고정밀 레이저 스크라이버 장비의 공정 시뮬레이션 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Process Simulation Analysis of the High Precision Laser Scriber)

  • The high-precision laser scriber carries out scribing alumina ceramic substrates for manufacturing ultra-small chip resistors. The ceramic substrates are loaded, aligned, scribed, transferred, and unloaded. The entire process is fully automated, thereby minimizing the scribing cycle time of the ceramic substrates and improving the throughput. The scriber consists of the laser optical system, pick-up module of ceramic substrates, pre-alignment module, TH axis drive work table, automation module for substrate loading / unloading, and high-speed scribing control S/W. The loader / unloader unit, which has the greatest influence on the scribing cycle time of the substrates, carries the substrates to the work table that carries out the cutting line work by driving the X and Y axes as well as by adsorbing the ceramic substrates. The loader / unloader unit consists of the magazine up / down part, X-axis drive part for conveying the substrates to the left and right direction, and the vision part for detecting the edge of the substrate for the primary pre-alignment of the substrates. In this paper, the laser scribing machining simulation is performed by applying the instrument mechanism of each component module. Through this study, the scribing machining process is first verified by analyzing the process operation and work area of each module in advance. In addition, the scribing machining process is optimized by comparing and analyzing the scribing cycle time of one ceramic substrate according to the alignment stage module speed.

  • This study was conducted to develop a root-removed splice grafting system for cucurbitaceous vegetables, mainly watermelon and cucumber seedlings, for the seedlings factories where currently most of seedlings grafting works are carried out by manual works. The major results of the study are as follows. The dimensions of rootstocks and scions, except cotyledon width, of root- removed splice grafting of watermelon and cucumber were shown to be varied within the 2.5-fold range. The growth status of seedlings were not consistent in terms of cotyledon sprouting direction and angle which were considered as one of the important factors for in root-removed splice grafting. The grafting work of root-removed splice for grafted watermelon and cucumber could be divided by four sub-operations: seedling supplying, cutting, clipping and potting, while a part or all root of the rootstock was removed in the seedlings supplying operation. The cutting angles of the rootstock and scion were $34-45^{\circ}$ and $20-45^{\circ}$, respectively, while the stem length of the scion varied from 6 mm to 12 mm. The splices of rootstock and scion were heaped up in parallel and then fixed by a clip. It indicated that the ideal grafting system, adopting conventional grafting processes of seedlings specifications as well as conventionally manual root-removed splice grafting method, performed very well for seedlings gripping and transporting, supplying clip, clipping and discharging grafted seedlings while workers supplied seedlings to the semi-automatical system.

  • 폴리메틸메타클릴레이트(PMMA)는 광 관련 부품제조에 있어 중요한 재료로 많이 사용되고 있다. 특히 TV, 모니터, 휴대폰 등에 쓰이고 있는 디스플레이의 도광판(Light Guide Panel)에 적용되고 있어 현재까지는 매우 큰 상업적인 수요가 있다. PMMA 도광판의 가공은 일반적으로 고속밀링에 의해 이루어지는데 부품에 대한 높은 정밀도 요구특성에도 불구하고 가공표면의 굴곡, 균열 등에 대한 불량이 적지 않게 발생하고 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 PMMA 진동을 부가하는 고속선삭의 적용이 시도되었으며 절삭공구에 진동을 부가하기 위한 장치와 최적 조건이 조사되었다. 도광판용 PMMA의 진동절삭은 일반적인 밀링가공법에 비해 절삭력의 현저한 감소, 열변형영역의 축소 등을 유도하였다. 가공면에 있어서는 가공방법이 엔드 밀링에서 단인공구를 사용하는 선삭으로 변경되었음에도 불구하고 진동절삭법에 의해 가공표면의 균일성이 크게 향상되어 가공면의 표준편차 $1.0{\sim}6.0{\mu}m$, 평균거칠기 $0.3{\mu}m$가 달성되었다.

Distribution Characteristics, Population and Vegetation Structure of Corylopsis coreana in Korea

  • This study examined the distribution, population and vegetation structure of Corylopsis coreana in South Korea. C. coreana is distributed around the Suncheon area, Jeollanam-do, on the southern part of the Korean Peninsula, but the species is also found in Pocheon and Gangneung, on the central and central east parts of the peninsula. This discontinuous pattern of distribution is coupled with the unusual feature of only growing on northern exposed slopes. The mean density of C. coreana populations is 35 individuals per 100 $m^2$, ranging up to a maximum of 92 individuals per 100 $m^2$. Cut specimens sprouted a maximum of 38 stems per plant. Based on DCA analysis, the species' habitats was divided into three types by species composition and stratification structure. These types include: habitats affected strongly by human activities, valley and mantle communities which are affected relatively little by human activities, and stable forests. Populations affected by artificial intervention have actually flourished, while some populations in the stable forest system have declined. We conclude that the species, now endangered, should be maintained by means of specific external interventions such as cutting or removal of the canopy. To this end, further ecological data should be collected through monitoring and research to identify appropriate interventions to support threatened C. coreana populations.

  • The goals of this study are to suggest the guidance for automated clothing manufacture by analysis the technology of the automated manufacturing facilities and to propose how improve the efficiency of the production planning and management for automated clothing manufacture In this study, the research about the automated clothing manufacturing machines and the analysis about the modules and functions of apparel information systems were performed. In order to understand the factory automation of the larger clothing firms, the case study method was used. The case study samples were 3 clothing firms. The results and suggestions are as follows: 1. An information technology for automated clothing manufacture has enabled the computer integrated manufacturing system to connect production planning and management part with each work station on the factory floor. 2. The apparel information system to integrate and manage manufacturing informations from each workstation and the apparel CAD system are used in the department of production planning. At the cutting room, there are automated manufacturing machines like an automatic spreading system and an automatic cutting system. Sewing room has the computer controlled unit production system and semi-automated sewing machines. In addition, in the finishing room, an automatic packing machine and a press system are used and besides a warehousing system has been developed. Considering these available technology, for better product efficiency, it is necessary to consider and utilize the specific character of these automatic manufacturing machines and computer system whether they proper to each product style. 3. Most of the clothing manufacturers are in the stage of semi-automated manufacture. In order to improve the manufacturing environment, it is needed to gradual procedure of manufacturing automation with considering the firm's financial condition, existing facilities and staffs operating machines. The case study sample firms are in the high degree of manufacturing automation. They can accomplish the flexible manufacturing system to link the information system with each work station menufacturing system by computerized control. For the case of the firm having already used the computer integrated manufacturing and managing system, it is necessary that the function to deal with drawing information is added to the retaining module of the apparel system.

  • 농산폐자원을 이용하기 위한 방법으로써 Trichoderma sp. KI 7-2로 만든 koji와 내열성 효모를 사용하여 동시당화-발효와 당화액 발효를 비교하였다. 볏짚의 당화액에서는 15 mg/$m\ell$의 cellobiose가 존재하였으나 동일한 효소원을 사용한 동시당화-발효액에서는 존재하지 않았다. 효소당화법에서 는 cellulase enzyme system의 반응산물인 glucose가 cellobiose의 활성을 저해하므로 cellobiose 가 축적되었으나 동시당화-발효법에서 는 glucose가 ethanol로 발효되어 cellobiose의 축적이 없었다. Cutting mill 한 볏짚은 동시 당화-발효 과정에서는 ball mill 한 것과 같은 정도로 효과적으로 발효되었다. 이 결과로부터 cellylolytic enzyme system의 반응산물에 의한 저해 mechanism을 논의하였다. 또한 볏짚 당화시 약 10 mg/$m\ell$ 생산되는 xylose는 동시당화-발효에 아무런 영향을 미치지 않음을 확인하였다.

우육(牛肉) 조리법(調理法)의 역사적(歷史的) 고찰(考察) - 1945년 이전의 문헌을 중심으로 VII.(膾) - (A Historical Study of Beef Cooking - VII. Hoe(raw beef) -)

  • The purpose of this paper on Hoe (raw beef) is to investigate various kinds of its recipes, with equal focus on seasonings and sauces as well as its main and sub ingredients. The recipes of Hoe can be broadly classified into four large groups such as Salkogi Hoe(Red meat Hoe), Hankazi Naechang-yook Hoe(made from internal organs), Jap Hoe(1)(miscellaneous Meat Hoe) and Jap Hoe(II)(rolled with a whole pinenut) while the cook books written before 1945 indicate that the number of recipes reaches up to 21. The recipe of Salkogi Hoe comprises following three steps. Cut raw beef into thin strips and season them if necessary, then sprinkling sufficient pinenut powder on the strips. Its main sauce is hot pepper paste with vinegar. The recipe of Hankazi Naechang-yook Hoe uses kidney, manyplies, liver and tripes as main ingredients. Kidney should be thinly sliced with mixture of salt, seasame salt, seasame oil, and pepper as its seasonings. Regarding Manyplies, liver and tripes, there exists two possible ways to season them after cutting into strips. You can season with sesame oil and pepper or only with salt. Main ingredients of Jap Hoe(I) consist of beef, pork, kidney, manyplies, liver and tripes, among which minimum two ingredients are selected. Ingredients selected are sprinkled with pinenut powder after cutting into thin strips. And Hot pepper paste with vinegar is used as main sauce. The recipe of Jap Hoe(II) is to cut manyplies into pieces of 2Cm by 5 Cm without removing their black part and roll each piece with a whole peanut in such a manner that the peanut sticks from rolled piece.

Effects of different covering material on stable winter survival management with edible leaf in ramie (Boehmeria nivea L.).

  • This study was to evaluate methods to high quality food ramie rice cake, thereby increasing farm income. This study investigated the effects of different covering material on stable winter survival management with edible leaf in Ramie(Boehmeria nivea L.). The method of winter survival with covering material were conducted under three condition compose to Non covering, Rice straw cutting covered with 500kg.10a-1, Rice husks covered with 1,000kg.10a-1(covered 4~5 cm thickness in the soil surface). Method of application were standard application(N-P-K-Compost applied at 27-9-27-600kg.10a-1. Compost and fused phosphate applied at 100% of basal fertilizer in March 25. 20% of top dressing were four times application in March 25 - October 5. Planting year were March 15, 2011. Plants were spaced 60 cm apart in rows 25 cm apart with open cultivation. According to non covering < Rice husks covered with 1,000kg.10a-1 < Rice straw cutting covered with 500kg.10a-1 cultivation this order, aerial part as a result were plenty amount of growth. Sprout time and winter survival rates was uncovering control plot compared to 2 - 5 days quickly, 45-57% highly by rice husks and rice straw covering. Green leaf yields is untreated control plot (12,44 kg.10a-1) compared to rice husks covering 7% higher, and rice straw covering increased to 18% of the most.

  • Symbolism found in a certain object inherits characteristics from the culture that contains the objects. The purpose of this study was investigate the formative beauty of Korean trousers twisted the pieces together based on the way of Korean thinks and the Topology. The shape is formed by cutting from the fabric. From the perspective of semiology, the fabric and the pattern shape correspond to ground and figure. Ground and figure are identical with the principle of the whole and the part, which is the same in Korea, China, and the West. But In Korea, the 3-dimensional garment is made by adding a twist. This is very important and defines the difference in the way of thinking and topology. Korean trousers consist of three parts : Hury, Marupok, and Sapok. The small Sapok can be made by removing the Marupok and large Sapok (figure) from the fabric (ground) when making Korean trousers. A Mobius strip is made when the large Sapok is adjoined with the small Sapok by reversing the small Sapok, making a 180$^{\circ}$twist and then stitching together. The theory of Mobius strip can be applied in Joining Bajiburi. thus when the trousers are completed the Klein's bottle is seen because of the 2 existing Mobius strop. Hury is cylinder while the small and large Sapok make up the Mobius strip.   • Measuring method being applied for off-shore works is performed by using data logger or manual measuring instrument with wiring the cable connected from the sensor up to the position where measuring is allowed.(upper part of embankment or marine structure) Measuring management by using existing measuring method may be acceptable on the condition that the ground deformation volume(vertical, horizontal) is generally minimal and the site condition is good. But loss of measuring instrument, sensor cable failure or cutting is taken place frequently due to significant change of ground behavior caused by an external force change(embankment, excavation) under very soft ground condition(N value below 0-4). In case of the marine works, in particular, loss rate of measuring instrument is highly represented due to the factors of working barge anchoring, constructional interference and natural disaster. In order to solve these problems, measuring management was performed with employing underground wireless system at the immersed tunnel site. Measuring data was obtained freely under the marine environment by using underground wireless communication and cable cutting potential by ground behavior could be reduced. Measuring cost savings and its installation convenience were maximized by way of off-shore tower installation or cabling and by minimizing constructional interference of off-shore working barge. This case of measuring management was accomplished successfully.
