블라인드PV 시스템의 적용성 검증을 위한 주광 특성 및 일사량 분석 시뮬레이션 (Analysis of Daylight Distributions and Solar Radiation to Verify the Applicability of Blind PV Systems Using Simulation)

  • Daylight provides residents with good visual environment. And available daylight in inside provides positive influence on psychological and physiological aspects. Also, sunlight can be converted directly into electricity using PV(photovoltaic) power generation. This study was to analyze characteristics of daylight distributions, calculate an amount of solar radiation and a PV power generation on the building facade using Radiance and Ecotect simulation programs. Ultimately, the purpose of this study is to verify the applicability of Blind PV systems.

  • 최근 실내에 유입된 주광을 활용하여 인공조명의 에너지를 절감하는 광센서 조광제어시스템에 관한 연구는 유용한 주광의 유입을 위한 자동 차양장치와의 통합을 중심으로 이루어지고 있다. 기존의 연구는 자동 롤러쉐이딩시스템과 베니션블라이드에 관한 연구로, 이 두 시스템은 주광의 입사를 수직적으로 계산한 일영각을 기준으로 차양장치의 높이 및 각도를 계산하여 제어하고 있다. 본 연구는 광센서 조광제어시스템과 연동을 위한 새로운 차양장치로 주광의 유입을 수직 수평으로 제어하는 복층유리 격자루버시스템을 제안하고, 창면의 위치에 따른 루버의 간격을 산출하였으며, 컴퓨터 시뮬레이션을 통하여 격자루버시스템의 주광유입특성을 분석하고 평가하였다.

  • 광센서 조광제어시스템은 주광을 이용하여 인공조명을 제어하는 대표적인 조명제어시스템이다. 그러나 실내에 설치된 고정된 쉐이딩시스템으로 인해 주광유입을 차단함으로써 광센서 조광제어시스템의 현장 적용성은 낮다. 광센서 조광제어시스템의 적용성 및 정확성의 향상을 위해 자동 롤러쉐이딩 시스템과의 통합은 필수적이다. 따라서 본 연구는 롤러쉐이드의 높이에 따른 주광유입분포의 특성을 분석하기 위하여 Mock-up(1/2스케일) 테스트를 시행하였다. Mock-up은 롤러쉐이드가 설치된 2개의 실과 쉐이딩시스템이 없는 1개의 실로 구성되었다. 롤러쉐이드가 설치된 2개의 실 중 1개소는 롤러쉐이드의 높이를 최하단으로 고정하였고, 다른 1개의 실은 태양의 일영각을 기준으로 직사일광의 실내유입깊이를 정하여 산출된 롤러쉐이드의 높이로 제어하였다.

  • Daylight responsive dimming system, which is one of the method for utilizing available daylight. continuously adjusts lighting output with an algorithm of the correlation of photosensor signal and workplane illuminance levels. This system must be related with shading systems which are to control penetrating daylight. The purpose of this research is to analyze illuminance distributions by artificial lighting in different shading systems. Lighting power is changed by 5 levels in nighttime for comparing correlation between illuminance and lighting power in different shading systems.

천공 및 차양조건에 따른 소규모 사무실의 주광 조도 감소범위 예측 (The prediction of reduction ranges of daylight illuminance in small office for sky and shading conditions)

  • This study examines the distributions of daylight illuminance in a small office space under clear and cloudy sky conditions. Three shading conditions using Venetian blinds were applied for the analysis of daylight illuminance. Computer simulations using the Lightscacpe were conducted for the daylight conditions applied to the office space. Results indicate that the illuminance differences between clear and cloudy sky for south-facing conditions were greater than those for north-facing conditions. The differences in December and June were the greatest and smallest, respectively. For the north-facing conditions, the daylight illuminance at 10:00, 12:00 and 14:00 in June and September under the cloudy sky was higher than those under the clear sky conditions. For all daylight conditions, the biggest amount of illuminance reduction occurred when the shading device conditions were changed from the no blind to the 45 degree blinds. As the distance from window increased, the shading effect that occurred when the shading device conditions were changed from the horizontal blind to the 45 degree blinds increased.

사무공간에서 효율적인 조광제어시스템 적용을 위한 주광분포 연구 (A study on daylight distributions for applying effective daylight responsive dimming systems in offices)

  • This study purposes to increase the energy-saving effects by reducing excessive intensity of radiation of artificial lighting through analyzing daylight incident A photosensor sends amounts of detected luminous flux to digital control unit(DCU) as a signal and then, it can decide dimming ratios, received a proper dimming signal from DCU. Generally it Is effective to control artificial lighting with the different control ratio of each row by setting a photosensor as same numbers and rows as artificial lighting. However, it is ineffective to do in initial costs of systems aspect in offices. As a result of grasping the distribution of daylight previously, we can dim different dimming ratios to each row of artificial lighting by a single photosensor.

  • New shading system, which is Grating Louver System into a pair glass, is proposed for integrated lighting system between Daylight Responsive Dimming Systems and shading system in this study. The optimized distance of louvers, which is to block direct sunlight into a space, is calculated. Grating Louver System was simulated using Desktop Radiance 2.0 of lighting simulation software for comparing daylight distribution and changes of control slope by distance from window to back wall with roller shading system controlled by sun profile angle.

광파이프 시스템의 채광성능 예측모델의 검증 및 적용 (Evaluation and Application of Prediction Models for the Daylight Performance of a Light-Pipe System)

  • The use of natural light has the potential for improving both the energy efficiency and indoor environmental quality in buildings. A light-pipe system can introduce daylight to spaces that would otherwise not be able to benefit from the advantages of daylight penetration. For the light-pipe system to be widely used in Korea, it is important to quantify its daylighting performance with due consideration regarding the effects imposed by the local climate conditions. This paper presents the evaluation results of existing semi-empirical models to predict daylighting performance of a light-pipe system. The evaluation of the existing models was based on the monitoring data obtained from a underground parking lot in which the light-pipe system was installed. Comparisons were made between the predicted and the monitored data obtained from the study. The results indicated that semi-empirical models which was developed using the experimental data obtained under the Korean climatic conditions had a good prediction performance. We also quantified the effects caused by sky conditions, solar altitudes, room dimensions, and the aspect ratio of a light-pipe system on both the daylighting performance of the light-pipe system and the indoor illuminance distributions of the space using the semi-empirical model. Finally, this paper provides the design guideline of the light-pipe system for its application to an underground parking lot space.

다색 광원에 대한 가우시안 진폭을 갖는 광학계의 결상 특성 (The Image-forming Property of Optical System having Gaussian Amplitude for Polychromatic Source)

  • 다색 광원에 대한 가우시안 진폭을 갖는 광학계의 결상 특성을 조사하기 위하여 다색 광원에 대한 결상 광학계의 색도(chromaticity) 변화와 조도(illuminance) 분포를 계산하였다. 본 논문에서 고려된 다색 광원은 색온도 2,856K인 텅스텐 백열 램프(incandescent-tungsten lamp)를 나타내는 A광원, 대낮의 평균 햇빛(daylight)을 나타내는 C광원, 대낮의 평균 햇빛의 파장영역을 자외선 영역까지 확대하여 보강한 $D_{65}$광원이다. 다색 광원들의 종류에 따라 기하학적 상점에서의 색도 값이 다르게 나타났으며, 기존의 균일한 진폭을 갖는 광학계에 비해 색도 변화가 매우 작게 나타났다. 조도 분포는 다색 광원의 종류에 따라 거의 변화가 없었으며, 초점 심도는 기존의 균일한 진폭을 갖는 광학계에 비해 크게 나타났다. 이러한 결과로부터 결상 광학계에 입사하는 광의 진폭 형태를 균일한 진폭에서 가우시안 형태로 변조시켜줌으로써 초점 심도는 크게, 색도 변화는 작게 할 수 있다.

실내 주광조도 분포 예측식의 제안 및 검증 (Proposal of the Prediction Equation for Interior Daylight Illuminance)

  • In these days, most of the office buildings are being required to save energy for maintenance. lighting system constitutes 20% to 30% of the total annual electrical energy consumption in office buildings. As an energy saving strategy for lighting system, dimming control system based on illuminance sensors came into use. But the system is accompanied with many illuminance sensors to control lighting and needs a lot of initial investment. In this study, the prediction equation for indoor daylighting illuminance distribution is proposed through the review for conventional research results and field measurements. The proposed equation was verified by the comparison between predicted results and field measurement results. The developed prediction equation for daylighting can be used to control the indoor illuminance level with the limited sensor when dimming control system is operated.
