Online customer evaluations and social media information among a variety of information sources are critical for businesses as it influences the customer's decision making. There are limitations on the time and money that the survey will ask to identify a variety of customers' needs and complaints. The customer review data at online shopping malls provide the ideal data sources for analyzing customer sentiment about their products. In this study, we collected product reviews data on the smartphone of Samsung and Apple from Amazon. We applied five classification algorithms which are used as representative sentiment analysis techniques in previous studies. The five algorithms are based on support vector machines, bagging, random forest, classification or regression tree and maximum entropy. In this study, we proposed entropy score which can comprehensively evaluate the performance of classification algorithm. As a result of evaluating five algorithms using an entropy score, the SVMs algorithm's entropy score was ranked highest.

The increase in international logistics market and various customer demands emphasize the importance of Multimodal Transportation, and that market is continuously keeping growing. In order to ensure competitive superiority in a market of such infinite competition, service that can satisfy each individual customer by considering various customer characteristics, has become an issue. Thus, through the aspect of service, in order to improve customer satisfaction, growing factors of Multimodal Transportation Route was studied in this research. For this research, first of all main service factors that affect the growth of Multimodal Transportation were seized by literature survey and positive research. Then, by using these factors a methodology that enables individual customers to assess Multimodal Transportation Route was studied. Through this research, individual customers can acquire objective assessment data and Multimodal Transportation companies can seize what factors are considered as important by their customers.
This study was conducted to look into consulting areas that can secure loyalty customers by clarifying relations between perceived quality factors, brand image and customer loyalty in terms of a multi-function printer. To accomplish the study purpose, this study carried out a validation analysis, a reliability analysis and a structural equation model analysis by setting up a study model and a hypothesis based on precedent studies and collecting data from purchase decision-makers. The findings of the study are summarized as follows. First, effects of perceived quality components of a multi-function printer on brand image were product quality, sales man's service and service quality in order of majority. Second, brand image of a multi-function printer has a positive impact on customer loyalty. This study is meaningful as it expanded the scope of study related to a multi-function printer up to the administrative field. This study is expected to help industries, who have similar business structure of a multi-function printer, establish a business strategy and support practical work and administrative consulting.
Means-Ends Network model was used to identify factors of means objective(means supplied by vendor) and fundamental objectives(purchasing motivations) for purchasing decision-making structure and dimensions of customer values on purchasers of internet shopping mall in Korea and China. In Means-Ends Network 6 factors(shopping travel, shipping assurance, vendor trust, online payment, product choice, and recommender systems) were found as a means objectives and 3 factors(shopping convenience, internet environment, customer support) as a fundamental objectives of shopping. However the results of hypotheses test for Means-Ends Network show some important differences between two countries. Something important to notice here is that Chinese customers shopping in China recognize shipping assurance factor and vendor trust factor as important factors satisfying all fundamental objectives unlike as in the case of our country. As these two factors are attribution factors responsible to the sellers, it is identified that customers do not trust the sellers and sellers have not met the expectations of customers. Therefore, these results show that the seller efforts assuring the reliability of the seller themselves, such as conducting its own compensation scheme are more important rather than the establishment of the guarantee institution to guarantee reliability and delivery assurance of sellers and implementation of legal and institutional apparatus such as the settlement of e-commerce licence system. Though this study presents such an important marketing implications, it can be pointed out that the limits are this research was done on the general Internet shopping malls without considering the Internet shopping mall types of diversity, the survey was designed around the student samples for convenience of the investigation because it was an international survey and the collected data has been limited to the western coast cities, such as China's Beijing, Shanghai, and Dalian.
The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the selection factors of sports climbing center, customer satisfaction, and re-registration. Data collection for the purpose of this study was collected through S center, B center, V center located in Seoul and K center located in Gyeonggi-do. A total of 296 valid samples were used for the analysis. To make sure the theory, it was based on analysis of frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis and multiple regression. First of all, it was found that the factors of selecting the sports climbing center partially affected the customer satisfaction level. Second, it was found that the factors of selecting the sports climbing center partially affected the decision to re-register.

The purpose of this study is to provide instructive theoretical models for art (music) education institutions especially when unpredictable risks, such as pandemics, occur again. Based on the customer behavior theory of the business-to-business-to-customer (B2B2C) platform, and in combination with the technology acceptance model (TAM) and expectation confirmation model (ECM), this study proposes an online education model from the perspective of art education. The framework is based on the three decision-making processes of the customer, and includes the product owner, content owner, and customer area. This paper highlights the factors that influence customers in making decisions when art education institutions are product owners. Regression analysis was introduced to study the factors influencing the expectation confirmation, and the overall fitting testing and six hypotheses testing of 385 effective samples were performed using the structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that the course-design and after-service positively influenced the expectation confirmation, and the domain image positively influenced the continuance behavior. Negative emotions skipped the mediator (expectation confirmation) and directly exerted a significant negative impact on customers' willingness to continue system usage (continuance behavior). In addition, expectation confirmation positively influenced continuance behavior. The paths of detailed items comprising course-design, after-service, and negative emotion were also analyzed and discussed. In this path analysis, ordinary art learners did not believe that AI partners can play a very good auxiliary role. The findings contribute to the scope of information systems acting as an art education platform academically, and provide effective and theoretical support for the actual operation of art education institutions.

Today, high-speed rail is gradually increasing in importance as an eco-friendly means of transportation responsible for the movement of people between regions. In the past, problems of inefficiency continued due to monopolistic operation of the railway industry, and with the introduction of a public enterprise competition system, KTX and SRT operating organizations are making efforts to expand service quantity and improve quality. However, the high-speed rail service quality evaluation was limited to modifying and supplementing indicators from the operator's perspective suitable for past quality evaluations, and the evaluation target or method was not specific. Therefore, in this study, we developed a hierarchical model to measure high-speed rail customer service quality based on the model of Brady and Cronin(2001) and applied the analytical hierarchical decision-making method(AHP) to derive the priorities of Korea's high-speed rail competitiveness factors. Based on the results, it is believed that introducing reasonable and standardized service quality indicators will contribute to establishing a marketing strategy to improve the customer service competitiveness of high-speed rail operators.
Purpose - This study attempts to examine the impacts of consumers' perceived service convenience of retailers on various service performance metrics such as service quality and customer satisfaction. It also tries to investigate differences in the importance of service convenience dimensions on service performance between a department store and a general super market. Research design, data, and methodology - The four hypotheses in this study were proposed and tested. Two hypotheses were on the causal relationships between service convenience dimensions and service performances (service quality and customer satisfaction). The other two hypotheses were on comparisons for the effects of convenience dimensions on service quality and customer satisfaction between department stores and general super markets. To test the hypotheses, three department store chains (Hyundai, Lotte, and Shinsegae department Store) and three general super markets (E-mart, Homeplus, and Lotte mart) were involved. Overall, 510 usable responses were used. The data were analyzed using regression analysis. Results - The results largely support the hypothesized relationships of the proposed model. The results show that access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience, and post-benefit convenience have positive influences on service quality, whereas decision convenience, access convenience, transaction convenience, benefit convenience, and post-benefit convenience have positive effects on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, the results show that there are differences between department stores and general super markets in the effects of benefit convenience and post-benefit convenience on service quality as well as the effects of transaction convenience and post-benefit convenience on customer satisfaction. Conclusions - The concept of service convenience is important in retail environments but little is known about this topic in retail literature. Specially, while service convenience dimensions have different impacts on service performance in distinct retail environments, there has been little investigation or comparison between retail types as regards service convenience. This study is the first to test the differences between distinct retail types (department stores and general super markets) on the service convenience-service performance links. Managerially, the findings of this study suggest that the service convenience management of retailers is an important part of successful service performance management. Because it is most important that both department stores and general super markets enhance benefit convenience to improve service performance, managers of both store types need to invest their resources to reduce consumers' perceived time and effort expenditures to experience the retailer's core benefits. Therefore, the results of this study suggest that retail stores should spend human and financial resources to enhance customer perceptions of service convenience, while also considering what constitutes the service outcome in the consumer's mind. Furthermore, the findings suggest that managers need to use different service convenience management tactics in department stores and general super markets. Specifically, managers in general super markets should pay more attention to benefit convenience and transaction convenience to achieve better service performance whereas managers in department stores should concentrate on post-benefit convenience to create customers' positive evaluation.

Recently, since the "Capital Market Consolidation Act" has been effective in 2009, the competition among the securities companies in Korean security market has been fierce. Thus, securities business lately are needed by the market environmental requirements rapidly changed for various strategies. The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of corporate attribute, employee attribute, financial product attribute securities on customer satisfaction, trust with the firm, and usage intention. As the subjects I selected the customer of securities in Seoul in 2014 and conducted survey with questionnaires. Among total 400, I chose 378 as the valid sample by convenience sampling. For the data process, I used SPSS 20.0 I verified the perspective hypotheses after testing reliability and validity of fit by the data process. The results are as following. First, it was shown that the sub-factors of corporate attribute, employee attribute, financial product attribute in securities as ethics, innovation, size, kind, professionalism, ethics, profitability and diversity had significant effect on usage intention. Second, the study confirms that reliability and satisfaction influences customer loyalty as moderate variable. The industrial and academic significance of this study is that it may serve as a useful base date to understand customer behavior and draw new strategies in a financial management environment.
