Recently, the United States has been trying to strengthen its cybersecurity by upgrading its position as an Unified Combatant Command that focuses on the Cyber Command in the United States, strengthening operations in cyberspace, and actively responding to cyber threats. Other major powers are also working to strengthen cyber capabilities, and they are working to strengthen their organization and power. The world demands economic power for its own interests rather than its own borders. But Cyber World is a world without borders and no defense. Therefore, a cyber weapon system is necessary for superiority in cyberspace (defense, attack) for national cybersecurity. In this paper, we analyze operational procedures for cyber weapons operation. And we design cyber weapons to analyze and develop the best cyber weapons to lead victory in cyberwarfare. It also conducts cyber weapons research to solve the confrontation between Cyber World.

With the development of science and technology around the world, the realm of cyberspace, following land, sea, air, and space, is also recognized as a battlefield area. Accordingly, it is necessary to design and establish various elements such as definitions, systems, procedures, and plans for not only physical operations in land, sea, air, and space but also cyber operations in cyberspace. In this research, the importance of cyber targets that can be considered when prioritizing the list of cyber targets selected through intermediate target development in the target development and prioritization stage of targeting processing of cyber operations was selected as a factor to be considered. We propose a method to calculate the score for the cyber target and use it as a part of the cyber target prioritization score. Accordingly, in the cyber target prioritization process, the cyber target importance category is set, and the cyber target importance concept and reference item are derived. We propose a TIR (Target Importance Rank) algorithm that synthesizes parameters such as Event Prioritization Framework based on PageRank algorithm for score calculation and synthesis for each derived standard item. And, by constructing the Stuxnet case-based network topology and scenario data, a cyber target importance score is derived with the proposed algorithm, and the cyber target is prioritized to verify the proposed algorithm.
Since cyber operations are performed in a virtual cyber battlefield, the measurement indicators that can evaluate and visualize the current state of the cyber environment in a consistent form are required for the commander to effectively support the decision-making of cyber operations. In this paper, we propose a method to define various evaluation indicators that can be collected on the cyber battlefield, normalized them, and evaluate the cyber status in a consistent form. The proposed cyber battlefield status element consists of cyber asset-related indicators, target network-related indicators, and cyber threat-related indicators. Each indicator has 6 sub-indicators and can be used by assigning weights according to the commander's interests. The overall status of the cyber battlefield can be easily recognized because the measured indicators are visualized in time series on a single screen. Therefore, the proposed method can be used for the situational awareness required to effectively conduct cyber warfare.

Developing into information oriented society, dependency on network systems increases gradually in the area of economy, society and so on. Under that circumstance, temporary stop or damage of integrity of network system may have a strong impact on economic activities and overall society. Recently, threat of cyber terrorism, organized hostile action to government or industry through network, is increasing. Because of the features of network, it is not sufficient only a nation's countermeasure against Cyber terrorism, so international cooperation is needed. We review the status of countermeasure against cyber terrorism and examine several considerations for policy establishment.

In the cyber-physical system, big data collected from numerous sensors and IoT devices is transferred to the Cloud for processing and analysis. When transferring data to the Cloud, merging data into one single file is more efficient than using the data in the form of split files. However, current merging and splitting operations are performed at the user-level and require many I / O requests to memory and storage devices, which is very inefficient and time-consuming. To solve this problem, this paper proposes kernel-level partitioning and combining operations. At the kernel level, splitting and merging files can be done with very little overhead by modifying the file system metadata. We have designed the proposed algorithm in detail and implemented it in the Linux Ext4 file system. In our experiments with the real Cloud storage system, our technique has achieved a transfer time of up to only 17% compared to the case of transferring split files. It also confirmed that the time required can be reduced by up to 0.5% compared to the existing user-level method.

The Ministry of National Defense is strengthening the power and capacity of cyber operations as cyber protection training is conducted. However, considering the level of enemy cyber attack capability, the level of cyber defense capability of the ministry of national defense is significantly low and the protection measures and response system for responding to cyber threats to military networks are not clearly designed, falling short of the level of cyber security capabilities of the public and private sectors. Therefore, this paper is to investigate and verify the establishment of a military internal network vulnerability mitigation system that applies the intention of attackers, tactics, techniques and procedures information (ATT&CK Framework), identified military internal network main threat information, and military information system security requirements with military specificity as factors that can establish a defense network vulnerability mitigation system by referring to the domestic and foreign cyber security framework It has the advantage of having.

Cyber powers around the world are conducting cyber information-gathering activities in cyberspace, a global domain within the Internet-based information environment. Accordingly, it is imperative to obtain the latest information through the cyber intelligence preparation of the battlefield (IPB) process to prepare for future cyber operations. Research utilizing the cyber battlefield visualization method for effective cyber IPB and situation awareness aims to minimize uncertainty in the cyber battlefield and enable command control and determination by commanders. This paper designed architecture by classifying cyberspace into a physical, logical network layer and cyber persona layer to visualize the cyber battlefield using BGP archive data, which is comprised of BGP connection information data of routers around the world. To implement the architecture, BGP archive data was analyzed and pre-processed, and cyberspace was implemented in the form of a Di-Graph. Information products that can be obtained through visualization were classified for each layer of the cyberspace, and a visualization method was proposed for performing cyber IPB. Through this, we analyzed actual North Korea's BGP and OSINT data to implement North Korea's cyber battlefield centered on the Internet network in the form of a prototype. In the future, we will implement a prototype architecture based on Elastic Stack.
With the explosion of internet users, there are many enterprises and organizations that regard the internet as the great marketing superhighway. Although fascination and speculation surrounds the impact of the cyber shopping mall on consumer shopping behavior, there is little empirical evidence underlying all this speculation. This article reports on the critical issues that consumers found salient as they browsed through cyber shopping malls. We gathered consumers’reactions via open-ended survey. We relate the reactions to the factors of tangibility, assurance, responsibility, empathy, and reliability which we had identified from the existing literature on service quality. Two additional questionnaires were administered to translate these factors to the cyber shopping mall context and to explore their relative salience. We also evaluated SERVQUAL and SERVPERF as service quality measures for cyber shopping malls. The results show that SERVPERF seems more promising than SERVQUAL. The results also suggest that cyber shopping mall merchants need to think more about how they perform on the issues known to affect customers’decision making for purchasing. We offer advice for enhancing the design of cyber shopping mall.
The effects-based operation, which would reduce unnecessary efforts and meaningless sacrifices incurred during a war and simultaneously reach the will of the enemy leadership by strategic attacks, was discarded for the reason that it was difficult to apply it to military power except for airpower. However, cyberspace, which can be thoroughly logical and calculated, can be suitable for conducting effects-based operations. This study examined a way to carry out effects-based operations in such cyberspaces. It laid the foundation for overcoming the limitations of effects-based operations revealed in previous battle cases and executing the operations in cyber battlespace where the boundary between physical and cyberspaces gradually disappeared. Futhermore, it demonstrated that effects-based operations could be carried out in cyberspace by establishing a military strategy, which could conduct the operations through an analysis of previous cyber-attack cases.
Cyber attacks on the aviation weapon system, a state-of-the-art asset, have become a reality and are approaching as a constant threat. However, due to the characteristics of embedded software of the current aviation weapon system, it is managed and operated without connection to the network in peacetime, so the response management to cyber attacks is relatively weak. Therefore, when a cyber attack becomes a reality, it is urgent to prepare and evaluate measures for the adverse effects that such attack will have on the execution of the Air Tasking Order(ATO). In this paper, we propose a framework for operational impact assessment in order to avoid confusion in ATO execution and systematic response to cyber attacks on aviation weapons systems. The proposed framework is designed to minimize the negative impact on operations against cyber attacks that may occur under no warning by analyzing the impact on air operations for each aviation weapon system and standardizing countermeasures for this. In addition, it supports the operational commander to make a quick decision to command for the execution of the operation even in a situation where a cyber attack occurs.
