연구목적: 본 연구는 국가기반체계 메타평가를 위한 모형을 구축하고 구축된 모형을 이용하여 국가기반체계의 평가시스템 개선을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법: 연구를 위해 재난 관련 법령과 정부에서 발간한 국가기반체계 평가보고서, 국가기반체계 보호계획 수립지침, 메타평가 선행연구자료 등 문헌자료와 국가기반체계 담당공무원, 평가위원, 피평가기관 업무담당자의 의견을 수렴하여 평가실태를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 현행 국가기반체계 평가지표 중 재난대응 교육 훈련계획 및 이행의 적정성, 평가이해관계자와 의사소통, 평가위원 교육시간 등 7개 지표에서 보완 소요가 도출되었다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 도출된 개선방안을 국가기반체계 평가지표 개선에 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

For the safe management of nuclear facilities, including a radioactive waste repository, data about the facility site and the surrounding environment must be collected and managed systematically. This is particularly true for a radwaste repository, which has to be institutionally controlled for a long period after closure. The objectives of this study are (1) to establish a systematical management plan for information about a radwaste repository site and its environment, and (2) to design a database management program for this information, based on the Relative Database Management System (RDBMS). The spatial data are designed by the geodatabase, which is a new object, based on the RDBMS, to manage spatial information related to the database. To meet this requirement, a new program called 'Site Information and Total Environmental data management System (SITES)' is being developed. The scope that produced from the first step of the present study for development of the SITES is introduced. The database is designed to combine spatial and attribute data, and is designed for the establishment of the Geographic Information System (GIS). The hardware and software systems are designed with consideration given to the total data management of the items within the radioactive environment.

As the importance of big data begins to be recognized, the government, local self-governing bodies, and corporations have taken interest in big data. However, unlike the past, there is various typical and atypical data, and some fields make use of big data planning and analytical technique, which is opening a way to capture new opportunities. The present study analyzes an improvement plan for bicycle roads by using the public data of Seoul and proposes its implications.

In the construction machinery rental market, there are frequent cases of sublease through large-scale rental companies or rental through mediation organizations without legal grounds. In addition, institutional improvement of the construction machine safety management system has been required due to concerns over the internalization of legal inspections due to the lack of type approval data and construction machine history management during the construction machine inspection process. The government is responsible for securing safety of construction machinery and promoting mechanization of construction machinery by efficiently managing the construction machinery market by setting safety management such as type approval, registration, and inspection of construction machinery. In order to efficiently implement this, it is required to establish a platform for renting construction machinery and collecting safety management information. We presented a plan to build a public platform for construction machinery to secure the soundness of the construction machinery rental market and to improve safety management.

Time management skills are essential for Occupation Therapy students' success, and development of clinical competence. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between time management skills and anxiety and academic motivation of nursing students. This study was carried out on 95 Occupation Therapy students. Data were collected using demographic Questionnaire, Time Management Questionnaire (TMQ), Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI) and Academic Motivation Scale (AMS), which was completed t by self-report. Data were analyzed using SPSS 20 software with descriptive and analytical statistics such as ANOVA, independent t-test, Regression and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results also showed a statistically significant negative correlation between the students' TMQ scores and the state anxiety (r= -0.282, p< 0.005) and trait anxiety scores (r= -0.325, p<0.005). Moreover, there was a statistically significant positive correlation between the students' TMQ scores and AMS scores (r= 0.279, p< 0.005). Regarding the findings, it seems that it is necessary to plan for improving time management skills in order to enhance academic motivation and reduce anxiety rates among Occupation Therapy students.

Today, as interest in the importance of urban parks increases, many citied internationally are actively creating small parks, but their maintenance systems remain ineffective. Accordingly, in this study, the limitations and problems in the operation and management of urban parks were derived by examining previous studies on overall urban park maintenance and management. Based on this, the study tried to understand the actual state of maintenance and management of small parks through data surveys and field surveys related to budget execution on case sites. Then, we sought to clarify the actual state of maintenance and management of small parks through data surveys and field surveys regarding the budget execution of case sites as a basis for research to prepare an efficient and systematic improvement plan for the maintenance management system of city parks.

The effect of seasonality on water quality variation is very significant. Generally, it reduce the power of the trend extraction. A parametric time-series model was used for detecting trends in historic constituent concentration data. The effect of seasonality is able to remove from time series decomposition technique. According to such statistic methode, long-term water quality trend analysis system (NTrend 1.0) was developed by Nakdong River Water Environmental Research Center. The trend analysis of BOD variation was conducted with NTrend 1.0 at Goreong and Moolkum site in Nakdong river to show the effect of water quality management action plan. Power test of trend extraction was tried each case of 'deseasonalized and deannulized' data and 'deseasonalized' data. Analysis period was from 1989 to 2006, and it's period was divided again three times, 1989~1993, 1994~1999 and 2000~2006 according to action plan period. The BOD trend was downward in Goreong site during three times and it's trend slope was very steep, and upward in Moolkum during 1989~1993, but it was turned downward during 1994~1999 and 2000~2006. It was revealed that it's very effective to reduce the concentration of BOD by water quality management action plan in that watershed. The result of power test was shown that it is high for trend extraction power in case of 'deseasonalized' data.

최근 국내의 출연연을 중심으로 DMP 작성 및 제출이 점차적으로 의무화되고 있다. 그러나 DMP 작성이 서면 또는 자유 텍스트로 기술되다 보니 표준 및 형식 그리고 관리 측면에서 비표준화 및 불충분한 작성으로 인하여 연구데이터 관리를 제대로 설명하지 못하는 문제점이 발생하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 기계가 자동으로 생성하고 유지할 수 있는 기계가독형 DMP에 대하여 사례조사를 진행하였으며 maDMP를 적용할 수 있는 방안에 대해서 제안하였다. 조사된 maDMP 사례에는 RDCS, Argos, Haplo Repository 그리고 DMap을 포함하였다. 또한 maDMP를 적용할 수 있는 방안으로 영구 식별자의 사용, 통제어휘 적용 그리고 온톨로지와 같은 시멘틱 기술의 적용을 들 수 있다.

The Land Use Suitability Assessment System was recently introduced by the $\ulcorner$Act on Planning and Utilization of the National Territory$\lrcorner$ to use, manage, and develop the national territory, which integrated the National Land Use and Management Act and the Urban Planning Act. It provides a guideline for classifying land use into 5 classes according to locational characteristics, usability, and developmental conditions of land in the vicinity. The database is constructed with LMIS cadastral data, posted land price data, and data of related agencies such as the Korea Forest Service, the Ministry of Environment, and the Korea Water Resources Corporation etc. After the database construction, individual parcels are analysed by steps and classified into 3 sub areas - conservation, agriculture, and development using GIS. In this paper we evaluate land use suitability for individual parcels by constructing the Land Use Suitability Assessment System for Jinju city. Therefore, we suggest that this system provides vital data in the urban management planning process.

Recent explosive increases in information 'volume have led to a rapid development or a change of information technology which stores, searches, and manages a vast amount of information. It is considered that an effective share and utilization of a large amount of digital information produced by work performances is a pivotal element which can make decisive contributions to a great success of business management. This common property of information reflects a changing social paradigm including a change of business processes. This paper is aimed at designing and embodying the construction of knowledge base in an efficient project management system using unsupervised data mining techniques in order to extract information and utilize it as knowledge about standard data (statistical data, template etc.,), size prediction and a danger precaution notice which are needed for a plan and a scheduling of a new project from data coming from already-established projects.
