스피루리나 플라텐시스에 의한 즉시형 과민반응의 억제효과 (Inhibitory Effect of Immediate Hypersensitivity by Spirulina platensis)

  • We studied the effects of the powders of Spirulina platensis (SPP) on anaphylactic reactions. SPP inhibited systemic anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 in rats. SPP also inhibited local anaphylaxis activated by anti-dinitrophenyl(DNP) IgE. Moreover, SPP dose-dependently inhibited histamine release in rat peritoneal mast cells activated by compound 48/80 or anti DNP-IgE. These results suggest that SPP may contain compounds with actions that inhibit mast cell degranulation in the rat.

설파살라진의 항알레르기 효과 (Antiallergic Effect of Sulfasalazine)

  • We studied the effects of sulfasalazine(SSZ) on anaphylaxis. SSZ was found to exhibit a inhibitory activity on the compound 48/80-induced anaphylaxis. SSZ also inhibited local a naphylaxis activated by anti-dinitrophenyl(DNP) IgE. Moreover, SSZ dose-dependently inhibited histamine ralease in rat peritoneal mast cells activated by compound 48/80 or anti DNP IgE. We investigated the effects of SSZ on cAMP of rat peritoneal mast cell. The level of cAMP in rat peritoneal mast cells, when SSZ was added, transiently and significantly increased approximately 16-fold compared with that of basal cells. These results suggest that the antianaphylactic action of SSZ may be associated with an increase in the intracellular cAMP content of the mast cells as the result of an inhibition of the cAMP phosphodiesterase.

  • The intent of this paper is to describe a neural network structure called dynamic neural processor(DNP), and examine how it can be used in developing a learning scheme for computing robot inverse kinematic transformations. The architecture and learning algorithm of the proposed dynamic neural network structure, the DNP, are described. Computer simulations are provided to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed learning using the DNP.

  • OPC는 산업자동화와 엔터프라이즈 시스템을 지원하는 개방형 연결 시스템이다. OPC XML-DA는 웹 서비스 기반의 플랫폼에 독립적인 통신을 제공한다. 본 논문에서는 OPC를 사용해 변전소 자동화 프로토콜로 사용되는 IEC61850을 통해 배전 프로토콜인 DNP3.0, AMI에서 사용되는 DLMS 프로토콜간의 상호 연동을 위한 전력 IT 시스템 연동 플랫폼을 제안한다.

  • 본 논문은 가변 구조 제어기의 단점인 도달영역에서의 파리미터의 불확실성과 외부 외란에 대한 민감성을 감소시키는 방안으로 DNP제어를 제시한다. 비선형 동적 매니퓰레이터를 통하여 시스템의 상태 궤적이 초기 위치에서부터 평형점에 이르기까지 외란과 파라미터의 불확실성에 강인하게 되며 아울러 목표 직각 좌표까지 도달시간 뿐만 아니라 평형점까지의 도달시간도 감소하게 되는 특성을 보이고자 한다. 제안된 제어 구조의 효과는 시뮬레이션을 통해 증명하였다.

  • 본 연구에서는 전침자극이 면역계의 THl/TH2 분화평형에 미치는 영향과 opioid system 과의 관계를 알아보고자 DNP-KLH의 자극을 통해 IgE 매개 알러지 반응모델을 구축하고 족삼리(足三里).에 전침자극을 가한 후 TH1/TH2 분화평형 및 opioid receptor antagonist인 naloxone에 의 한 반전여부를 확인하기 위해 total IgE, antigen-specific IgE, IFN-${\gamma}$ 및 IL-4 mRNA 발현량을 측정하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 전침자극은 DNP-KLH로 인해 과도하게 생산 된 혈청 total IgE 및 antigen-specific IgE를 감소시킴으로서 알러지 반응에 대한 유의한 억제능을 발휘하였으며, naloxone 투여로 전침 의 효과가 상쇠된 것으로 미루어 opioid system이 전침에 의한 항알러지 효과에 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 추정된다. 2. 또한 전침자극은 DNP-KLH로 인한 TH2 cytokine의 편향상태에 대하여 TH1/TH2 평형조절능을 가진다는 것을 확인하였으며, naloxone으로 반전되지 않는 것으로 미루어 전침이 미치는 보조 T cell 분화에 대한 효과 는 opioid system에 의존하지 않는 것으로 추정된다.

제어시스템 DNP3 프로토콜 취약점과 보안 현황

  • 과거의 제어 시스템은 외부 네트워크와 연결되지 않아 그 자체로 보안성을 보장 받을 수 있었다. 그러나 제어시스템의 디바이스들이 다양해지고 효율적인 제어를 필요로 하여 현재의 제어시스템은 기존 네트워크에 접속되어 효율적으로 관리되고 있다. 따라서 제어시스템 관리 효율은 증대 되었으나, 기존 네트워크가 가진 사이버 공격에 노출되어 보안적인 요소가 필요해 졌다. 본 논문은 많은 제어 시스템의 프로토콜 중 컨트롤 센터와 변전소간의 통신에 사용되는 DNP(Distributed Network Protocol)3 프로토콜을 중점으로 다루며 어떠한 취약점에 노출이 되어 있는지, 어떠한 보안 요소의 연구가 행해지고 있는지에 대해 다룬다.

Effect of Terminalia chebula fruit on anaphylaxis by anal therapy

  • The effect of aqueous extract of Terminalia chebula fruit (Combretaceae) (TCAE) by anal administration on mast cell-dependent immediate-type anaphylactic reactions was investigated. TCAE (0.005 to 1 g/kg) inhibited systemic anaphylaxis induced by compound 48/80 in mice. When TCAE was pretreated at the same concentrations with systemic anaphylaxis, the plasma histamine levels were reduced in a dose-dependent manner. TCAE (0.1 and 1 g/kg) also significantly inhibited local anaphylaxis activated by anti-DNP IgE. TCAE (0.001 to 1 mg/ml) dose-dependently inhibited the histamine release from rat peritoneal mast cells (RPMC) activated by compound 48/80 or anti-DNP IgE. Moreover, TCAE (0.01 and 0.1 mg/ml) had a significant inhibitory effect on anti-DNP IgE-mediated tumor necrosis $factor-{\alpha}$ $(TNF-{\alpha})$ production from RPMC. These results provide evidence that anal therapy of TCAE may be beneficial in the treatment of systemic and local mast cell-dependent anaphylaxis.

급성기 뇌졸중 환자에게 적용한 '연하 장애 간호 프로토콜'이 흡인성 폐렴 발생율과 일상생활 의존율에 미치는 효과 (Effects of a Dysphagia Nursing Protocol on Reducing Aspiration Pneumonia and Improving Daily Activity Dependency in Patients with Acute Stroke)

  • Purpose: Aspiration pneumonia (AP) is the major complication of dysphagia in patients with acute stroke. Nursing management for dysphagia influences on patients' health outcomes. The purpose of this study was to develop and evaluate the effects of Dysphagia Nursing Protocol (DNP) for patients with acute stroke. We aimed to examine the incidence of AP and the dependency rate at the discharge. Methods: We used a non-equivalent control group posttest only design in this study. DNP was developed with content validity index > 0.75 in all items. This protocol was composed of the evaluation, education, complication prevention, and checking phases. After training the staff nurses, we applied DNP protocol to the experimental group. The control group was enrolled from June to August 2013 (n=80), and the experimental group was June to August 2014 (n=64). Results: The incidence of AP was 16.3% in control group while 4.7% in experimental group (p=.028), and the Odds Ratio (OR) was 0.26 (p=.045). The dependency ratio was 66.3% in control group while 43.8% in experimental group (p=.011), and the OR was 0.33 (p=.011). Conclusion: DNP was beneficial for the reducing the risk of AP and the improved the functional status.

인공습지 조성 후 습지미생물활성도 변화에 관한 연구 (Change of Wetland Microbial Activities after Creation of Constructed Wetlands)

  • To understand the initial changes in the microbial activities of wetland soil after construction, dehydrogenase activity (DHA) and denitrification potential (DNP) of soil from 1 natural wetland and 2 newly constructed wetlands were monitored. Soil samples were collected from the Daepyung marsh as a natural wetland, a treatment wetland in the West Nakdong River, and an experimental wetland in the Pukyong National University, Busan. The results showed that the DHA of the natural wetland soil was 6.1 times higher than that of the experimental wetland and similar to that of the treatment wetland 6 months after wetland construction (fall). Few differences were observed in the DNP between the soil samples from the natural wetland and 2 constructed wetlands four months after wetland construction (summer). However, 6 months after the construction (fall), the DNP of the soil samples from the natural wetland was 12.9 times and 1.8 times higher than that of the experimental wetland and the treatment wetland, respectively. These results suggested that the presence of organic matter as a carbon source in the wetland soil affects the DHA of wetland soil. Seasonal variation of wetland environment, acclimation time under anaerobic or anoxic wetland conditions, and the presence of carbon source also affect the DNP of the wetland soil. The results imply that the newly constructed wetland requires some period of time for having the better contaminant removal performance through biogeochemical processes. Therefore, those microbial activities and related indicators could be considered for wetland management such as operation and performance monitoring of wetlands.
