The usage of Building Information Modelling (BIM) in building projects has enabled improvement in project planning, implementation and collaboration process amongst various stakeholders within architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) industry. However, variations exist in the current practices of BIM implementation and coordination process in the industry. These variations result in inconsistent degree of BIM use across the construction industry. This inconsistency gives rise to several managerial and technological challenges such as data interoperability issues and purposeful integration and exchange of information within the BIM components. In order to tackle the issue, it is essential to analyse the different BIM approaches employed by the industry practitioners. BIM guidelines serve as a critical link between the BIM model, and its subsequent execution. They therefore provide the best reflection of BIM application and processes. This research paper aims to address the variations existing in BIM practices across the construction industry. It includes an extensive study of 21 existing, publicly available BIM-based guidelines in order to establish an understanding of the present state of practice and deduce issues and concerns related to them. All guidelines analysed in this paper are first categorised based on authorship and the release date for efficient comparison. The points of similarity and difference between them are thereby realized and outlined. In addition, the transition of project implementation process from traditional methods to BIM technology is also explained. The existence of inconsistencies in the BIM guidelines reviewed in this paper reflects the need of a BIM 'Code Compliance Check'. The Code Compliance Check will serve as a regulatory project guideline that will further improve the potential of BIM by incorporating a consistent BIM modelling methodology for the entire construction industry.

건설산업은 기획단계에서 설계, 시공, 유지관리 및 철거단계에 이르기까지 다양한 특성을 가진 프로세스로 구성되어지며, 각 프로세스에는 다양한 업무주체가 참여하고 있다. 최근 건축이 복잡화, 다양화 되어감에 따라 각각의 업무주체들 협업과정상에서 생성되는 다양한 건설정보의 교환표준화에 대한 연구가 활발히 논의되고 있다. 그러나 국제데이터교환 표준인 IFC에 관한 국내 연구로는 IFC의 2D기반확장에 관한 연구, 3D, 4D에 관한 연구가 이루어지고 있으나, 기존 연구에서는 이론적인 방향 제시 및 모델제시에 그치고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구의 목적은 3D CAD Model을 이용하여 국제 건설데이터 교환표준인 IFC의 호환성을 테스트하고, IFC를 이용한 호환성 확보의 문제점을 도출하고자 한다.

This study conducted a basic design of system and interface which provide both of spatial and non-spatial data for water hazard information management. This helps to decide directions of the future integrated water hazard information platform and possible technical examinations of the web-based system for the realization of the prototype. For user friendly system, this study did a survey to investigate the data format, service environment, image processing level and visualization type that users prefer. Also, authorization range was set up by type of the user group. In the water hazard information platform, the data and analysis algorithm were classified by the fields. Furthermore, the platform was consisted with six block systems according to the function and the interface and designed to flexibly mount or modify the additional functions. For a basic design of the data exchange method and protocols, a prototype was constructed by using the spatial information web service technology. The portal service system to visualize and provide spatial data was designed by the WMS/WFS type of OGC standard interface and the FTP/HTTP interface type through open source GIS software for server environment.

웹서비스는 URL(Uniform Resource Locator)로 주소지정이 가능하게 네트워크 상에 내놓은 기능요소들의 집합으로서 분산 어플리케이션을 만들기 위한 빌딩 블럭으로 사용할 수 있게 한 것이다. 웹서비스로 요청을 보내고 응답을 받을 때 소비자가 자주 사용하는 프로토콜을 SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)이라 하는데, 이는 중앙집중에서 어난 분산 환경에서 정보교환을 위해 HTTP 상위에 만들어진 경량의 XML 기반 프로토콜이다. 웹서비스는 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 프로토콜인 HTTP와 SOAP, 그리고 XML에 기반을 둔 데이터형식을 통해 불러오기 때문에 특히 대규모의 비즈니스 영역에서 공통적인 기능을 구현하는데 유용하다. 본 논문에서는 기업회계의 투명성 및 기업의 생산성 향상을 위해 기업회계에 필요한 전표데이터처리를 위한 웹서비스를 구현한다. 기업의 거래 사실을 입증하기 위해 회계관리에 중요한 자료로 사용되는 전표데이터에 대한 구조를 분석하여 데이터베이스를 설계하고, 데이터조작을 위한 저장프로시저를 구현하여 이를 웹서비스를 통해 제어할 수 있게 하였다. 본 논문의 결과는 전자 상거래에 필요한 회계처리시스템의 표준화 및 활성화에 기여할 것이다.

최근 해상교통관제시스템(VTS : Vessel Traffic Service)은 항행지원정보교류가 가능한 육상국으로서 선박 통항의 안전과 효율성을 증진시키고 환경을 보호하는 e-Navigation의 핵심적 시스템으로 역할이 기대되고 있다. 최근 IALA를 통하여 국제적으로 데이터 공유를 위한 구조에 대한 연구와 표준 포맷이 정해지고 있으며 IVEF(IVEF:Inter-VTS Data Exchange Format)는 이중의 한 중요한 요소이다. 이러한 실시간의 트래픽 정보는 국가적으로 보안에 민감한 요소이나 현 규격에 정해진 보안성에 대한 규정은 다소 정해진 바 없이, 연동하기 위한 보안 규격을 다시 설계하여 상호 추진하고 연동시험을 수행해야 될 수준이다. 또한 Radar에 대한 물표 자체의 전달은 현재 고려하고 있지 않기 때문에 Track되지 않은 물표는 불필요한 많은 속성들을 같이 전송해야 하며, 레이더 물표에 대한 별도의 정해진 속성은 없는 상태여서 기존의 선박의 길이를 기반으로 비율을 고려하여 다시 재 산출되어야 가능하다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 이러한 데이터 공유를 위한 IVEF의 규격을 검토하고 이를 보완하는 내용을 고려하여 새로운 프로토콜 및 방안을 제시한다. 이러한 구조는 VTS 시스템에서 적용 가능한 방안인지를 확인하여, 실제 적용할 수 있는 기술개발로서 방향을 정립하고자 한다.

This paper describes a research work of developing system for conceptual die design system for Fine blanking. The method of approaching to the system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. This system has been written in VisualLISP on the AutoCAD using a personal computer and in Microsoft Visual Basic ver.6.0. Transference of data is accomplished by DXF (Drawing Exchange Format) method. This system consists of six modules, which are cognition of a drawing, cognition of shear length, calculation of shear force, materials properties database, determination of degree of difficulty of the product, determination of approximate life of punch and die modules. Results carried out in each module will provide efficiency to the designer and the manufacturer of die for Fine blanking. But the main focus of this system is the design of die for Fine blanking in the level of general concept. In order to use powerful tool in this field, developed system will be studied continuously.

본 연구의 목적은 건설프로젝트에 관련된 기술문서(technical document)를 효율적으로 저장하고 웹(web)을 통하여 신속하고 정확하게 교환할 수 있도록 전자화(digitalization)하는 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 먼저 전자화 측면을 고려하여 기술문서의 여러 특성을 분석하였고 이를 바탕으로 저장에는 데이터베이스(database)를, 웹을 통한 교환에는 XML을 적용하여 기술문서를 전자화할 수 있는 방안을 도출하였다. 여기에는 기술문서의 저장과 검색, 부분적인 XML문서의 작성, 기술문서에 적합한 구성항목과 구성체계 설정, 웹에서의 수식과 그래픽 처리 방안이 포함된다. 마지막에는 전형적인 기술문서 중의 하나인 구조계산서(structural design sheets)를 대상으로 하여 데이터베이스에 저장하기 위한 자료구조(data structure) 정의, 실제 XML문서의 작성 및 웹을 통한 교환 등을 부분적으로 구현하여 본 연구에서 제안한 데이터베이스와XML에 기반한 기술문서 전자화 방안의 적정성을 검토하였다.

본 논문에서는 첨단 IT(Information Technology) 기술을 전통산업인 집진기에 융합한 지능형 원격 집진기 bag 제어 시스템을 이벤트 기반으로 개발하였다. 먼저 전력선 통신을 이용하여 집진기 bag 상태 정보를 효율적으로 전송할 수 있도록 메시지 형식을 정의하였다. 그리고 집진기와 집진기 bag을 논리적으로 모델링하기 위해 자료형을 정의하였고, 이를 이용해 집진기와 집진기 bag을 XML과 객체지향 모델링 기법을 이용해 모델링하였다. 뿐만 아니라 집진기 bag의 교체시기를 정확하게 지능적으로 파악할 수 있도록 사례들을 수집하여 XML로 표현하고, 그 사례를 기반으로 현재 집진기 bag 상태를 사례기반 추론 기법을 이용하여 추론한 후 집진기 bag의 교체시기를 관리자에게 실시간으로 제시하도록 개발하였다.

To look at Korea trade environment, as increasing the quantity of goods transported in North-East Asia and deepening national competitive, information-oriented logistics environment is needed. That means it is automated work process and can provide value-added service. To do this, logistics business can be efficiently handled through "Electronic Means for the Clearance of Ships" and electronically data processing. Also, by increasing the risk of international terrorism, regulation regarding to logistics security has strengthened around the advanced country, such as USA and EU, etc. or international organization, such as IMO, ISO, etc.. Furthermore, because trade and logistics environment is changing and security becomes more important in logistics area, movement or status information of goods within the port or in entry in/out becomes more and more be needed in real time. In case cross-border logistics activities, international cooperation or agreement between countries is very important. However, different opinions much happened on defining the interface. If to follow one format or type using at a specific country or organization, it was occurred to difficulty in respect of interoperability as well as additional costs or time. Therefore, this paper proposes common interface model to exchange information for the efficient global SCM for using by the output of Korea R&D project, "National Logistics Standardization System Development".

Purpose - The purpose of this paper is to get a clear concept about intellectual capital and reports on intellectual capital in different entities based on the literature review. Research design, data, and methodology - This study was mainly written in a way of descriptive research. The current studies deal with the theoretical and reporting aspects on intellectual capital. Thus, this research is developed on the basis of previous descriptive and empirical research papers. Results - This study finds that intellectual capital is the combination of human capital, structural capital and relational capital but there is no unique measurement system or process to define intellectual capital. The findings also indicates that the measurement for intellectual capital varies based on the measurement process, time period, firms, industries and country to country perspectives. It can be also observed that firms have the tendency not to disclose the intellectual capital information. Conclusions - This study recommends that intellectual capital should be presented in a fixed format and human, relational and structural capital should be included as intellectual capital. Additionally, it suggests that mandatory requirement of legislation, effective corporate governance mechanism and stock exchange listing requirement might increase the quality of intellectual reporting.
