고강도(高强度)콘크리트의 내구성(耐久性)에 관한 연구(研究) (A Study on Durability of High Strength Concrete)

  • 고강도(高强度)콘크리트의 제조방법중(製造方法中) 가장 대표적(代表的)이고 실용적(實用的)인 것으로 고성능감수제(高性能減水劑)와 고온고압양생(高溫高壓養生)에 의(依)한 방법등(方法等)이 있다. 본연구(本硏究)에서는 이와같은 고강도(高强度)콘크리트로 만든 콘크리트 Pile을 원심력성형(遠心力成形)과 손다짐으로 만들어 각각(各各)에 대(對)하여 Autoclave 양생(養生), Steam 양생후(養生後) 수중(水中) 14일(日) 양생(養生) 및 표준수중양생(標準水中養生)하여 동결융해시험(凍結融解試驗)을 하였으며 각종(各種)에 대(對)하여 내구성(耐久性)의 상관적(相關的)인 관계(關係)를 규명하였다. 이들 공시체(供試體)들의 동결융해(凍結融解)에 대(對)한 내구성(耐久性)은 일반적(一般的)으로 적당량(適當量)의 공기량(空氣量)을 함유(含有)하고 있을 때 상기(上記) 여러 가지 양생(養生)에 대(對)하여 비교적(比較的) 충분(充分)한 내구성(耐久性)이 있는 것으로 판명(判明)되었으나 AE제(劑)를 사용(使用)하지 않은 경우에는 Autoclave 양생(養生)한 고강도(高强度)콘크리트는 타양생(他養生)한 고강도(高强度)콘크리트보다 강도면(强度面)에서는 높았으나 동탄성계수(動彈性係數)가 좀 낮았고 시험후(試驗後)의 내구성계수(耐久性係數)도 극(極)히 약(弱)하였다. 그러나 원심력성형(遠心力成形)한 non AE 콘크리트 Pile은 표준양생(標準養生)하였을 때 내구성계수(耐久性係數)가 100 이상(以上)이었으며 중량감소(重量減少)도 없었다는 사실로 미루어 타 공시체보다 내구성(耐久性)이 우수함을 알 수 있었다.

  • We developed a new photoresist which was composed of polyaniline, uv-curing agent, N-methyl-2- pyrrolidine (NMP) and N-Butyl alcohol (BuOH) as solution. The photoresist is characterized by the capability of being developed in water. We successfully patterned pentacene thin film, which was vulnerable to organic solvent and thus could not be patterned by the conventional photolithography process, with the water soluble photoresist and the minimum feature size was found to be 2um.

  • The objective of this study was to investigate the influence of low temperature curing on resistance of freezing and thawing of self-compacting concrete placed in cold weather regions. The experimental study results indicated that the self-compacting concrete incorporating ground granulated blast-furnace slag showed good resistance to freezing and thawing, and the self-compacting concrete cellulose viscous agent had relatively poor resistance to freezing and thawing.

  • An abrasive vitreous bonded solid mass having a vitrified abrasive structure comprising diamond grains which are held by an in inorganic bonding agent, the vitrified diamond wheel is impregnated with a composition which comprises a thermosetting synthetic resin and a surfactant. The vitrified diamond wheel is manufactured by preparing the composition including the resin and the surfactant, impregnating the abrasive structure with the composition, and curing the composition. The diamond wheel newly developed showed excellent performance in grinding carbide.

  • Water repellent finish was carried out using water repellent agent(AG-480), melamine resin(Sumitex Resin MK), and catalyst(Sumitex Accelerator ACX). PET/nylon fabrics were treated with melamine resin by pad-dry-cure method and subsequently washed and dried. Durable water repellency was controlled by the melamine resin and catalyst. Water repellency was tested by spray rating method and durability of water repellency were measured by launder-O-meter and pilling tester. The optimum conditions of durable water repellent finish for new synthetic fabric were as follows; concentration of water repellent finishing agent 20g/l; concentration of melamine & catalyst 0.5g/l; curing condition $160^{\circ}$ ${\times}$ 30sec. Water repellency after washing and rubbing is improved by melamine resin and catalyst.

UV/Ozone 조사에 의한 PET 직물의 편면 발수가공 (One-side Water-repellent Finish of PET Fabrics using UV/Ozone)

  • UV-curable water-repellent finish was carried out to impart one-side repellency to the PET fabrics using a formulation of a UV-active fluorocarbon agent and a water soluble photoinitiator. The aqueous formulation was padded on the PET fabrics and it was subsequently UV-cured. The unirradiated side of the cured fabrics was made to wetteable to water by the prolonged UV/ozone irradiation. The influence of photoinitiator concentration, agent concentration and UV energy for photodegradation on the performance of the finished fabrics were investigated. The difference in the functional property of front and back sides was examined by measuring water repellency at each side of the treated fabrics, which resulted in four rating difference between two-side. The UV-cured and photodegraded PET surfaces were characterized by ATR, ESCA and FE-SEM.

투습방수성 Polyurethane 나노섬유 Multi-Membrane의 제조 (Fabrication of Waterproof and Moisture-permeable Polyurethane Nanofiber Multi-Membrane)

  • Polyurethane (PU) was synthesized by one-shot process and the PU nanofiber was prepared by electrospinning. In this study, electrospun PU multi-membranes were prepared with various coating thickness ratio of base resin to top resin, where the base resin contains melamine curing agent and acid catalyst and the top resin contains water-repellent agent of fluoro-carbon compounds. The PU nanofiber multi-membranes were analyzed by field-emission scanning electron microscopy, differential scanning calorimeter, breathability, tensile strenth, air permeability and water resistance. The results showed that the PU multi-membrane provided excellent waterproof and moisture permeability.

Polyurethane 첨가에 의한 HAC/PVA계 MDF 시멘트 복합재료의 수분안정성 영향 (The Effects of Polyurethane Resin on the Water Stability of HAC/PVA Based MDF Cement Composites)

  • Mechanical properties and water stability of HAC/PVA based MDF cement composite were investigated using polyurethane(PU) resin, silane coupling agent and various PVA. The results were as follows ; The flexural strength of MDF cement composite increased as increasing with PVA content. Low-viscosity PVA developed higher flexural strength than high-viscosity PVA under a drying curing condition. But the strength of water immersed specimen decreased. Water stability of MDF cement improved as increasing with content of PU. Consequently, water stability of polyurethane 7% added MDF cement was about 2 times higher than that of the controlled specimen. Furthermore, the strength and water stability of diamine group based silane couling agent in using MDF cement increased and improved dramatically.

고무물성 향상을 위한 실리카 및 실란 커플링제의 최적배합에 관한 연구 (The Study of Optimized Compounds Containing Silica and Coupling Agent to Improve the Physical Properties of Rubber Compounds)

  • The physical properties of rubber compounds containing silica and siliane coupling agent in order to replace the carbon black and prepare for environmental regulation showed improved dynamic properties(rebound, heat build-up, $60^{\circ}C\;tan\;{\delta}$), but the abrasion resistance did not improve compared with the compounds containing carbon black. Also, curing retardation because of coherent structure of silica improved by the addition of DEG, but the mixing step change of activators did not so much improve the static and dynamic properties of the compounds containing high synthetic rubber, the status of mixing and dispersion showed that the compounds containing carbon black was much better than the compounds containing silica by TEM investigation.
