서해 영광 연안 수산자원 II. Otter Trawl 어획자원의 종조성 (Fishery Resources off Youngkwang II. Species Composition of Catch by a Otter Trawl)

  • 1995년 5월, 9월, 11월에 영광군 연안에서 오터트롤로 채집한 수산생물의 종조성을 파악하고, 같은 시기에 주목망에서 채집된 부영생물과 비교하여 영광 근해 수산자원의 특성을 구명하였다. 영광군 연안에서 조사기간 동안 총 73종의 수산생물이 출현하였으며, 이중어류 $63\%$, 두족류 $5\%$, 복족류 $3\%$, 게류 $14\%$, 새우류 $14\%$이었다. 개체수에서 민태 (Johnius grypotus), 그라비새우(Palaemon gravieri), 마루자주새우 (Crangon hakodatei), 참서대 (Cynoglossus joyneri), 눈강달이 (Collichthys niveatus)가 전체의 $64.4\%$를 차지하여 우점하였다. 같은 시기에 같은 정점에서 채집한 주목망에 의한 자료와 비교한 결과, 전반적으로 주목망에는 부영생물이, 오터트롤에는 저서수산생물이 우세하여 채집방법에 따른 종조성의 차이를 보였다.

황해(黃海)의 어류상(魚類相)에 대한 검토(檢討) (A Review on the Fish Fauna of the Yellow Sea)

  • 중국(中國) 양자강(楊子江) 입구(入口)에서 제주도(濟州道)를 잇는 북쪽과 우리나라와 중국(中國) 대륙(大陸)에 의하여 둘러싸여 있는 황해(黃海)는 지리적(地理的)으로 국가(國家) 경제산업(經濟産業) 면(面)에서 매우 중요한 역할(役割)을 하고 있는 해역(海域)이다. 지금까지 본 해역(海域)에 서식(棲息)하고 있는 어류에 대하여 조사(調査)한 결과(結果) 모두 27목(目) 123과(科) 257속(屬) 389종(種)으로 확인(確認)되었다. 이들 중에서 한국(韓國) 서해(西海) 연안(沿岸)에 서식(棲息)하고 있는 종(種)으로는 모두 20목(目) 80과(科) 161속(屬) 233종(種)이고, 중국(中國) 연안(沿岸)에 서식하고 있는 종(種)은 27목(目) 115과(科) 213속(屬) 300종(種)이었다. 본 해역(海域)에서 가장 많이 출현(出現)하고 있는 분류군(分類群)은 농어목(目) 어류로서 51과(科) 114속(屬) 164종(種) (42.2 %)이고 다음이 쏨뱅이목(目) 어류로서 11과(科) 27속(屬) 45종(種) (11.5 %)이며, 그 다음이 가자미목(目)으로 5과(科) 24속(屬) 34종(種) (8.7 %)의 순으로 나타났다. 본 해역(海域)에서 다량(多量)으로 서식(棲息)하고 있으면서 경제적(經濟的)으로 부가가치(附加價値)가 높은 어류의 분류군(分類群)으로서는 Rajidae, Anguillidae, Clupeidae, Engraulidae, Scorpaenidae, Serranidae, Sciaenidae, Mugilidae, Trichiuridae, Platycephalidae, Stromateidae, Cynoglossidae, Pleuronectidae, Tetraodontidae 등에 속(屬)하는 어류들이고, 여기에 서식(樓息)하고 있는 특산(特塵) 어종(魚種)으로는 Neosalanx jordani, Pseudosciaena polyactis, Repomucenus koreanus, Repomucenus leucopoecilus, Achanthogobius elongata, Scartelaos sp., Cynoglossus joyneri, Takifugu flauidus, Takifugu obscurus 등의 9종(種)으로 확인(確認)되었다.

한강 하구역 강화 갯벌 조간대 건간망에 어획된 유영생물 군집구조 (Community Structure of Fauna Collected by a Fence Net on Ganghwa Tidal Flat in the Han River Estuary, Korea)

  • 한강 하구의 강화 갯벌 조간대에서 유영생물의 종조성을 파악하기 위히여 2009년 4월부터 12월까지 매월 1회 강화 석모수로 조간대에 설치된 건간망에 어획된 유영생물을 수집 분석하였다. 채집된 유영생물은 총 57종으로 그 중 어류가 34종으로 가장 많았고, 갑각류 20종, 두족류 2종 그리고 1종의 해파리가 출현하였다. 종조성은 봄과 가을에 다양한 종들이 출현하였으며, 양적으로는 가을에 많았다. 총 어획물중 꽃게 (Portunus trituberculatus)가 전체 개체수의 57.2%를 차지하여 가장 많았고, 다음으로 그라비새우(Palaemon gravieri) 7.1 %, 황강달이 (Collichthys lucidus) 7.0%, 무늬발게(Hemigrapsus sanguineus) 6.2%, 밀새우(Exopalaemon carinicauda) 4.7% 순으로 우점하였다. 우점종 중 가숭어(Chelon haematocheilus), 풀망둑(Synechogobius hasta), 웅어 (Coilia nasus), 그라비새우, 밀새우 등은 기수성 주거종이었으며, 꽃게, 황강달이, 숭어 (Mugil cephalus), 참서대(Cynoglossus joyneri) 등은 하구를 보육 및 성육장으로 이용하는 연안 회유종이었다. 그 외 양적으로는 적지만 황복(Takifugu obscurus), 참게(Eriocheir sinensis), 뱀장어 (Anguilla japonica) 등의 왕복 회유종과 붕어(Carassius auratus) 등의 담수종도 출현하였다.

저인망에 채집된 남해도 연안해역 어류의 종조성 및 계절 변동 (Seasonal Variations in Species Composition of Fishes Collected by an Otter Trawl in the Coastal Water off Namhae Island)

  • 1989년 5월부터 1990년 4월까지 매월 남해도 연안해역에서 소형 otter trawl을 이용하여 어류를 채집하여 종조성 및 계절 변동을 분석하였다. 조사기간 동안 총 64종의 어류가 채집되었다. 줄망둑(Acentrogobius pflaumii), 도화망둑(Chaeturichthys hexanema), 수염문절(Chaeturichthys sciistius), 청멸(Thryssa kammalensis), 실양태(Repomucenus valenciennei)가 많이 채집되었는데, 이들은 전체 개체수의 66.5%, 그리고 생체량의 34.9%를 차지하였다. 그 다음으로 주둥치(Leiognathus nuchalis), 붕장어(Conger myriaster), 병어(Pampus echinogaster), 참서대(Cynoglossus joyneri), 민태(Johnius grypotus), 칠서대(Cynoglossus interruptus), 열동가리돔(Apogon lineatus), 보구치(Argyrosomus argentatus), 밴댕이(Sardinella zunasi) 순으로 채집되었다. 본 조사해역에서 채집된 어류는 대부분이 체장 10cm 이하의 소형 어종이거나 대형 어종의 유어들로 구성되어 있었다. 남해도 연안해역의 어류 군집은 뚜렷한 계절 변동을 보였는데, 채집 어종수는 10 ~1월사이에 많았으며, 2~3월에 적었다. 채집 개체수 및 생체량은 4월과 9월에 높은 값을 보였으며, 수온이 낮은 2~3월에는 채집 어종수, 개체수 및 생체량 모두 낮은 값을 보였다.

사천바다목장해역 어류군집의 변동특성 (Seasonal variation of fish assemblage in Sacheon marine ranching, the southern coast of Korea)

  • Species composition and seasonal variation of fish assemblage in Sacheon marine ranching, Korea were examined. Sampling was seasonally made by a shrimp trawl from February 2009 to November 2009. A total of 55 species were collected. Of these, five species was dominant species comprising 51.1% of the total number of individuals. Nine species represented 57.3% of the total biomass. While total abundance (number of individuals) was high in spring, total biomass and species richness (number of species) and diversity were high in autumn. Cluster analysis, based on seasonally abundance data of the 21 most common species, showed that the species were separated into 4 different groups. Group A composed of Pholis nebulosa, Pleuronectes yokohamae, Hypodytes rubripinnis, Hexagrammos otakii, Tridentiger trigonocephalus and Paracercis sexfasciata, which were year round residents, group B Congr myriaster, Leiognathus nuchalis, and Platycephalus indicus, which were abundant in autumn, group C Sillago japonica, Pseudaesopia japonica, Zoarces gilli, Pholis fangi, and Pleuronichthys cornutus which were abundant in spring, and group D Sillago sihama, Cociella sp., Johnius grypotus, Cynoglossus joyneri, Cynoglossus robustus, and Pennahia argentata, which were abundant in summer. Principal component analysis revealed that seasonal variation in the fish assemblage was attributed to the abundance of temporal species such as conger and sand smelt fishes, which were abundant in summer, due to seasonal variation of water temperature.

새우조망을 이용한 금강 하구역 어획물의 계절별 종조성 및 군집분석 (Seasonal species composition and cluster analysis of catches by shrimp beam trawl in the Geum river estuary)

  • Seasonal variations in species composition of catches were explored using seasonal samples caught by shrimp beam trawl in the Geum river estuary in 2011. During the study period, total catches were collected 91 species as fish 47 species, crustacean 28 species, mollusca 4 species, gastropoda 5 species, shellfish 3 species and others 4 species. The dominant species were Exopalaemon carinicauda, Eriocheir leptognathus, Palaemon gravieri, Mugil cephalus, Acanthogobius hasta, Cynoglossus joyneri, Pennahia argentata and Coilia nasus. The amount of species in spring and summer was higher than in autumn. The diversity index (H') was 0.43~0.96, evenness index (EI) was 0.14~0.25, and richness index (RI) was 1.54~4.25. Using cluster analysis 91 species were divided into 4 groups. Group I appeared mainly in spring and summer. Group II appeared only in summer. Group III appeared in winter and spring, and Group IV in spring and autumn.

한국 남해 가덕도 주변해역에 출현하는 어류의 종조성과 계절변동 (Seasonal Variation in the Species Composition of Fish Assemblages in the Coastal Waters off Gadeok-do, South Sea, Korea)

  • Seasonal variations in species composition and abundance of the fish assemblages in the coastal waters off Gadeok-do were determined using monthly sample collection by a small otter trawl in 2010-2011. Of a total of 65 fishes collected, the dominant species were Leiognathus nuchalis, Clupea pallasii, Thryssa kammalensis, Engraulis japonicus, Repomucenus valenciennei, Sillago japonica, Trachurus japonicus, Pennahia argentatus, Okamejei kenojei, Cynoglossus joyneri, Pholis fangi, Pleuronectes yokohamae, and Zoarces gillii. These 13 fishes accounted for 92.8% of the total number of individuals collected. The number of fish species, number of individuals, biomass, and species diversity indices fluctuated with the seasons. The peak number of fishes occurred in April, whereas the biomass of fishes was highest in August. The numbers and biomass of fishes were lower in February corresponding with the low temperatures, and diversity indices were lower in January than in any other month.

빔트롤을 이용한 여자만 어류의 계절별 종조성과 변동 (Seasonal Species Composition and Fluctuation of Fishes by Beam Trawl in Yeoja Bay)

  • To investigate seasonal and yearly variation of fishes composition in Yeoja Bay of Korea, fisheries survey were carried out using beam trawl from 2006 to 2009. A total of 44 fish species were collected. The major dominant species were Pennahia argentatus, Thryssa adelae, Thryssa kammalensis and Cynoglossus joyneri, which were occupied over 63% total individuals, and 50% of wet weight. The diversity index (H') was about 1.62 (1.46~1.77) by seasons, and seasons of similarity by fishes were divided into two groups, which were March with December and June with September. ANOVA test showed that there were not significant difference between individuals and catch weight (kg) per unit area (km$^2$) by year and season, except for catch weight per unit area by season.

천수만 저서성어류군집의 계절변화 (Seasonal Fluctuation in Abundance and Species Composition of Demersal Fishes in Cheonsu Bay of the Yellow Sea, Korea)

  • Demersal fish community in Cheonsu Bay was analyzed using fish samples collected by a small otter trawl from March to November, 1986. Of the 32 species identified, Nibea argentatus, Chaturichthys stigmatias Crptocentrus filifer, Cynoglossus joyneri and Jonius belengeri pre-dominated in abundance. Based upon principal component analysis of species composition data, the fishes were grouped into resident, migrant and temporal species. Resident fish wintered in the deeper part of the bay, showing a peak in biomass during cold months. In spring, warm weather seasonals, adult N. argentatus and J. belengeri, migrated o the bay for spawing. However, the biomass of the migrant was not more than that of the wintered adult residents. From July to September, juveniles of many species were collected, but the number of individuals was smaller than that of the littoral or pelagic zones. This suggests that the deeper area of the bay did not serve as a main nursery ground of the juveniles with the exception of two migrant scianid fishes. As a result, the benthic fish of the bay were more abundant in cold months than in summer.

광양만 연안에 분포하는 부유성 난 및 자치어의 종조성과 양적변동 (Quantitative fluctuation and species composition of ichthyoplankton in Gwangyang Bay, Korea)

  • Species composition and yearly variation of fish eggs and larval fishes were investigated from 2014 to 2016. During the study period, the fish eggs were identified as belonging to 14 taxa. The dominant species of fish eggs were Leiognathus nuchalis, Engraulis japonicus, and Konosirus punctatus. These three species accounted for 97.4% of the total number of individuals collected. The collected larval fishes were identified into 37 taxa, 22 families, and seven orders. The dominant species of larval fish were Leiognathus nuchalis, and Gobiidae fishes. These three species accounted for 85.4% of the total number of individuals collected. The diversity index of the larval fishes was the highest in 2014 (H' = 1.60) and the lowest in 2015 (H' = 1.15). The evenness index was the highest in 2016 (J = 0.51) and the lowest in 2015 (J = 0.39). The dominance index was the highest in 2015 (D = 83.5%) and the lowest in 2016 (D = 70.9%). In addition, the economically important species in this area were Engraulis japonicus, Konosirus punctatus, Hippocampus coronatus, Sebastes schlegelii, Acanthopagrus schlegeli, and Cynoglossus joyneri.
