Purpose - This paper finds the repurchase intentions of customers in a sharing economy via Airbnb and Uber, which are classic sharing-economy service businesses. Design/methodology - This paper analyzes sharing economy effects using variables in a structural equation model. Findings - We verified that values have a significant effect on the trust in a platform. We also verified that the effects that value propositions have on repurchase intention are significant. Research Limitations/Implications - First, there may be some distinction between men and women with regard to divided trust. Second, if commitment is divided into commitment to the host and commitment to the platform, as is the case for trust, the results will not be as expected. Third, if results could be categorized by nationality after gathering more samples, each nationality might have different opinions about these factors. Finally, the sharing economy can be identified and analyzed for various industries, such as space, transportation, and service. At this point, it is inconvenient to not have more implications. Originality/value - This study focuses on the repurchase intentions of customers. Unlike earlier studies, it is meaningful that trust is divided between the host and the platform, and that it can be analyzed. It is also important to establish the relationship between trust and commitment, and the relationship toward repurchasing in the shared-economy.
The purpose of this study is to propose and test a model of customer retention in Internet shopping malls when switching barriers and comprehensive customer value exist in terms of economic and experiential aspects. The literature about customer retention propose that switching barriers are important factors other than satisfaction influencing customers' intention to remain with a specific supplier. The switching barriers mean anything that makes customers' defection difficult or costly and are consisted of perceived switching costs, attractiveness of alternatives and virtual relationships. The Customer Value Scale by Mathwick(2001) is applied to this study as economic value, shopping efficiency, service excellence, aesthetic appeal and playfulness(Zeithaml, 1988; Holbrook, 1994). The analyses showed partial support for the affirmative effect of customer values and switching costs and full support for the affirmative Influence of satisfaction on repurchase intention in the Internet shopping mall environment. But the attractiveness of alternatives and virtual relationship did not have a significant Influence like the result of Jones(1998)'s study of the service industry.
This research investigates the present situation of petroleum market and the potential strategy which help gas stat ion obtain compel it ive advantages. Specifically, this research chooses five factors (product quality, service, price, multi-function, easy entrance) which are believed to be extensively related to repurchasing intent ion. The findings are as follows ; First, four factors associated wi th gas stat ion choice (product quality, service, price, multi-function) are related to repurchase intent ion except easy entrance. Second, sex and age have moderating effects between factors and repurchase intention. To keep and preoccupy new customers, the administrators of petroleum industry and gas station should establish sales/administration strategies considering these above.

Drawing on the theoretical framework of customer value-satisfaction-loyalty, this study examines how scarcity message influences customers' value, satisfaction, and loyalty in the context of group-buying social commerce. Previous studies have argued that scarcity message limiting the avilability of products and service is a source of enhancing customer value. In this regard, this study posits scarcity message as a predictor of customer value. Furthermore, this study classifies customer value into two forms (i.e., utilitarian value and hedonic value) and verfies how scarcity message is associated with them. To test the proposed research model and hypotheses, this study performed structural equation modeling (SEM) analyses, using a total of 292 data collected on users who have experience in purchasing products and service through group-buying social commerce sites such as Coupang, Timon, and WeMakePrice. The key results are as follows : First, scarcity message increases utilitarian and hedonic values and further customer satisfaction. Second, utilitarian value increases customer satisfaction and repurchase intention while hedonic value has nothing to do with them. The findings imply that customers seek to maximize utilitarian value through group-buying social commerce. Finally, this study indicates that repuchase intention depends greatly on customer satisfaction.
The aims of this study were to identify the dimensions of both store and PB apparel product attributes at large discount stores, and to empirically examine the effects of each dimension of store and PB apparel product attributes on satisfaction with PB apparel products and on repurchase intension. Questionnaires were given to 264 large discount store customers, who have experienced buying PB apparel products at large discount stores. The results were as follows. First, purchased PB items and image, improvement of PB apparel products showed differences by gender. Second, the dimensions for store attributes were categorized as convenient of shopping environment, product quality, customer service, advertising reach, convenient location, and reasonable prices. The PB apparel product attributes were categorized as material handling management, quality, fashion ability, and brand power. Third, generally, both store and PB apparel product attributes at large discount stores are significantly related to PB apparel satisfaction and repurchase intention. PB satisfaction and repurchase intention of males were partly affected by store attributes and PB apparel product attributes. PB satisfaction and repurchasing intention of females, however, were partly affected by only PB apparel product attributes, not store attributes.
Purpose - Customer Delight is an important issue for firms and academia since delighted consumers reveal higher repurchase intentions than merely satisfied consumers and become loyal consumers. This research investigates customer delight, especially focusing on the role of surprise and attribute importance via experiment. Research design, data, and methodology - An experiment consisting of experiment, reference, and control group was performed with virtual online bookstore. For the analysis, one-way ANOVA and post-hoc analysis (LSD) were performed. Results - The experiment group that was delighted with surprise revealed the highest repurchase intention and recommendation intention among the other groups (H1 supported). Then each group was divided into attribute importance high and attribute importance low. For the group that was delighted in important attribute revealed higher repurchase and recommendation intention than the group that was delight in less important attribute (H2 supported). Conclusions - This research contributes academically for investigating the research area of customer delight and focusing on the role of surprise and attribute importance. For practical implications, this research provides information about customer delight and its several moderating variables that it is important to delight customers with surprising experience and focusing on an important attribute that consumers perceive not on a less important attribute.

The questionnaires were conveniently sampled from July 2010 to August, 2010. Questionnaire data from 335 customers of a national brand were analyzed through a reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows. First, emotions of customer were divided into 2 patterns, positive emotion and negative emotion. Second positive emotion have significant (+) influences on the trust and negative emotion have significant (-) influences on the trust. Third positive emotion have significant (+) influences on the customer orientation and negative emotion have significant (-) influences on the customer orientation. Forth, the emotions of customer have a considerable impact on the interaction intention. And the positive emotion have significant (+) influences on the word-of-mouth intention and negative emotion have not a considerable impact on it. The purpose of this study is to provide implications by conducting research on brand benefits for skiwear brand customers. For this purpose, a structural equation model was established and empirical research was conducted by selecting brand convenience as a hygiene variable and brand emotion, brand satisfaction, and repurchase intention as endogenous variables. In order to analyze the general characteristics of the subjects, frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 25 and Cronbach's alpha analysis was conducted using the same statistical program. Confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using AMOS 21. In addition, the benefits of skiwear brand, which is an independent variable, were composed of two sub-dimensions, and psychological benefits rather than functional benefits were found to have a stronger impact on brand emotion, suggesting practical implications.

To achieve the goal, we set 6 sub-dimension - privacy risk, social risk, time lose risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk - based on comprehensive consideration of related studies, and established a research model included 2 factors such as perceived value and repurchase intention to measure performance in internet shopping malls. From 174 customers of the electronic commerce shopping malls survey data have been collected and analyzed based on the covariance structural model method. Firstly, four perceived risk characteristics of privacy risk, economic risk, psychological risk, and performance risk are significant effect on perceived value. Secondly, perceived value is very significantly related to repurchase intention in electronic commerce shopping malls. Consequently, we discussed the strategies to create perceived value and repurchase intention in electronic commerce environment. Also, we suggested the implications and further research directions.
