Recently, artificial intelligence has been applied to various fields such as image recognition, image recognition speech recognition, and natural language processing, and interest in Deep Learning technology is increasing. Many researches on Convolutional Neural Network(CNN), which is one of the most representative algorithms among Deep Learning, have strong advantages in image recognition and classification and are widely used in various fields. In this paper, we propose a new network structure that transforms the general CNN structure. A typical CNN structure consists of a convolution layer, ReLU layer, and a pooling layer. Therefore in this paper, We intend to construct a new network by adding fully connected layer inside a general CNN structure. This modification is intended to increase the learning and accuracy of the convoluted image by including the generalization which is an advantage of the neural network.
Deep learning is known as a method of high accuracy among several methods for image classification. In this paper, we propose a method of enhancing the accuracy of image classification using CNN with a batch normalization method for classification of images using deep CNN (Convolutional Neural Network). In this paper, we propose a method to add a batch normalization layer to existing neural networks to enhance the accuracy of image classification. Batch normalization is a method to calculate and move the average and variance of each batch for reducing the deflection in each layer. In order to prove the superiority of the proposed method, Accuracy and mAP are measured by image classification experiments using five image data sets SHREC13, MNIST, SVHN, CIFAR-10, and CIFAR-100. Experimental results showed that the CNN with batch normalization is better classification accuracy and mAP rather than using the conventional CNN.

Backward compatibility is one of the key issues for radio equipment supporting IEEE 802.11, the typical wireless local area networks (WLANs) communication protocol. For a successful packet decoding with the backward compatibility, the frame format detection is a core precondition. This paper presents a novel frame format detection method based on a deep learning procedure for WLANs affiliated with IEEE 802.11. Considering that the detection performance of conventional methods is degraded mainly due to the poor performances in the symbol synchronization and/or channel estimation in low signal-to-noise-ratio environments, we propose a novel detection method based on convolutional neural network (CNN) that replaces the entire conventional detection procedures. The proposed deep learning network provides a robust detection directly from the receive data. Through extensive computer simulations performed in the multipath fading channel environments (modeled by Project IEEE 802.11 Task Group ac), the proposed method exhibits superb improvement in the frame format detection compared to the conventional method.

Deep learning methods have been effectively used to provide great improvement in various research fields such as machine learning, image processing and computer vision. One of the most frequently used deep learning methods in image processing is the convolutional neural networks. Compared to the traditional artificial neural networks, convolutional neural networks do not use the predefined kernels, but instead they learn data specific kernels. This property makes them to be used as feature extractors as well. In this study, we compared the quality of CNN features for traditional texture feature extraction methods. Experimental results demonstrate the superiority of the CNN features. Additionally, the recognition process and result of a pioneering CNN on MNIST database are presented.

Image morphing methods make seamless transition changes in the image and mask the meaningful information attached to it. This can be detected by traditional machine learning algorithms and new emerging deep learning algorithms. In this research work, scope of different Hybrid learning approaches having combination of Deep learning and Machine learning are being analyzed with the public dataset CASIA V1.0, CASIA V2.0 and DVMM to find the most efficient algorithm. The simulated results with CNN (Convolution Neural Network), Hybrid approach of CNN along with SVM (Support Vector Machine) and Hybrid approach of CNN along with Random Forest algorithm produced 96.92 %, 95.98 and 99.18 % accuracy respectively with the CASIA V2.0 dataset having 9555 images. The accuracy pattern of applied algorithms changes with CASIA V1.0 data and DVMM data having 1721 and 1845 set of images presenting minimal accuracy with Hybrid approach of CNN and Random Forest algorithm. It is confirmed that the choice of best algorithm to find image forgery depends on input data type. This paper presents the combination of best suited algorithm to detect image morphing with different input datasets.

이 결과로 도출된 영상 데이터와 추정된 신체 좌표 값은 CNN(Convolutional Neural Networks)-LSTM(Long Short-Term Memory) 모델을 적용하여 행동을 분류한다. 본 모델을 바탕으로 행동을 분석 및 분류하여, 반려동물의 위험 상황과 돌발 행동에 대한 올바른 대처를 제공할 수 있는 기반을 제공할 것이라 기대한다.
A typical algorithm used for image analysis is the Convolutional Neural Network(CNN). R-CNN, Fast R-CNN, Faster R-CNN, etc. have been studied to improve the performance of the CNN, but they essentially require large amounts of data and high algorithmic complexity., making them inappropriate for small and medium-sized services. Therefore, in this paper, the image label prediction algorithm based on CNN with collaborative layer with low complexity, high accuracy, and small amount of data was proposed. The proposed algorithm was designed to replace the part of the neural network that is performed to predict the final label in the existing deep learning algorithm by implementing collaborative filtering as a layer. It is expected that the proposed algorithm can contribute greatly to small and medium-sized content services that is unsuitable to apply the existing deep learning algorithm with high complexity and high server cost.

CNN's technologies that represent emotional detection include primitive CNN algorithms, deployment normalization, and drop-off. We present the methods and data of the three experiments in this paper. The training database and the test database are set up differently. The first experiment is to extract emotions using Batch Normalization, which complemented the shortcomings of distribution. The second experiment is to extract emotions using Dropout, which is used for rapid computation. The third experiment uses CNN using convolution and maxpooling. All three results show a low detection rate, To supplement these problems, We will develop a deep learning algorithm using feature extraction method specialized in image processing field.

Recently, interesting of home training is getting bigger due to COVID-19. Accordingly, research on applying HAR(human activity recognition) technology to home training has been conducted. However, existing paper of HAR proposed static activity instead of dynamic activity. In this paper, the deep learning model where dynamic exercise posture can be analyzed and the accuracy of the user's exercise posture can be shown is proposed. Fitness images of AI-hub are analyzed by blaze pose. The experiment is compared with three types of deep learning model: RNN(recurrent neural network), LSTM(long short-term memory), CNN(convolution neural network). In simulation results, it was shown that the f1-score of RNN, LSTM and CNN is 0.49, 0.87 and 0.98, respectively. It was confirmed that CNN is more suitable for human activity recognition than other models from simulation results. More exercise postures can be analyzed using a variety learning data.
Recently, research on behavior analysis tracking human posture and movement has been actively conducted. In particular, OpenPose, an open-source software developed by CMU in 2017, is a representative method for estimating human appearance and behavior. OpenPose can detect and estimate various body parts of a person, such as height, face, and hands in real-time, making it applicable to various fields such as smart healthcare, exercise training, security systems, and medical fields. In this paper, we propose a method for classifying four exercise movements - Squat, Walk, Wave, and Fall-down - which are most commonly performed by users in the gym, using OpenPose-based deep learning models, DNN and CNN. The training data is collected by capturing the user's movements through recorded videos and real-time camera captures. The collected dataset undergoes preprocessing using OpenPose. The preprocessed dataset is then used to train the proposed DNN and CNN models for exercise movement classification. The performance errors of the proposed models are evaluated using MSE, RMSE, and MAE. The performance evaluation results showed that the proposed DNN model outperformed the proposed CNN model.
