공공 건설사업 발주 정책의 변화 및 대형화, 복잡화되고 있는 건축 프로젝트의 특성에 따라 향후 건설시장은 디자인 빌드 방식의 건설사업이 더욱 증가할 것으로 예상된다. 그러나 디자인 빌드의 증가와 더불어 운영관리 측면에서의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 디자인 빌드 방식은 일괄사업자가 설계와 시공에 대한 책임을 전담하게 되므로 많은 리스크 요인이 존재하며, 기본설계에서 실시설계를 거쳐 시공단계에 이르는 업무 프로세스가 명확히 규명되어 있지 않아 사업의 진행에 따른 사업 수행자의 일관되고 체계적인 관리가 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디자인 빌드 프로젝트의 효과적인 수행을 위한 프로세스 모델을 개발하고, 관련지식의 체계적인 축적 및 활용을 위한 데이터베이스의 구축방안을 제시하고자 한다.

With the recent trend to get more into the information age we suppose that the need of information for medical industry policy establishment and new product development of medical instrument will increase rapidly. The object of this research & development is the construction of a database system with information resources in the field of medical instrument for an efficient application of domestic and abroad information in the field of medical instrument and building the foundation for the construction of an unified information management system. In this research we finished the analysis of the collected material of informations for medical instrument industry, design of the database system with object-oriented modelling is done. and we developed pre-product level information management system running on WINDOWS.

Nuclear power plants in Korea are usually built based on a duplicated model; so the project cost data of the preceding unit can be used as reference when estimating the project cost for the succeeding unit. However, since the contracting method is oriented towards the price, empirical factors such as making top-down estimations using the reverse calculation method based on the completion cost of the preceding unit is dominant. In order to develop a project cost database to resolve such problems, the detailed cost boundary of the project cost data must be categorized by project and by system. This study proposes a method to connect the code of account with the base quantities and the IAEA account, and proposes a database structure for the development of a project cost estimation system. The estimation system developed in the future is expected to utilize the proposed project cost data structure.

The study set up the models of a general standard apartment house and a super high-rise standard apartment house, which were based on the 5 floor plans of the assessment reference houses of the "green homes" provided by the government; such main construction materials as to account for more than 80% of the entire amount of $CO_2$ emission in a construction work were selected; a database was built up for evaluating the environmental loads of the main materials according to the house types that were different from each other in area, block type, combination of living units or floor; and using the database, an attempt was made to develop the technology to assess $CO_2$ emission from the production of construction materials used in the stage of construction.

The food composition tables are frequently used to health and nutrition practices. But it is difficult to find out food exchange lists with food exchange groups in the food composition table. Over 2500 items and many kinds of nutrients are in the food composition table. But now food exchange lists are used a few foods. The internet demands the users needs for obtaining more food exchange lists and nutrient information from food composition. This basic study is to solve the users need and the supply more efficient and effective manipulation system for e-food exchange database construction and search system:ENECC/e-food exchnage(E-Nutrition Education and Couseling Center/e-food exchange). This paper introduces the food exchange database construction and search system(ENECC/e-food exchange) using the formula which calculates the food exchange quantity of 6 food exchange groups and added one extra groups(alcohol) based on the internet. The ENECC/e-food exchange database is basically based on the 6th food composition table(2001) of the National Rural Living Science Institution in Rural Development Administration, Korea. The e-food exchange database are consisted of 2,261 foods in 6 basic food groups and one extra groups by using ENECC calculating formula. Also, the e-food exchange database has the proximate composition, mineral and vitamin content such as energy, moisture, protein, fat, carbohydrate, ash, calcium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, retinol equivalent, retinol, â-carotene, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, ascorbic acid, refuse per 100g of each food.

지하시설물의 효과적인 데이터의 관리는 인간 삶 측면에서 매우 중요하다. 여기에는 최신성의 정확도 높은 데이터의 입력이 선행되어야 한다. 그래서 효율적인 데이터를 입력을 위한 방법이 중요하다. 본 연구에서는 오픈소스(open source) 소프트웨어를 활용하여 하수 시설물 현장조사 프로그램을 개발함으로써 종이도면을 태블릿PC로 대체할 수 있도록 하였다. 태블릿PC를 활용하여 현장에서 취득하는 도형 및 속성정보를 데이터베이스 서버를 통해 실시간으로 전송하도록 하였으며, PostGIS 쿼리(query)를 개발하여 구조화편집 자동화로 하수 시설물 GIS (Geographic Information System) 데이터베이스 구축에 수작업을 최소화하였다. 또한, 하수 시설물 GIS 데이터베이스 구축 프로그램을 활용하여 데이터베이스 구축을 하였고, 이를 기존방식의 하수 시설물 데이터베이스 구축과 작업공정, 작업시간을 비교·분석한 결과 작업공정이 단순화되었고 작업시간이 단축되었다. 아울러 오픈소스 소프트웨어의 간단한 커스터마이징을 통해 타 분야의 현장조사 및 데이터베이스 구축에 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

With the recent increase of social demand of knowledge on traditional medicine, the construction of database is becoming a pressing matter. The reality is that while the social desire to adapt the high quality knowledge is growing fast, the field of Oriental Medicine has yet to organize its system. The number of Oriental Medical Doctors are limited, and there is no structured means of communication to expand the professional knowledge of these specialists to the public. Accordingly, an effective and structured knowledge system is in great need. In the process of building an Oriental Medicine database, prescription[方劑] and medicines[本草] are first in line. Consequently, we have taken the first step by organizing various methods to build the database containing information such as the formula, ingredients, composition, handling methods of herbal medicine written in traditional medical publications and herbal texts before the Song(宋) dynasty.

In this paper, we proposed Wireless LAN (WLAN) localization method that enhances database construction based on weighting factor and analyse the characteristic of the WLAN received signals. The weighting factor plays a key role as it determines the importance of Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) value from number of received signals (frequency). The fingerprint method is the most widely used method in WLAN-based positioning methods because it has high location accuracy compare to other indoor positioning methods. The fingerprint method has different location accuracies which depend on training phase and positioning phase. In training phase, intensity of RSSI is measured under the various. Conventional systems adapt average of RSSI samples in a database construction, which is not quite accurate due to variety of RSSI samples. In this paper, we analyse WLAN RSSI characteristic from anechoic chamber test, and analyze the causes of various distributions of RSSI and its influence on location accuracy in indoor environments. In addition, we proposed enhanced weighting factor algorithm for accurate database construction and compare location accuracy of proposed algorithm with conventional algorithm by computer simulations and tests.

This paper presents a fingerprint database construction method for WLAN RSSI (Received Signal Strength Indicator)-based indoor positioning. When RSSI is used for indoor positioning, the fingerprint method can achieve more accurate positioning than trilateration and centroid methods. However, a FD (Fingerprint Database) must be constructed before positioning. This step is a very laborious process. To reduce the drawbacks of the fingerprint method, a radio propagation model-based FD construction method is presented. In this method, an FD can be constructed by a simulator. Experimental results show that the constructed FD-based positioning has a 3.17m (CEP) error. In this paper, a spatial correlation method is presented to estimate the NLOS(Non-Line of Sight) error included in the FD constructed by a simulator. As a result, the NLOS error of the FD is reduced and the performance of the error compensated FD-based positioning is improved. The experimental results show that the enhanced FD-based positioning has a 2.58m (CEP) error that is a reasonable performance for indoor LBS (Location Based Service).
