Development of a Measurement System for Curved Ship Hull Plates with Multi-Slit Structured Light (다중 슬릿 구조화 광원을 이용한 곡판 측정장치 개발)

  • The measurement in the manufacturing process of curved ship hull plates still depends on wooden templates as a standard instrument. The metrology-enabled automation in the shipbuilding process has been challenged instead of line measurement with wooden templates. The developed measurement system consists of a CCD camera, multiple structured laser sources and 3-DOF motion device. The system carries out measurement of curved profiles for large scale plates by an optical triangulation method. The results of experiment conducted in a manufacturing shop demonstrate the accurate and robust performance.

  • Recently, the Session of MSC $80^{th}$ has adopted the new harmonized requirements of damage stability for Passenger, Ro-Ro Passenger ship and Ory Cargo ship based on the probabilistic analyzing method reflecting the study of IMO for more than ten years. This paper introduces what have been changed in the SOLAS requirements about SDS (Subdivision and Damage Stability) and the results of investigation for design effects according to the new rules.

  • DES software is a Computer Aided Design(CAD) tool. It is built based on objected-oriented principle. Utilizing strong processing capability and quirk calculation of computer, it can search out all possible routes, and give out interlocking table on the base of chosen routes by user. It can provide a large number of data for computers included in computer interlocking system. It is efficient and reliable.

  • Proper reservoir characterization is an integral part of formation evaluation, reserve estimation and planning of field development. Seismic inversion is a widely employed reservoir characterization tool that provides various rock properties of reservoir intervals. This study presents results of the inversion studies including Geostatistical Inversion carried out on the gas fields, offshore Myanmar. Higher resolution and multiple models can be produced by Geostatistical Inversion using input data such as pre-stack seismic data, well logs, petrophysical relationships and geological inferences for example reservoir shape and lateral extent. Detailed reservoir characterization was required for the development plan of gas fields, and the Geostatistical Inversion studies served as a basis for integrated geological modeling and development well planning.

  • 선박건조에 있어서 대형 블록의 조립이 이루어지는 선행 탑재 및 탑재 단계에서 Tank Top과 Upper Deck의 V 개선 용접은 FCAW+SAW의 복합용접이 실시되고 있다. 그러나 가장 범용적 모재 두께인 18~20t의 경우 SAW 시공에만 약 5~6Pass가 소요됨으로써 다급한 진수 일정에 많은 지장을 초래하고 있다. 또한 능률 향상을 목적으로 용착량 증가효과를 얻기 위해 철분말이나 절선와이어를 개선면내에 충진하고 용접을 수행하나 획기적인 용접능률을 기대하기 어렵고 용접사 기량에 따라 용접 결함이 발생될 수 있다. 이에 따라 용접패스 수를 줄이고 결함 발생이 없는 용접기법 개발이 절실히 필요하였다. 이를 위해 매우 간단하고 효율적인 위빙장치를 제작하여 선탑/탑재 아래보기 용접이음에 1~2패스의 SAW 용접법을 개발하여 용접생산성은 물론 용접품질까지 획기적으로 향상시키는 기술 개발을 완료하였다.

  • This paper deals with investigating some characteristics of the inverter-driven tractive induction motor according to the various rotor slot number. 2-D time-stepped finite element method considering the inverter voltage waveform is utilized for electromagnetic field analysis. As a result, harmonics spectra of torque and bar loss are compared in each case.

  • 본 논문에서는 유스케이스 기반의 프로젝트 관리 도구를 소개한다. 유스케이스 기반의 프로젝트 관리 도구는 개발 프로젝트에서 사용되는 다양한 산출물을 유스케이스 중심으로 통합 관리한다. 또한 유스케이스를 기반으로 테스트 케이스, 사용자 매뉴얼을 도출할 수 있으며 유스케이스 중심의 일정 관리도 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 프로젝트 관리 도구의 레포지터리 구조를 설명하고 관리 도구의 기능을 설명한다. 끝으로 프로젝트에 적용한 결과 도출된 생산성 증가 효과에 대해 설명한다.

  • This paper deals with the attitude determination using GPS carrier phase. The main factors on attitude reliability are accuracy, error factors and the real-time ambiguity resolution speed. Firstly, these factors are reviewed. And then, the attitude reliability is improved by applying the averaging method. Finally, the attitude determination software is verified by the experiments. The accuracy of the proposed attitude determination method is 0.013$^{\circ}$ PE in live test. This result is more accurate than the existing INS equipment.

  • The effects of Ni contents in Cu base sintered friction material were studied. The contents of Ni were increased up to 9 wt% in the Cu-Sn matrix. The microstincture and tribological behavior of the friction material were examined. Pin on disk type of constant speed friction test rig were used to measure the friction and the wear rates. The results show that Ni addition increased the friction coefficients and decreased the wear rates of the materials. Relations between microhardness of the matrix and friction properties have been discussed. In addition optimum Ni content is recommended through the analysis of wear debris.

  • The draw, trim, flange, and cam forming processes of automotive fender panel are simulated, focused on the springbacks. Simulation results are compared with field try-out. In order to compensate the differences between simulation and try-out, the draw bead shapes in the simulation are modified and the accuracy of the simulation is improved by comparing blank draw-in amounts. The spring-backs after formings are also found in the simulation. Finally, the simulation procedures for analyzing the springbacks in all stamping processes are established.
