무선통신의 효용성이 증가되면서 다양한 분야에서 유선과 무선을 통합한 형태의 연결망이 구축되고 있으며, 이에 따라 저속, 저가, 저전력의 무선통신 분야의 기술 규격에 대한 요구사항이 제기되고 있다. 본 고에서는 무선으로 저속의 데이터 전송률을 요구하는 다양한 응용분야에 널리 활용될 수 있는 IEEE 802.15.4 저속 무선 PAN의 표준안과 응용서비스에 대해 살펴본다. 저속 무선 PAN 표준안의 주요 특징은 네트워크 구성의 유연성, 저가, 저전력 소모에 있다.

In this paper, CPW wideband distributed amplifier was designed and fabricated using 0.1 $\mum$ InGaAs/InAlAs/GaAs Metamorphic HEMT(High Electron Mobility Transistor). The DC characteristics of MHEMT are 442 mA/mm of drain current density, 409 mS/mm of maximum transconductance. The current gain cut-off frequency(fT) is 140 GHz and the maximum oscillation frequency(fmax) is 447 GHz. The distributed amplifier was designed using 0.1 $\mum$ MHEMT and CPW technology. We designed the structure of CPW curve, tee and cross to analyze the discontinuity characteristics of the CPW line. The MIMIC circuit patterns were optimized electromagnetic field through momentum. The designed distributed amplifier was fabricated using our MIMIC standard process. The measured results show S21 gain of above 6 dB from DC to 45 GHz. Input reflection coefficient S11 of -10 dB, and output reflection coefficient S22 of -7 dB at 45 GHz, respectively. The chip size of the fabricated CPW distributed amplifier is 2.0 mm$\times$l.2 mm.

This research was performed to review the marketing PR(MPR) strategy to build the brand image of Chungnam tourism for the inducement of foreign tourist. Because each local governments are looking for the industries of new growth power from the tourism industry recently, we applied the BI strategy of Chungnam tourism with expended BLC model and GRID model after we analyzed the variety of PR situation and tasks to build the Chungnam tourism's brand image in the competitive domestic and foreign tourism industry. In the result of the study, we set up the limited brand image of Chungnam tourism newly; also we derived a specific action plan. First of all, they need every possible means for Brand Awareness PR, Issue PR, Brand Loyalty PR, etc. depend on brand life cycle with the Chungnam's tourism service products. Secondly, for the each tourism service products, it is requiring to repositioning from present position (B, C, D area) to A area by MPR strategy. Finally, many additional MPR strategies should put in to support for building the brand image for the 'Tourism Chungnam'. The strategic SNS public relations are required with considerations of items that are necessarily need to have the reasons and circumstances for the new foreign tourists, so they can have experiences for the Chungnam Tourism. For the existing foreign tourists, we should keep to build relationship in order to give them trusts and to feel sympathy.

The hull form design is the first step of the concurrent ship design and production. At this point of view, to provide the hull form design system is very important to build the CIM system in shipbuilding. For this, we described about the functionality and the practices of the hull form design for the initial design stage based on the CIM concept. Also, we developed the hull form design system (DWHULL) using commercial 3D-CAD system. In the conclusions, we suggested the advance of the system and the direction of further development functions.

In this paper, the business process was easily modeled by distinguishing between the business process and work logic. Based on this model, B2Bi collaboration Workflow modeling tool, which facilitates collaboration, was designed and implemented. The collaboration workflow modeling tool consists of 3 components; business process modeling tool, execution engine and monitoring tool. First, a business process modeling tool is used to build a process map that reflects the business logic of an application in a quick and accurate manner. Second an execution engine provides a real-time execution environment for business process instance. Third, a monitoring tool provides a real-time monitoring function for the business process that is in operation at the time. In addition to this, it supports flexibility and expandability based on XML and J2EE for the linkage with the legacy system that was used previously, and suggests a solution for a new corporate strategy and operation.

This paper describes prototype Aids to Navigation Simulation System (AtoNSiS) that we have recently developed Aids to Navigation (AtoN) training equipment based on the virtual reality technology. To produce an enhanced AtoN simulation experience, three-dimensional (3D) cardinal and lateral buoys are created, and then build up the virtual 3D waterway world according to the guidelines of IALA (International Association of Lighthouse Authorities) in region B. The AtoNSiS have Simulation Module (SM) and Explanatory Module (EM). SM is to learn about the IALA-B system using virtual navigation world varying with environmental factors. EM is to view more detailed marker characteristics using 3D objects. In this work, we present system design concepts, development processes, and simulation experiments of prototype AtoNSiS. Results from tests and evaluations with five subjects provide practical insight on the importance of AtoNSiS.

막대한 비용을 들여 모든 건설공사에서 시행하는 지반조사의 결과물을 현재는 종이문서 형태로 각 관리주체가 개별적으로 보관하고 있어 재활용과 공유가 거의 이루어지고 있지 않은 실정이다. 이를 데이터베이스화하여 웹을 통해 서비스함으로써 효과적인 저장과 활용을 유도할 수 있다. 그 일환으로 현재 웹 기반의 지반정보 통합 D/B 시스템을 구축, 운영 중에 있다. 현재는 지방국토관리청이나 공사현장과 같이 지반정보가 발생하는 기관 및 현장을 직접 방문하여 지반조사 결과물을 수집한 후 이를 전산화와 검수를 실시해 시스템에 반영을 하는 방식으로 지반정보를 데이터베이스화하고 있지만, 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되고 수집에 한계가 있어 이를 개선하기 위한 자동화시스템의 도입이 검토되고 있다. 지반정보의 수집, 전산화, 검수, 웹서비스의 일련 과정을 보다 자동화시키고, 효과적이며, 수집범위를 획기적으로 넓힐 수 있는 방안으로 웹 기반의 입력자동화 시스템 도입, 지반정보 관리 주체의 직접 입력 지침 마련, 입력 실무자에 대한 권한 부여와 사용자 교육 등에 대한 전략을 본 연구를 통해 모색해 보았다.

현재 육군에 복무중인 46여만 명의 병에 대한 입대부터 전역까지 개인의 변동 자력을 관리하고 있는 야전제대 인사관리 시스템은 인사명령권 부대별 단독 PC 시스템에서 D / B를 운영하는 Off-Line 방식으로 상 하 부대간 연동이 되지 않아 잦은 병적 착오와 자료의 신뢰성 및 최신 자료유지에 제한이 있다. 따라서 병적변동의 근거가 되는 인사명령과 연동이 되고 인사명령 발령과 동시에 육군의 병적DB가 변동되는 on-line방식의 병적관리시스템 구축이 절실하다. 본 논문에서는 기존의 야전제대 인사관리 시스템을 보완하는 Web 환경에서의 육군의 병 인사관리시스템 구성 및 설계방안을 제안하였다.

Generally, binary pattern transforms have been used in the field of the face recognition and facial expression, since they are robust to illumination. Thus, this paper proposes an illumination-robust face recognition system combining an MLDP, which improves the texture component of the LDP, and a 2D-PCA algorithm. Unlike that binary pattern transforms such as LBP and LDP were used to extract histogram features, the proposed method directly uses the MLDP image for feature extraction by 2D-PCA. The performance evaluation of proposed method was carried out using various algorithms such as PCA, 2D-PCA and Gabor wavelets-based LBP on Yale B and CMU-PIE databases which were constructed under varying lighting condition. From the experimental results, we confirmed that the proposed method showed the best recognition accuracy.
