The importance of safety culture has been emphasized to achieve a high level of safety. In this light, a systematic method to more properly deal with safety culture is necessary. Here, a decision-making tool that can apply a graded approach to the analysis of safety culture is proposed, called the F-D matrix, which determines the frequency and the difficulty of safety culture attributes recently defined by the IAEA. A hierarchical model of difficulty contributors was developed as a scoring standard, and its elements were weighted via expert evaluation using the analytic hierarchy process. The frequency of the attributes was derived by analyzing reported events from nuclear power plants in the Republic of Korea. Period-by-period comparisons with the F-D matrix can show trends in the change of the maturity level of an organization's safety culture and help to evaluate the effectiveness of previously implemented measures. In the evaluating the difficulty of the attributes in the recently developed harmonized safety culture model, the difficulties of Trending, Benchmarking, Resilience, and Documentation and Procedures were found to be relatively high, while the difficulties of Conflicts are Resolved, Ownership, Collaboration, and Respect is Evident were found to be relatively low. A case study was conducted with an analysis period of 10 years to attempt to reflect the many changes in safety culture that have been made following the Fukushima accident in March 2011. As a result of comparing two periods following the Fukushima accident, the overall frequency decreased by about 40%, providing evidence for the effects of the various improvements and measures taken following the increased emphasis on safety culture. The proposed F-D matrix provides a new analytical perspective and enables an in-depth analysis of safety culture.

Traditional culture technology of medicinal plants mainly depends on the field culture, which has many problems. With progress of modern culture technology, it has become possible to produce valuable secondary metabolites from medicinal plants. In this paper, we discuss about the pigment and saikosaponin production from too medicinal plants, Carthamus tinctorius and Bupleurum falcatum, through bioreactor culture system. A two-stage bioreactor culture system was established for the production of yellow and red pigments and saikosaponins by cell suspension cultures of Carthamus tinctorius and Bupleurum falcatum. In Carthamus tinctorius, balloon type airlift bioreactors and column type airlift bioreactors were employed for the tell culture and for the pigment production, respectively. The greatest pigment production was obtained on White medium supplemented with 4 mg/L kinetin, high levels of sucrose concentration and photosynthetic photon flux. In Bupleurum falcatum, adventitious roots were cultured in balloon type airlift bioreactors and the root growth was greatest on SH medium containing 5 mg/L IBA and 0.2 mg/L kinetin. HPLC analysis showed that the contents of main active saikosaponins a, c, and d in adventitious roots were almost the same as those in field cultured root.

The main battlefield of 'made in China 2025' proposed by the Chinese government is the deep integration of industrialization and informatization, among which intelligent manufacturing and new energy vehicles are the key links. New energy vehicle refers to the use of unconventional automotive fuel as a power source (or use conventional automotive fuel, the use of new vehicle-mounted power plant), integrated vehicle power control and driving aspects of advanced technology, the formation of advanced technical principles, with new technology and the structure of the vehicle. BYD's success in the battery, I T and automobile industries has attracted the attention of the industry, making it a shining new star in the Chinese business community. BYD 's innovation, diversification and corporate culture construction have certain enlightenment to the development of China's small and medium-sized enterprises. Therefore, by looking at the Chinese network literature, about BYD's research mainly focused on the development strategy, corporate finance, corporate performance, and corporate marketing, etc. This paper will take BYD as the research object and focus on corporate culture. Through literature analysis and qualitative analysis, it will summarize and further analyze the unique corporate culture of BYD, its important role, and provide relevant theoretical references for the construction and development of corporate culture in other industries.
Purpose: This study is to explore which genre of sports culture contents will show the most consistent growth in the future and analyse the development outlook based on those results. Research design, data, and methodology: Case study was used for this research as it seemed to be the most appropriate approach in order to obtain the most complete and meaningful information from a particular phenomenon. A total of 15 participants were chosen to participate in a semi-structured in-depth interview and the recordings were typed out as text. In order to ensure validity and credibility of findings, peer and member check were conducted. Results: As a result, the sports culture content that is most likely to consistently grow in the future is games. Additionally, it is expected that sports culture contents will develop as new categories of sports culture contents emerge, as the evolution of sports culture content occurs through the combination with technology, as well as the activation of sensual sports contents, and the production of sports culture contents utilizing big data. Conclusions: It is concluded that convergence of sport, cultural contents, and technology will promptly progress, and it will promote the development of sport culture contents and related industry.
Cell-free culture broth of Phanerochaete chrysosporium has been adopted to biologically degrade 2,4,5-trichlorophenol. Two different medium compositions of nitrogen-sufficient and nitrogen-limited were compared for their distribution of isozymes, activity of lignin peroxidase, and production of oxalate. The two different culture broths were tested for their ability to degrade 2,4,5-trichlorophenol, and the biodegradation efficiency was estimated in terms of the disappearance of 2,4,5-trichlorophenol. The degradation efficiency for the nitrogen-limited culture broth was higher than that of the nitrogen-sufficient culture broth, since the nitrogen-limited culture broth induced lignin peroxidases (LiPs) and manganese peroxidases (MnPs), and contained sufficient oxalate for producing necessary radicals. Finally, the possible mechanism of 2,4,5-CP degradation using the nitrogen-limited culture broth was proposed.
This paper presents research linking national culture and innovation. The research identifies how key features of Korean culture, collectivism and hierarchical authoritarianism, affect technological innovation. This perspective casts new light on cultural research that, while generally confirming national culture-innovation ties at the organization level, has had less success accounting for culture barriers to innovation in collectivist nations, especially at the interorganizational level. The data for this study was obtained from interviews and written sources. The paper introduces the concept of the social shaping of technology, with which the influence of culture on technological innovation is analyzed, and highlights the development of EDI systems in the collectivist Korean society. It draws attention to the interorganizational basis of collectivism and authoritarianism in the technology innovation process. Finally, Korean innovation systems are questioned, and some negative effects of the collectivist Korean culture at the interorganizational level are discussed.
As culture technology is recognized as the important element of national industry, the necessity of the related policy development for enhancement of culture technology is magnified. In this study, we use conjoint analysis to investigate how the researchers from industry and academia think differently on the importance of several attributes in government-supported culture technology research project such as research period, size of research fund, inter-affiliated research requirement and interdisciplinary research requirement, and preference on those attribute levels. Also, we describes how a simulation experiment is designed to simulate participation shares of four alternative hypothetical research project profiles. This study will help establish the more effective policy of the national research program by understanding the preferential differences between industry and academia on the research project attributes.
This study was conducted with the following three study objectives. First, effects of safety awareness level of lab researchers to the improvement of safety culture in the organization Second, effects of organizational safety behaviors to the improvement of safety culture Third, test of mediating effects of organizational safety behaviors in the relationship between safety awareness level and the improvement of safety culture. The results show that organizational safety behavior is an indispensable factor for the improvement level of safety culture. Especially, the factors in safety training activities, safety compliance and management system are mediating variables which affect the safety awareness level and improvement level of safety culture, which shows these variables are very important factors in reducing safety accidents through the improvement of safety culture. Therefore, safety behaviors in the organization should be considered with priority. If the organization leads to improve safety awareness through regular safety training and rewards and punishes according to the test results, safety awareness could be improved. This study was conducted to identify the necessary factors to improve the overall safety culture in the organization and contribute to the diffusion of safety culture by improving the safety training awareness of the researchers.
