In December 2019, Korean and Chinese students living in Gyeonggi Province were analyzed using SPSS. The average number of food deliveries was 1~2 times a month and used 30.7% of the Korean students and 21.8% of the Chinese students. As for how to order food for delivery, 62.2% of Korean college students took up mobile apps, and 49.0% of Chinese students took up mobile phones. In terms of satisfaction after using delivery food, Korean students scored 3.89 points for taste and 3.74 points for using a neat and convenient packaging container, while Chinese students showed the highest score of 3.69 points for past eating experiences and 3.65 points for taste. As for the factors influencing the satisfaction after using the delivered food, the food quality satisfaction (β=0.518) for Korean students and favorable menu factor (β=0.533) for Chinese students were found. Therefore, it is judged that it is necessary to continuously improve the quality, service, convenience and diversity of delivered food, and health and safety factors in order to improve the delivery patterns and satisfaction of college students.

There are several factors presumed as influencing customer satisfaction, which among others include product knowledge, service quality, and competitive advantage. The objective of this research is to reveal the contribution of product knowledge and service quality to customer satisfaction with competitive advantage as the mediation variable. This research used a quantitative approach. The causal relationship across variables was examined with Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The sample of this research involved 140 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire and the items in the questionnaire were processed with a software called SmartPLS version 3.3.2. Results of this research indicate (1) product knowledge and service quality can increase competitive advantage and customer satisfaction in East Java SMEs; (2) competitive advantage can act as a mediator in the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction (3) product knowledge can increase customer satisfaction but the increase is not significant statistically.

  • Most published work on product quality focuses on manufactured goods. The subject of service quality has received less attention. This distinction is important because some of the quality-improving strategies avaliable to manufacturers may be inappropriate for service firms. Services are performances, not objects. They are often produced in the presence of the customer, as in the cause of hotel restaurant services, quality occurs during service delivery, usually in an interaction between the customer and contact personnel of service firm. for this reason, service quality is highly dependent on the performance of employees, an organizational resource that cannot be controlled to the degree that components of tangible goods can be engineered. The study has begun as a basic study for customer satisfaction-oriented management in understanding the service quality of food & beverage products and through a systematic analysis of it. The major purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of the customer satisfaction and service quality in consideration of reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangibility and assurance. An empirical research was conducted based on the previous theoretical studies. 286 customer at first class hotels in Seoul were selected as samples of this study. The time period of research was from February through March 1999, and answers were processed by SAS to yield frequency analysis, multivariate statistical analysis and regression analysis. The finding of the statistical treatment are frequencies, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis. SERVQUAL method was used the service quality evaluation methods. After factor analysis, it was resulted to 3 factors. those were factor 1(assurance.empathy.responsiveness), factor 2(reliability), factor 3(tangibility). The findings of the statistical treatment are as follows. First, the attribute measurement of performance service quality was affected by customer satisfaction. Second, the attribute measurement of performance service qualify was affected by repurchase intention. Third, The attribute measurement of performance customer satisfaction was affected by repurchase intention. The result of study model was followed, service quality was affected repurchase intention than customer satisfaction. indirected effect through, service duality and customer satisfaction was affected repurchase intention.

The purpose of this study is suggesting the way which can make internet marketing to activate by means of analysing of a certain enterprise's homepage with marketing mix method. We draw the findings which is seperated by goods, price, promotion, distribution, other service according to marketing constituents. As a result of research, it was found that each company has given much more weight on some part in internet marketing's field of activity. In general, they put an empasis on activity of goods and promotion. On the other hands they didn't consider prices and delivery to be important compared with other parts. In a field of price, menu-site just announced price but in further advance, it had better offer and compare two price level when customer used menu-delivery-web site or not. And that site needed to promote and to be advertised what customer who just think using web site was expensive have benefit in the price. One of the most important things about internet-marketing was that fast and exact feedback and community made each enterprise to be able to help to communicate with customer. For these strategy to execute effectively, first company's name should be known well and goods and service the company had should be well advertised. But first of all, differentiated strategy should precede through consistency of taste and quality, consistant information update as a internet-company and sincere homepage management.

  • The amount of delivered parcels have been increasing according to the change and expansion of consumption pattern through e-commerce, and they are required to minimize breakout or failure under the delivery. In this study, we measured and analyzed the distribution environment data (vibration and impact) occurred in the packaging, which were prepared with 5 types by the weight and dimension, distributed from Seoul to Busan in Korea by 2 parcel delivery service companies through e-commerce order. Date showed the parcels had 3-5 times of drop impact and 0.3-0.7 m of drop height on average, and 0.8 Grms of vibration acceleration from equivalent equation to the vertical direction. The significant gap in service quality was not found between 2 parcel delivery service companies. This study is expected to be useful for designing the suitable packaging in order to enhance safe transportation of the delivered packaging, and furthermore useful for developing Korean testing method for Field-to-Lab simulation.
