도.토기의 과학적 분석 연구-충청 남.북도, 강원도 토기 도요지 중심으로 (The scientific analysis of potteries-Focus on the potteries excavated from kiln sites at Chungcheong Nam∙Buk-do and Gangwon-do)

  • This research carried out composition analysis the subject of potteries from kiln site at Gangwon-do, Chungcheong Nam∙Buk-do and the followings are the results. Firstly, XRD analysis results showed that soft potteries were consisted of $\alpha$-quartz, feldspar and soil minerals while hard potteries were consisted of high temperature crystals like mullite, tridymite and cristobalite. Secondly, the firing temperatures of the soft potteries were determined using XRD analysis. It ranged from $550^{\circ}C$ to $870^{\circ}C$.While the firing temperatures of the hard potteries were divided into 3 groups; Group Ⅰ: Potteries with Mullite and Feldspar - ranged from $1000^{\circ}C$ to$1200^{\circ}C$. Group II : Potteries with Mullite and Tridymite - ranged from $875^{\circ}C$ to $1200^{\circ}C$. Group III : Potteries with Cristobalite - ranged above $1200^{\circ}C$.Thirdly, the result of correlation analysis using trace element such asSc, Rb of the potteries form Gangwon do and Chungcheong Nam.Bukdokilns allowed us to divide the area with their own characteristics into 4-groups. Using the same result, kilns sited at Chungcheong Nam.Buk-do were classified into 3-groups.

  • 2008년에 있었던 우리나라 금융기관과 정부기관에 대한 DoS 공격에 대한 연구이다. 실험실 환경에서 실제 DoS 공격 툴을 이용하여 공격을 실시한다. DoS 공격을 탐지하기 위하여 네트워크 상에서 Snort를 이용한 N-IDS를 설치하고, 패킷을 탐지하기 위한 Winpcap과 패킷의 저장 및 분석하기 위한 MySQL, HSC, .NET Framework 등을 설치한다. e-Watch 등의 패킷 분석 도구를 통해 해커의 DoS 공격에 대한 패킷량과 TCP, UDP 등의 정보, Port, MAC과 IP 정보 등을 분석한다. 본 논문 연구를 통하여 유비쿼터스 정보화 사회의 역기능인 사이버 DoS, DDoS 공격에 대한 자료를 분석하여 공격자에 대한 포렌식자료 및 역추적 분석 자료를 생성하여 안전한 인터넷 정보 시스템을 확보하는데 의의가 있다.

경기도 내 유통 중 견과종실류 등의 멜라토닌 함량 조사 (Monitoring of Melatonin Contents in Nuts, Seeds, and Beans in Gyeonggi-Do)

  • 견과류는 영양가가 우수하고 다양한 기능성 생리활성을 가져 건강한 식단에 중요한 요소이다. 멜라토닌은 뇌의 송과선에서 분비되는 호르몬으로 각종 조직의 산화적 손상을 방지하는 것으로 알려져 있으며, 식물체에서도 중요한 역할을 한다. 본 연구는 견과류의 멜라토닌 추출 및 정량을 위한 분석법을 마련하였고, 견과류의 높은 지방함량을 고려한 최적화된 추출 절차를 이용하여 경기도에서 유통되는 견과종실류 등의 멜라토닌 함량을 조사하였다. 땅콩 또는 견과류, 유지종실류 및 두류의 평균 멜라토닌 함량은 각각 1200.83(409.76-2223.56), 934.83 (454.10-1736.60), 616.46 (494.70-825.12) pg/g으로 나타났다. 호두와 밤의 경우 속껍질을 포함한 반탈각 상태와 과실만 있는 경우의 멜라토닌 함량을 비교한 결과, 반탈각 상태에서 멜라토닌 함량이 유의적으로 높았다. 또한 호두, 밤 및 땅콩의 경우 2022년 재배된 햇 견과보다 2021년 재배 후 저장된 견과에서 멜라토닌 함량이 유의적으로 높았다. 이러한 결과는 견과종실류 등의 멜라토닌 함량이 높아 우수한 기능성 식품임을 시사하였다.

A Comparative analysis of the Pre- and Post-Construction Image Analysis of the Nakdong Estuary as Coastal Tourism Resource

  • The purpose of this study is the comparative analysis of Susan citizens' images of Eulsook-do as a coastal tourism destination before and after the construction of a road bridge across the Nakdong estuary in order to analyze local people's changes in leisure patterns. Analysis of the images of a pre-construction Eulsook-do that people aged both 40 and less and 50 and more had on five dimensions showed values higher than zero(0) that suggests neutral image, while their images of a post-construction Eulsook-do showed the shrinking size of pentagon on all five dimensions: ET(Entertainment), CA(Culture & Art), EE(Environment & Ecology), RC(Recreation) and LP(Leports) dimensions. Its pre- and post- construction image analysis conducted 20 years after it came to be built finds that the road bridge construction has led to the ecological, environmental disruption of the coast and the lower Nakdong river, having negative influence on the images of Eulsook-so.

Prediction of Dissolved Oxygen at Anyang-stream using XG-Boost and Artificial Neural Networks

  • Dissolved oxygen (DO) is an important factor in ecosystems. However, the analysis of DO is frequently rather complicated because of the nonlinear phenomenon of the river system. Therefore, a convenient model-free algorithm for DO variable is required. In this study, a data-driven algorithm for predicting DO was developed by combining XGBoost and an artificial neural network (ANN), called ANN-XGB. To train the model, two years of ecosystem data were collected in Anyang, Seoul using the Troll 9500 model. One advantage of the proposed algorithm is its ability to capture abrupt changes in climate-related features that arise from sudden events. Moreover, our algorithm can provide a feature importance analysis owing to the use of XGBoost. The results obtained using the ANN-XGB algorithm were compared with those obtained using the ANN algorithm in the Results Section. The predictions made by ANN-XGB were mostly in closer agreement with the measured DO values in the river than those made by the ANN.

Mechanism Analysis of Effect of Oxygen on Molecular Weight of Hyaluronic Acid Produced by Streptococcus zooepidemicus

  • Dissolved oxygen (DO) has a significant effect on the molecular weight of hyaluronic acid (HA) during the fermentation of Streptococcus zooepidemicus. Therefore, to further investigate the effect of DO on the yield and molecular weight of HA, this study compared the metabolic flux distribution of S. zooepidemicus under aerobic conditions at various DO levels. The metabolic flux analysis demonstrated that the HA synthesis pathway, considered a dependent network, was little affected by the DO level. In contrast, the fluxes of lactate and acetate were greatly influenced, and more ATP was generated concomitant with acetate at a high DO level. Furthermore, the has gene expression and HA synthase activity were both repressed under anaerobic conditions, yet not obviously affected under aerobic conditions at various DO levels. Therefore, it was concluded that the HA molecular weight would seem to depend on the concomitant effect of the generation of ATP and reactive oxygen species. It is expected that this work will contribute to a better understanding of the effect of the DO level on the mechanism of the elongation of HA chains.

  • In this paper, we present a design, analysis, fabrication and performance test of the novel DoD metal-jet system for application to the high-density and high-temperature-melting materials. The theoretical analysis of the metal-jet nozzle system is derived by using electro-mechanical analogy. Based on the theoretical analysis results, we design the metal-jet print head system and fabricate the metal-jet system, which can eject the droplet of lead-free metal solder in high-temperature. In the experimental test, we set up the test apparatus for visualization of the droplet ejection and measure the ejected droplet volume and velocity. As a result, the diameter, volume and the velocity of the ejected droplet are about 65 $\mu$m $\sim$ 70 $\mu$m, 145p1 $\sim$ 180 pl and 4m/s, which shows quite good agreement with the theoretical analysis results of the 75 $\mu$m-diameter and 220 pl-volume of droplet. In comparison with the experimental result, the errors of diameter and volume are 7% $\sim$ 13% and 18 $\sim$ 34%, respectively.

  • In this paper the average sector throughput of lx EV-DO system is analyzed. The analysis is based on a mathematical approach rather than a field test or a computer simulation. By this analysis, the average sector throughput can be easily estimated under various conditions without complex simulations. In the typical urban environment, the estimated average throughput is 683 Kbps.
