environment is proposed and, starting from a description of a circuit, simulation set-up and analysis procedure of the multi-level simulator for a transient response are presented. Circuit and behavioral simulation techniques and their implementations composing the multi-level simulation are explained in detail. Most of the algorithms implemented in the simulation are based upon the standard simulation techniques in order to obtain the reliability and accuracy of conventinoal simulators. Simulation examples show that the multi-level simulator can analyze circuits containing highly nonlinear behavioral models without loss of accuracy provided the behavioral models are accurate enough.

A system to assist call routing task for telephone operators at the Directorate General of Telecommunications (DGT) in Taiwan is reported in this paper. The system was developed based on DGT organization profile with description of its six divisions instead of a corpus of recorded and transcribed call-routing dialogs. An acoustic module and an information retrieval module were built specifically for this task. The construction of IR module was based on term extraction and thesaurus discovery processes. By integrating acoustic and IR module, the system achieves satisfactory performance and provides a promising approach to call routing. Simulation results indicated that the proposed algorithm outperforms standard classification methods. A working system based on the proposed approach has been implemented and experimental results are presented.

본 논문은 IEC 61850기반의 변전소 자동화 시스템에서 Station HMI의 표현기법을 Autodrawing 하는 방안을 제안하였다. 변전소 자동화 시스템 설계자가 IEC 61850 Standard에서 제안하고 있는 변전소 시스템 구성 언어인 SCL(Substation Configuration description Language)을 가지고 변전소의 정보들을 구성 하게 된다. 이러한 SCD파일에 있는 변전소의 모든 정보를 활용하여 Station HMI에 변전소의 단선도를 자동으로 Drawing하고 각 장치들의 상태정보를 도시화 하며 통신 상태까지 표시 할 수 있는 방법을 포함하고 있다. SCL 구조를 해석하여 Data Structure에 저장하고 그 유용성에 따라 자동 생성이 가능한 기법이다.
