본 연구는 유권자 연구에서의 정치관심도와 정치이념성향, 그리고 판단/결정 연구에서의 정보탐색목표를 독립변수로 선정하고, 정보탐색양, 탐색패턴, 탐색정보유형을 통해 유권자의 정보탐색행동을 살펴보았다. 실험결과, 탐색양의 경우, 정확목표를 가진 유권자가 보존목표를 가진 유권자에 비해 탐색양이 유의하게 많았다. 탐색패턴의 경우, 대부분의 실험참가자는 속성중심의 탐색패턴을 보였다. 탐색정보의 종류의 경우, 모든 조건에서 유권자는 사회정책을 가장 많이 보았다. 또한 정치관심도가 낮으면서 진보이념을 가진 실험참가자는 대부분의 정보종류에 더 많은 관심을 가지는 반면, 정치관심도가 높으면서 보수이념을 가진 참가자는 정책에 대한 정보에 높은 관심을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.

최근 문화 산업에서 정치적 올바름 요소를 더욱 확장시키고 있는데 이러한 소수자 우대 정책이 작품내 맥락을 고려하지 않아서 부자연스럽고 역차별을 야기한다는 주장이 많다. 본 논문에서는 게임에 들어가는 정치적 올바름 요소에 대해 알아보고 설문조사를 통해 게임 사용자들의 의견을 분석해서 게임에서의 정치적 올바름 요소에 대한 개선안을 제시하고자 한다.

The purpose of this study is to examine the political and social statements through fashion design, by comparing with more activated statements in the general design area. To achieve this, the documentary study and practical case study have been executed. First of all, the meaning of design politics was defined and the cases of design practice of political and social statements were reviewed and classified historically. Traditionally, designs have been inextricably linked with political authorities and ideologies. As propaganda, it has been used for power authority to seize power and maintain dominance. On the contrary, they could be an instrument to resist and criticize against contemporary power authority and dominant. Next, the political and social statements were traced historically through fashion design on the basis of the two previously reviewed categories. And then, comparing political and social statements between design and fashion design, the contents and ways of their expressions were similar. In design, there were more various ways when the designers were leading collective behavior, but in fashion design, there were more leading voices of socio-political organizations and resistant counter culture groups. Now, new trends are rising constantly where individual designers' creations express many different socio-political beliefs. This study which inquires designers' political and social involvement will be helpful in making people rethink the social role of fashion design and encouraging conscious fashion design activism.

정치적 신뢰란 정부가 자신이 기대한 바대로 결과물을 산출하고 있는지에 대한 국민들의 주관적 인식의 결정체라 할 수 있다. 이 연구는 이러한 정치적 신뢰의 내생적(endogenous) 측면과 외생적(exogenous) 측면에 초점을 맞추어 정치적 신뢰가 어떤 요인들에 의해 영향을 받으며 또 어떤 정치적 결과를 만들어 내고 있는지에 대한 이론적 논의를 정리하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 정치적 신뢰의 변화에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정부정책, 정치인의 비윤리적 행태, 국민들의 참여민주주의적 성향, 정부에 대한 국민들의 왜곡된 이해, 정치문화에 초점을 맞추어 각각의 요인들이 어떻게 정치적 신뢰를 변하게 만드는지 살펴본다. 또한 정부의 통치능력, 선거결과, 정치충원, 정부정책의 방향성의 측면에서 정치적 신뢰가 정치과정에 어떠한 결과를 만들어내는지를 알아본다.

관광 동기나 관광만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 주로 분석한 기존 연구들과 달리 본 연구는 방한 중국인 관광객 수에 영향을 미치는 정치적, 경제적, 문화적 요인을 분석하였으며 특히 정치적 요인을 관심변수로 살펴보았다. 실증분석 결과 중국의 정권, 양국 간 회의나 회담 횟수, 양국 정상 간 전화통화 횟수, 한중 FTA(경제적 요인이기도 함)의 발효 등 정치적 요인이 방한 중국인 관광객 수에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 특히 경제와 관련된 정치적 우호성(FTA 발효)은 정치적 분야에서만 우호적인 분위기를 형성하는 요소들보다 더 가시적으로 방한 중국인 관광객에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 정치적 요인과 더불어 한중 FTA와 같은 경제적 요인, 그리고 한국화장품으로 대변되는 한류와 같은 문화적 요인도 방한 중국인 관광객 수에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This paper examines the complexities and creative opportunities brought about by the transnational circulation of texts specifically in the areas of transmission, consumption, and adaptation. The circulation of texts and along with it creative elements such as generic forms, tropes, and frameworks for consumption form an integral part in the production and advancement of any form of popular culture. In the process of such circulation, adaptation becomes a form of social and political process necessary for domestic palatability. In this paper, I examine how these complexities can be illustrated in the circulation of one emerging popular form in East and Southeast Asia: Boys Love (BL) television and web series. Using the transnational movement of the BL genre from South Korea, Thailand, and the Philippines, I examine how the circulation and adaptations are inflected by considerations related to regional geopolitics and domestic issues concerned with the creative praxis of representing gender and sexuality.

This paper will concentrate on how various particular Southeast Asian conditions created a distinct Southeast Asian cultural identity despite a very challenging geographical and historical diversity in the region. The paper will argue that Southeast Asians demonstrate an ability to adapt to changes and new values but also exhibit fatalism through a very high degree of passive acceptance to political and other changes that affect their society. The paper identifies a degree of environmental and geographical uniqueness in Southeast Asia that shapes context and gives rise to very distinct cultural traits. The historical transformation in the region brought about by colonialism and nationalism, combined with this geographical and political make-up of the region, had an immense impact on Southeast Asian society as it fostered adaptability. Finally, the political transitions brought about by various conflicts and wars that continued to affect the area in rapid succession all throughout the 20^th century likewise contributed immensely to a local Southeast Asian fatalistic response towards change. Historically, Southeast Asia demonstrated these socio-cultural responses to such an extent that these are argued to permeate the region forming a distinct aspect of Southeast Asian culture.

South Korea has achieved remarkable social and economic development together with the process of democratization over the past 20 years. In the democratic process in South Korea, ordinary people have actively participated in conventional political activities such as elections. But recently, one of the salient phenomena is that the public have been showing political apathy associated with a light poll. Especially, the most serious concern in the political environment of South Korea is that young voters (e.g., 20-30s) have serious political apathy leading to low voter turnout. Regarding this concern, many political scientists argued that this political phenomenon is not only the case in South Korea, insisting that many consolidated democratic countries such as European countries and the US have the same problems. However, South Korea has contained different factors (e.g., historical, culture, social, and political differences) leading to political apathy and light poll. Unfortunately, no one has clearly explain the phenomenon. In fact, in order for scholars to understand and explain these concerns, they should carefully look at the phenomenon with diverse perspectives and approaches. The main purpose of this paper is to explain why the digital generation has political apathy and are reluctant to participate in political activities such as voting. Using causal loop analysis which is based on systematic thinking, we not only analyzed the pattern of the digital generation' political participation with regard to diverse perspectives, but also attempted to draw new political implications from the analysis. Based on our analysis, we tried to suggest some implications for political stability and development in South Korea in the future.

스타는 우리들의 삶과 무척이나 밀착해 있다. 이들이 만든 소비문화가 수용자대중의 의식에서부터 행동에 이르기까지 커다란 영향을 미치는 것만 보아도 그렇다. 스타의 경제적인 역할도 크다. 이들은 소비문화를 확산함으로써 기업들의 상품판매를 촉진하고, 이윤 실현을 돕는다. 더구나 스타는 사람들의 일상에 깊숙이 침투해 있다. 이렇게 스타들이 인기를 바탕으로 사람들의 일상적인 담론을 지배하는데 이런 힘을 두고 스타권력이라 한다. 이에 필자는 스타권력이 어떻게 형성되고, 어떻게 자본 축적에 기여하는지 조사했다. 이 연구는 3가지 연구 문제를 설정하여 스타권력의 자본주의적 성격을 규명하고자 했다. 이 글은 정치경제학을 분석의 틀로써 이용했다. 스타의 정치경제학이란 스타가 자본 증식에 기여하는 한편 지배이념을 확산하는 기능을 행태를 비판하는 학설이다. 논의 결과 스타권력은 경쟁을 통해 인기를 얻고 이에 기초하여 시장에 영향을 준다. 그럼으로써 스타권력은 수용자대중의 일상적 담론을 지배하는 힘을 가진다. 이것이 스타권력의 원천이다.

본 논문에서는 스마트폰을 이용한 정치 온라인 플랫폼의 설계 및 구현에 관한 것으로, 일반인들이 지역사회의 정치에 쉽게 참여할 수 있도록 하였다. 정치 온라인 플랫폼은 국회의원 모니터링, 법안 모니터링, 각종 이슈의 참여기능으로 구성되어 있다. 이 플랫폼은 AWS 서버, DB와 안드로이드 앱 형태로 구현하였다. 특히 공공 Open API와 Naver API를 이용하여 실시간으로 정치 관련 정보를 업데이트하였다. 본 시스템은 법안 및 정치적 이슈에 대해서 사람들 간의 의견을 나누는 분야에 잘 활용될 수 있다.
