In this study, 150MPa ultra-high-strength concrete was manufactured, and its performance was reviewed. As technically meaningful autogenous shrinkage reportedly occurs at a W/B ratio of 40% or less, although it occurs in all concrete regardless of the W/B ratio, the effects of the use of expansive admixture and shrinkage reducer, or of the friction and restraint of forms that may result in the effective reduction of autogenous shrinkage, were reviewed. As a result, considering the flow and strength characteristics, it was found that the slump flow time was shorter with expansive admixture, and shortest with shrinkage reducer. All specimens with $30kg/m^3$ expansive admixture showed high strength at early material age. Their strength decreased due to the expansion cracks when there was excessive use of expansive admixture, and the use of shrinkage reducer did not influence the change in the strength according to the material age. The expansive admixture had a shrinkage reduction effect of 80%, while the shrinkage reducer had a shrinkage reduction effect of 30%, indicating that the expansive admixture had a stronger effect. It seems that mixing the two will have a synergistic effect. The shrinkage reduction rate was highest when the W/B ratio was 20%. The form suppressed the expansion and shrinkage at the early period, and the demolding time did not significantly influence the shrinkage. The results of the study showed that the excessive addition of expansive admixture leads to expansion cracks, and the expansive admixture and shrinkage reducer have the highest shrinkage reduction effect when they are mixed.

The KS F 2403 method used on domestic sites for checking the compressive strength of a structure, sets the compressive strength of the concrete used in structural specimens as the compressive strength of testing specimens. Under this regulation, the curing method used for testing the specimens must be the standard ponding curing method (20$\pm$2$^{\circ}$C). However, because in-placed concrete is exposed to open air and cured under the seasonal temperature changes, the compressive strength of a real structure is different from the tested compressive strength. (Therefore,) This thesis first identifies the distinct characteristics of the strength development by applying the curing method listed under the KS and used for testing specimens on compressive strength tests; the atmospheric curing method, the sealed curing method, and the structural specimen core strength testing methods used for the in-sites quality checks including reckoning of the compressive strength of the structural specimens and form-demolding period; and the curing method suggested in this research, which sets the internal conditions of the structural specimens as the conditions of the applied curing method. Then, the thesis suggests the specimen curing method that most closely reenacts the compressive strength of the concrete used on the structural specimens

Recently, aspheric glass lens molding core is fabricated with tungsten carbide(WC). If molding core is fabricated with silicon carbide(SiC), SiC coating process, which must be carried out before the Diamond-Like Carbon(DLC) coating can be eliminated and thus, manufacturing time and cost can be reduced. Diamond Like Carbon(DLC) is being researched in various fields because of its high hardness, high elasticity, high durability, and chemical stability and is used extensively in several industrial fields. Especially, the DLC coating of the molding core surface used in the fabrication of a glass lens is an important technical field, which affects the improvement of the demolding performance between the lens and molding core during the molding process and the molding core lifetime. Because SiC is a material of high hardness and high brittleness, it can crack or chip during grinding. It is, however, widely used in many fields because of its superior mechanical properties. In this paper, the grinding condition for silicon carbide(SiC) was developed under the grinding condition of tungsten carbide. A silicon carbide molding core was fabricated under this grinding condition. The measurement results of the SiC molding core were as follows: PV of 0.155 ${\mu}m$(apheric surface) and 0.094 ${\mu}m$(plane surface), Ra of 5.3 nm(aspheric surface) and 5.5 nm(plane surface).
In this study, the drying shrinkage strains were compared of 24~60 MPa concrete specimens subjected to various curing conditions and measurement methods were compared. And, the applicability of the test and prediction methods were investigated. According to the results, drying shrinkage was significantly reduced in 28 day curing condition. In the sealed curing case, drying shrinkage strain from demolding time was identical to the one of the standard curing case for low strength concrete, however, drying shrinkage strain was greatly increased than the standard case for high strength case because of the effect of autogenous shrinkage. The efficient measurement was possible using the embedded gage for concrete drying shrinkage, but, the measured value by contact gage was lower than the one by the embedded gage. The test results agreed with EC2 model better than the other.

In this research, the influence of painting materials and applying timing on carbonation and chloride resistances of high volume SCMs concrete was evaluated. As a durability improving method, comparative tests were conducted with painting materials of ERCO (emulsified refined cooking oil), RCO (refined cooking oil), WR (water repellent agent), and ERCO + WR and with painting timings of right after demolding, and 28 days after the wet curing. From the experiment results, in the case of carbonation and chloride resistance, the carbonation depth and chloride penetration depth were decreased when the painting materials were applied in 28 days of wet curing. Additionally, for painting materials, with the order of ERCO, RCO, ERCO+WR, and WR, the carbonation and chloride penentration was delayed. Hence it is considered that ERCO shows the most favorable performance of resistance against carbonation and chloride penetration.

This paper aims to examine the insulation performance of insulated gang form by changing the energy (power) consumption and concrete calorific value to assist in concrete protection in cold weather. According to the test results, the general gang form will generate three times the energy (power) consumption for 12 hours after the concrete is poured. In contrast, insulated gang foam consumed no energy (power) for 21 hours after pouring. The final power consumption was 3.7 times higher than that of the general gang form, confirming the improved performance of insulated gang form with regard to energy (power) consumption. The calorific value examination shows that the calorific value changes significantly according to the change of outside temperature after concrete placement in the case of the general gang form. However, in the case of the insulated gang form, only a slight heat loss occurred in the part of the frame, and it showed a constant heating pattern from the concrete casting to the demolding of the mold.

NIL (nanoimprint lithography) technique has demonstrated a high potential for wafer size definition of nanometer as well as micrometer size patterns. During the replication process by NIL, the stiction between the stamp and the polymer is one of major problems. This stiction problem is moi·e important in small sized patterns. An antistiction layer prevents this stiction ana insures a clean demolding process. In this paper, we were using a TCP (transfer coupled plasma) equipment and $C_4F_8$ as a precursor to make a Teflon-like antistiction layer. This antistiction layer was deposited on a 6 inch silicon wafer to have nanometer scale thicknesses. The thickness of deposited antistiction layer was measured by ellipsometry. To optimize the process factor such as table height (TH), substrate temperature (ST), working pressure (WP) and plasma power (PP), we were using a design of experimental (DOE) method. The table of full factorial arrays was set by the 4 factors and 2 levels. Using this table, experiments were organized to achieve 2 responses such as deposition rate and non-uniformity. It was investigated that the main effects and interaction effects between parameters. Deposition rate was in proportion to table height, working pressure and plasma power. Non-uniformity was in proportion to substrate temperature and working pressure. Using a response optimization, we were able to get the optimized deposition condition at desired deposition rate and an experimental deposition rate showed similar results.
In this study, the vibration signal of the mold was measured and analyzed to monitor the process information and characteristics during the press molding process. A necklace-type picture frame mold was used for press molding, and the vibration signal was measured by GY-61 acceleration sensor module attached to the surface of the upper (movable) mold base. The change of the vibration signal of the mold according to press speed was analyzed. As a result, the vibration signal had a large change at five sections: "Holder contact", "Punch contact and start of pressing", "End of pressing", "Mold open", and "Demolding". The time difference between "Punch contact and start of pressing" and "End of pressing" means the pressing time which is the actual time the material is molded under pressing pressure. The time intervals for each section, represented by the time interval between "Holder contact" and "Punch contact and start of pressing", can be used to compare and evaluate the press speed applied to the process. By comparing the vibration signals at 60 rpm and 90 rpm, the amplitude at the section of "Punch contact and start of pressing" increased as the press speed increased. This result means that as the press speed increases, more force and pressure is applied to the material. Also, the peak values of the other sections were found to increase as the press speed increased. It was found that the pressing time, the time interval between "Punch contact and start of pressing" and "End of pressing", decreases as the pressing speed increases. Similarly, press speed factor, the time interval between "Holder contact", and "Punch contact and start of pressing", is found to be shorter. Therefore, based on the result of this study, the pressing time, press speed, pressing(punching) pressure of each cycle can be monitored by measuring the vibration signal of the mold. Also, it was confirmed that the level and trend of process information and characterization can be evaluated as the change of the mold vibration during press molding.

Micro features on the surface are well-known to have significant effects on optical or mechanical properties such as the optical interference, reflectance at the surface, contact angle, interfacial friction, etc. These surface micro features are increasingly employed to enhance the functionality of the applications in various application areas such as optical components for LCD or solar panel. Diverse surface features have been proposed and some of them are showing excellent efficiency or functionality, especially in optical applications. Most applications employing the micro features need manufacturing process for mass production and the injection molding and roll-to-roll forming, which are typical processes for mass production adopting polymeric materials, may be also preferred for micro patterned plastic product. Since the functionality or efficiency of the surface structures generally depends on the shape and the size of the structure itself or the array of the structures on the surface, it would be very important to replicate the features very precisely as being designed during the molding the micro pattern applications. In this paper, a series of research activities is introduced for roll-to-roll forming of micro patterned film including filling of patterns with UV curable resin, demolding of surface structures from the roll tool, control of surface energy and cure shrinkage of resin and dispose time and intensity of the UV light for curing of UV curable resin.
