국립공원 내 자생하는 고산 및 아고산식물의 분포 특성과 다양성 (Distribution Characteristics and Diversity of Alpine and Subalpine Plants Growing Naturally in National Parks)

  • Alpine and subalpine plants are isolated and distributed in mountaintop areas at high altitudes and, are among the species most vulnerable to global warming. If the rate of warming continues at its current rate, it is highly likely that this species will be unable to find new refugia and will be the last to go extinct in their current habitats. Therefore, research on the distribution and diversity of alpine and subalpine plants is urgently needed and is important from the perspective of biodiversity conservation. Therefore, this study focused on the distribution of alpine and subalpine plants native to national parks. Alpine and subalpine plants distributed across the 12 national parks accounted for approximately half (47.78%) of all alpine plants in Korea. The average relative frequency of occurrence was 0.23, plant similarity between national parks was 37.19%, and beta diversity was 0.63. The number of species was positively correlated with the latitude, elevation, and area of the national park. Thus the geographical distributions of alpine and subalpine plants haves distinct spatial specificities and physical environmental differences.

Photodiode를 사용한 측정기의 임상응용을 위한 실험 (Experiment for Clinical Application with Photodiode)

  • Studies were conducted to determine the clinical application of photodiode. We compared photodiode with ion-chamber as to change of tube potential, tube current, mAs and measured decreasing rate of penetration dose. When tube potential was changed from 60 kVp to 120 kVp, output of photodiode and ion-chamber were changed from 0.4 to 1.625, and 1.018 to 4.268, respectively. This was a good agreement to theory that $I=Kv^2it$(I is intensity, K is constant, v is tube potential, i is tube current, t is time). Characteristics for change of tube current and mAs were also a good agreement to theory. And comparison in decreasing rate of penetration dose was similar except above 6 cm in depth. Our results indicated that photodiode was a good instrument for relative measurement of radiation exposure, but we can not use the photodiode for absolute radiation dose.

SOx노점의 전기적 측정 (Electrical Measurement of SOx Dew Point)

  • When combustion gas is cooled down below the dew point of sulfuric acid vapor in the heat recovery systems, condensation occurs. Since the condensed sulfuric acid solution causes low-temperature corrosion in materials, it is important to measure the SOx dew point by electric measurement. In this study, two kinds of probes having electric gaps of 1mm or 2mm were used. and experiments were carried out by the parameters of sulfuric acid vapor and water vapor concentration. The changes of electric current caused by sulfuric acid condensed on the surface of probe according to the cooling rate and the probe head surface temperature were sudied. The opimum cooling rate was decreased with the increasing of water vaper concentration regardless of sulfuric acid concentration. The sensitivity of electric current is improved for the narrower gap(1mm) of ring electrodes, but it rarely affects the SOx dew point measuring of different probes according to the change of cooling rate.

시험편 제작방법 변경에 따른 페인트, 퍼티의 TVOCs의 방출 특성 비교 (Comparison of TVOCs emission characterization of paint and putty according to the amendment of test specimen preparation method)

  • 이 연구에서는 2008년에 개정된 "다중이용시설 등의 실내 공기 질 관리법"의 시행규칙 중에서 페인트와 퍼티의 시험방법과 개정된 시험방법을 비교하고 변경된 관리기준의 변화 방향에 대해서 알아보았다. 페인트의 경우 개정된 시험방법은 시험기간의 변경으로 인하여 원래 시험방법에 의한 방출강도 보다 약 45% 감소하였으며, 건조시간의 변화에 따른 방출강도의 영향은 없었다. 또한 도포량의 변화에 따른 방출강도의 변화는 $5\;mg/m^2h$ 이상의 높은 방출 강도를 가지는 제품은 방출강도의 변화가 크나 그 이외의 제품들에서는 방출강도의 변화가 없었다. 퍼티의 경우 개정된 시험방법은 시험기간의 변경으로 원래 시험방법에 의한 방출강도 보다 평균 61% 감소하였고, 건조시간의 변화에 따른 방출강도의 영향은 없었다. 그러나 퍼티의 도포량의 변화로 인하여 원 시험방법에 의한 방출강도보다 약 164% 증가 하였다. 개정된 시험방법에 따른 변경된 TVOCs의 관리기준은 페인트와 퍼티 모두 원래 시험방법에 의한 과거의 관리기준 보다 각각 1.8배 및 5.8배 완화된 것으로 나타났다.

초기 청소년의 게임사용 변화궤적과 자기통제력의 동시효과 및 지연효과 연구 (A Study on the Changing Trajectory of Game Use and the Current and Lag Effect from Self-Control during Early Adolescences)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 초기청소년의 성장에 따라 게임사용 변화궤적을 알아보고, 자기통제력이 학년 변화에 따른 게임사용 변화의 동시효과와 지연효과를 갖는지 탐색해 보았다. 이를 위하여 잠재성장모형을 바탕으로 세 개의 연구모형을 설정하고 가설을 검정하였다. 한국청소년패널조사(KYPS)의 초등4 패널을 활용하여 4년간 반복추적 조사한 2844명의 데이터를 분석하였다. 연구결과 (a) 학년이 증가함으로써 게임사용 변화율은 유의하게 감소하는 경향을 나타내었다. (b) 남학생이 여학생보다 게임사용의 초기치와 변화율이 높았다. 그리고 (c) 초기 게임사용과 게임사용 변화량 모두 학업성취도에 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. (d) 게임사용변화에서 자기통제력의 동시효과는 항상 유의하였지만 지연효과는 일부만 유의하였다. 연구결과와 함께 컴퓨터 교육 분야에서 종단연구의 분석 연구사례를 제시했다는 의의가 있다.

산소 유량에 따른 IZO 박막의 전기적 및 광학적 특성 (Electrical and Optical Characteristics of IZO Thin Films Deposited in Different Oxygen Flow Rate)

  • In this study, we have investigated the effect of the substrate temperature and oxygen flow rate on the characteristics of IZO thin films for the OLED (organic light emitting diodes) devices. For this purpose, IZO thin films were deposited by RF magnetron sputtering at room temperature and $300^{\circ}C$ with various $O_2$ flow rate. In order to investigate the influences of the oxygen, the flow rate of oxygen in argon mixing gas has been changed from 0.1sccm to 0.5sccm. IZO thin films deposited at room temperature show amorphous structure, whereas IZO thin films deposited at $300^{\circ}C$ show crystalline structure having an (222) preferential orientation regardless of $O_2$ flow rate. The electrical resistivity of IZO film increased with increasing flow rate of $O_2$ under Ar+$O_2$. The change of electrical resistivity with increasing flow rate of $O_2$ was mainly interpreted in terms of the charge carrier concentration rather than the charge carrier mobility. The electrical resistivity of the amorphous-IZO films deposited at R.T. was lower than that of the crystalline-IZO thin films deposited at $300^{\circ}C$. The change of electrical resistivity with increasing substrate temperature was mainly interpreted in terms of the charge carrier mobility rather than the charge carrier concentration. All the films showed the average transmittance over 85% in the visible range. The current density and the luminance of OLED devices with IZO thin films deposited at room temperature in 0.1sccm $O_2$ ambient gas are the highest amongst all other films. The optical band gap energy of IZO thin films plays a major role in OLED device performance, especially the current density and luminance.

저 전송률 부호화기를 위한 프레임 특성에 근간한 균등 비트 할당 기법 (Equal Bit Rate Control for Low Bit-rate Coder based on Frame Statistics)

  • 본 논문은 프레임간의 특성 변화를 이용한 균등 비트 할당 기법을 제안한다. 모델 기반 비트율 조정 알고리즘에 대한 기존의 연구는 양자화 파라미터와 비트율 및 왜곡 모델간의 관계를 찾는 것에 초점을 맞추어 진행해 왔다. 본 논문에서는 비트율-왜곡 모델을 새로이 설정하는 것 대신에 모델 기반 접근 알고리즘 내에서 프레임 특성 변화에 따라 모델 파라미터를 조절하여 모델 기반의 비트율 조정 알고리즘의 성능을 향상시킨다. 모델 기반 접근의 성능은 비트율-왜곡 모델 자체의 정확성과 프레임 간의 비트율-왜곡 특성 차이를 보상하는 모델 파라미터의 정확한 설정이 알고리즘의 성능을 좌우한다. 제안 알고리즘은 프레임의 특성 변화를 모델 파라미터에 의해 파악하고 모델 파라미터를 현재 프레임에 맞도록 조정한다. 제안 알고리즘은 MPEG-4 비디오 부호를 이용하여 설계하고, 성능은 모델 기반 접근의 대표적인 방법인 TMN8과 비교하여 0.6dB 정도의 성능 향상을 나타낸다.

  • The change in discharge current of a glow discharge has been shown the potential sensitive detector for gas chromatography. To investigate the effect of carrier gas on the electrical characteristics of the discharge and the peak response, the discharge pressure, gas flow rate, and discharge gap have been studied. The discharge gas included the Ar, He, and N$_{2}$. The gas flow rate has been found one of the important parameters to affect both the electrical characteristics and the peak response.

Hollow Cathode Discharge에서 플라즈마 특성에 관한 연구 (Study on Characteristics of Plasma in Hollow Cathode Discharge)

  • The measured plasma temperature of Ar hollow cathode discharge for several metal cathodes are about $620\;{\sim}\;780K$ at discharge current of $7\;{\sim}\;10mA$. The optogalvanic signals were measured using hollow cathode discharge tube with argon as buffer gas at change of discharge currents. A change of ionization rate due to electron collision causes an increase or decrease of the electric conductivity. This change in electric conductivity generates the optogalvanic signal. We conclude that optogalvanic signal has close relation with the lowest metastable atoms density at low current.

누설 전류 모니터링에 의한 오손된 고분자 애자에서의 섬락 예지 방법 (A Flashover Prediction Method by the Leakage Current Monitoring in the Contaminated Polymer Insulator)

  • In this Paper, a flashover prediction method using the leakage current in the contaminated EPDM distribution polymer insulator is proposed. The leakage currents on the insulator were measured simultaneously with the different salt fog application such as 25g, 50g, and 75g per liter of deionized water. Then, the measured leakage currents were enveloped and transformed as the CDFS using the Hilbert transform and the level crossing rate, respectively. The obtained CDFS having different gradients(angles) were used as a important factor for the flashover prediction of the contaminated polymer insulator. Thus, the average angle change with an identical salt fog concentration was within a range of 20 degrees, and the average angle change among the different salt fog concentrations was 5 degrees. However, it is hard to be distinguished each other because the gradient differences among the CDFS were very small. So, the new weighting value was defined and used to solve this problem. Through simulation, it Is verified that the proposed method has the capability of the flashover prediction.
