The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship among staffing, occupancy rate, upward level change of long-term care need, and evaluation grade of facility. Data were obtained from National Health Insurance Corporation Database. Occupancy rate and evaluation grade were highest in National/public operating facilities, while they were worst in individual operating facilities. The percents of A or B grade in evaluation grade (by newly enforced law) is highest in National/public operating facilities. Multiple regression analysis showed that upward level change of care needs was very weakly associated with the number of doctors. Evaluation grade showed a weak and significant association with occupancy ratey(by old-version law)(r=.20, p<.01), upward level change of care need in group home(r=.23, p<.01) Staffing in facility did not show significantly consistent association with upward level change of care needs, evaluation grade, and occupancy rate.

The purpose of this study is to implement web-based quality cost management system to measure the performance of quality improvement activities in the business firms. Developed WQCMS(Web-based Q-Cost Management System) have ability to collect and analyze quality data generated from various different departments in the inside or outside of the enterprise without any limitations, if end-users are able to access wide area network. It provides the capability to integrate quality information from database and to generate various easy analysis reports to management's needs using built-in analysis tool modules with real-time. The proposed system was developed using Microsoft's .Net technology, ASP.NET and MS-SQL Server 2000. By web-enabling Q-cost management system, the effectiveness of the system management and utilization was realized by easiness of information integration and economical efficiency.

서비스의 품질(QoS : quality of service) 보장 지원을 위해 라우터는 망 구성 정보 외에 링크 상태 정보를 기반으로 라우팅 경로를 설정한다. 따라서 라우터가 정확한 링크 상태를 파악하는 것은 최적의 라우팅 경로를 설정하는 데 있어 매우 중요하다. 그러나 라우터가 링크 상태 정보를 다른 라우터에게 알리기 위해 링크 상태 업데이트 메시지를 필요 이상으로 전송 할 경우, 이들 메시지의 생성, 처리, 전달 등에 의한 라우터 시스템 자원의 낭비에 기인한 성능 저하가 야기되며, 이와는 반대로 링크 상태 정보가 적절한 때에 업데이트 되지 않는 경우, 실제 수용 가능한 서비스 요구가 거절될 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 업데이트 메시지를 줄이면서 라우팅 성능을 향상 시키는 알고리즘을 제안하고, 시뮬레이션을 통하여 기존의 알고리즘과 비교해 성능 개선의 정도를 평가하였다.

KISTI-ACOMS ver. 2.0은 2005년부터 4년간 340여 학회에 보급되었고 130여 학회가 사용 중이며 여전히 사용을 희망하는 학회가 많다. 그러나 여러 학회들의 희망과 업그레이드 요청에 비해 지난 3 년간 시스템의 실질적인 개선은 이루어지지 못하였고, 그 동안 국내외의 유사한 유료 온라인 투고/심사 관리 시스템을 도입하는 학회가 생겨나기 시작하는 상황이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 고품질의 과학기술 학술 정보를 저비용으로 생산 및 수집함으로써 국가적인 학술 정보 생산 비용 절감 및 품질 향상을 꾀할 수 있는 새로운 종합 포털 서비스 체계를 제안한다. 이를 위해 KISTI의 여타 서비스들과 연계된 개인용 학술활동 종합 포털 시스템과 저자들의 활동에 의해 자동적으로 구축되는 공개 인용색인 데이터베이스, 피인용 지수에 의한 학술지 평가 체계로 구성되는 새로운 종합 포털 서비스 체계를 묶어 활용하는 방법을 제시한다.

Objectives : This systematic review aims to assess the effectiveness of thread embedding therapy on animal model for rheumatoid arthritis. Methods : Search was conducted in the Cochrane library, MEDLINE (PubMed), EMBASE, the Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure, Wan-Fang Database, Technology Journal Database, the Korean Studies Information Service System, the Oriental Medicine Advanced Searching Integrated System, the Research Information Sharing Service, the National Digital Science Library, the Korean Traditional Knowledge Portal and the Korea Citation Index. Data were extracted concerning animal model, intervention and rheumatoid arthritis indicator by two independent reviewers. Reporting quality was also evaluated by the ARRIVE (Animal Research: Reporting In Vivo Experiments) guidelines 2.0. Results : One thousand thirty six studies were primarily selected. After screening, 10 studies met the inclusion criteria. 1 study was published 2005, 1 study was published 2010, 1 study was published 2012, 1 study was published 2015, 2 studies were published 2016, 3 studies were published 2017, 1 study was published 2018. The most frequently used acupoints were ST36 and BL23, and were used with an average frequency of 11.8 days. All of these thread embedding therapy studies were effective on behavioral, morphological, immunohistological and hematological indicators to treat of rheumatoid arthritis model. Conclusions : These results demonstrated the effectiveness of thread embedding therapy and suggested the putative mechanism. However, considering the small number of included studies, low reporting quality and differences in study design, further studies with rigorous designs and high reporting quality need to be conducted.

원자력 발전소의 확률론적 안전성 평가(PSA)를 수행하기 위해서는 여러 가지 분야의 다양한 데이터가 필요하다. 그러므로 PSA의 수행 및 검토에 있어, 효과적인 자료의 관리가 필수적이라 할 수 있다. 한국 원자력연구소에서는 PSA 관련 모든 정보를 손쉽게 관리하기 위하여, PSA 정보 시스템(AIMS)을 개발하고 있다 AIMS는 PSA 분석에 필요한 모든 관련 문서와 모델을 통합하여, PSA평가를 손쉽게 수행할 수 있도록 개발한 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 PSA정보 시스템의 개발 과정 및 데이터베이스 설계 그리고 입출력 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 기술하였다.

Korea Postal Service(KPS) nowadays lies in competitive environment with alternative business such as door-to-door delivery service. Customers began to complain about postal service quality and ask the government to reform a public firm through management innovation. But, Korea Postal Service has not met the break-even point between it's revenue and expenditure because the service is under the government system and cannot independently make major decisions on products, pricing, services, personnel management, financial policies and etc. The objective of this study is to provide marketing planners and practitioners with some guidelines when they establish marketing strategies and to help marketers on theories and practical instructions about postal service marketing when they interact with customers. I. A field survey on both customer satisfaction and internal staff satisfaction was conducted to get some ideas for the marketing strategy planning. II. Practical guidelines and instructions were made for marketers to communicate with customers in various areas such as pricing, product, service demand, marketing channel, promotion, and etc. III. Some suggestions on marketing policies for planners and mangers in the marketing strategy were described including personnel resource as well as physical resource. IV. Special issues on small packet market and direct mail market were discussed and some alternative solutions were proposed. V. Database marketing strategy was emphasized to get new business opportunities such as direct mail, and to provide differential services to customers as much as their contribution into the profitability for KPS. VI. Cyber Post Office should be constructed on Internet to provide new services which are combined with physical material flow and information technologies.

In this study, a database was established by analyzing the record data research produced in ice hockey sports. The deployed data verification with Ice hockey reference service was demonstrated with ice hockey officials and players. This research utilized the data stored in the KNSU Datanest data repository and developed PDF parsers for batch processing of records. Among the types of records, the game summary, team roster, team statistics, and player statistics files were collected, and tables were extracted from the records. PDF records were converted to text in CSV format which are converted to DataFrame and loaded into the database. Out of the total 22 types of records, 4 types were constructed with OO data parsed as element values. Data verification has found no problems with the quality of the data deployed, showing a high satisfaction with providing 66 factors against the 30 factors provided by the service previously used.

In this study, by applying mobile based GIS and image analysis of particulate matter ($PM_{10}$) concentration in Seoul and Ulsan in Korea, to identify the user's location and also implemented the application to information exchange. It strengthened citizens' access to air quality information through the application and derived the expanded environment information sharing through real-time user participation. Through atmospheric concentrations image analysis, it showed a new environmental information construction possibility. It had the effect of expanding the information collecting through the local user participation on the limited information collected area which place is not yet constructed atmospheric monitoring network. Location-based particulate matter information service application provides a user location's $PM_{10}$ information from the 25 urban air monitoring network real-time database of the Ministry of Environment. Furthermore, if the user sent a picture of the atmosphere to the server, should match the image density values of the database and express on Seoul's maps through the IDW interpolation. And then a $PM_{10}$ concentration result is transmitted to user in real time.

The production technology is the basic of manufacturing for various materials and components. This technology can influence the quality and productivity of leading export products such as automobile, ship, and electronic device. Besides, the production technology is very useful to apply to other manufacturing fields and has a great ripple effect. However, it is very difficult to make the production technology into standardization and knowledge-based database because the production technology is dependent in hands-on experience. In this study, the knowledge-sharing platform for the molding & forming technology which is a branch of the production technology is introduced. This platform is web-based system and has the knowledge authoring tool technologies storage, semantic database, and web portal service. Therefore, the molding & forming technology can be shared and spread easily by the knowledge-sharing platform.
