This study has its purpose on analyzing the problems of data connection between general management institution and itemized management institution shown through the college information disclosure project and presenting the plan to substantialize data connection between general management institution and itemized management institution. To make close inquiry into the related problem and induce plans for substantialization, this study analyzed the previous related research data as well as the connection status of information disclosure item of Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private School, the itemized management institution, to induce problems; induced substantialization plan for data connection of itemized connection institution. As for the substantialization plan based on such, plan to integrate schools and department codes, plan to automatize data connection and plan to secure reliability of information were established. It is anticipated that the plan to substantialize data connection between management institutions reckoned through the result of this study would be used as the basic data for information disclosure project providing various reliable information from Ministry of Education, Science and Technology, General management institution, itemized management institution and college.

U-City law was enacted U-City construction to support efficiently. But U-City planning system is not set. And detailed instructions are not also available. In particular, U-City data is not available and specific plans and instructions. Therefore, in this research, "U-City Law" by the state and local governments need to establish in the U-City Comprehensive Plan and the U-City master plan to be included in U-City data management was presented matters. U-City comprehensive plan provides the direction of the U-City master plan. Detailed action task are (1) U-City data management standards for the establishment of cooperation and sharing (2) Establishment of U-City data processing and activation (3) U-City data distribution system infrastructure (4) Establishment of data quality and price. U-City master plan is based on the U-City comprehensive plan. And U-City master plan for the data managements are (1) U-City data on the production plan (2) U-City data on the collection plan (3) U-City data on the processing plan (4) U-City data on the activation plan (5) U-City data on the distribution plan.

Recently, activation of related construction projects due to the large traditional gas resource development of frozen soil region of Russia are expected. It is necessary to provide a plan that can be utilized and collectively managed the occurrence data in the engineering & construction stage for continued contracts of the pipe construction. Therefore, this research is aimed to provide a management plan of occurrence data for efficient management in engineering & construction stage of pipeline business in frozen soil region. The data of the engineering & construction(related pipe construction projects) can be accumulated each version and multiply managed. Furthermore, I will be expected to be the foundation of the systematic management of the classifying based on metadata and the optimizing operations using big data method.

With the recent development of digital technology, the research paradigm is evolving towards data-driven. National management and utilization of research data is a key element not only to enhance research transparency and efficiency, but also to prepare for a data-driven society. Policies and infrastructure for sharing and utilization of research data from publicly-funded research are being actively promoted worldwide. In Korea, related regulations were recently revised to mandate to submit a data management plan (DMP) when proposing a national R&D project. In order to effectively implement the sustainable DMP system, researchers need various support. In addition, guidelines and implementation procedures are essential for management and utilization of research data at the national or institutional level. In this paper, we provide an overview of the data management plan, examine the current status and issues in Korea, and suggest a template and checklists of data management plan, and an implementation procedure at research institutes.

After mutual comparise and analyze the 1999's curriculm of the department of data prove ssing at pusan commercial high school and the faculty of management information at Kyungnam Junior College of Information & Technology, and receive the holding processor's opinion that based on the aim of management information and direction of employment guidance. The model of curriculum is established like this table. Prepared curriculum model is prepared like this.

Purpose - This thesis is to develop a management plan and checklist by analyzing the prevention of accidents in advance by presenting the management plan for the major causes of railway accidents. Research design, data and methodology - In recent 5 years, we have analyzed the cases of railway accident, presented the management plan for the accident, and made a practical safety checklist focusing on the main measures according to the management plan. Results - The analysis of the cases of near-railway accidents suggests more concrete and practical safety management measures because the similar accidents are continuously occurring due to formal safety management. Conclusions - It is more valuable to apply to the adjacent construction of the railway line by creating a detailed checklist based on cases rather than the existing checklist. This study is written only as a human factor. For future real - time safety management, it is necessary to study more precisely cause analysis and safety equipment as a big data - based safety control system for more systematic safety management.

The Wetland Conservation Plan is used as a tool to set the management direction of wetland protected areas, and which is establishing a plan for the conservation, wise-use, and management based on wetland's condition. This study was conducted to establish a conservation plan considering the functions and management conditions of Upo wetland protected area. To this end, there are analyzed the current issues, plans and implementation status of Upo Wetland Conservation Plans in the past. The management elements to be considered in establishing the Wetland Conservation Plan were selected through prior research analysis and the priority of those elements was identified through the AHP. As a result, it was found that lack of considering the changes and performance evaluation of the existing plans in wetlands, conducting short-term projects related to maintenance original function of wetland, different management methods for wetland protected areas and other adjacent areas, lack of understanding and cooperation by stakeholders, inconsistencies in timing of the Conservation Plan and survey of wetland protected areas. In order to improve the problem, it needs to include the performance evaluation stage of establishing the conservation plan, strengthen cooperation of stakeholders and expertise, continuing of projects for wetlands' maintenance, priority of the project considering the management side, and to adjust the timing of plans to improve data availability.

This study was designed to develop a basic plan for computerization of nursing records. The subjects were 7 nursing record forms, 58 charts, 23 nurses, 2 nurse managers, a nurse and computer specialist, 16 master course students and 3 professors. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire, observation and interview. The collected data were analyzed for problems, plan of improvement and needs for computerization. Based upon these results, it is recommended that nursing record computerization was needed a basic plan to integrate needs of nursing record computerization. The basic plan as fellows : 1. To illustrate a data flow path of nursing record and data dictionary that show nurse's work and record process. 2. To establish a system in order to use multi -tasking and graphic user interface. 3. To establish hardware and software in order to embody integrated management of computer based system through structured walkthrough. 4. To choose effective database management system and to achieve Log as record unit.

This paper presented the development plan of voltage security on-line monitoring system (VSECOMs). VSECOMs consists of voltage security monitoring system and data management system. VSECOMs has the function of bus voltage watch. voltage stability analysis, and voltage security assessment. EMS data on-line acquisition, PSS/E file conversion, and overall data management. VSECOMs is designed with client/server structure. We will seek stable operation of KEPCO's power system by installation of VSECOMs in EMS of KEPCO.

The importance of a systematic approach to collect, process, analyze, and share safety data in aviation safety management is continuously increasing. Accordingly, the domestic aviation industry has been making efforts to build a Big-data platform that can utilize multi-field safety data generated and managed by various stakeholders and to develop safety management technology based on them. Big data platforms not only must meet appropriate technical requirements, but also need to establish a management system for effective operation. The purpose of this study is to suggest the requirements of the aviation safety big data platform operation procedure and plan by reviewing the advanced overseas cases (FAA ASIAS). This study can provide overall framework and managerial direction for the operation of the aviation safety big data platform.
