Low-k wafer engraving process has been investigated by using UV pico-second laser with high repetition rate. Wavelength and repetition rate of laser used in this study are 355nm and 80MHz, respectively. Main parameters of low-k wafer engraving processes are laser power, work speed, assist gas flow rate, and protective coating to eliminate debris. Results show that engraving qualities of low-k layer by using UV pico-second pulse width and high repetition rate had better kerf edge and higher work speed, compared to one by conventional laser with nano-second pulse width and low repetition rate in the range of kHz. Assist gas and protective coating to eliminate debris gave effects on the quality of engraving edge. Total engraving width and depth are obtained less than $20{\mu}m$ and $10{\mu}m$ at more than 500mm/sec work speed, respectively. We believe that engraving method by using UV pico-second laser with high repetition rate is useful one to give high work speed of laser material process.
This paper describes the development of force limiting device(FLD). The FLD could induce compressive yield before occurring elastic buckling for slender member under compressive load. Therefore, it might prevent reduction of load carrying capacity by elastic buckling and the structures with the devices would behave stable. A new type of FLD reduced cross area is proposed in this study different to existing studies like as out of plane type, slit type and folded plate type. The parameters of specimens are depth, width and number of cutting. The structural capacity and characteristics of proposed types were verified by experiment and FEM analysis. The FLD of cutting type is efficient in compressive member.
An experiment was conducted at Suwanvajokkasikit Research Station, Pakchong, Nakornratchasima, Thailand, to determine the yield and quality of three different grass cultivars intercropped with leucaena (Leucaena leucocephala). The treatments consisted of three grass cultivars (ruzi, dwarf napier and Taiwan A25) as the main plots, planted between leucaena at three row spacings (1, 2 and 4 m width) as the sub plots and leucaena cutting height (10 and 25 cm above ground levels) as sub-sub-plots. Dwarf napier consistently produced more dry matter than Taiwan A25 or ruzi and Taiwan A25 outyielded ruzi. Leucaena yield was highest in the ruzi plot and lowest in the dwarf napier plot. However, yields of grass plus leucaena were highest in the dwarf napier plot and were lowest in the ruzi plots. The difference was due mainly to the grass components. Increasing the spacing between rows of leucaena resulted in a lower leucaena yield but the reverse was true for the grasses. Cutting of leucaena at 10 cm above ground levels depressed yields of leucaena but did not affect the associated grasses. In terms of herbage quality, it was found that the crude protein of leaves and stems of the dwarf napier and Taiwan A25 were higher than that of the ruzi grass. Leucaena gave higher levels of crude protein than all grasses. The phosphorus and potassium levels of all grasses were higher than leucaena. ADF levels were higher in the grasses than in the legumes. Nutrient contents in the leaves and stems of grasses and leucaena were not affected by leucaena spacing and cutting height.
This study is about 'asymmetry triangle-Mu' Jeoksam and Hansam in the early days of Joseon Dynasty. A study was done regarding the records of Jeoksam and Hansam in literature, the present state of the excavated 'asymmetry triangle-Mu' clothing Jeoksam and Hansam, and finally a deduction of the reason for the appearance of the 'asymmetry triangle-Mu' clothing Jeoksam and Hansam. The width of front length of 'asymmetry triangle-Mu' clothing in the early days of Joseon Dynasty is 29.5~35 cm and the width of one breath of the sleeve is 29.5~35 cm. The width of 'asymmetry triangle-Mu' is 9.5~16 cm and it is relatively big. Comparing to the width of one breath of the sleeve, it is almost 1:2.2~3.6 ratio. Therefore, when the sleeve was cut, the Mu was linked in order to save fabric the gusset of sleeve had to be folded and turned, and finally it became asymmetric. As a result of the above consideration, since the width of upper garments of $16{\sim}17^{th}$ century was big, the wearing of short tops of Jeoksam or Hansam without side vent as a small 'triangle-Mu' was uncomfortable. Because of this reason, the size had no option but to become bigger. So, during the $16^{th}$ and $17^{th}$ century, a period where mass production of fabric was difficult, the 'asymmetry triangle-Mu' type was considered to be a reasonable cutting method. After the middle of $17^{th}$ century, it can be estimated that 'asymmetry triangle-Mu' clothing disappeared according to the narrow aspect of clothing type.
Bio-diesel applications seem to be extended due to bio-diesel policies and changes of agricultural environment. This study was conducted to develop a rapeseed reaping equipment attachable to the conventional combine. This paper was intended to report concept design, process and manufacturing of the prototype rapeseed reaping equipment. For concept design, physical properties of "SUNMANG", which is a typical rapeseed as bio-diesel materials, were considered. The designed prototype rapeseed reaping equipment consisted of wide-width plates, finger type knifes, side cutter knifes and drive equipments. The wide-width plate is 2.1 m wide, 0.7 m long, and 0.002 m thick. The finger type cutter knifes have 14.5 fingers, 30 knifes, and the specification was 7.6 cm of pitch, 8.3 cm of length and $21^{\circ}$ of cutting angle. The side cutter knifes consisted of a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, a flow control and a relief valve, a hydraulic hose, a driving equipment and a reciprocating cutter knife. The 18 reciprocating cutter knifes were 137 cm long and knife pitch, knife length and cutting angle were 7.7 cm, 10.5 cm, and $18^{\circ}$. Prototype weight of the rapeseed reaping equipment was heavier by 272 kg when compared with the manual reaping equipments. Load distributions of left and right side showed 50% and 49%, and those of front and rear side showed 64% and 36%. Static turn-over angles in left and right of the prototype were $38.1^{\circ}$ and $38.7^{\circ}$, respectively. The designed prototype rapeseed reaping equipment was properly mounted at the front of a conventional combine.
Enrichment planting has been used as one of the promising restoration techniques to accelerate the natural restoration process of secondary forests or logged-over forests in Myanmar, The objectives of this study were to examine the growth performances of two commercial species such as Teak (Tectona grandis Linn f.) and Padauk (Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz) in response to different canopy opening treatments and to examine the suitability of these species in enrichment planting activities for the restoration of degraded tropical forests in Myanmar. In this study, split plot design was applied, and three levels of canopy openings were experimented. The survival rate and height growth of two species were measured four times with 6 month interval. The root collar diameter (RCD) was also measured in the last assessment. Although the survival rate of seedlings was not significantly different among the three treatments (p>0.05) as well as between two species (p>0.05) for all consecutive measurements, height (p<0.05) and RCD were significantly different (p<0.001) among the treatments, T. grandis seedlings thrived best under complete canopy opening (i.e., 5 m width canopy opening with strip-clear cutting) while P. macrocarpus seedlings under partial canopy opening (without felling of marketable tree species). Because this study is concerned with only for young stage of seedlings, continuous assessment and follow-up tending activities are needed to verify the species suitability and optimum width of canopy opening for enrichment planting activities in restoration of degraded forests of Myanmar.
The purpose of this study is to examine how to sew the hem of men's coat which were excavated from the Yeosan Song Clan's tombs that are thought to be formed between the late 15th and the late 16th centuries, findings of the study can be summarized as follows. 1. Andan, or inside facing was used to prevent the hem from being worn or swollen or to make the hem properly arranged. It was generally used for single-layered and cotton-quilted coat for men. Deotdan was used mainly for men's coat having oblique cutting lines and jemuldan for those having straight cutting lines. In single-layed coat for men, the width of andan was widened a little as the times moved from the late 15th to the late 16th century, but in cotton-quilted ones, the width was not significantly changed. 2. Fixing the lining and the upper was used as a method to prevent the lining of men's coat from being pushed out or the hem of the clothes from being swollen. The method was generally used for double-layered, cotton and cotton-quilted coat for men. The double back-stitching was usually used for double-layered and cotton coat for men and the broad-stitching for Cotton-quilted ones. 3. Among men's coat, those whose siding was partially opened were less spare in the lower end than those whose siding was wholly opened. For this reason, the former clothes were more likely to have the tip of the siding easily torn. To solve this problem, overhand knotting 1, overhand knotting 2 and lotus-flower knotting strings were used for men's coat whose siding was partially opened. Among the three types, lotus-flower knotting was most elaborate in form. For men's coat, overhand knotting became gradually replaced by lotus-flower knotting as the times moved from the late 15th to the late 16th century.

This study was carried out to investigate the labor saving cultivation of C. auriculatum, which has much bigger root than local variety C. wilfordii, and tested three nonsupporting methods, i.e., untreated control, top pinching, and cutting of branch-top compared with I type stake. Top growth was more vigorous in staking cultivation than in nonsupporting cultivations. Among nonsupporting methods, main vine length and total length of main vines per plant were increased in order of untreated control > top pinching > cutting of branch-top, while the opposite is true to diameter of main vein. Number of leaves per plant was lower, but leaf length and leaf width were higher in cutting of branch-top than in other nonsupporting methods. Number of branched root and diameter of main root were bigger in cutting of branch-top and in staking cultivation, while length of main root and diameter of branched root were greater in staking cultivation and in top pinching than in other treatments. Although yield of marketable root per 10a was $17.9{\sim}22.6%$ lower, income was $8%{\sim}17%$ higher in nonsupporting methods than in staking cultivation by cost saving to staking installation. Among nonsupporting methods, yield of marketable root and income were 6% and 8% higher in cutting of branch-top than in untreated control, respectively.
Effects of cutting time of double flowered Hydragea serrata for. acuminata native to Korea on flowering and growth of following year were investigated in order to develop as a pot plant. Cuttings were carried out every 10th day from April to September in 2008. The cuttings were directly placed in 15 cm diameter pots. Longest plant was obtained from May cuttings and their average heights were 31.7 cm, and followed by April and July cuttings. Plant heights of August and September cuttings were 23.6 cm and 22.0 cm, respectively. In contrast, growth and height of June cutting were abnormally small. Leaf length, leaf width and petiole length of August and September cutting were reduced, but numbers of leaves were not changed. Average flower cluster numbers of May cuttings were 4 flower clusters, and July, August and September cuttings were 3 clusters while only 1 flower cluster per a plant was obtained during June. Biggest diameter of flower crown was observed from May cuttings and the size was 10.3 cm diameter; however, smaller flower crown size was observed after July cuttings. The best overall flower appearance was observed from May cuttings, and the worst was June cuttings. Even though plant height of August and September cuttings were reduced, flowering aspect and ornamental value were normal, but blooming times were retarded according to late cutting time.

The purpose of this study is to compare Jegory with Simii, and to understand the construction of Jegory, assuming that Jegory is related to Simii system. The results obtained are as follows ; 1. Teie-ku-li was the first record among the name of Jegory in literature, was called about A.D. 1408. 2, When Jegory and Simii were cut, front-back width and sleeve length standarded on the width of cloth. 3. The cutting of Jegory disposed to seperate right and left width, to connect front and back width up to the middle term of Chosen Dynasty Period. 4. The sewing order of the Simii was Dungsol-Jindong-Baerae-Sougu. The sewing order of the Jegory in $\ulcorner$ The Book of Chosen sewing$\lrcorner$ was Shoulder-Jindong-Baerae-Sup-Dungsol-Kit and in literature of 1960's it was similar to Simii. 5. The lined clothes in $\ulcorner$The Book of Chosen Sewing$\lrcorner$ was sewn to put the inside in the surface, different from the literature of 1960's. 6. In Chosen Dynasty Period the shape of Simii depended on $\ulcorner$Moon Kong Ka Rye$\lrcorner$, but it was changed to similar to Jegory in the latter term. 7. The empty void in Jegory offers usefulness. It relates to Oriental negativism that yin is more useful than yang.
