빅데이터가 여러 분야에서 다양하게 접목됨에 따라 빅데이터 시장이 하드웨어로부터 시작해서 서비스 소프트웨어 부문으로 확장되고 있다. 특히 빅데이터 의미 파악 및 이해 능력, 분석 결과 등 총체적이고 직관적인 시각화를 위하여 애플리케이션을 제공하는 거대 플랫폼 시장으로 확대되고 있다. 그 중에서 SNS(Social Network Service) 등과 같은 소셜 미디어를 활용한 빅데이터 추출 및 분석에 대한 수요가 기업 뿐만 아니라 개인에 이르기까지 매우 활발히 진행되고 있다. 그러나 이처럼 사용자 트렌드 분석과 마케팅을 위한 소셜 미디어 데이터의 수집 및 분석에 대한 많은 수요에도 불구하고, 다양한 소셜 미디어 서비스 인터페이스의 이질성으로 인한 동적 연동의 어려움과 소프트웨어 플랫폼 구축 및 운영의 복잡성을 해결하기 위한 연구가 미흡한 상태이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 소셜 미디어 데이터의 수집에서 추출 및 분류에 이르는 과정을 하나로 통합하여 운영할 수 있는 프레임워크를 개발하는 방법에 대해 제시한다. 제시된 프레임워크는 이질적인 소셜 미디어 데이터 수집 채널의 문제를 어댑터 패턴을 통해 해결하고, 의미 연관성 기반 추출 기법과 주제 연관성 기반 분류 기법을 통해 소셜 토픽 추출과 분류의 정확성을 높였다.

This study started from the public interest purpose to help accessibility for the information acquisition of the vulnerable groups due to visual difficulties such as the elderly and the visually impaired. In this study, the server resources are minimized and implemented in most of the user smart phones. In addition, we implement a method to gather necessary information by collecting only pattern information by utilizing crawl & clipping without having to visit the site of the information of the various sites having the data necessary for the user, and to have it in the server. Especially, we applied the TTS(Text-To-Speech) service composed of smart phone apps and tried to develop a unified customized information collection service based on voice-based information collection method.

The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of customers' waiting time on their revisit intention through their emotion. Also this study assessed the effect of restaurant selection attributes on consumers' revisit intention in Korea. This study used experimental scenario questionnaires for collecting data. Frequency analysis, Cronbach's alpha, correlation, t-tests and multiple regression analysis were assessed using SPSS. Customers preferred taste, sanitation and service when selecting a restaurant to dine out. The results of this study found that there were no significant differences between positive and negative emotions due to waiting time. Findings of this study suggested that waiting time, convenience, nutritional value, and emotion influenced consumers' revisit intention. Therefore, reducing waiting time and providing proper service will help consumers have positive emotions to return to dine at a restaurant.

In order to foster 'creative convergence talents' teachers and pre-service teachers who possess a certain degree of creativity must learn about this new approach as part of their teacher training. In this study, we attempted to identify the implications on the curriculum of the teacher education-training college in question by analysing secondary school teachers' and pre-service teachers' creativity and by collecting sufficient data to develop a positive feedback model for selecting, cultivating, and appointing pre-service teachers who fulfil the requirements of said college of education. Such teachers will display the commitment and professionalism to fulfil their teaching duties in the best possible manner and will consistently produce valuable contributions to their chosen subject matter and integrate these into their daily teaching. These teachers will complete all their tasks in a creative way, including student guidance, administrative duties, and academic lessons. The factors that distinguished creative teachers from others included originality and fluency. Our test group comprised 216 pre-service teachers as well as 137 fully qualified teachers. Teachers' understanding of the factors required in order to qualify as a 'creative and committed teacher' was very low. We provided data to the college of education to increase creativity when selecting teachers and curricula based on an analysis of perceptions of creativity provided by teachers and pre-service teachers.

최근 스마트 폰 출현과 함께 인터넷 검색, 트위터, 페이스북 등의 SNS(Social Network Service) 가 폭발적으로 성장하고 지속적인 IT 발달로 인해 새롭게 창출, 유통되는 정보 즉, 빅 데이터가 기하급수적으로 증가하고 있다. 또한 기업 간의 경쟁이 날로 심화되어 가고 있는 가운데 효율적인 경영을 위해서는 시시각각으로 변하는 고객의 니즈를 파악하기 위해 그 어느 때 보다도 고객피드백이 필요한 시대이다. 이를 위해 다양한 고객의 목소리가 담겨 있는 소셜 빅 데이터는 꼭 필요한 자원이기 때문에 모바일 스마트 혁명의 핵심 자원인 빅 데이터를 어떻게 분석, 활용 할 것인지 많은 기업들의 관심이 집중되고 있다. 소셜 빅 데이터의 데이터 수집과 분석은 버즈(Buzz) 모니터링이라는 시스템을 통해 이루어지고 있다. 본 연구에서는 빅 데이터를 분석하는 버즈모니터링에 대해 고찰해 보고 실제 버즈모니터링을 통해 얻은 고객평판 사례를 제시하여 그 결과를 분석하고 시사점을 고찰해 본다. 의료기관 평판 사례분석 결과 각 병원과 평가항목에 따라 호감도가 다르므로 해당병원에서 구체적인 고객의 반응을 실시간으로 파악하여 개선점을 찾을 수 있다.

There is a growing interest in convergence. National R & D is also providing various policies and institutional support to promote convergence research. Convergence research, however, does not clearly specify its characteristics at the academic and government levels. This research proceeds with the process of collecting, refining, analyzing, modeling, verifying and visualizing national R & D data through the National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS). The method is to derive the convergence research characteristics and to derive through text mining, focusing on the unstructured information of national R & D project data. The study confirmed that there was a difference in perception between the definition of converged research and the research site. In order to improve this, the research suggested that convergence among research subjects, collaboration among research topics reflecting various backgrounds and characteristics of researchers, and analysis of characteristics of convergence research using information were suggested in the process of establishing convergence policy.

In this paper, A telemetering control system for the HDTV SMPS Aging System is developed. Manual Aging System is usually used to measurement of a produced SMPS. But in this system, the respective operator is arranged and monitoring the test cycle visually- According to an excess of the test time and mistakes of an operator, the reliability makes come to be low. Therefore as using the telemetering control system, it improves a productivity and a reliability of the HDTV SMPS. In the developed system, elec1rical signal is measured from aging system, and converted into the digital signal. Also the telemetering control system is composed of many units - telemetering control units for collecting the data, data relay units for the digital transmission service, data division for the multichannel realization.

최근 건강에 대한 관심이 증가하며 다양한 생체정보를 수집할 수 있는 웨어러블 시장이 확대되고 있다. 또한 이러한 생체신호를 통한 원격의료와 헬스케어 서비스가 보편화될 것으로 예상된다. 본 논문에서는 IoT 장비를 통해 수집한 생체신호를 데이터베이스에 저장 및 웹을 통해 실시간 모니터링이 가능한 서비스를 소개한다. 생체 데이터의 수집 및 저장과 실시간 모니터링을 시스템을 구현함으로 다양한 건강관리 진단에 활용될 수 있다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine whether customers' shadow work and risk perception have an impact on revisit intention to the fast-food restaurant, with mediating role of different types of attribution tendencies. We also added perceived unfairness in the research model, in order to verify its mediating effect on the relationship between attribution tendencies and revisit intention. Design/methodology/approach Applying the shadow work perspective and attribution theory, we designed a research model to confirm the hypotheses. After collecting the data from 331 customers who have used self-service technology in a fast-food restaurant, we conducted an analysis of measurement model and structural model by using Smart-PLS 3.0. Findings This study confirmed that Forced Use of self-service technology can enhance the tendency of dispositional attribution which would negatively affect perceived unfairness and revisit intention. On the other hand, affective risk perception was proven to affect situational attribution, which positively affects revisit intention.

본 논문은 방대한 정보가 있는 자치단체 및 공공기관 웹 사이트에서 사용자가 원하는 정보서비스를 자동으로 추천하는 시스템을 제공하며, 본 시스템은 데이터를 수집하고 전처리하는 SiiRU 콘텐츠관리시스템을 기반으로 데이터 수집 방법을 정의하고, 수집된 데이터를 기계학습기반의 협업 필터링 알고리즘을 통해 사용자에게 큐레이션서비스(콘텐츠 및 메뉴)를 제공한다, 또한 본 논문에 사용된 데이터는 2019년에 수집된 약 1백만 건의 데이터를 바탕으로 구현하였다. 이렇게 분석된 데이터는 사용자들이 편리하게 볼 수 있도록 클라우드 태그 서비스나 추천메뉴를 제공하여 쉽게 접근할 수 없는 중요한 정보를 제공할 수 있으며, 자치단체 및 공공기관에 본 서비스를 실현할 수 있는 환경 구성도 제공한다.
