하나의 큰 태양전지판에 적합한 전개시험장치 개발 (Development of Deployment Test Equipment Suitable for Single Large Solar Panel)

  • 본 논문에서는 하나의 큰 태양전지판 전개시험을 위해 새로운 전개시험장치를 제안하였다. 지상에서 전개시험을 수행하기 위해서는 궤도에서와 유사한 무중력 환경을 만들기 위해 중력 보상을 고려한 장치를 사용해야 한다. 기존에 주로 사용되는 전개시험장치를 시험하고자 하는 태양전지판 전개에 적용 가능한지 판단하기 위해 간단한 개념설계, 해석 그리고 시험 등을 통해 장단점을 분석하였다. 지상 시험의 문제점인 공기저항 문제를 해결하기 위해 더미 프레임을 제안하였으며 중력축과의 정렬 문제를 해결하기 위해 전개 장치에 자동조심 베어링 및 조절나사를 적용하였다. 그리고 테잎 스프링 힌지축의 변화를 보상하기 위해 반지름 방향 이동을 위한 수평 이동 베어링이 적용되었다. 이로부터 본 논문에서 전개하고자 하는 태양전지판에 특성화된 새로운 전개시험장치를 개발하고 검증함으로써 기존 전개시험장치의 문제점을 해결하였다.

Routing optimization algorithm for logistics virtual monitoring based on VNF dynamic deployment

  • In the development of logistics system, the breakthrough of important technologies such as technology platform for logistics information management and control is the key content of the study. Based on Javascript and JQuery, the logistics system realizes real-time monitoring, collection of historical status data, statistical analysis and display, intelligent recommendation and other functions. In order to strengthen the cooperation of warehouse storage, enhance the utilization rate of resources, and achieve the purpose of real-time and visual supervision of transportation equipment and cargo tracking, this paper studies the VNF dynamic deployment and SFC routing problem in the network load change scenario based on the logistics system. The BIP model is used to model the VNF dynamic deployment and routing problem. The optimization objective is to minimize the total cost overhead generated by each SFCR. Furthermore, the application of the SFC mapping algorithm in the routing topology solving problem is proposed. Based on the concept of relative cost and the idea of topology transformation, the SFC-map algorithm can efficiently complete the dynamic deployment of VNF and the routing calculation of SFC by using multi-layer graph. In the simulation platform based on the logistics system, the proposed algorithm is compared with VNF-DRA algorithm and Provision Traffic algorithm in the network receiving rate, throughput, path end-to-end delay, deployment number, running time and utilization rate. According to the test results, it is verified that the test results of the optimization algorithm in this paper are obviously improved compared with the comparison method, and it has higher practical application and promotion value.

이중충격파형 충격시험장비를 이용한 충격시험 결과 및 분석 (The Shock-Test Result and Analysis Using Dual-Pulse Shock Testing Machine)

  • The important issue of equipment installed in maritime weapon system is shock survivability against underwater explosion(UNDEX). If the shock survivability of equipment should not be guaranteed, the successful mission also could not be achieved. For that reason, the shock-resistance of each equipment under UNDEX environment should be demonstrated before deployment at combat field. However, the actual UNDEX test on the ocean is too expensive to conduct. Also, it has diverse dangerous factors. The main characteristic of UNDEX is a dual-pulse shock. The vertical shock test machine able to simulate dual pulse shock signal on the ground will be introduced in this paper. The dual-pulse shock signal presented in certain shock standard was achieved with this shock-test machine on the ground. The analytical procedure to set a test condition was verified by comparing simulation result with experiment result.

  • DWDM(dense wavelength division multiplexing)-PON technology is applied to subscriber network as the same as E-PON or G-PON. And its network components consist of OLT, ONU and RN. Legacy DWDM technologies have been applied on the long-haul part of optical network due to its excessive high cost. But many researchers have successfully devised a few methods which can considerably reduce the cost of equipment. Nowadays DWDM-PON equipment's has arrived to a level having a competitive price in comparison to E-PON or G-PON on condition of giving equal bandwidth. Recently a major domestic ISP has deployed DWDM-PON equipments in one apartment complex area in the purpose of satisfying ever-increasing bandwidth demand. The ISP increased data transmission capacity from 1 G to 16G without any additional fiber deployment. In this paper we introduce roughly three technologies of implementing DWDM-PON's optic module and related optic devices. And we also describe pre-test of vendor's DWDM-PON equipment and discuss the result. Lastly we propose some of network configurations which adopt DWDM-PON technology. By adopting DWDM-PON technology ISP can greatly save the cost of deploying broadband subscriber network.

전술통신망 성능분석을 위한 네트워크 시뮬레이터 구현 (Implementation of Network Level Simulator for Tactical Network Performance Analysis)

  • This paper studied about the design and implementation of tactical communication network simulator in order to obtain tactical communication network parameter, such as link capacity and routing plan, and a number of exceptional cases that may occur during actual deployment by conducting simulation of a large-scale tactical communication networks. This tactical communication network simulator provides equipment models and link models of commercial OPNET simulator for tactical communication network. In addition, 6 types of simulation scenario writings convenience functions and traffic generation models that may occur in situations of tactical communication network environment were implemented in order to enhance user friendliness. By taking advantages of SITL(System-In-The-Loop) function of OPNET, the tactical communication network simulator allows users to perform interoperability test between M&S models and actual equipment in operating simulation of tactical communication network, which is run on software. In order to confirm the functions and performance of the simulator, small-scale of tactical communication network was configured to make sure interoperability between SITL-based equipment and a large-scale tactical communication network was simulated and checked how to cope with traffic generated for each network node. As the results, we were able to confirm that the simulator is operated properly.

주행 구동 유니트의 가속 수명 시험 및 분석 (Accelerated Life Test and Analysis of Track Drive Unit for an Excavator)

  • For the reliability evaluation of the track drive unit(TDU), firstly, we analyzed the major failure modes through FMEA(failure mode & effects analysis), FTA(failure tree analysis), and 2-stage QFD(quality function deployment), and then quantitatively determined the priority order of test items. The Minitab analysis was also performed for prediction of life distribution and parameters of TDU by use of field failure data collected from 430 excavators for two years. In addition, we converted the fluctuation load in field conditions into the equivalent load, and for evaluation of the accelerated lift by the cumulative fatigues, the equivalent load is again divided into the fluctuation load by reference of test time. And then, by use of the test method in this paper, the acceleration factor(AF) of needle bearing inside planetary gear which is the most weakly designed part of TDU is achieved as 5.3. This paper presents the quantitative selection method of test items for reliability evaluation, the determination method of the accelerated life test time, and the method of non-failure test time based on a few of samples. And, we proved the propriety of the proposed methods by experiments using a TDU for a 30 ton excavator.

비행시험을 통한 ADS-B 운영상의 효과에 관한 연구 (A Study on Operational Benefits of ADS-B through experimental Flight Test in Tae-An Airport)

  • 본 논문에서의 ADS-B 비행시험은 CDTI상에 목적고도가 제공될 경우 항공교통관제사 및 조종사에게 운영상 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 실증하고자 시행되었다. 또한 이 비행시험은 현 항공교통관제업무 환경에서 ADS-B 운영시험을 하는 최초의 연구이자 향후 우리나라에 ADS-B의 배치를 고려하기 전에 운영상의 실질적인 정보를 제공하기 위한 연구이다. 비행시험을 위해 ADS-B 장비가 탑재된 H 대학교의 항공기 2대가 이용되었고, 충남 태안소재 태안비행장에 지상국이 구축되어, 기 설정된 비행절차에 따라 비행시험이 수행되었다. ADS-B 비행시험 결과 통신주파수 사용횟수 및 주파수 점유시간이 기존의 시스템에 비해 현저하게 줄어듦을 확인하였고, 따라서 항공교통관제사의 업무량(workload) 뿐만 아니라 조종사의 상황인식도 뚜렷하게 개선되어짐을 확인할 수 있었다.

회전안정탄약의 비행운동 모사장치에 대한 실험적·수치해석적 연구 (Experimental and Numerical Studies on a Test Equipment for the Replication of Flight Motions of Spin-Stabilized Ammunition)

  • A gas gun system to replicate the flight motions of large caliber spin-stabilized ammunition has been investigated experimentally and numerically. The system is specially designed to study aerodynamic characteristics and dynamics of a flight body ejected from a cargo shell or a subsonic projectile itself at up to 2,000 rpm and 100 m/s. Raynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes equations with a overset mesh technique and 6-DOF dynamics were solved to decide the chamber pressure according to the muzzle velocity input by users. The predicted velocity values show less than 6 % of discrepancies compared to experimental data. The system has successfully been tested for the simulation of deployment of a parafoil for a 155 mm gun-launched projectile.

가상 네트워크 트래픽 모니터링을 위한 eBPF 기반 Virtual TAP 설계 및 구현 (Design and Implementation of eBPF-based Virtual TAP for Inter-VM Traffic Monitoring)

  • 클라우드 컴퓨팅 및 서비스의 확산으로 인터넷 트래픽과 서비스 품질 향상에 대한 요구가 증가하면서 데이터 센터 내부 서버의 리소스를 보다 효율적으로 사용하는 서버 가상화와 네트워크 가상화 기술에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 트래픽 모니터링을 위해 패킷을 복제하는 기존의 하드웨어 TAP (Test Access Port) 장비는 서버 가상화 환경에서 구성된 가상 데이터 경로 (datapath)에 적합하지 않기 때문에 하드웨어 TAP 장비를 소프트웨어로 구현한 Virtual TAP (vTAP)을 통해 가상 스위치에서 패킷을 복제한다. 그러나 가상 스위치에서 vTAP을 구현하면 호스트 머신의 컴퓨팅 리소스를 가상 스위치 및 가상 머신과 공유하기 때문에 성능 저하 문제가 발생한다. 이 문제를 극복하기 위해 고속 패킷 처리 기술인 eBPF (Extended Berkeley Packet Filter) 기반의 vTAP 구현 기술을 제안하고 기존 방법과 성능을 비교한다.
