Along with developments of information and communication technologies, internet has spread not only all over the society, but also our everyday life deeply. Recently, requirements for e-learning using internet in the educational aspect have a great influence on the changes of school educations. Cyber Home Learning System, in particular, has been implemented throughout the nation for the purpose of reducing private expenditure for education and promoting substantial improvements in quality of public education. However, there have been exposed many problems with respect to quality of operations and managements of the system comparing to its quantitative growth, and so, at this point in time, researcher conducted analysis of actuality of perceptions of both elementary and middle school teachers with a focus on the case of S System in K province. To test this, total 278 participants were sampled from the elementary schools (139 teachers) and the middle schools (139 teachers) located in K province and were asked to complete a survey and the results therefrom were analyzed accordingly. Results from the analyses revealed that elementary school teachers responded more positively than other respondents in the most areas, including supply of a variety of learning contents of S System, quality of contents, and providing for helps insomuch as to complement school works, etcetera. In addition, researcher has found out that, to make the system become all the more efficient, it shall be required to establish a strategy in order to induce students' interest in the system, as well as to construct infrastructure for facilitating the use of computer. And that there are also needs for continuous supports from both the school and the education authority concerned, and for method of flexible operation of curriculum.

It is rapidly expanding to provide Home Digital Service based on the Home Network System in intelligent apartment. Fortunately, Korea has one of the highest rates of Internet penetration and access in the world. Construction companies used the Home Network system as a strategy of differentiation and it is available to the customers to raise their asset value. Besides, the government has a positive response to accept the new movements to make the digital environment with 'u-Korea (Ubiquitous Korea)' as the slogan. However, the level of providing Home Digital Service is actually at the beginning. The develop the home network industry more effectively, the related industries' cooperation is essential. The purpose of this study is to propose a providing model of Home Network System for the construction company and to make a method to response the fast change of technology development and customer's request at the point of construction companies' view.

최근 사이버교육의 필요성이 대두됨에 따라서 초 중등에서는 사이버가정학습체제를 도입하게 되었다. 하지만 사이버가정학습은 학생의 자발성에 기초하여 학습이 이루어지기 때문에 성공적인 운영을 위해서는 학습자의 참여도를 높이는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 학습자의 참여도와 관련된 변인이 무엇인지를 밝혀보고, 이를 통해 학습자의 참여도를 높이기 위한 방안을 제안해 보았다. 학습자의 참여도와 관련있는 변인은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학습자 내적변인 중 인지적 성향, 정좌소양수준, 자기주도적학습력, 참여목적, 사이버가정학습에 대한 인식이었다. 둘께, 학습자 외적변인 중 사이버가정학습장, 사교육투자시간, 학급담임의 내용확인도, 이용의 편의성이었다 셋째, 사이버교수활동 중 상호작용성, 과제제시빈도, 학습상담유형, 보상이었다. 넷째, 학부모변인 중 참여인지, 도움도, 내용확인 정도가 참여도에 유의한 영향을 준다고 나타났다. 이상과 같은 결과에 비추어 다음과 같은 방안을 제안해 보았다. 콘텐츠 측면에서 살펴보면, 다양한 양질의 콘텐츠가 제공되어야 한다. 콘텐츠 내에서 학생간이 교류가 이루어질 수 있어야하며, 정보탐색이나 정보교류를 이용한 학습문제나 과제가 제시되어야 한다. 운영상의 측면에서 살펴보면, 온라인과 오프라인의 교류와 협력을 위한 장이 마련되어야 하며, 시스템 환경을 최적화해야한다. 과제물도 일괄 처리할 수 있는 시스템이 요구되며, 가정과 사이버가정학습의 연결을 위한 시스템이 필요하다. 장애처리전담반의 운영도 요구된다. 필요한 기능을 중심으로 한 가벼운 시스템으로 구축해야 하며, 상담시스템의 구축이 필요하다. 법적 제도적 측면에서 살펴보면, 가정, 학교, 지역도서관 등에 사이버가정학습을 할 수 있는 장소가 마련되어야 한다. 학습자의 참여도에 대한 적절한 보상이 필요하다. 사이버가정학습을 학교수업의 일부분으로 인식할 수 있도록 제도적 뒷받침이 요구되며, 학부모 튜터제 도입도 요구된다. 이상과 같은 대안들을 신중히 고려하여 차근차근 준비해 간다면 앞으로의 사이버가정학습은 무한한 발전을 계속해 나갈 수 있을 것이다.

Recently, social crimes using chemicals at home and abroad are increasing. These chemicals are readily available in the internet. Therefore, the NICS(national institute of chemical safety) runs a 'Chemical Cyber Surveillance' to help the public take control of the internet and create a healthy cyberspace through voluntary participation of the public. The study analyzed more than 1,000 sites suspected illegal hazardous information or blocked among cyber surveillance 3,500 case reports in the past yeas. And, the number of illegal hazardous information reported in the past three years is analyzed by type and substance. They want to examine the characteristics of hazardous chemical information on the internet and use it as a basic data to establish illegal information management measures that spread over cyberspace.

This study investigated the effects of maternal parenting behaviors and preschooler's emotional regulation on their internet-game addictive inclination. The participants were 129 mothers of 5 and 6 year-old preschoolers and their teachers from two day dare centers and one kindergarten in Seoul and Kyung-gi province. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and hierarchical regressions by SPSS program (12.0 version). The major findings were as follows: (1) Boys showed higher score of internet-game addictive inclination than that of girls. (2) mother's consistent parenting behaviors and preschooler's other-regulation behaviors significantly explained preschooler's internet-game addictive inclination. In conclusion, maternal parenting behaviors and preschooler's emotional regulation have influenced on preschooler's internet-game addictive inclination.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between household types and suicide ideation among elderly people in Korea. We collected information on 220 elderly individuals(aging over 60), 171 of whom were living alone and 49 of whom were living with their families. The results showed that; 1) number of children, health status, level of stress, and depressive symptoms were all related to the suicide ideation among both groups, and 2) individuals living alone had lower sense of control, were more stressed, and more likely to suffer from depression. Based on these results, various implications were discussed and practical suggestions provided.

As smartphone use has become so popular recently, bullying and harassment in cyber space are a growing problem both at home and abroad. While various studies on cyberbullying in other countries began more than a decade ago, there are few studies in Korea. In order to effectively respond to cyberbullying, diverse studies based on in-depth analysis of the problem should be conducted. Therefore, this study describes the definitions and types of cyberbullying, the differences between traditional bullying and cyberbullying, and the causes and effects of cyberbullying. In addition, this study analyzes the existing research related to the response strategies of cyberbullying and then suggests its own prevention and intervention strategies.

This is a descriptive study that introduces programs that support family caregivers looking after the elderly, by focusing on the case of Georgia, in the United States. The U.S. is one of the few countries that support family caregivers by law. In this study, we focus on the evidence-based interventions implemented through the Alzheimer's Disease Supportive Services Program (ADSSP), a federal policy that complements the National Family Caregiver Support Program (NFCSP). Our findings show that one-on-one evidence-based programs (EBPs) for family caregivers are both economical and effective in assisting caregivers. In our discussion, we highlight how the implementation of the latest EBPs can build an infrastructure to support family caregivers. ADSSP funding is useful as it constructs a caregiver support through the implementation of programs in the local community. The result is the creation of a well-coordinated division of labor among government agencies, academia and NGOs, which produces a synergetic effect in funding, research and development, translation and implementation of programs, and staff training. We conclude that the implementation of EBPs funded by the government is a useful reference for Korea and other rapidly aging countries, if we are to create an infrastructure for caregiver support, which can effectively prevent a crisis in caregiving.

이 연구는 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습의 참여를 저해하는 요인을 도출하고, 그 요인 중 가장 영향을 많이 미치는 요인을 찾음으로써 참여율을 제고하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 선행연구 분석을 통해 8가지 잠정적 저해요인(학습동기 및 태도의 문제, 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 새로운 학습방법의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제, 상호작용의 어려움, 화면설계의 문제, 환경상의 문제)를 도출하였다. 이에 따라 33문항으로 구성된 설문지를 제작하여 사이버가정학습을 실시하고 있는 초등학교(3학년~6학년 학생 429명)을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 분석한 결과, 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습 참여 저해에 영향을 주는 요인은 학습동기 및 태도의 문제, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 새로운 학습방법의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제 이었다. 이중에서 참여 저해에 대한 영향력은 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 새로운 학습방법에 대한 어려움, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제 순으로 4가지였다. 즉, 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감, 새로운 학습방법에 대한 어려움, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움, 학습설계의 문제가 적을수록 지속할 가능성이 더 큰 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 토대로 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습 참여율을 제고하기 위해서 다음과 같은 결론을 내릴 수 있다. 첫째, 초등학생을 대상으로 한 사이버가정학습 운영 시 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감이나 새로운 학습방법에 대한 어려움, 컴퓨터 사용의 어려움이 있는지 고려해 초등학생에 맞는 적절한 학습설계를 구축하는 것이 중요하다. 둘째, 초등교육에서 사이버가정학습의 참여 저해요인에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 컴퓨터에 대한 부담감을 줄이기 위해 학습자가 컴퓨터에 대한 두려움을 없애주고 컴퓨터가 학습에 유용하다고 느낄 수 있도록 초등학생을 위한 맞춤형 교수설계 및 콘텐츠 개발로 컴퓨터에 쉽게 접근하고 즐거움을 느낄 수 있도록 유도해야 한다.

Entering upon 21th, the internet which bring the digital era, are changing the paradigm of education and cultivating creative and challenging person, which is the core of competitive power in knowledge-information society, is more emphasized than ever. To meet the needs of the present times, it has been concentrating its effort to improve learning-environment using e-Learning in the field of teaching. E-schoolbooks that were introduced recently by way of showing an example are representative case of this intention. Though many e-learning contents are being developed, the more speedily a society grow, the shorter the life of contents are. Moreover, the contents developed are impossible to use directly for tele-education system, so standard types adjusted for various kind of system are showing up. Among them the leading standard type is SCORM(Sharable Content Object Reference Medel) made in ADL(Advanced Distributed Learning) Corporation. The KERIS' Cyber Home Education System adopted this and is using it. So, in this study, we set the goal at designing and developing an e-learning contents and an experiment-focused mathematics that suit the KERIS' Cyber Home Education System on the basis of SCORM.
