  • Existing construction industry is composed of several processes with various characteristics. The tendency of current construction industry is getting complicated and diversified; it has limitation to solve problems through existing processes. As a problem-solving method, BIM (Building Information Modeling), environment to manage building life cycle from design and construction to management, is being suggested. Currently, BIM is only focused on technology development by engineers, and the automation of architectural theories is insufficiency except architectural design modeling. Therefore, this research aims to back up theses drawbacks through intellectual curtain wall arrangement by using musical proportions. In order to apply to construction automation, analysised of musical proportions method are performed. The BPMN-based Process Map is listed to develop IDM for the application to BIM Software.

건물 외벽 패널용 경량기포콘크리트(AAC)의 CaO/$SiO_2$ 혼합비에 따른 강도 특성 평가 (Strength Characteristics according to the mixed CaO/$SiO_2$ Ratio to Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC) used on the Exterior Panel in Buildings)

  • The exterior system of buildings, which is the typical curtain wall, has been made with glass and metal. Theses materials, however, have weaknesses such as inadequate insulating quality, short durability, combustibility and toxic substance. On the other hand, Autoclaved Aerated Concrete(AAC) or Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete(ALC) possess the great energy efficiency and the superb insulating quality as substitute of existing exterior system materials. In this research, strength characteristics and bubble dispersion of hydrothermal synthesis process of AAC based on CaO/$SiO_2$(C/S) ratio are analyzed. C/S ratio is determinated and bubble distribution and compressive strength are studied through the test of varied water-to-solid mineral ratio(W/S). In hydrothermal synthesis program, final C/S ratio is determined as 0.7 consider of the manufacturing process and hydrothermal synthesis is done at $180^{\circ}C$ for 7 hours. The analysis shows slurry has about 2,300cP viscosity and 0.56 specific gravity therefore it is expected AAC has the appropriate facility in the manufacturing process and Hydrates of AAC's Expansion.

연직 차수벽을 이용한 폐기물매립지 침출수 오염 제어 사례 연구 (A Case History of Confinement of the Contaminated Landfill Using a Vortical Barrier)

  • 본 논문은 매립지의 침출수 유출로 오염된 지반 및 지하수의 효과적인 처리 방법 중의 하나인 연직 차수벽의 시공사례를 다루고 있다. 연직 차수벽의 설치 목적은 오염된 지하수의 이동을 경제적이고 효과적으로 차단하고, 차단후 차수벽 내부의 오염된 지하수를 회수하여 침출수 처리장에서 처리함으로써 추가적인 지반오염을 방지하며, 매립장의 잔여 이용 기간동안 매립장의 안전 운영의 기초를 확보하는 것이다. 현장조사의 단계에서 부터, 공법의 선정과 설계, 시공. 시공품질의 확인에 까지 일련의 과정을 보고하였다. 오염원과 오염의 원인 및 범위를 파악한 후, DMW공법과 HEC고화제를 이용하여 심층 혼합 차수층을 설치하였다. 균열이 심한 암반층의 차수를 위해서는 우레탄을 주입하여 차수층을 형성하였다. 조사기간 동안의 현장 모니터링 결과에 의하면, 토사와 암반층에 걸친 심층 혼합 차수층의 설치로 본 현장의 오염 처리는 현재를 기준으로 만족스러운 것으로 판단되었다.

  • 자재 및 재고관리에 관한 부분은 전 산업 분야에서 기업의 이익을 위해 고려되는 주요 요소 중 하나이지만 국내 건설 프로젝트에서는 조달 관리의 중요성이 상대적으로 평가절하 되어왔고 기존의 재고관리에 관한 연구는 개별 요소로 한정되어 많이 연구되었으며 제조업의 이론을 도입하는 단계에 머물렀다. 따라서 건설 프로젝트의 자재 및 재고관리를 전체적인 프로세스 관점에서 바라보고 개선하며 기존 이론의 도입에 더하여 건설 프로젝트 특성 반영이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 계획 단계의 현장 관점에서 야적장의 면적과 재고량을 이용하여 경제적주문량을 결정하는 자재관리 프로세스를 제안하고 이를 건설 현장의 기존 프로세스와 비교하여 그 유용성을 검증하였다.

피나코텍 데 모데르네 설계과정에 나타난 알테스뮤지엄의 영향 (The Influence of Architecture on the Altes Museum in Designing the Pinakothek der Moderne)

  • In the phase of an architectural designing, the Pinakothek der Modeme in Munich is considered that it is influenced by the Altes Museum in Berlin. The critical elements were composed of the classification of Tominaka and my points of view. Two buildings were analyzed for comparison by six elements, such as, a spatial construction, an organization of plan, an organization of section, a composition of elevation, a method of construction and a composition of mass. The results of the analysis were that the design of the Pinakothek der modeme was influenced by the Altes Museum as follows: 1)the use of square and circle in the composition of plan, 2)the use of a curtain of columns and a formation of the transitional space between columns and front wall, 3)the location and function of the main stairs and the inner court, 4)the arrangement of exhibition halls, 5)the covering of dome, 6)the unification of spaces of different floors through the rotunda. This study may be helpful for any architects who make a decision of the method and the range of reference to some other building in the beginning of design.

RFID와 BIM을 활용한 건설 자재 물류 및 진도관리 시뮬레이터 개발 (An RFID and BIM based Simulator for Construction Material Logistics and Progress Management)

  • 건설 프로젝트의 효과적인 물류 및 진도관리를 위하여 다양한 연구 및 시도가 이루어지고 있다. 이중 RFID+4D 기술은 철골, PC, 커튼월과 같은 공장 주문형 자재의 공급망 및 진도관리를 위해 개발된 기술로써 공기 및 비용 절감에 대한 효과가 있는 시스템으로 보고된 바 있다. 하지만 기존의 시스템은 그 효과에 비해 모델링 비용, 실시간 정보 반영의 난이, 시스템 운영을 위한 추가 인력 배치 등의 문제로 인해 시스템 확산이 미비한 상태에 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 기존 RFID+4D 프로세스의 문제를 해결하기 위한 체계 및 제안된 체계를 활용한 웹 기반의 실시간 4D 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 체계 및 시스템은 기존 RFID+4D 프로세스 운영의 비용 및 정보 활용성을 향상시킴으로써 기술 확산에 기여할 것으로 기대되며 특히 최근 이슈화되고 있는 BIM 정보와의 연계를 통해 설계 단계에서 생성된 BIM을 시공 단계에서 활용하기 위한 방법으로 활용 가능할 것으로 판단된다.

A DEVELOPMENT OF RFID/USN-BASED INTELLIGENT EQUIPMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

  • The scopes of the supply chain management in construction projects has expanded from the field management focusing on field storage, transportation, and lifting to the whole supply chain from the materials to field. The expansion of the supply chain management can raise the possibilities of leaner production, which enables shortened lead time of the difficult-to-operate materials, and prevents the work interference or delay. However, the expanded management range requires more information and management than an existing management style currently used for factory production of iron frame, curtain wall, PC, etc. In addition, there are limitations that expand the existing management style into the new supply chain management in construction projects and therefore it is required to automate the existing management style in order to extend the management range. The objective of this study is to propose the process and equipment that can manage the supply chain of the materials which range from the factory production to the field storage based on RFID/USN techniques, introducing small-sized transportation equipment(intelligent pallet), the vehicle tool kit(intelligent trailer), and in-and-out management equipment(Gate Sensor) as a prototype to effectively develop the appliances for operating the proposed process, and present the application possibility of the appliances. The full paper will present then the test results that the proposed appliances for the supply chain management automatically transmit and receive the generated information between the appliances or the appliance and sever under various wireless network circumstances such as zigbee, wibro, Wi-Fi, and CDMA.

지역 건축물의 에너지 자립을 위한 패시브 외단열 복합패널 개발 연구 (Development of the Passive Outside Insulation Composite Panel for Energy Self-Sufficiency of Building in the Region)

  • The study aims to address the energy crisis and realize self-sufficiency of building as part of local energy independence, breaking away from a single concentrated energy supply system. It is intended to develop modules of the outside insulation composite panels that conform to passive certification criteria and for site-assembly systematization. The method of study first identifies trends and passive house in literature and advanced research. Second, the target performance for development is set, and the structural material is selected and designed to simulate performance. Third, a test specimen of the passive outside insulation curtain wall module designed is manufactured and constructed to test its heat transmission coefficient, condensation performance and airtightness. Finally, analyze performance test results, and explore and propose ways to improve the estimation and improvement of incomplete causes to achieve the goal. The final test results achieved the target performance of condensation and airtightness, and the heat transmission coefficient was $0.16W/(m^2{\cdot}K)$, which is $0.01W/(m^2{\cdot})K$ below the performance target. As for the lack of performance, we saw a need for a complementary design to account for simulation errors. It also provided an opportunity to recognize that insulated walls with performance can impact performance at small break. Thus, to be commercialized into a product with the need for improvement in the design of the joint parts, a management system is needed to increase the precision in the fabrication process.
