In the 3GPP LTE and IEEE 802.16m standardizations for IMT-Advanced, the efficient transmission of multicast and broadcast data is one of the important issues to improve system performance. Especially, to guarantee each user's QoS in the multicast group, H-ARQ or adaptive modulation are considered to be adoption, however, reduction of feedback overhead is one of the most important issues. In this paper, performance of the previously proposed OOK (On-Off Keying) based common ACK/NACK feedback channel is analyzed through theoretical analysis and simulation. Based on the results, system parameter optimization methods for common feedback channel are proposed. In addition, through computer simulation, it is shown that the common feedback method according to the proposed feedback parameter optimization can feedback ACK/NACK information for multicast H-ARQ transmission, more reliably than the conventional user dedicated feedback method in 3GPP LTE systems, and can reduce the feedback overhead as well.

SIGINT(SIGnal INTelligence) includes several parameters intercepted by measurement and analysis of the RF(Radio frequency) signal from free space. One of the important parameters is frequency information. Expecially, in order to perform instantaneous frequency measurement of Radar and Missile seeker's RF signals, we use dedicated RF modules as a DFD(Digital Frequency Discriminator) to provide frequency information by measurement of the relative phase difference between signals via intended RF delay lines. It must measure and provide realtime based frequency information on short pulsed RF signal up to 100 nSec or less. This document proposes Ultra wideband DFD consisted of a RF input section of Wideband 4 channel RF delay line and correlator, a digital processing section to measure and provide frequency information from I/Q signal, and a frequency calibration section. Also, it will show design suitability based on test results measured under test condition of very short input pulse signals.
If we know the location of the hull block and the welding feeder in the shipyard, we can easily obtain the location information of the worker. That data is very useful for implementing a workplace safety monitoring system. However, it is difficult to apply a fixed communication network to the workplace due to the specificity of the hull structure and welding process. In this study, inductive power line communication, which can replace dedicated communication line, was reviewed. A ferrite core was used as an inductive coupler to be installed on the power cable of the welding machine, and a nano-crystalline core was applied as a coupler to be fastened to the support rod of the metal block. In order to visualize the operating principle of the proposed couplers, 3D modeling and finite element analysis were performed with the COMSOL AC/DC module. In the communication performance test using an aluminum profile, when the communication channel was formed by the contact of the welding electrode, the bandwidth was kept above 6 Mbps.
This paper presents a regionalized time slotted channel hopping (TSCH) slotframe-based aerial data collection using wake-up radio. The proposed scheme aims to minimize the delay and energy consumption when an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) collects data from sensor devices in the large-scale service area. To this end, the proposed scheme divides the service area into multiple regions, and determines the TSCH slotframe length for each region according to the number of cells required by sensor devices in each region. Then, it allocates the cells dedicated for data transmission to the TSCH slotframe using the ID of each sensor device. For energy-efficient data collection, the sensor devices use a wake-up radio. Specifically, the sensor devices use a wake-up radio to activate a network interface only in the cells allocated for beacon reception and data transmission. The simulation results showed that the proposed scheme exhibited better performance in terms of delay and energy consumption compared to the existing scheme.

To stabilize closed-loop wireless control systems, the state-of-the-art approach receives the individual sensor measurements at the controller and then sends the computed control signal to the actuators. We propose an over-the-air controller scheme where all sensors attached to the plant transmit scaled sensing signals simultaneously to the actuator, and the actuator then computes the feedback control signal by scaling the received signal. The over-the-air controller essentially adopts the over-the-air computation concept to compute the control signal for closed-loop wireless control systems. In contrast to the state-of-the-art sensor-to-controller and controller-to-actuator communication approach, the over-the-air controller exploits the superposition properties of multiple-access wireless channels to complete the communication and computation of a large number of sensing signals in a single communication resource unit. Therefore, the proposed scheme can obtain significant benefits in terms of low actuation delay and low resource utilization with a simple network architecture that does not require a dedicated controller.

Proliferation of cloud computing services brings about reduction of the maintenance and management costs by allowing data to be outsourced to a dedicated third-party remote storage. At the same time, the majority of storage service providers have adopted a data deduplication technique for efficient utilization of storage resources. When a hash tree is employed for duplicate identification as part of deduplication process, size information of the attested data and partial information about the tree can be deduced from eavesdropping. To mitigate such side channels, in this paper, a new duplicate identification method is presented by exploiting a multi-set hash function.
In this dissertation, I will focus on the channel entry[歸經] and the effect and the treatment [效能主治] in oriental medicine texts from ancient to modern times in order to classify the medicines of the kidney. Medicines that effected the Kidney through working on any other viscera were as follows: Fossilia Ossis Mastodi(龍骨), Schizandrae Fructus(五味子), Nelumbinis Semen(蓮肉), Ostreae Testa(牡蠣), Polygalae Follium(小草), Angelicae Gigantis Radix(當歸), Albizzae Cortex(合歡), Thujae Semen(栢子仁) and Bambusae Calulis in Liquamen(竹瀝). This study was dedicated to researching the medicines related to the kidney and making efficient use of these medicines.

This paper presents the design of hardware platform, which is a test bed for the navigation system and hovering type AUV (Autonomous Underwater Vehicle) under the OCP (Open Control Platform). The developed AUV test bed consists of two hulls, four thrusters, and the navigation system which uses a SBC2440II with IMU (Inertial Measurement Unit). And the SMC (Sliding Mode Control) is chosen for the diving and steering control of the AUV. This paper uses ACE/TAO RTEC (Real-Time Event Channel) as a middleware platform in order to control and communicate in the developed AUV test bed. In this paper, two computers are used and each of them is dedicated for the specific purpose, the first computer is used as the SMC module and the middleware platform for the ACE/TAO RTEC and the second computer is used for the sensor controller. We analyze the performance of the AUV test bed under the OCP.

Kinetics of H-spillover over $Pt/MoO_3$ was greatly affected by the amount of residual chlorine differing by calcination temperature. Multifacetted techniques for characterization were dedicated to elucidate the faster reduction of chlorine in the isothermal reduction (ITR) at $50^circ{C}$ after calcination. Reduction of residual chlorine over Platinum resulted in opening the more channel of hydrogen pathway into more $MoO_3$ particles and controlling the kinetics of hydrogen uptake.

A data acquisition (DAQ) system based on oscilloscope was developed and evaluated for radiation detector. The dedicated LabVIEW program that perform the oscilloscope control and the data process was developed. Triggered events for each analog channel were acquired and the output signals were subsequently digitized and recorded for offline processing. Radiation pulse generation circuit was developed to evaluate the intrinsic characteristics of DAQ system. Energy linearity and energy resolution performances were assessed by voltage-peak channels and FWHM obtained from Gaussian fit, respectively. Radiation detector consists of LYSO and GAPD array. The 16 output signals were multiplexed by the RCD networks, and they were fed into the custom-made preamplifiers. Voltage-peak channels was linearly changed as a function of input voltage and the estimated coefficient of determination ($R^2$) was 0.999. No considerable changes in voltage resolution were observed. All 16 crystals were clearly identifiable on the resulting flood image and the mean energy resolution was ~15.1%. This study demonstrated that it is feasible to develop the DAQ system based on oscilloscope and LabVIEW program for radiation detector and the proposed approach offers opportunities to build simple DAQ system in various radiation measurement field.
