A success of complete denture prosthesis can be determined by the satisfaction degree of the dentist and the patient. There are many factors influencing on the satisfaction of the complete denture patients. The purpose of this study is to analyze the correlation between the masticatory satisfaction and clinical evaluation, and the speech satisfaction and clinical evaluation in complete denture patients. 79 patients(total 119 complete dentures) were examined in this study who were treated in Seoul National University Dental Hospital. Through clinical evaluation, 2 examiners evaluated sex, age, edentulous period, the years of having used present complete denture, the number of the previous dentures, the state of the opposite arch, retention, stability, support, occlusion, vertical dimension of the complete denture and the condition of the residual alveolar ridge. Through questionnaires concerned with mastication and speech, examiners evaluate the satisfaction degree of the patients. This study led to the conclusion that : 1. The satisfaction degree of the mastication was lower in older patients(p<0.001) and in patients whose present complete denture period was shorter(p<0.05). The satisfaction degree of the mastication in male was higher than in female patients(p<0.01). 2. The satisfaction degree of the mastication was high when the retention of the complete denture was good(p<0.05), and when the condition of the residual alveolar ridge was good(p<0.05). 3. The satisfacion degree of the speech was high when the retention of the complete denture was good(p<0.01). 4. The satisfaction degree of the mastication was higher in patients with upper and lower complete denture than in patients with single complete denture whose oppsite arch was unilateral partial denture(p<0.05).

Purpose : This study was to investigate the satisfaction of clinical practice according to medical institute. Methods : A survey was administered for 70 college students with experience in clinical practices. We investigated using a questionnaire on 'curriculum factors on practice', 'environmental factors on practice', 'time-schedule factors on practice', 'teaching factors on practice'. A statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 for window version. Results : 1. The degree of satisfaction on curriculum of clinical practice was higher college hospital than other hospital in 3 among 5 items(p<.05). 2. The degree of satisfaction on environmental factors of clinical practice was higher school hospital than other hospital in 4 among 6 items(p<.05). 3. The degree of satisfaction on time-schedule factors of clinical practice was higher college hospital than other hospital in 1 among 5 items(p<.05). 4. The degree of satisfaction on teaching factors of clinical practice was higher college hospital than other hospital in 4 among 6 items(p<.05). Conclusion : It was revealed by this survey that the satisfaction of clinical practice in school hospital had higher other hospital in curriculum, environment and teaching factors. To maximize the effects of clinical practice, a clinical practice program in school hospital is required and further research and attention are suggested.

The purpose of this study was to explain the relationship between empowerment and satisfaction of clinical practice in nursing students. The instrument of this study was a structured questionnaire included empowerment and satisfaction of clinical practice. The data was collected from september 28, 1999 to March 31, 2000 and analyzed by Cronbach alpha, descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and simple regression by using SPSS Win program. The result of research were as follows: 1. There was significant difference according to the general characteristic factor. The total empowerment was predicted by meaning of nursing, university and college, relationship of peer, clearance of study purpose. Satisfaction of clinical practice was predicted by university and college, clearance of study purpose. 2. There was a significant correlation between empowerment and satisfaction of clinical practice(r=0.442, p=0.000). 3. Empowerment was the highest factor predicting satisfaction of clinical practice. A total of 19.5% of the variance was explained in the total satisfaction of clinical practice. It was found that the higher the degree of perceived empowerment, the higher the degree of satisfaction of clinical practice. Therefore, nursing faculty should plan interventions to inspire satisfaction level of clinical practice by empowerment.

Purpose: This study was to identify the relationship between clinical stress, self-efficacy, and self-esteem of nursing college students. Method: The data were collected from 172 nursing students in J city. Result: The average scores were; clinical stress 3.56/5, self-efficacy 3.52/5, and self-esteem 3.10/4. Clinical stress level was significantly different according to the general characteristics of clinical tutors(t=2.04, p=.043) and degree of clinical satisfaction(F=6.44, p=.002). Self-efficacy level was significantly different according to the general characteristics of school grade(t=2.29, p=.023) and degree of nursing major satisfaction(F=5.00, p=.008). Self-esteem level was significantly different according to the general characteristics of degree of clinical satisfaction(F=6.56, p=.002) and degree of nursing major satisfaction(F=14.22, p=.000). Self-efficacy level and self-esteem level showed a statistically significant but low positive correlation(r=.171, p=.05). Conclusion: A strategy for development of clinical stress management program is needed for nursing students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between degree of satisfaction and experience on performance in accordance with the characteristics for the dental hygiene students. Dental hygiene students to 480 people from November to December 2014 and analyzed by conducting a survey. The higher grade students were more satisfied with the degree of satisfaction on experience for clinical test performance and clinical practice organization rather than the lower grade students. Also, the degree of satisfaction on major for the higher grade students has been shown as relatively higher than the lower grade students. The factors that affecting the experience for clinical performance and the degree of satisfaction for clinical practice were shown as grade, satisfaction for major and period for practice. In order to enhance the degree of satisfaction on the clinical performance for students, it should be established the system for practice management considering the characteristics of clinical practice by relevant organizations. Also, the dental hygienist who is responsible for dental education should manage his/her practice for students actively. Meanwhile, the practice organization should improve and update the content of education through the consistent alliance with colleges continuously.

This study was aimed to be able to dedicate to the quality promotion of nursing of the nurses and the development of hospital organization by investigating interrelations between job satisfaction degree and organizational commitment of the clinical nurses. The objects of this study have been 507 nurses working in university hospital in Seoul and the materials have been collected through structured questionnaires for 14 days from Feb. 23. 1998 through March 8. The materials have been analyzed and computerized statistically with SPSS. General characteristics have been analyzed by practical number and percentage. and job satisfaction degree and organizational commitment have been analyzed by average evaluation marks and standard deviation and the relation between general characteristics and job satisfaction degree and the relation between general characteristics and organizational commitment have been analyzed by t-test or F-test(ANOVA) according to the characteristics of variable. Correlations between job satisfaction degree and organizational commitment have been analyzed by Pearson's Correlation Coefficient. The followings are the summaries of the results of the study: 1. The degree of job satisfaction of the object was 3.26 in average on the basic of 5 marks and worth area showed highest by 3.78 while wage and welfare 2.70 the lowest when analyzed 11 areas. 2. Organizational commitment of the object showed 3.24 in average on the basic of 5 marks. 3. According to the age. marital status. educational background. employment experience. experience in current department. position. types of work. department of work. wage, satisfaction about the current department, whether they wish to be transferred to the other department and whether they are transferred or not. there were significant differences in the characters of job satisfaction degree when general characteristics and job satisfaction degree have been examined. 4. According to the age. marital status. religion. educational background. employment history. position and experience in current department. types of work. department of work. wage. satisfaction about the department they are assigned. whether they wish to be transferred. Whether they are transferred or not and number of being transferred to the other department. there have been significant differences in the characters of organizational commitment when general characteristics and organizational commitment have been examined relatively. 5. Correlations between the degree of job satisfaction and organizational commitment has shown the degree of organizational commitment higher respectively when the degree of job satisfaction was higher. the degree of sanitation factor was higher and the degree of motive factor was higher (r=.73799. r=.6826. r=.6570). 6. The result of the analysis of correlations between organizational commitment and the turnover intension and job related action has shown comparatively high reverse correlations (r=.6375) between organizational commitment and turnover intension and low reverse correlations(r=.3253) between organizational commitment and job related action. Based on the above results. the study of the ways of increasing the degree of satisfaction about wage. welfare. position and stability and the supervision of the senior which showed the low degree of job satisfaction should be conducted and through the management of the degree of job satisfaction which affects to the organizational commitment, I would like to propose that the ways of increasing the sense of commitment to the hospital organization of the nurses should be studied.

Purpose : This study examines satisfaction of students at the department of Emergency Medical Technology with clinical practice and relationship between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice and aims to provide basic materials contributing to the improvement of clinical practice education. Method : It selected 237 students in the second and third grade at the dept. of Emergency Medical and having experience in clinical practice as the subjects, collected data from Sept. 1 to 30, 2007 and analyzed 237 questionnaires collected with SPSS 12.0 program. Result : 1. Degree of motivation of achievement scored 3.46 of full marks of five points and they showed motivation of achievement over average score. Students who entered the dept. of Emergency medical after beginning social career(3.78) showed higher motivation of achievement in the period of entrance and group having will to be volunteer(3.66) showed the highest motivation of achievement in selecting this major. The better personal relationship they have, the greater hospital grade and the higher their transcript, the higher motivation of achievement they have. In the desired area of employment after graduation, first-aid staffs at the field of industry group(3.85) showed the highest motivation of achievement. 2. Degree of their satisfaction with clinical practice scored 3.53 of full marks of five and they showed satisfaction with it over average score. They showed the highest satisfaction in the contents of practice(3.64). 3. There was statistically significant positive correlation between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice(r = .165, p < .05). Conclusion : There was statistically significant positive correlation between motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice. Repeated research through sampling based on probability to generalize relevance of motivation of achievement and satisfaction with clinical practice is needed and further researches on developing program to inspire motivation of achievement in theoretical learning as well as in clinical practice are required.

This study executed to offer the basis for dental technology student who chanced better clinical training. This investigation conducted on 267 of seniors who have been taken clinical training to self written a questionnaire. We used and dealt a spss 12.0 program. Study results below 1. In a question about relationship, one answered "Harmonious" took largest proportion by 40.9% during training, and about the degree of satisfaction of campus life who answered :normal: were the most with 50.0% 2. In a question about clinical training place, most(50.0%) choose place less than 10 for clinical training, and more than 10 for clinical training with 29.7%. Residue statues was most of them resided own home with 78.6%. About their commuting time from home to training place, 50.0% was under 30min, 34.1% took time 30$\sim$60min. 3. In a question about clinical trainer, most (34.4%) choose as dental lab president, as each part manager with 34.1%, a senior with 7.6% and not exist to clinical trainer with 7.6%. 4. A perfect score about teaching efficiency and satisfaction of clinical practice of dental technology students was 5. The average of score about satisfaction of clinical practice was 3.25 and circumstance of clinical training got 3.50 as a highest score. the lowest score was 2.87 that is about satisfaction of clinical training period. The average of score of teaching efficiency was 3.25. 'a Role model' got 3.55 as the highest score and 'utility for student' got 3.12 as the lowest 3.12. 5. The result of T-test to see of the satisfaction according to the general character and clinic training condition between teaching efficiency is that the degree of satisfaction of clinical training showed statistical significance only in the degree of satisfaction of college life(p<0.05), teaching efficiency has a statistical significance with age and satisfaction of college life(p<0.05). 6. The relation between of teaching efficiency of clinical training and satisfaction of clinical training of dental technologic student has a statistical relation r=0.551 and a statistical meaning in significance leveler 0.01.

This study examined the satisfaction of clinical laboratory science students practiced in clinical practice. In addition, the satisfaction of clinical practice and the satisfaction of the clinical practicum affecting the major satisfaction were investigated. From February 20, 2019 to March 10, 2019, a questionnaire survey was conducted on clinical laboratory science students who performed clinical practice in eight weeks of 2018. A total of 344 people were selected for the final analysis data. The questionnaire was comprised of 46 items, which consisted of three items of the general characteristics and 43 items of the clinical practice satisfaction. The satisfaction level of the clinical practice evaluation part was lowest in average 3.88 points. Male students were more satisfied with clinical practice than female students. The satisfaction level was higher in the group with more than the average degree of satisfaction than the group with less than the average. The factors that affect the satisfaction of clinical practice and the degree of satisfaction with majors are the satisfaction with the clinical practice time and satisfaction with interpersonal relationships.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors and the degree of nursing college student's clinical practice satisfaction. The sample consisted of 488 nursing students who had been in the clinical practice experience from 6 junior nursing colleges in Korea. Data for this study was collected from 20 May to 20 June, 2000. Data were analysed by SPSS/PC using frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression. The results of this study are as follows : 1. The highest motive of selecting a nursing science came to be 'having a good prospect for getting a job' (29.3%), major place of the clinical nursing practice was university hospital(46.5%), and the degree of satisfaction about the nursing science was 'relatively satisfied' (43%). 2.The fields that the highest satisfaction of the nursing student's clinical practice were DR(3.25), NR(3.18), ICU(3.11), and OR(3.10). The highest rank of the nursing student's clinical practice satisfaction was 'feels more continuous nursing studying is required after getting a job or pass the RN exam'(4.24). 3. There was significant value between the Grade(2yr, 3yr) and the satisfaction of the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relationship (p<0.001), the clinical practice evaluation (p<0.05), and there was significant value between the satisfaction about the nursing science and the satisfaction of the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relation ship (p<0.05), the satisfation after the clinical practice(p<0.001). 4. There was significant value between 'the opinion of the clinical practice periods' and the satisfaction of the clinical practice place(p<0.05), the clinical practice environment(p<0.001), the clinical practice interpersonal relationship(p<0.001), the satisfation after the clinical practice(p<0.001). 5.The satisfaction of the clinical practice interpersonal relationship influenced on the nursing student's clinical practice satisfaction($R^{2}=.188$). From these results, it is suggested that the higher the satisfaction of the clinical practice interpersonal relationship be like to improve the nursing college student's clinical practice satisfaction.
