Recently, various information technologies such as network communication and sensors have begun to be integrated into weapon systems that were previously operated in stand-alone. This helps the operators of the weapon system to make quick and accurate decisions, thereby allowing for effective operation of the weapon system. However, as the involvement of the cyber domain in weapon systems increases, it is expected that the potential for damage from cyber attacks will also increase. To develop a secure weapon system, it is necessary to implement built-in security, which helps considering security from the requirement stage of the software development process. The U.S. Department of Defense is implementing the Risk Management Framework Assessment and Authorization (RMF A&A) process, along with the introduction of the concept of cybersecurity, for the evaluation and acquisition of weapon systems. Similarly, South Korea is also continuously making efforts to implement the Korea Risk Management Framework (K-RMF). However, so far, there are no cases where K-RMF has been applied from the development stage, and most of the data and documents related to the U.S. RMF A&A are not disclosed for confidentiality reasons. In this study, we propose the method for inferring the composition of the K-RMF based on systematic threat analysis method and the publicly released documents and data related to RMF. Furthermore, we demonstrate the effectiveness of our inferring method by applying it to the naval battleship system.

Currently, the main technologies of various fourth industries are big data, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, blockchain, mixed reality (MR), and drones. In particular, "digital twin," which has recently become a global technological trend, is a concept of a virtual model that is expressed equally in physical objects and computers. By creating and simulating a Digital twin of software-virtualized assets instead of real physical assets, accurate information about the characteristics of real farming (current state, agricultural productivity, agricultural work scenarios, etc.) can be obtained. This study aims to streamline agricultural work through automatic water management, remote growth forecasting, drone control, and pest forecasting through the operation of an integrated control system by constructing digital twin data on the main production area of the nojinot industry and designing and building a smart farm complex. In addition, it aims to distribute digital environmental control agriculture in Korea that can reduce labor and improve crop productivity by minimizing environmental load through the use of appropriate amounts of fertilizers and pesticides through big data analysis. These open-field agricultural technologies can reduce labor through digital farming and cultivation management, optimize water use and prevent soil pollution in preparation for climate change, and quantitative growth management of open-field crops by securing digital data for the national cultivation environment. It is also a way to directly implement carbon-neutral RED++ activities by improving agricultural productivity. The analysis and prediction of growth status through the acquisition of the acquired high-precision and high-definition image-based crop growth data are very effective in digital farming work management. The Southern Crop Department of the National Institute of Food Science conducted research and development on various types of open-field agricultural smart farms such as underground point and underground drainage. In particular, from this year, commercialization is underway in earnest through the establishment of smart farm facilities and technology distribution for agricultural technology complexes across the country. In this study, we would like to describe the case of establishing the agricultural field that combines digital twin technology and open-field agricultural smart farm technology and future utilization plans.
As the era of space technology utilization is approaching, the launch of CAS (Compact Advanced Satellite) 500-1/2 satellites is scheduled during 2021 for acquisition of high-resolution images. Accordingly, the increase of image usability and processing efficiency has been emphasized as key design concepts of the CAS 500-1/2 ground station. In this regard, "CAS 500-1/2 Image Acquisition and Utilization Technology Development" project has been carried out to develop core technologies and processing systems for CAS 500-1/2 data collecting, processing, managing and distributing. In this paper, we introduce the results of the above project. We developed an operation system to generate precision images automatically with GCP (Ground Control Point) chip DB (Database) and DEM (Digital Elevation Model) DB over the entire Korean peninsula. We also developed the system to produce ortho-rectified images indexed to 1:5,000 map grids, and hence set a foundation for ARD (Analysis Ready Data)system. In addition, we linked various application software to the operation system and systematically produce mosaic images, DSM (Digital Surface Model)/DTM (Digital Terrain Model), spatial feature thematic map, and change detection thematic map. The major contribution of the developed system and technologies includes that precision images are to be automatically generated using GCP chip DB for the first time in Korea and the various utilization product technologies incorporated into the operation system of a satellite ground station. The developed operation system has been installed on Korea Land Observation Satellite Information Center of the NGII (National Geographic Information Institute). We expect the system to contribute greatly to the center's work and provide a standard for future ground station systems of earth observation satellites.

Purpose: To compare three, motion-resistant, T1-weighted MR sequences on the hepatobiliary phase for gadoxetic acid-enhanced MR imaging of the liver. Materials and Methods: In this retrospective study, 79 patients underwent gadoxetic acid-enhanced, 3T liver MR imaging. Fifty-nine were examined using a standard protocol, and 20 were examined using a motion-resistant protocol. During the hepatocyte-specific phase, three MR sequences were acquired: 1) gradient recalled echo (GRE) with controlled aliasing in parallel imaging results in higher acceleration (CAIPIRINHA); 2) radial GRE with the interleaved angle-bisection scheme (ILAB); and 3) radial GRE with golden-angle scheme (GA). Two readers independently assessed images with motion artifacts, streaking artifacts, liver-edge sharpness, hepatic vessel clarity, lesion conspicuity, and overall image quality, using a 5-point scale. The images were assessed by measurement of liver signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), and tumor-to-liver contrast-to-noise ratio (CNR). The results were compared, using repeated post-hoc, paired t-tests with Bonferroni correction and the Wilcoxon signed rank test with Bonferroni correction. Results: In the qualitative analysis of cooperative patients, the results for CAIPIRINHA had significantly higher ratings for streak artifacts, liver-edge sharpness, hepatic vessel clarity, and overall image quality as compared to, radial GRE, (P < 0.016). In the imaging of uncooperative patients, higher scores were recorded for ILAB and GA with respect to all of the qualitative assessments, except for streak artifact, compared with CAIPIRINHA (P < 0.016). However, no significant differences were found between ILAB and GA. For quantitative analysis in uncooperative patients, the mean liver SNR and lesion-to-liver CNR with radial GRE were significantly higher than those of CAIPIRINHA (P < 0.016). Conclusion: In uncooperative patients, the use of the radial GRE sequence can improve the image quality compared to GRE imaging with CAIPIRINHA, despite the data acquisition methods used. The GRE imaging with CAIPIRINHA is applicable for patients without breath-holding difficulties.

The purposes of this study are; 1) to make a comparative analysis of the background factors helping the development of the library automation among Korea, Taiwan and Japan. 2) and on the basis of the analysis results, to make some suggestions on improving the variables which are likely to have influence on the library automation development. To accomplish the purpose of the study; 1) the use of computer and data communication technology for the library operations and the science policies among three countries were discussed as the background factors, 2) the pattern of library automation among three countries were presented, 3) the process of MARC development of three countries were compared with, 4) and three countries# information processing systems were discussed. The results of the study can be summarized as follows; 1) The a n.0, pplication of a computer into the library operations in Korea began much later than the other countries. 2) Korea has not have any independent department in the government organization taking charge of the policy making about the library automation in relation to the science policy. 3) Speaking of the national scientific and technological information center, JICST was founded in 1952, 국과회과중심 in 1958, and KORS TIC in 1962. 4) On the one hand, in both Taiwan and Japan, the circulation and acquisition systems tended to be first automated, on the other hand, in Korea the developments of MARC and bibliographies through the production of database were laid the emphasis. 5) The introduction and dissemination of LC MARC Tapes were implemented in Japan in 1972. Taiwan made various tests in the Tape in 1974. Korea planned to introduce and make tests on the Tape in 1983. 6) For the input system, Korea has developed KIPS series, 1,2,3. Chinas# 삼각호마법 and Japan#s 병음한자변환방식 have prospect to be prevalent. The following suggestions can be made from these results, 1) All the information infrastructures should be established in a desirable way. 2) The communication window for the information users is recommended to be set up. 3) The su n.0, pport for the physical environment such as library building, computer facilities, etc. should be provided. 4) The facilities necessary for the education of professionals in the library science department should be su n.0, pported. 5) A department of the government organization exclusively responsible for the development of library automation should be founded.

Information technology, such as IoT, Big Data, Drone, Cloud etc., is evolving every year. Information Society is changing Intelligence Society and Creative Society. A new Construction Projects Management System Roadmap is required because it is difficult to reflect the current IT environments based on the CALS(Continuous Acquisition & Life-cycle Support) master plan, which is performed to establish every five years since 1998. This study was prepared for the Roadmap with a focus on Construction Management System based on the 4th CALS master plan, which was performed to establish the 2012 year. To this end, the construction environment and several information systems were investigated and analyzed. The problems of the construction project information system were derived using SWOT analysis, the vision, goal, direction, strategy, main tasks, specific tasks, and timetable of the Construction Project Management System are presented. This roadmap is designed to be used as operational indicators of a future construction project management system.
RIn this research, digital elevation models, true-ortho image and 3-dimensional digital complied data was generated and evaluated using unmanned aircraft vehicle stereoscopic images by applying photogrammetric principles. In order to implement stereoscopic vision, digital Photogrammetric Workstation should be used necessarily. For conducting this, in this study GEOMAPPER 1.0 is used. That was developed by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy. To realize stereoscopic vision using two overlapping images of the unmanned aerial vehicle, the interior and exterior orientation parameters should be calculated. Especially lens distortion of non-metric camera must be accurately compensated for stereoscope. In this work. photogrammetric orientation process was conducted using commercial Software, PhotoScan 1.4. Fixed wing KRobotics KD-2 was used for the acquisition of UAV images. True-ortho photo was generated and digital topographic map was partially produced. Finally, we presented error analysis on the generated digital complied map. As the results, it is confirmed that the production of digital terrain map with a scale 1:2,500~1:3,000 is available using stereoscope method.

The purpose of the study was to analyze the experiences of and the unmet needs for sex education of university students during their primary and secondary education. Development and refinement strategies of the sex education curriculum were constructed using the words of university students. The study was conducted during the second trimester of 1998 and the first trimester of 1999. and 356 male and female students were asked to submit weekly descriptive reports on the proposed issues related to sex education. The data were collected and analyzed by the researcher to present and summarize the in-depth meanings . The results were as follows: 1) The problems of the present sex education of primary and secondary education curriculum : it was revealed as too superficial and conventional: it brought about adverse effects because it was not efficient: also it was insufficient and not appropriate to the level of the students. The erroneous stereotypes of our society towards the sexuality act as barriers to effective sex education. 2) The abstract needs for sex education revealed on the analysis of adjectives used by the students were: 'honest, interesting, easy, useful, and correct' 3) The concrete needs for the sex education were: correct understanding of sexuality, establishment of the right sense of values towards sexuality, understanding of male and female sex psychology, knowledge of solutions for sexual problems 4) The developmental strategies for the sex education curriculum were structural, comprehensive, broad, and sufficient education content, concrete and honest explanations about sexuality : provision of early sex education; sex education provided by the parents ; establishment of an open environment for the sex education, graded education reflecting the developmental stages of the youngsters ; up-to-date sex education; preservation of the perspectives of the youngsters; provision of the same sex education opportunities for both girls and boys; practical use of audiovisual aides; open discussion; development of novel education methods like field trips 5) The change of knowledge, attitudes, and values towards sexuality after finishing the sex education course were: establishment of right sense of value towards sexuality ; reconfirmation of the concepts and value for life; belief of the necessity of sex education; change of attitudes towards womanhood; reinforcement of the self-conceit, consolidation of filial piety; and acquisition of the practical knowledge.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate correlations between denture satisfaction and various factors related to patients' and wearing dentures. Materials and Methods: Total 43 edentulous patients were recalled and they were wearing complete dentures fabricated more than one year ago. For patients' subjective assessment, the questionnaire based on the various literatures was developed and applied to patients for data acquisition. In addition, correlations were evaluated between subjective assessment and denture satisfaction score. For statistical analysis, Spearman correlation coefficient, multiple regression analysis, Mann-whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test were used to found out what the most considerable factors to denture satisfaction score (P < 0.05). Results: Denture satisfaction score of maxilla was higher than mandible (P < 0.05). In functional aspects, maxillary denture were received a favorable evaluation. Especially fit and pain causing were highly correlated to satisfaction. Gender, age, using period, visiting times after manufacturing denture were unrelated to satisfaction. But previous experience was related to denture satisfaction. Conclusion: Denture satisfaction was determined by a combination of various factors related to patients.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between tourist 's intention to use smartphone and the preceding factors through the questionnaire. For achieving this research purpose, this study surveyed the tourists who use smartphone to investigate the influence of interactivity such as two-way communication and synchronicity as hypotheses on the influence of flow, and the effect of attitude factors on continuous intention to use was analyzed by research model. In this study, a partial least squares based structural equation (PLS-SEM) method was applied to verify the hypothesis of the proposed research model. Finally, the validity of the proposed research model was confirmed through confirmatory factor analysis and hypothesis testing. Therefore, the results of this study show that interactivity and flow are influential for the reuse of users in utilizing information by using smartphone, and it affects the attitude of users in developing smart tourism system in the future. The results of this study can be utilized as basic data related to the acquisition of information by smartphone of tourists in the future development of smart tourism system.
