개인정보보호를 통한 정보품질과 서비스 품질이 만족도와 충성도에 미치는 영향에 관한 실증연구: 중국 O2O 모바일 쇼핑 어플리케이션 이용자를 중심으로 (An Empirical Study on the Effect of Information Quality and Service Quality on Satisfaction and Loyalty through Perceived Privacy Protection: Focusing on Users of O2O Mobile Shopping Applications in China)

  • This study investigates the effects of O2O-based mobile shopping application (O2O MSA)'s information and service quality on the user's perceived privacy protection, satisfaction and loyalty. In this study, 969 questionnaire reponses were collected, out of which 555 were used to estimate the structural paths using PLS-SEM (partial least square structural equation model) for the hypothesis test. Our empirical findings are drawn from Chinese respondents that live in a 1-line city in China and use O2O MSAs serviced by China's leading companies. This study examines and confirms that qualified information and service of O2O MSA positively affect both perceived privacy protection and customer satisfaction, which finally leads to customer behavioral loyalty through the perceived privacy protection. Further, this study presents effective practical implications for application development strategy suitable for users in the O2O-based mobile shopping industry.

  • With the rising reliance on market estimation through customer analysis in customer-centered marketing, there is a rapid increase in the amount of personal data owned by corporations. There has been a corresponding rise in the customers' interest in personal information protection, and the problem of personal information leakage has risen as a serious issue. The purpose of this research is to develop a diagnosis model for personal information protection that is suited to our country's corporate environment, and on this basis, to present diagnostic instruments that can be applied to domestic corporations. This diagnosis model is a structural equation model that schematizes the degree of synthetic effect that administration factors and estimation items have on the protection of personal information owned by corporations. We develop the model- consisting of the administration factors for personal information protection and the measurement items of each factor- using the development method of standardized structural equation model. We then present a tool through which the administration factors and estimation items verified through this model can be used in the diagnosis for personal information protection in corporations. This diagnostic tool can be utilized as a useful instrument to prevent in advance the leakage of personal information in corporations.

  • The Location Based Services (LBS) comprise spatial information and mobile technology allow users to receive various services based on Global Positioning Systems (GPS). Although, spatial information based services are very useful, it has lots of possibility to damage privacy protection. But the contents of the legislation by government have problems conflicted between protection of a person's location information and invigoration LBS. Therefore, in this study suggest a causal model to deal with user satisfaction and factors affecting spatial information based services to customer perspective. The proposed research model is tested empirically with one hundred and forty one usable questionnaires and partial least square (PLS) method. Experimental results showed that the usefulness, playfulness, and service quality play a prominent role in influencing the spatial information services satisfaction compared to other factors. But, easy of use and perceived risk are not significant.

의료정보 유출의 문제점과 의료정보보호 (The Medical Information Protection and major Issues)

  • 과거 종이로 기록되던 환자의 의료정보는 점점 현대과학의 눈부신 진화와 발전으로 현재는 종이를 대신하는 전자적 시스템인 전자의무기록시스템 형태로 발전되었다. 또한 병원에서 활용되는 모든 의료정보들이 전자적시스템을 이용하여 활용되고 있는 것이 현실이다. 그러나 과학기술의 발전과 더불어 의료정보의 피해 사례는 계속 증가할 것으로 보인다. 보험사기 예방을 위해 의료정보를 공유해야한다는 보험단체들의 주장, 개인정보를 얻기 위해 금전적 불법거래가 성행되고 있다는 뉴스 등을 접할때면 의료정보 보호에 관한 대책 마련이 절실함을 의미한다. 따라서 의료정보와 관련된 유출상의 문제점을 정확히 파악하는 것은 의료정보 유출의 부작용을 예방하고 의료정보 보호와 미비점을 보완하는 선결과제인 것이다. 따라서 현재의 의료법 및 개인정보보호법제만으로는 의료정보의 표준화와 의료정보보호 등을 규율할 수 없고, 의료정보에서 발생되는 여러 문제들을 보호하기에는 미흡하다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 논문은 미흡한 의료정보관련 법제의 연구를 위한 선결 과제로 의료정보의 유출로 발생될 수 있는 문제점을 파악하는 것이 무엇보다 중요하다고 판단되며, 이에 의료정보의 유출로 인한 문제점을 파악하고 의료정보를 보호할 수 있는 입법방안을 중심으로 연구하고자 한다.

  • The purpose of this study is to find out the most successful way for the protection of medical information focusing on the electronic medical record(EMR). In this study, every aspect of the EMR is reviewed in terms of the hospital management. In particular, definitions, major functions, strengths and weaknesses of the EMR are considered. This study also examines the general development of the EMR as well as the current situation of applying the EMR. Important issues such as the protection of patient Medical information, informed consent, and the customer-oriented hospital information system are discussed and interpreted in light of the introduction of the EMR into the area of the hospital management. 인터넷상에서의 개인정보 보호행동에 관한 연구: 보호동기이론을 중심으로 (A study of the User Privacy Protection Behavior in Online Environment: Based on Protection Motivation Theory)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 보호동기 이론을 기반으로 인터넷 사용자의 개인정보 보호행동의 변화를 설명하고, 사용자의 개인정보 권익을 보호하기 위한 방안에 대해 모색하는 것이다. 보호동기 이론은 위협메시지에 의한 보호행동의 변화과정을 설명하기 위한 대표적인 이론으로, 본 연구에서는 개인정보에 대한 위협과 개인정보 보호행동에 대한 개인의 인지적 평가가 보호동기를 형성하고 보호동기가 개인정보 보호행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 확인하였다. 또한 개인정보 권리보장 및 권리구제와 관련된 법제도를 반영하여서 개인정보 권리인지 변인을 개발하였다. 즉 개인정보 관련 법률이 개인정보 보호에 대한 인식이나 행동변화에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 본 연구는 선행연구들과 달리 법제도를 반영한 개인정보 권리인지 변인을 개발하여 개인정보 보호행동의 변화에 대해 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 개인정보 권리인지 변인이 개인정보 보호행동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌으며, 법제도를 통한 정보주체의 권리보장이 개인정보 보호행동을 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과가 추후 개인정보 관련 신규정책 확립에 있어서 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이라 생각한다.

중소기업 기술보호지원제도에 대한 이용자와 정책담당자의 인식차이 분석 (Perception differences between users and policy-makers on technology protection support system for small and medium-sized businesses)

  • As the risk of technical leakage is increasing, technology protection support systems for small and medium-sized businesses have gained attention. This paper analyzed the perception gap of the user and policy-maker regarding technology protection support systems. First, to identify key elements of technology protection support systems and construct measurement factors, interviews with experts are conducted. Then, surveys are conducted to analyze the perception differences between the users and policy-makers. Factor analysis and ANOVA have been utilized to analyze survey results. The result shows that the perception gaps exist in the following areas: management system, cost reduction, copyright protection, customer satisfaction, leakage prevention, and awareness. To enhance the effectiveness of technology protection support systems, this paper suggests technology protection support systems should be customized in terms of the company's size and type of busines.

  • Since 2009, Morocco has had a law governing the processing of personal data, the law 09-08, and a supervisory authority, the CNDP (National Commission for the Protection of Personal Data). Since May 2018, the European General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data (GDPR) entered into force, which applies outside the EU in certain cases and therefore to certain Moroccan companies. The question of the protection of personal data is primarily addressed to the customer. The latter may not only be a victim of crime linked to ICT, but also have to face risks linked to the collection and abusive processing of his personal data by the private and public sectors. Often the customer does not really know how their data is stored, nor for how long and for what purpose. This fact raises the question of satisfying customer requirements, in particular for organizations that have adopted a quality approach based on ISO 9001 standard.In order to master these constraints, Moroccan companies have to adopt strategies based on modern quality management techniques, especially the adoption of principles issued from the international standard ISO 9001 while being confirmed by the law 09-08. It is through ISO 9001 and the law 09-08 that these companies can refer to recognized approaches in terms of quality and compliance. The major challenge for these companies is to have a Quality approach that allows the coexistence between the law 09-08 and ISO 9001 standard and this article deals within this specific context.

In addition, it is forecasted to advent the broker, provider, market place, power marketer, system operator and generator as a main player. Meanwhile, it needs protection of existing power industry and activation of new energy market for accomplishment of restructuring of power industry.
