The human beings have increased concern about Energy saving and alternative energy. The power demand has increased the growth of industry and the improvement of life. We have to explore alternate energy sources and utilize effectively domestic resources. The lighting equipments developed Energy saving by using an electric ballast. The load installation should be promoted to rational power management, according to the network, inteligent, and high-function. Therefore, this paper has studied the method of energy saving and consulting.

For the purpose of producing L-ornithine by microbial fermentation, mutant strains were developed from glutamate-producing bacteria by mutagenesis using N-methyl-N'-nitro-N-nitrosoguanidine (NTG) and UV irradiation. Brevibacterium ketoglutamicum BK1046, a L-citrulline auxotroph which is also resistant to arginine hydroxamate (Arghx), was isolated and selected as the best producer of L-ornithine. This strain was capable of producing L-ornithine at a concentration of 24 g/l after 69 hours of cultivation in the 21 jar fermentor. The optimum supplementary level of L-arginine, a substitute for L-citrulline, was found to be about 0.2 g/l in the shake-flask fermentation.

BLDC 모터는 전자적인 스위칭에 의해 전류(轉流)가 수행되므로 정상적인 동작만을 고려하여 모터 드라이버를 설계한 경우에는 초기 기동에 실패하는 사례가 빈번히 발생한다. 그 원인은 대개의 참고문헌이나 기술자료에서 초기 기동에 관한 요구사항은 찾아보기 매우 힘들고 전자부품의 특성상 사용자는 제조자가 서로 다른 다수의 부품을 조합하여 회로를 구성해야 하기 때문이다. 본 논문에서는 저자가 경험한 개발 사례를 중심으로 초기 기동실패의 원인분석과 그 해결책을 소개한다. 논문의 지면관계상 구체적인 이론에 근거한 기술보다는 회로설계에서 경험하는 실용적인 노하우를 중심으로 간추려서 소개한다.

최근에 모터제조 산업계에서는 국제시장에서 동 가격(Copper Cost)이 급격히 상승함에 따라 자연히 알루미늄 코일의 사용에 대하여 더 많은 관심을 갖게 하고 있다. 이는 알루미늄 도체 코일이 동선 코일에 비해 연성이 낮아 모테 권선작업 중에 자주 끊어져 제조상에 어려움은 있기는 하지만 모터 제조원가를 절감하려는 산업계의 피나는 노력에 비추어 볼 때 많은 관심을 불러일으키기기에 충분하다. 본 논문은 산학협력 프로그램의 일환으로 모터 설계 컴퓨터 도구를 이용하여 기존 동선 코일을 사용한 모터와 새로운 알루미늄 코일을 사용한 모터의 성능을 비교하여 교류 전동기에서 알루미늄 코일의 적용 가능성에 대하여 고찰한다.

The paper proposes the solar photovoltaic power generation system method for photovoltaic system to solve the power shortage due the sudden power demand. So that supplied electric power to system at appearance during surplus electric power minute and unit moment link driving with common use system is available, digital PLL circuit system voltage through composition and phase of solar photovoltatic power generation system to do synchronization do. Feed forward controller was applied to get fast current response Solar cell that is changed by solar radiation always kept the maximum output when it used Step up chopper. The dynamic character had checked through simulation used Matlab Sumulink and confirmed through an experiment.

To replace the dual scan system by single scan in large ac plasma display(PDP), the addressing time should be reduced by modifying cell structure and driving circuits. Moreover. the luminance of the PDP can be also increased with the decrease in the addressing time. In this paper, various shapes of bus and address electrode have been investigated to reduce the addressing time in ADS driving method. The experimental results show that the addressing time can be reduced more than 30% compared to the conventional type by modifying the electrodes without reducing the luminance of the PDP.

An experimental study was performed to investigate the effect of swirl condition and secondary air rate on the Ion voltage and CO emission characteristics. In this study, the combustion characteristics were investigated with the variation of swirler diameter, vane angle, suction air rate. The result of this study, the Ion voltage increase with increasing the diameter of the swirler. Additionally with increasing the suction air rate, the Ion voltage is the same. The CO concentration depends on suction air rate. In the other hand, it is almost unaffected by swirler's diameter. The flame length and Ion voltage decease with decreasing O2 percentage of surrounding air.

The purpose of this study was to review the results of the neurolytic trigeminal nerve block in 41 patients from April 1992 to March 1994. Most common site of trigeminal neuralgia was the second division(27 patients, 68.3%). Nineteen patients of these were treated with infraorbital nerve block. Another 4 patients had cerebello-pontine angle tumor close to TREZ in MRI findings therefore they were excluded from this study. Thirty nine patients (95.1%) remained free of pain. Only 2 patients treated with infraorbital nerve block experienced recurring pain. Although the follow-up period was short, alcohol blocks proved effective and safe for treatment of trigeminal neuralgia.
