The purpose of this study was to approach to the internal meanings included in the Happening and the culture of hippies, by analysing the basic mental conditions in the process of the Happening. And this study was composed of the concept and the development of Happening, the characteristics of the hippies that related in the midst of the happening's background, and the formativeness between these factors and hippies'fashion. Since the happening a genre of fine arts expression attended the New School for social research in New York in 1954, Allan Kaprow direct-influenced by John Cage used the word 'Hapening'first, practicing '18 Happenings in 6 parts'at the Rueben gallery in 1959. Kaprow's 18 Happenings was one of the earliest opportunities for a wider public to attend the live events that several artists had performed more privately for various friends. Despite the very different sensibilities and structures of artist's works, artists were all thrown together by the press under the general heading of 'Happening', following Kaprow's 18 Happenings. Being considered as the root of the Happening 'Expression of Sound'of John Cage was the discovery of the exisiting thing- the Happening. Most artists were to be deeply influenced by Cage's theories and attitudes-that is, his sympathy for Zen Buddihism and oriental philosophy-and by reports of the Black Mountain events. These events would directly reflect contemporary painting and stemmed from the Futurists, Dadaists and Surrealists. And Happening's development background was based on the culture of hippies. Swinging London had been under the sway of psychedelic drugs and utopian visions of 'hippie'wave sweeping in from Califonia. This wave, which affected solid middle-class youth first and formost, began in Haight Ashbury in San Francisco. Without dwelling on the hippie movement here, it is worth nothing that it resulted from the convergence of several undercurrents : consciousness-expending drugs, the anti-Vietnam war developments, the impact of English pop groups on American music and the rise of protest songs, and finally the beatnik tradition of non-conformism. Hippie culture and its pursuit of love, peace and psychedelia was the antitheses of 1960s main street fashion. The media gave everyone with long hair the label of 'hippie', but it was always a very loose collage of attitudes and styles. The rejection of sexual taboos was conveyed by the hippie's refusal to wear. Although the bold exposure of body raised controversies because it went against the existing moral values, it has a significant implications. Psychedelics brought mind-expansion and the possibillity that modern technology (light show, synthesized electronic sounds), new fabrics or colors, and LSD could be utilized to provide an escape route from the dreariness of modern life. During the 1960s, traditional costumes, many of which had never been seen outside their native regions, became sought after and adopted in the West, initially by the young, who wanted to demonstrate their solidarity with cultures uncontaminated by mass industry. The most ardent proponents of such folk costumes were the hippies. Hippies dress was sometimes decribed as 'anti-fashion', produced by a patchwork of ragged cast-offs and flamboyant accessories, of outmoded Western dress and time-honored ethnic garments all combined, modified and permutated into variety of personal statements. 'Flower Power'became a reality. From the results of this study, we can see the expanding trend of the influence and the concept of the sew art genre 'Happening'in the formativeness as well as the fine arts field.

갯벌양식 굴의 생산성을 향상시키고자 2011년 9월부터 12월까지 어장환경이 서로 상이한 해면 가두리 중간육성장에서 성장과 폐사를 비교하고 2012년 1월 갯벌 수평망식 본양성장에 이식하여 7월까지 조간대 노출시간 별 갯벌양식 굴의 순응 결과를 조사하였다. 해면 가두리 중간육성장의 경우 각 양식장간에 수온과 영양 염류를 제외한 환경요소가 뚜렷한 차이가 없음에도 불구하고 참굴의 성장에 차이가 있었다. 해면 가두리 중간육성장의 수온은 원산도리에서 가장 높게 나타났고 염분은 세 지역 모두 안정적인 변화 양상을 보였으며 Chlorophyll-a 농도는 수온과 비례하는 경향을 보였다. 갯벌지역의 수온은 해면지역에 비해 변화 폭이 큰 것으로 나타났다. 해면 가두리 중간육성장 갯벌 양식 굴의 성장은 원산도리, 창리, 파도리 순으로 나타났으며 시간이 지남에 따라 성장이 감소하였다. 갯벌 수평망식 본양성장 갯벌양식 굴의 성장은 3시간, 1시간, 5시간 대기노출 순으로 나타났으며, 수온과 밀접한 관계가 있었다. 수온이 $5^{\circ}C$ 이하로 내려간 1월에는 성장이 크게 낮아졌으나 폐사율의 뚜렷한 경향은 보이지 않았고, 수온이 올라가는 3월부터 성장률이 증가하였으나 월평균 수온의 변동폭이 높았던 4-6월에 폐사율이 급증하였다. 한편, 해면 가두리 중간육성장에서 수용한 참굴은 각장 대비 각고가 길게 성장하는 경향을 보였으나 다시 갯벌 수평망식 본양성장에 이식 후 수용하면서 각고 대비 각장이 크게 성장하였다.

2005년 9월부터 2006년 10월까지 충남 태안군 안면읍 내파수도 지선의 수하식 양식장에서 비단가리비 치패 (평균 각고 $38.6{\pm}6.8mm$, 전중량 $7.2{\pm}4.9g$) 를 채롱의 망목과 재질에 따른 성장과 생존율을 연구하였다. 실험에 사용한 채롱의 망목은 1 cm와 2 cm, 재질은 경심망과 플라스틱의 두 종류였으며, 채롱 당 수용밀도는 동일하게 30마리로 하였다. 실험을 시작하여 13개월이 경과한 후 평균 각고는 69.7-73.9 mm였고, 전중량은 36.1-47.0 g으로 나타났다. 생존율은 93-100%로 높게 나타났으며, 비단가리비의 성장률은 채롱의 망목과 상관관계를 가지고 있었다. 채롱의 재질에 따른 성장률은 2005년 9월부터 2006년 6월까지는 경심망 채롱보다 플라스틱 채롱에서 빠르게 나타났으나, 2006년 6월부터 10월까지는 부착생물에 의한 먹이섭취 방해로 플라스틱 채롱에서 경심망 채롱보다 느리게 나타났다.

본 연구 지역에서의 연구대상자 중 AUDIT 12세 이상, CAGE 2점 이상을 기준으로 한 문제음주자의 비율이 각각 28.3%, 30.0%로 다른 전국 단위 조사결과에 비해 높았다. 본 연구에서 사용한 문제 음주의 선별도구로써의 CAGE, AUDIT는 그 점수가 높은 사람이 술을 자주 마시고, 1회 음주량도 많으며 주간 알코올 섭취량도 많은 유의한 상관관계를 나타내었고, CAGE, AUDIT를 기준으로 문제음주를 분류하였을 때 문제음주가 아닌 집단과 음주 현황 및 음주 인식도와 음주로 인한 폐해에 있어서 전반적으로 유의한 차이를 보였다. 그러므로 CAGE와 AUDIT가 농촌지역사회의 문제음주에 대한 선별과 음주관련 현황 조사도구로써 유용하다 하겠다. 본 연구는 농촌지역사회 인구를 대상으로 한 CAGE, AUDIT의 타당도 검증을 목적으로 한 연구는 아니었지만, 지금까지 한글로 번역된 문제성 음주의 선별도구들의 타당도 조사가 병원에 방문한 환자를 중심으로 이루어졌다는 점을 감안하면, 이후 연구에서 지역사회에서의 CAGE, AUDIT의 타당도 조사가 이루어질 필요가 있겠다. 음주에 대한 인식에 있어 문제음주 집단이 문제음주가 아닌 집단보다 대체로 적정 음주량이나 음주문화에 관대한 편으로 나타나 농촌지역의 문제음주자의 상당수는 문제음주를 인식하지 못하고 습관적으로 음주를 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 여가 활동에 있어서 문제 음주자와 문제음주가 아닌 집단 간에 유의한 차이는 없었으나, 농촌사회 여가활동의 대부분이 혼자 TV보거나 아니면 마을회관 등에서 이웃과 모여서 놀면서 습관적 음주가 일어나는 단순한 형태로 이루어지고 있어 적절한 여가활용을 통한 절주프로그램 개발이 필요하다고 여겨진다. 본 연구는 농촌지역의 지역사회 내 음주현황과 문제음주를 일으키는 음주행태와 음주문화, 여가 활용 등의 여러 관련요인에 대한 이해를 할 수 있게 할 것이다. 농촌지역에서 건강한 음주문화를 정착시키고 문제음주율을 낮추기 위해서는, 문제음주와 습관성 음주에 대한 올바른 인식을 확대시키고, 음주를 대체할 수 있는 건강한 여가시간 활용을 위해 지역사회 기반시설과 프로그램 마련 등의 노력을 계획해 볼 수 있을 것이다. 이렇게 함으로써 농촌 지역에서의 절주 프로그램이 실효를 거둘 것으로 생각되며 이를 통해 농촌인구의 건강증진에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

This study is aimed to analyze the economic performance of black rockfish aquaculture by standardizing cost structures by region and farming size. The result of survey on farming and sale condition in each region, stocking density, survival rate, juvenile price, and unit production was the highest at Yeosu and Tongyeong, Heuksando showed the lowest. While rearing period was the longest at Tongyeong, the shortest region was Yeosu and Wando. In farming cost structure by region, amount of feeing was the highest at Tongyeong and Yeosu, and the lowest was Heuksando. Cost of medicine was high in Wando and Taean region, Yeosu and Hecksando was low. In case of farm size, feed cost ratio was high in the order of medium(0.75ha), small(0.25ha) and large(1.25ha) size. Standard production cost at every farm size of Heuksando showed the lowest among these regions. Taean and Yeosu was middle, and Tongyeong and Wando was the highest. According to the income, profit rate and investment return of farm size in all regions, as the bigger farm size, the higher income and profit rate was revealed. However, in case of Wando, Taean, and Heuksando which regions has high investment return, medium farm size was higher than large size. The result of economic analysis according to various factors, economic feasibility of black rockfish aquaculture in marine floating cage was showed significant changes by rearing and market condition.

FcBP consisting of 13 amino acids specifically binds to Immunoglobulin G Fc domain. Initially, we utilized this peptide for preparation of antibody chip as a PEG composite for enhanced solubility. After then, the peptide conjugate was immobilized on agarose resin, resulting in highly efficient affinity column for antibody purification. The efficiency was comparable to commercial Protein A column. Recently, this peptide was conjugated with cell penetratingpeptide (CPP) on a backbone of GFP, affording antibody transducer, which carries antibody into live cells by simple mixing of antibody and the transducer in cell culture media. Antibody transduction into cells was monitored by live cell imaging. More recently, the FcBP was fused to ferritin cage, which consists of 24 ferritin protein molecules. The FcBP-ferritin cage showed greatly increased binding affinity to human IgG. Its binding was analyzed by QCM and SPR analysis. Finally, it was selectively delivered by Herceptin to SKBR3, a breast cancer cell, over MCF10A, non-tumorigenic cells.

The aim of this study was to investigate the range of influence of aquaculture activities in fish cage farms located on the southern coast of Korea (Farm A and B in Hadong, Farm C in Tongyoung, and Farm D in Geoje) by analyzing the distribution and characteristics of polychaete communities. Farm A and B showed remarkably high aquaculture intensity, and as a result, the polychaete communities near the farms were heavily polluted. However, there was a difference in the polychaete communities at a distance greater than 30 m from farm A and B, which may be due to topographical differences. The effect of the aquaculture activity of Farm C was only observed below the farm, however, the influence of aquaculture activities Farm D was maintained over a relatively long distance. According to the results of this study, the effect of the fish cage culture was mainly influenced by factors related to the production of fish, such as the stocking amount and the amount of food supply. Moreover, the distance at which the influence of aquaculture activity was observed was found to be closely related to the topographical characteristics and flow velocity around the farms.

이 연구는 한국 여성영화의 흐름을 통해, 그 특징과 미학 그리고 유사성과 차이점을 살피기 위해 구상된 연구이다. 이 연구를 시행하기 위해서 시대별 대표성을 간직한 네 편의 영화를 선택해야 했다. 일제 강점기에 제작된 영화 <미몽>, 1950년대 여성주의에 대한 논쟁을 대대적으로 촉발한 <자유부인>, 여성의 황폐해진 삶과 이율배반적 남성 시각을 결합한 1990년대 영화 <은마는 오지 않는다>, 그리고 한국 페미니즘 영화의 미래 전형을 제시한 <바람난 가족>이 그 대상 작품이다. 특히 이러한 작품들은 시대별 한국 영화의 전형성과 대표성을 담보하고 있다는 점에서 주목되는 대상작이 아닐 수 없다. 이를 바탕으로 이 작품들에 나타나는 두 개의 공통 모티프를 집중적으로 조명했다. 하나는 여성의 영어 된 처지를 상징적으로 보여주는 '새장' 모티프이고, 다른 하나는 여성들이 자신의 처지를 자각하고 현재 상황을 점검하는데 필요한 '거울' 모티프이다. 한국의 여성영화는 '새장'과 '거울'의 모티프를 일정 부분 공유하고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 이러한 모티프의 연계를 통해 궁극적으로 겨냥했던 작가적 전언을 전달하는 데에도 주력해왔다.

본 연구는 3년산 북방전복을 해상가두리에서 1년 동안 수용밀도별로 양식순기에 따라 사육하여 성장 및 생존율 조사를 통해 적정 수용밀도를 구명하고 생산성을 향상시키고자 수행하였다. 해상가두리 ($2.4{\times}1.2m$) 내 수용밀도는 셀터 단면적 (square meter, $m^2$, sq m) 당 점유율로 15, 30, 45, 60 percentage (= per)/sq m로 설정하여 2반복으로 실시하였다. 사육기간 동안 수온은 $8.2^{\circ}C-22.1^{\circ}C$, 염분은 평균 $33.5{\pm}0.6psu$, 용존산소는 평균 $7.87{\pm}0.86mg/L$이었다. 월별 각장변화에서는 2014년 5월, 7월부터 10월, 2015년 4월에 15 per/sq m, 30 per/sq m가 45 per/sq m, 60 per/sq m보다 유의적으로 높았다 (P < 0.05). 각장의 FML, AGR, DGR, SGR과 각폭의 FMB, AGR, DGR은 15 per/sq m와 30 per/sq m는 45 per/sq m, 60 per/sq m보다 유의적으로 높았고 (P < 0.05), 각폭의 SGR에서 60 per/sq m는 모든 실험구 보다 낮았다 (P < 0.05). 중량에 대한 FMW, WG, DWG, SWG에서도 같은 결과를 나타내었다 (P < 0.05). 생존율에서는 15 per/sq m, 30 per/sq m가 50%이상으로 45 per/sq m, 60 per/sq m 보다 유의적으로 높았다 (P < 0.05). 따라서, 본 실험결과 70 mm 이상의 3년산 북방전복의 해상가두리 내 적정 수용밀도는 셀터 총 단면적 기준으로 15 per/sq m ($2.4{\times}2.4m$, 1칸 당 354마리) 가 빠른 성장과 생존율을 위한 적정 수용밀도지만 경제성을 고려할 경우 30 per/sq m ($2.4{\times}2.4m$, 1칸 당 710마리) 수용해야 한다.
