This study examined the effects of college students' voluntary delayed graduation for employment preparation on their employment outcomes. For this purpose, the data were obtained from the 2014 Graduates Occupational Mobility Survey(GOMS). First, the study analyzed the effects of college students' voluntary delayed graduation for employment preparation on their employment status. Second, the study investigated the effect of college students' voluntary delayed graduation for employment preparation on the wage of their first job. The results showed that students who experienced leave for employment preparation were more likely than others to be employed. In addition, those students who delayed their graduation for employment were more likely than others to earn higher wages on their first job. From these findings, this research shows that firms should present specific criteria of recruitment for job applicants. In addition, the colleges should enhance the short term program for work experience during higher education. Finally, the government should intervene in dual labor market to reduce the inequality and decrease the college students' anxiety about their first-job.

This study analyzed the effect of the microstructure and alloying element on hydrogen-induced delayed fracture properties for the Energy Saving Wire (ESW) developed recently. Specimens were produced with a diameter 6.5mm post to the deformation (0, 10, 20 and 30%), followed by injecting the hydrogen. The experimental results by using GAS chromatography showed that the more hydrogen was emitted for high-carbon steel (0.45%C steel and 0.35%C steel) than low-carbon steel(0.2%C-Cr steel and 0.2%C-Cr-Mo steel). And, 0.45%C steel, 0.35%C steel and 0.2%C-Cr-Mo steel exhibited the crack for 30% deformed specimen. The hydrogen emitted was analyzed with the amount, the spheroidization, and the size of the carbides.

Erythrosine used as a colouring agent in drugs, cosmetics and foods in Korea, was examined for its effects on murine immune system and methemoglobin formation. As immunotoxicologic assay parameters, we adopted circulating leukocytes and immunoorgan weights for pathotoxicology, IgM plaque forming cells and arthus reaction for humoral immunity, delayed hypersensitivity reaction of cell mediated immunity and carbon clearacnce for macrophage function. Erythrosine's effects were observed as follows; 1. Ery throsine showed no significant effects on circulating leulocyte counts and relative immunoorgan weight. 2. Erythrosine diminished IgM plaque forming cells. 3. Erythrosine decreased arthus reaction, in the dose dependent manner. 4. Erythrosine had no significant effect on delayed hypersensitivity. 5. Phagocytic and corrected phagocytic index were not affected. 6. Methemoglobin content was similar in the test and control groups.

This paper describes the effect of fly ash replacement on the setting time of antiwashout underwater concrete, where cement was replaced by 0% to 50%. Experimental work was performed on the condition of sea water and in air to find out the characteristics of setting time between the concretes that were cast in air and cast in 15$^{\circ}C$ of sea water. The experimental results show that the setting time of underwater concrete with 50% replacement was delayed about 10 hours than normal concrete. And it can be concluded that, at the case of underseawater concrete addicted with fly ash, the delayed final setting times are shown as the function Tf=0.069F+7.69, where Tf is the delayed final setting time and F is quantity of fly ash, respectively. These results confirm that the setting time underseawater concrete could be prolonged.

A novel approach is developed for avoidance of obstacles in unknown environment. This paper proposes a new way of intelligent autonomous wheelchairs for the handicapped to move safely and comfortably. It is the objective of this paper to develop delayed time fuzzy control algorithms to deal with various obstacles. This new algorithm gives the benefit of the collision free movement in real time and optimal path to the moving target. The computer simulations and the experiments are demonstrated to the effect of the suggested control method.

In this paper, we propose a delayed multiple copy retransmission (DMCR) scheme for data communication in wireless networks, by which multiple copies of a lost link layer frame are retransmitted one-by-one with a retransmission delay in between. The number of the copies gradually increases with the number of retransmissions. Furthermore, for implementation of the DMCR scheme in practical mobile communication system, we also propose a dynamic retransmission scheme by interleaving and a new round-robin scheduling algorithm. We compare our scheme with the previous non-delayed retransmission schemes on the performance of frame loss probability, channel capacity and total transmission time. Numerical results show that the DMCR scheme can achieve higher performance. The effect of the delay time on endto-end TCP throughput is investigated as well.

Propyl gallate used as an antioxidant was examined for its effects on murine immune system. Propyl gallate's effects were observed as follows; 1) Propyl gallate decreased circulating leukocyte counts, dose dependently. 2) Propyl gallate decreased delayed hypersensitivity reaction. 3) Phagocytic index were similar in the test and control groups.

Objectives The objective of this study is to report clinical effect of korean traditional treatments for Operation-delayed Cauda Equina Syndrome patient. Methods The patient was treated by korean traditional treatments including acupuncture, physical treatment, herbal medication. The improvement of the clinical symptoms was observed by Modified Visual analog scale (Modified VAS), SSCES (Scoring System for Cauda Equina Syndrome), function of urination and function of defecation. Results After treatments, Modified VAS, SSCES, function of urination and function of defecation were improved in this case. Conclusions On the basis of these results, we suggest that korean traditional treatment might be an effective method to improve the clinical symptoms of Operation-delayed Cauda Equina Syndrome patient.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of single antiplatelet treatment on delayed bleeding, in patients undergoing dental extraction. A total of 154 teeth were extracted in 94 patients with ongoing antiplatelet treatment, who were taking single antiplatelet of either aspirin or clopidogrel. All patients underwent simple dental extraction; local hemostasis was performed with gauze-biting, suturing, and/or application of a local hemostatic agent. Delayed bleeding was recorded in 5 teeth out of a total of 154 teeth after extraction, the incidence of postoperative delayed bleeding being 3.2%. The bleeding was controlled by the patients themselves, through application of pressure with additional gauze-biting. No one visited the doctor or emergency room for hemostasis. These results confirmed that patients taking single antiplatelet drugs may have teeth extracted safely without interruption of the antiplatelet treatment.

Objectives: This study aims to find out the effect of herbal medicine on sleep disorder in developmental delayed children. Methods: 2 patients were treated by herbal medicine. For the progress evaluation, we used The Children's Sleep Habits Questionnaire (CSHQ). Results: The clinical symptoms were improved after the treatment. Conclusion: This study reports that the herbal medicine improved sleep disorder in developmental delayed children, but further studies are needed to clarify the effectiveness of the treatment.
