경주시 양남면 제4기 해안단구퇴적층내 혼펠스 자갈의 화학적 풍화작용 (Chemical Weathering of Hornfels Pebbles in the Marine Terrace Deposits, Yangnam-Myon, Gyeongju)

  • 경주시 양남면의 해안단구퇴적층에 풍부히 함유된 혼펠스 자갈의 풍화작용을 X선회절분석, 주사전자현미경관찰, 화학분석을 이용하여 조사하였다. 분석결과, 혼펠스 자갈 풍화 초기에 사장석이 가장 먼저 용탈되어 공극을 형성하며, 그 후 풍화가 진행됨에 따라 흑운모는 흑운모-버미큘라이트 혼합층(hydrobiotite)으로 그리고 녹니석은 녹니석-버미클라이트 혼합층 광물로 변질되며, 사장석의 풍화산물로 할로이사이트가 부분적으로 침전되었다. 그러나 석영과 K장석은 거의 변질되지 않았다. 단구의 고도 차이에 따른 풍화각 두께와 생성되는 광물종의 차이가 인지되었다. 하부의 제2단구에서는 대체로 사장석의 약한 풍화작용이 주를 이루고 흑운모와 녹니석의 풍화작용은 관찰되지 않았으나, 상부의 제3단구에서는 사장석의 심한 풍화작용과 함께 흑운모와 녹니석이 혼합층으로 풍화되었다. 그러나 동일 단구퇴적층내에서도 풍화각 두께와 생성되는 광물종의 변화가 있으며, 이는 국지적인 지형변화에 따른 배수조건의 차이에 기인한 것으로 보인다.

부틀렉 패션의 특성에 대한 연구 (A study on the characteristics of Bootleg fashion)

  • Bootleg fashion emerged from the fashion industry after 2010, and has been used across a range of different genres. However, it has yet to be theoretically established; therefore, this study will explain bootleg fashion as a new genre, which will help in the planning and designing of products within domestic fashion brands. The purpose of this study was to examine the characteristics and internal meaning of bootleg fashion as a recently emerged fashion phenomenon that borrows from other brands without permission. The research methodology included a theoretical literature review of fashion sites and related materials and empirical research using case analysis. Results of the analysis of both characteristics and internal meaning of bootleg fashion suggest the following characteristics: "unauthorized use of symbolic elements," "disorganization of boundaries between fashion," "multiplicity through globalization," and "newness through deconstruction and recombination." Internal meanings derived from the analysis were "parody through symbol," which is seen as "a parody and homage resulting from the unauthorized use of a brand," while "decomposition through disorganization" is seen as a break-up of the boundaries between different fashions from a mainstream-oriented perspective. A juxtaposition of elements was demonstrated by "playfulness through transformation," which showed that such fashion cannot coexist with positional transposition. Finally, "spread as a cultural phenomenon" was derived through the diffusion through digital media with DIY culture. As such, bootleg fashion has been reborn as an innovative fashion genre, breaking the taboo of the illegitimate from the past and demonstrating new endeavors.

메탄에 의한 이산화탄소의 환원반응에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Catalytic Reduction of Carbon Dioxide by Methane)

  • 여러 종류의 담체에 담지된 니켈 촉매상에서 메탄에 의한 이산화탄소 개질반응에 대해 연구하였다. 여러 가지 담체중에 천연 제올라이트가 가장 높은 활성을 보여주었고, 염기성 담체에 비해 산성 담체에 담지된 니켈 촉매의 활성이 좋았으며 촉매의 비활성화도 느리게 진행되었다. 천연제올라이트에 담지된 니켈 촉매의 담지율이 증가할수록 활성이 증가하였고, 10wt% 이상으로 담지된 경우에는 활성의 변화가 그다지 일어나지 않았다. 반응물중 메탄과 이산화탄소의 비에 따라 전환율과 생성물의 수율이 크게 영향을 받았으며, $CH_4/CO_2$의 비가 1일 때 가장 높은 수소 및 일산화탄소 수율을 나타내었다. 촉매의 비활성화는 반응중에 생성되는 코크에 침적에 기인하는 것으로 생각되며, 코크는 주로 메탄의 분해에 의해 생성되었고 코크의 형상은 whisker형으로 촉매의 비활성화 속도를 느리게 하였다.

분무성형공정에 의한 세라믹미립자 강화형 금속간화합물 복합재료의 고온파괴거동 (High Temperature Fracture Mechanisms in Monolithic and Particulate Reinforced Intermetallic Matrix Composite Processed by Spray Atomization and Co-Deposition)

  • Intermetallic-matrix composites(IMCs) have the potential of combing matrix properties of oxidation resistance and high temperature stability with reinforcement properties of high specific strength and modulus. One of the major limiting factors for successful applications of these composite at high temperatures is the formation of interfacial reactions between matrix and ceramic reinforcement during composite process and during service. The purpose of the present investigation is to develop a better understanding of the nature of creep fracture mechanisms in a $Ni_{3}Al$ composite reinforced with both $TiB_{2}$ and SiC particulates. Emphasis is placed in the roles of the products of the reactions in determining the creep lifetime of the composite. In the present study, creep rupture specimens were tested under constant ranging from 180 to 350 MPa in vacuum at $760^{\cric}C$. The experimental data reveal that the stress exponent for power law creep for the composite is 3.5, a value close to that for unreinforced $Ni_{3}Al$. The microstructural observations reveal that most of the cavities lie on the grain boundaries of the $Ni_{3}Al$ matrix as opposed to the large $TiB_{2}/Ni_{3}Al$ interfaces, suggesting that cavities nucleate at fine carbides that lie in the $Ni_{3}Al$ grain boundaries as a result of the decomposition of the $SiC_{p}$. This observation accounts for the longer rupture times for the monolicthic $Ni_{3}Al$ as compared to those for the $Ni_{3}Al/SiC_{p}/TiB_{2} IMC$. Finally, it is suggested that creep deformation in matrix appears to dominate the rupture process for monolithic $Ni_{3}Al$, whereas growth and coalescence of cavities appears to dominate the rupture process for the composite.

  • 일체형 배기다기관은 하이드로 포밍 대량 생산이 가능한 부품으로 국내, 국제적인 환경문제에 따른 배출 규제와 매우 밀접한 관계에 있기 때문에, 국내 완성차 업체에서 큰 관심을 가지고 있다. 일반적인 주조부품과 비교해서 관형 배기다기관은 용접공정 감소에 따른 단순화된 제작 공정 뿐만아니라, 엔진 시동시 가스 분해능이 우수한 특징을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 부품, 공정, 금형 설계를 포함하는 배기다기관을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 배기 시스템의 성능은 유동해석, 열전달, 열응력, 내구해석 시뮬레이션을 통해 평가하였다.

과열증기와 초고압을 적용한 삼계탕 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on Development of Samgyetang Using Superheated Steam and High Hydrostatic Pressure)

  • 본 연구는 냉장 유통이 가능한 삼계탕을 생산하기 위해 새로운 가공 기술인 SHS 조리와 HPP 처리를 적용하여 냉장온도(5, 10, $15^{\circ}C$)에서 15일간 저장하면서 그 품질 변화를 살펴보았다. 기호도 조사를 통해 SHS 조리가 일반조리에 비해 높은 기호도를 보였으며, 조직감 측정결과 일반조리에 비해 조직이 연해져 부드러운 조직감을 부여하는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 지방의 산화반응을 억제하며 총균수의 증가폭도 일반 조리구에 비해 적어 위생적으로 안전한 것을 알 수 있었고, 저장 기간 동안 pH의 변화는 크게 나타나지 않았다. 이상의 결과를 종합해 볼 때 높은 기호도와 함께 위생적으로 안전한 삼계탕 제품을 제조하기 위해 SHS 조리법과 HHP처리를 적용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.

Synthesis and Characteristic of Novel Soluble Triazoleimide Oligomers with Terminated Arylacetylene

  • Novel soluble triazoleimide oligomers terminated with arylacetylene terminated were synthesized by the Cu(I)-catalysed 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition polymerization of diazides and imide-containing dialkyne. Several molecular weight triazoleimide oligomers were prepared from diazide and dialkyne monomers with different stoichiometric combinations. The curing behaviors of the oligomers were tested by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The thermal properties of the cured products were evaluated by DSC and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). These cured oligomers showed the glass transition temperature of about $225-235^{\circ}C$ and the decomposition temperature (at 5% weight loss) of about $385-393^{\circ}C$ in nitrogen.

접촉식 가수열분해 반응에 의한 감압잔사유의 점도 강하에 대한 연구 (Viscosity Reduction by Catalytic Aquathermolysis Reaction of Vacuum Residues)

  • 본 연구에서는 접촉식 가수열분해 반응을 이용하여 원유를 감압증류한 후 생산되는 고점도의 감압잔사유(VR)의 개질반응을 실시하였다. 감압잔사유는 30 bar, $300^{\circ}C$ 이상에서 24 h 동안 수증기(steam)와 반응하면, 구성성분 중에서 레진류와 아스팔텐류가 감소하고, 포화탄화수소류(saturates)나 방향족탄화수소류(aromatics)가 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 이때 스팀 양이 적은 경우에는 가수열분해 반응 후 아스팔텐 함량이 증가되는 역반응 효과도 관측되었다. 수소공여제인 데칼린을 사용하며 메탈옥사이드-제올라이트계 촉매를 사용하는 접촉식 가수열분해 반응 결과 레진과 아스팔텐류가 10% 정도 줄고 방향족 탄화수소류가 10% 증가하면서 점도 감소효과도 70% 정도로 우수하였다. GC-Mass spectroscopy를 이용하여 촉매 사용 시 가수열분해 반응 결과 분자량이 적은 물질로의 분해효과가 우수함을 확인할 수 있었다.

In Vitro Studies on the Genotoxic Effects of Wood Smoke Flavors

  • Smoke flavors based on the thermal decomposition of wood have been applied to a variety of food products as an alternative for traditional smoking. Despite its increasing use, the available genotoxicity data on wood smoke flavors (WSF) are still controversial. Thus, potential genotoxic effects of WSF in four short-term in vitro genotoxicity assays were investigated, which included the Ames assay, chromosomal aberration assay, micronucleus test and the alkaline comet assay. WSF did not cause any mutation in the Ames assay using five tester strains at six concentrations of 0.16, 0.31, 0.63, 1.25, 2.5 and 5 ${\mu}l/plate$. To assess clastogenic effect, the in vitro chromosomal aberration assay was performed using Chinese hamster lung cells. No statistically significant increase in the number of metaphases with structural aberrations was observed at the concentrations of 1.25, 2.5, and 5 ${\mu}l/ml$. The in vitro comet assay and micronucleus test results obtained on L5178Y cells also revealed that WSF has no genotoxicity potential, although there was a marginal increase in micronuclei frequencies and DNA damage in the respective micronucleus and comet assays. Taken together, based on the results obtained from these four in vitro studies, it is concluded that WSF is not a mutagenic agent in bacterial cells and causes no chromosomal and DNA damage in mammalian cells in vitro.

원주지역 대학생의 거주형태에 따른 가공식품 관련 식행동과 식품표시 인식 (A College Students' Dietary Behavior for Processed Foods and the Level of Perception on Food Labeling System According to Residence Type in Won Ju Province)

  • This study was performed to find out the correct recognition and stabilization of the food labeling system, and the dietary behavior of college students for processed food as well as their recognition of the food labeling system as observed according to their residence type. A questionnaire was composed with three divisions containing general items, the dietary behavior for processed food and the effectiveness of the nutrition labeling system. The data was analyzed by SPSS WIN 17.0 and the results are as follows; The findings showed differences according to residence type were the intake frequency of processed food, the ways of preservation and the reasons of returning or exchange of the purchased processed food. And there was no difference in the recognition of dietary behavior for processed food and food nutrition labeling system. For overall perception of the dietary behavior and the recognition of the food labeling system, the ratio of college students who considered selection standard related to health when purchasing processed food was low. And the ratio of those who checked the label for milk and dairy products or instant food which is concerned with decomposition was high. On the contrary, the ratio of checking was relatively low for beverages, noodles and cookies. Many answered that the reason for having checked the food label was to find out the safety of the food and that of having read the nutrition label was to control weight and to check the nutrition ingredients. In general, many answered positively for the recognition and the necessity of food labeling system, but the actual practice of selecting and managing processed food was poor.
