항만물류서비스품질의 결정요인과 성과분석 (Determinants and Performance of Port Logistics Service Quality)

  • 본 연구는 서비스품질 수익모델을 기반으로 자원기반관점과 동적역량을 연결시켜 항만경쟁력을 평가할 수 있는 새로운 통합모형의 형성과정을 연구하였다. 그리고 국내 주요 항만에 형성된 모형을 대입하여 실무적 시사점을 도출하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 서비스품질을 제고하는 구체적인 동인은 밝히고자 하는 의도에서 조형지표로 구성된 HCMs 모델을 적용함으로써 기존 연구와 차별성을 두었으며, Smart-PLS 2.0을 사용하여 구체적인 인과관계 검증하였다. 분석결과, 우선 통합모델에서 모든 가설이 지지되었다. 항만의 유 무형자원은 전반적 서비스품질에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 물리적 자원과 위치적 자원은 항만의 유형자원을 구성하는 것으로 나타났으며, 인적자원, 관계적 자원, 정보 및 기술자원 그리고 동적역량 또한 항만의 무형자원을 구성하는 것으로 나타났다. 서비스품질은 고객만족에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 고객 만족 또한 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 고객만족은 항만평판에도 긍정적인 영향을 미치며, 항만평판은 충성도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 부산항에서는 무형자원에 대한 관계적 자원의 영향력을 제외한 모든 가설이 지지되었으며, 인천항에서는 관계적 자원과 기술자원이 무형자원을 유의수준에서 구성하지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 인천항에서는 관계적 자원과 기술자원뿐만 아니라 고객만족이 충성도에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 우선, 서비스품질에 대한 자원의 영향력을 확인하였다는 것에 의의를 갖는다. 자원기반관점에서 서비스품질의 구성개념을 새로운 차원에서 접근하고, 성과에 기여할 수 있음을 입증하였다. 그리고 조형지표모델을 통해 개별 자원들이 서비스품질에 미치는 영향력을 간접적으로 측정할 수 있도록 함으로써 각 항만이 보다 구체적으로 전략을 세울 수 있는 기회를 제공하였다는 점에서 의의를 갖는 것으로 평가된다.

  • 온라인 커뮤니티는 기업이 고객과의 관계형성, 유지, 발전을 위해 중요한 방법이 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 특성 및 의식이 소비자 커뮤니티의 충성도와 구매의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가를 연구하였다. 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 특성 요인으로 커뮤니티 명성, 사회적 실재감, 즐거움, 상호작용성을 고려하였다. 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티 의식으로는 멤버십, 영향력, 정서적 유대, 욕구의 충족을 구성변수로 제시하였다. 연구 결과 온라인 브랜드 커뮤니티는 고객과 브랜드와의 관계를 공고히 하여 브랜드 자산에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고, 결국 고객과 기업 관계를 발전시켜 기업에게 경쟁적 우위와 전략적 자원의 원천을 제공할 수 있음을 알 수 있었다.

축제개최 지역주민의 축제효과요인 인식이 축제참여도 및 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 한국 보령시를 중심으로 - (Effect of Festival Impact Perception of Local Residents on Participation and Satisfaction Level - Focus on Boryeong, Korea -)

  • 본 연구는 방문객 관점에서 벗어나 축제 개최지역에 거주하는 지역주민들을 대상으로 과연 지역주민들은 축제를 어떻게 인식하고 있는가라는 연구문제 아래 충남 보령지역주민을 대상으로 2008년 머드축제기간 동안 보령시내에서 수행되었다. 연구결과 및 정책적 함의는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 축제개최지 지역주민의 지역축제 효과요인 인식에 있어 문화적 요인은 정(+)의 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타난 반면, 경제적 효과요인은 부(-)의 유의한 영향을 나타냈다. 이는 문화적 요인에서는 기존의 선행연구들과 일치된 결과를 보이고 있으나 경제적 효과요인에서는 일반적인 축제의 긍정적 경제파급효과와는 다른 차이점을 보였다. 구체적으로 보령시는 축제의 성공적인 개최도 중요하지만 더 다양하고 구체화된 지역주민 의견 수렴을 위한 공청회와 세미나 등의 기회확대를 통해 실질적으로 일반 주민들이 참여할 수 있는 프로그램 개발에 힘써야 할 것이다. 둘째, 선행연구를 통해 축제개최 지역주민들이 축제에 참여한 경우와 그렇지 않은 경우 축제를 인식하는 데 차이가 있을 것으로 보고 축제참여 경험여부를 조절변수로 하여 참여의도와의 관계를 살펴본 결과, 조절효과는 작용하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 축제참여도는 지역축제에 대한 지역주민의 축제만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 보령시는 외지 방문객뿐 아니라 지역주민들의 적극적인 축제참여를 위한 지속적인 노력을 강구해야한다고 사료된다.

Who has to take legal responsibility for retailer brand foods, manufacturers or retailers?

  • As a marketing vehicle to survive in intensified retailing competition, retailer brand development has been adopted by retailers in Korea. As evidence, the retailer brand share of a major retailer, Tesco Korea, has grown from 20% in 2007 to 22.8% in the first half of 2008. It means that retailers have provided more and more retailer brand foods for customers. With the growing accessibility to retailer brand foods, it would be expected that the number of retailer brand food claims will increase. Customers have increasingly exposed to a variety of marketing activities conducted by retailers. When buying the retailer brand foods, customers tend to be affected by marketing activities of retailers. Despite the fact that customers trust retailers and then, buy their brand foods, in case of food accidents caused by production process, customers have to seek compensation from a retailer brand supplier. Of course, a retailer tends to shift its responsibility to its suppliers. Accordingly, it is not easy for customers to solve food claims. The research, therefore, aims at exploring the relationship between the buying-decision processes of retailer brand customers and which side takes legal responsibility for food claims. To effectively achieve the research aim, the author adopted a quantitative and a qualitative research technique, in order to supplement the disadvantages of each method. Before field research, based on the developed research model, the author pre-tested questionnaire with 10 samples, amended, and handed out to 400 samples. Amongst them, 316 questionnaires are available. For a focus group interview, 9 participants were recruited, who are students, housewives, and full-time workers, aged from 20s to 40s. Through the focus group interview as well as the questionnaire results, it was found that most customers were influenced by a retailer or store image in a customer's mind, retailer reputation and promotional activities. Surprisingly, customers think that the name of a retailer is a more important factor than who produces retailer brand foods, even though many customers check a retailer brand supplier, when making a buying-decision. Rather than retailer brand suppliers, customers trust retailers. That is why they purchase retailer brands. Nevertheless, production-related food claims is not involved with retailers. In fact, it would be difficult for customers to distinguish whether a food claim is related to selling or manufacturing processes. Based on research results, from a customer perspective, the research suggests that the government should require retailers to take the whole responsibility for retailer brand food claims, preventing retailers from passing the buck to retailer brand suppliers. In case of food claims, in order for customers to easily get the compensation, it is necessary to reconsider the current system. If so, retailers have to fully get involved in retailer brand production stage, and further, the customer awareness of retailer brands will be improved than ever before. Retailers cannot help taking care of the whole processes of retailer brand development, because of responsibility. As a result, the process to seek compensation for food claims might become easier, and further, the protection of customer right might be improved.

패션 명품 브랜드의 제품 속성 조합 (The Combination of Product Attributes in Luxury Fashion Brands)

  • The economy blocking and price competitiveness caused by globalization has generated an on-going controversy of global sourcing among high-priced luxury brands. The consumers in the global market purchase luxury goods based on both craftsmanship and the reputation of luxury brands. Factors such as the origin, brand and pricing can affect the intention of consumers to buy luxury goods. This study analyzed the optimum brand combination using conjoint analysis. The analysis was based on the selection of origin, brand name and price as extrinsic factors among attributes of customer choice. These factors were subdivided into Italian and Chinese origins, Gucci, Prada, and Miu Miu in terms of brand names, and 450,000, 750,000, and 1,500,000 Won in terms of price levels. The result showed that origin was considered the most important factor followed by brand name and pricing. This tendency tells us that customers consider origin, brand name and price in that order when purchasing luxury brands. In regards to each factor, respondents preferred Italian to Chinese origins, the Gucci to Miu Miu brand name, and 750,000 to 450,000 won for price level. Generally, women in their 20s and 30s preferred products from advanced nations at a medium-level price.

소비가치와 경험적 제품평가가 희소성 메시지 효과에 미치는 영향 (The Influence of the Consumers Value and Experience Quality on the Effects of Scarcity Message Types)

  • The major aim of this study was to find out that the relation between consumers value and experience quality toward purchase intention in addition to the influence of the consumers value and experience quality on the effects of scarcity message types collaboration using limited edition in global SPA brand. As a result of an empirical analysis, it shows that consumers value and experience quality are co-related to the intention of purchase, especially, brand familiarity and reputation influenced scarcity valuation in the affirmative and both emotional value and epistemic value influenced the intention of purchase under scarcity message. The moderating effect of consumers value and experience quality however, turns out to be not significant although its effect is directionally supported that is purchase intention was high when scarcity message is shown. Moreover, emotional epistemic group was influenced by scarcity message so we found that consumers value is changed to emotional with subjective. This result indicates that we need the scarcity message type reflecting the characteristics of consumers value and experience quality to increase customer's purchase intention.

  • The purpose of this study was to analysis how perceived beauty service quality, perceived value influenced on purchase intention of customers. Moreover, this study was suggested strategic solutions for beauty managers and employees to build efficient marketing strategies in order to maximize customer satisfaction. For research method, SPSS 12.0 program was used and for the accuracy of precision of a measuring instrument reliability test was applied. And then simple and multiple regression analysis were performed to examine the effects of independent variables to dependent variables to dependant variables. The results of this study were five folds: the higher perceived service quality of beauty service was, the higher perceived value, satisfaction, word-of-mouth, and intention of revisiting were; the higher perceived value was, the better satisfaction, word-of-mouth, and intention of revisiting were; technical service quality was single most important factor affecting influence on perceived value, satisfaction, word of mouth, intention of revisiting, and functional service quality and physical service quality were listed second and third.

전시회 서비스 품질과 참가 기업의 성과와의 관계: 한국개최 국제전시회 참가기업의 전시 담당자의 인식을 중심으로 (The Relationship Between the Exhibitors'Show Performance and the Service Quality of Trade Shows : As reported by participating exhibitor managers in International Trade Shows held in Korea)

  • The purpose of this study is first to identify the dimensions of a trade show's service quality and the dimensions of the exhibitors' show performance, and thereafter determine the relationship between the trade show's service quality and the exhibitors' show performance. This study attempted empirical research, together with a literature review, to discover the effect of service quality upon on exhibitors' performance. A survey was conducted during an international trade show that was held in Korea where more than 100 businesses participated. The sample was selected from among the people who were in charge (e.g., managers) of their own private businesses. As a result, the study validated nine dimensions of a trade show's service quality: host and public relations, security, reputation and reliability, access, customer service, exhibition program, physical facilities, convenient facilities, and attendance cost. The study also identified five dimensions of the performance of participants: sales performance, information collection, networking, image building, and motivation. Overall, the empirical results of this study verified that there is a correlation between the performance of exhibitors and the service quality. of trade shows.

개인미디어의 충성도에 영향을 미치는 요인 (The Factors Influencing on the Loyalty of Self-Media)

  • Purpose As web 2.0 has taken root in the Internet environment, people began to create specific values to produce and disseminate contents on their own. In order to emphasize the personalized media attributes, the concept of self media was derived. In this paradigm shift, self media has emerged that succeeded in commercializing themselves in social media. Taking advantage of the influence of self media will have a tremendous positive impact on management activities such as marketing strategy, brand promotion, customer retention, and profit growth. This study examines the factors affecting the loyalty of self media in Korea and China because the studies in the area of selfmedia is not enough. Design/methodology/approach This study analyzed what factors influenced the loyalty of self-media in terms of Korea-China comparison. The research model was proposed on the basis of previous research papers. Content value, interactivity, ease of access, self-congruity, sympathy, and reputation were used as independent variables. Trust and satisfaction are used as mediating variables, nationality as moderator variables, and loyalty to self-media as a dependent variable. Results As a result, it was found that all independent variables directly influence the loyalty of self-media except interactivity, and interactivity indirectly influence loyalty through trust and satisfaction. There was a moderating effect of nationality between satisfaction and loyalty, but was not a moderating effect between trust and loyalty.

신경망모형을 이용한 외래환자 만족도예측 및 민감도분석 (A Neural Network for Prediction and Sensitivity of Outpatients' Satisfaction)

  • This paper aims at developing a prediction model and analyzing a sensitivity for the outpatient's overall satisfaction on utilizing hospital services by using data mining techniques within the context of customer satisfaction. From a total of 900 outpatient cases, 80 percent were randomly selected as the training group and the other 20 percent as the validation group. Cases in the training group were used in the development of the CHAID and Neural Networks. The validation group was used to test the performance of these models. The major findings may be summarized as follows: the CHAID provided six useful predictors - satisfaction with treatment level, satisfaction with healthcare facilities and equipments, satisfaction with registration service, awareness of hospital reputation, satisfaction with staffs courtesy and responsiveness, and satisfaction with nurses kindness. The prediction accuracy rates based on MLP (77.90%) is superior to RBF (76.80%).
