Occupational health services in Korea have been operated as dual types: one is operated by occupational health care manager and the other is health care agency without their own personnel. The performance of occupational health service should be different due to the variety of characteristics of health care manager and workplace, qualification of health care manager. This study is to analyze performance of occupational health care services with a particular consideration of job, based on comparing those two types of health care management to show on the basic data for the settlement of more qualitative. health care management system at workplace. For this study, total 391 places in Seoul and Inchon city area: 154 places (39.4%) managed by designated. health care manager and 237 places (60.6%) by the agency with their commission are selected as research samples. Tools for data collection are questionnares have been investigated during the period of 20 September 1993-20 December 1993. Those data are compared with percentiles, mean, standard deviation due to the characterstics of each variable and analyzed for impacting factors with relation to the using multiple regression analysis using SPSS PC program, especially using t -test method in order to compare each type of health care management. Conclusions observed from the tests and each comparison could be summerized as follows : 1. Occupational health care have been accomplished at workplaces with designated people than with agencies people, and coverage rate of the occupational health care services has differences, due to management types. The reason of these results is due to visit only one or two times monthly by the agencies, while their own health care manager obsess, at the workplaces all the times. 2. The common sickness management is the most accomplished item in health care area of occupational health care services, while the preventive care and control for the workers who have serious health problems are insufficient in workers health care area. 3. An insufficient accomplishment of overall health education has been shown because it is difficult to perform health education due to almost no chance of the direct introduction at workplaces. Therefore a strong support system for making and supplying the media is necessary in order to activate indirect health education by means of media. 4. Because health care managers and the agencies managers where take the workplaces for this study are almost nurses who have been comparatively high work site rounding rate about an environmental management at the workplaces, that non-profession can also do it, the activities about the professional area not enough. Therefore, an appropriate referral system should be established in order to complement professional area. 5. Two factors which have an effect on the coverage rate of occupational health care services are : one is those from the workplaces such as type of services, the number of workers, the number of harzadous factors and safety & health committee, the other from health care organization about whether there is its own manager or not.

This paper proposes a group key management protocol for a secure of all the multicast user in PIM-SM multicast group communication. With prosed architect, subgroups for multicast secure group management will be divided by RP (Rendezvous-Point) unit and each RP has a subgroup manager. Each subgroup manager gives a secure key to it's own transmitter md the transmitter compress the data with it's own secure key from the subgroup manager. Before the transmitter send the data to receiver, the transmitter prepare to encrypt a user's service by sending a encryption key to the receiver though the secure channel, after choking the user's validity through the secure channel. As the transmitter sending a data after then, the architecture is designed that the receiver will decode the received data with the transmitter's group key. As a result, the transmitting time is shortened because there is no need to data translation by group key on data sending and the data transmition is possible without new key distribution at path change to SPT (Shortest Path Tree) of the router characteristic. Additionally, the whole architecture size is samller than the other multicast secure architecture by using the conventional PIM-SIM routing structure without any additional equipment.

The purpose of this study is to suggest a plan for which Medical Record Technician, who has main task as efficient creation and management of medical information, is changed successfully to health information manager in IT-based medical environment. According to this research objective, it carried out an analysis on future model(To-be) for being changed into health information manger in addition to analysis of the current situation for task as medical record technician. The subject materials of analyzing the present status included 1) state-exam subjects for medical record technician 2) qualification examination subjects for health information manger 3) analytical data of the current task for domestically medical record technicians 4) symposiums and educational topics for the recent 3 years in Korean Medical Record Association. Future-model(To-be) data included 'HIM Professional Roles in E-HIM (R)' suggested by AHIMA(American Health Information Management Association). Through a comparative analysis of these materials, a role of being needed currently medical record technicians' new entry was analyzed to be Business change manager, IT training specialist, Consumer advocate, Clinical alerts and reminders manager, and Enterprise application specialist.

The field organization management in construction industry is very important factor improvement and cost reduction. But, until now, evaluation methods on the existing field organization did not make ready and endeavor of organization betterment was insufficient in construction industry. The purpose of this study to provide basic data for reasonable selection and evaluation of the field manager through analyzing operation status of the existing field organization in apartment and office building project by interview and questionnaire on the 22 construction companies. This study presented optimal proposal on the selection and evalution of field manager for productivity improvement and cost reduction by means of efficient construction progress in apartment and dffice building project.

The aim of this study was to perform comparative analysis of the duties of 7 new roles of HIMs in Malaysian and Korean hospitals of a similar scale. A Malaysian general hospital with a scale of 272 hospital beds was chosen. The researcher visited a Malaysian hospital in person and interviewed the staff in charge over a 2 week period from July 22nd 2013 to August 2nd 2013. For domestic hospitals, 13 general hospitals with 270 hospital beds, similar to the Malaysian general hospital, were chosen. Phone interviews with the department recorded the duty recording work. Regarding 7 new roles of Health Information Manager (HIM), although the role as a Health information manager and Security Officer in Malaysian general hospital was not defined, 30.8% performed their role in Korean general hospitals. The classification of disease & procedure within the role of Clinical data specialist was performed by both countries, and while the tumor registry was done in a Malaysian general hospital, only 15.4% of Korean general hospitals were operating. The statistics of the discharged patients were not measured in the Malaysian general hospital but 76.9% of Korean general hospitals recorded these statistics. Although 22.1% of Korean general hospitals operated registration work of special disease, Malaysian general hospital not only had a total legal contagious disease registration, but also took charge of information registration of hospital births and deceased ones. Other than these, the Patient Information Coordinator, Data Quality Manager, Document and Repository Manager, Research and Decision Support Analyst roles were not done by either country. The new role of HIM is operated in a low percentage in Korean middle and small hospitals. Therefore, to clearly establish the role of HIM in Korea, and have middle and small hospitals to operate such a role, it is essential for the related association to give continuous education and provide support to clarify the role within the hospital working environment. It is desirable to benchmark Malaysian general hospital's registration work on special diseases and others, and expand the work to improve overall.

CIM is generally considered as a solution for total automation of a manufacturing system. In a CIM system, Flexible Manufacturing System(FMS) is linked colsely to the actual manufacturing line. This study will examine the strategy of integrating incompatible FA equipments, expecially PLCs (Programable Logic Controllers). PLC Manager is proposed as a model for integrating PLC algorithms, whose primary tasks are to communicate line-field data with PLCs and cell controller. To operate it, a PLC script language is designed and implemented.

A new architecture called the Storage Area Network(SAN) was developed in response to the requirements of high availability of data, scalable growth and system performance In order to use SAN more efficiently, must SAN operating systems support storage virtualization concepts that allow users to view physical storage devices attached to SAN as a large volume virtually. A logical volume manager Days a key role in storage virtualization it realizes the storage virtualization by mapping logical addresses to physical addresses. In this paper, we design and implement an efficient and flexible mapping method for logical volume manager. The mapping method in this paper supports a snapshot that preserves a volume image at certain time and on-line reorganization to allow users to add or remove storage devices to SAN even while the system is running.

The purpose of this study was to investigate conditions conducting continuous business of men and women manager owned small apparel stores, and to compare differences on demographical characteristics of the managers, and then to reveal what conditions were important to make a profit in future by gender. Data were collected from 150 (71 from men and 79 from women) managers owned small apparel stores in Busan. The results showed as follows; Conditions conducting continuous business of women and men manager were five factors such as manger's commitment, grasping capability of the trend, employee, planning and capability on financial control. There were significant differences in the perception of gender, education, managerial period, non employment/employment and non experience/experience between women and men manager on the conditions. Also, in this study we revealed that men importantly perceived planning factor and women grasping capability of the trend to make a profit in future.

Recently, there are lots of concerning on the control of multi-agent control system and mixed reality integrating real and virtual environments. In this paper, an integrated agent control system based on mixed reality and mobile environment is proposed. The system consists of a manager, agents, a mapping module, a geographic information module, a WAP server, and a mobile manager. The manager has Hybrid Device Manager(HDM) working for revising images and position data of the agents to display that at the 3D virtual and mobile environments respectively. Especially, the images of the agent is translated to LBM format and displayed on the mobile phone, and the current position of the agent is displayed on the display screen, so that a user are able to control the agent when he is moving. Experimental results shows the proposed system lets us control the agents conveniently at a computer and a mobile phone.
