Research design, data, and methodology - In order to achieve the purpose of this study, This study organized questionnaire after setting a hypothesis based on the theoretical background from the parameters. verification of the hypothesis by statistically analyzing the answers for questionnaire follows. Finally, the implication of this study is drawn through comprehensive discussion while This study indicated from the limits of the study and future direction for research. This study set up a model to research the influence on the structuring factors in LOHAS exhibition in forming perceived value, customer satisfaction and future behavior intention. Frequency analysis was used for getting demographic characteristics, verification of plausibility, reliability of measured parameters and factors analysis. This study have performed verification of difference at selection property level based on multiple regression analysis and demographic nature. Results - To summarize the study result, through the verification of hypothesis about meaningful influence among structuring factors in LOHAS exhibition, perceived value and customer satisfaction shows some noticeable points to focus on. That is, it is established things that partial adoption and meaning relationship of partial influence. The perceived value affected both customer satisfaction and future behavior intention meaningfully. In conclusion, this study implies that strategic measures are necessary to fulfill the structuring factors of LOHAS exhibition as they would make positive impact on acknowledged value, customer satisfaction and future behavior intention to contribute to the growth and development of LOHAS exhibition. Also it suggests that the method to join each other with activities is necessary to strengthen the properties of the exhibition and position well to be a solid local exhibition.
This paper presents a method for the estimation and analysis of the economic value of weather forecasts for CRM decision-making problems in the leisure industry. Value is calculated in terms of the customer's satisfaction returned from the user's decision under the specific payoff structure, which is itself represented by a customer's satisfaction ratio model. The decision is assessed by a modified cost-loss model to consider the customer's satisfaction instead of the loss or cost. Site-specific probability and deterministic forecasts, each of which is provided in Korea and China, are applied to generate and analyze the optimal decisions. The application results demonstrate that probability forecasts have greater value than deterministic forecasts, provided that the users can locate the optimal decision threshold. This paper also presents the optimal decision strategy for specific customers with a variety of satisfaction patterns.
Purpose: This study would measure the users'perceived overall quality level of A automobile Company, which has leading market power in the domestic automobile market and analyze the causal relationships in the quality value process Model to quality capability, customer value and loyalty based on that. Especially, this study would analyze the relative impacts of the users'perceived risks appearing in the quality value process model of the formation of Quality Factors(QF), Customer Value(CV), and Customer Loyalty(CL) and analyze the moderating effect of the causal relationships among the components. Methods: For an analysis of causal relationships connected to QF, CV, and CL of the customers who purchased Auto manufacturer A's automobile users, 179 users who used within 3 years were utilized as samples for the analysis. As for QF, based on the Garvin(1988), the QF of automobiles were redesigned. For a structural equation analysis of the entire research model, the PLS(S(Partial Least Square) model was utilized. Results: As a result of an analysis, R2 of CV and CL was 0.652 for CV and 0.664 for CL, which was a very stable Goodness of fit. As a result of an analysis of the hypotheses of QF and CV, automobile performance, conformance, aesthetics, serviceability, and durability. In addition, it turned out that the perceived risk had a moderating effect on convenience, service availability, and perceived quality. Conclusion: This study found that the perceived quality risk appearing among automobile users had negative effects on the quality value process model to QF, CV and CL. In contrast, there were factors not affecting the users'quality value process in spite of the perceived risk. These factors can suggest important managerial implications in that they can be utilized as Auto manufacturer A's market-dominant strengths.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the causal relationships among quality of health care service, service value, satisfaction and loyalty as perceived by hospital inpatients. Methods: A survey using a structured questionnaire was conducted with 654 hospital inpatients. Analysis of the data was done with both SPSS Win 17.0 for descriptive statistics and AMOS 18.0 for the structural equation model. Results: The modified model yielded Chi-square=7.96 (p=.019), df=2, $x^2$/df=3.98, GFI=.99, AGFI=.96, RMSEA=.07, NFI=.99, CFI=.99, TLI=.98 and showed good fit indices. Three dimensions of quality had significant direct effects on service value. Functional quality, technical quality and service value had significant direct effects on customer satisfaction. Technical quality, service value, and customer satisfaction had significant direct effects on customer loyalty. Conclusion: These results suggest that quality of health care is an important element in service value, and through both quality and service value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty can be enhanced. Further study with a larger sample from various hospitals and a longitudinal design is necessary.

This research investigates the causal relationships between the selection attributes of coffee shops and customer value and revisit intention. To do this, the statistics programs SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 were used targeting 218 college students from three universities (K, D, Y) in the Busan area. Frequency analysis, explanatory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and structure model analysis for hypothesis verification were conducted to analyze the data. Based on the results of exploratory factor analysis, five factors were drawn as quality of coffee, indoor environment, service, discount, and brand. Model fidelity and validity was confirmed by implementing the confirmatory factor analysis. In addition, results of structure model analysis confirmed partial relationships among the selection attributes of the college students regarding coffee shops, customer value, and revisit intention. Furthermore, a positive relationship between customer value and revisit intention was also confirmed. Thus, this research suggests that coffee shop managers should manage in a way that customers may acknowledge the value of the expenses they pay.
