The purpose of this study is to explore the issues and alternatives in the promotion of space and exhibition support projects in visual arts, and to suggest an applicable direction of the government grant program. For this study, FGI and in-depth interviews were conducted in the direct beneficiaries of the grant program, the staff of the grant program, and the group of visual arts expert. As a result, the deliberation and selection of the support project should be carried out with sufficient time in consideration of the specificity of the support project. And the project requires to divide into two kinds of the projects based on the understanding of the social role and differentiation of non-profit exhibition spaces and private art museums. For the grant application and assessments, a long-term support is necessary to bring the capability and issues in efficient allocation of the budget, flexibility of budget item, and the budget shortfalls. Furthermore, the reliability between the grant program and beneficiaries needs to form a healthy partnership, and the evaluation criteria and eNARADOEUM system should be more practical and rationally established. Through this analysis, the implications of understanding the specificity of visual arts support projects, establishment of sustainable visual arts creation policies, and budget utilization were derived. Consequently, cultural and artistic support projects were directed to place more emphasis on efficiency than control, direction considering the position of consumers than suppliers, and long-term business planning rather than short-term perspective.

Human beings were constantly developing and using tools. This implies the history of humans have been creatively maintained and developed. Humans put its utmost efforts to the development of civilization to lead better life at the same time constantly pursuit to the cultural development such as formative characteristics for the satisfaction of aesthetic needs. Gyubang crafts are regarded as extremely feminine and contained emotions of Korea while being classified as a genre of Korean culture & art. Gyubang crafts were created independent & unique formative beauty on the basis of then social, cultural, religious background, in which those sewing kits being called friends of ladies express the emotion of arts contains cultural depth of its appearance of life as well as its spiritual world of happiness, anger, sorrow and pleasure of ladies. And it was aimed to sought the possibilities to start itself in various ways under the assumption capable to be expressed detail & contemporary taste of the sewing kits that lived together with the ladies in their historic life through linking with ornaments arts with convergence and harmony of formative image. As stated, it could be an opportunity to rediscover the formative characteristics, harmony of convergence, elegance, delicacy, aesthetic beauty focused on sewing kits among Gyubang crafts filled with ladies' scant and spiritual hope and to be re-understood the excellence and the aesthetic beauty of traditional culture & arts through personal ornaments.

This study was a basic study for the establishment of basic policies for the operation of Sejong City Library. It was intended to establish and operate the functions and roles of Sejong City Library by conducting a general survey on the current status, user demand, expert opinion, and librarian opinion survey. As a result, the Sejong City Library is the representative library of Sejong Special Self-Governing City, which oversees all public and small libraries in Sejong Special Self-Governing City and carries out support and cooperation projects, and should improve the development of the local community and the quality of life of local residents by providing more convenient and equal access to provide information services and cultural programs. Second, apart from providing library services to local residents in Sejong Special Self-Governing City, the functions of the Sejong Special Self-Governing City's representative library and hub library, knowledge and information center, lifelong education center, social and cultural center, leisure culture center, leisure and convenience center, and furthermore, it should function as a policy information support center. Finally, in order to enhance the brand value of Sejong City Library, the Sejong City Library as a landmark in Sejong area, the Sejong City Library as an art and cultural hub in Sejong area, the Sejong City Library as a complex cultural space in Sejong area, and the Sejong City Library as a center for Sejong Studies were proposed.

This study derived the policy implications and market strategies by analysis the e-book companies requirements & the CPND value chain structure, in order to revitalize the e-book market in Korea. Specifically, we examined the prospect of e-book market in Korea, current situations of production and distribution, awareness of service utilization and requirements for support policy with targets of 30 companies. As a research, the most needed item for e-book companies is 'PR and marketing support to enter and open the markets'(27%), which is the highest. 'Financial support such as labor costs and business expenses', 'support for retraining personnel to develop the expertise in respective fields' are followed and they account for 22%. Currently, the most effective support item is the external support program(35%) and funding power(30%) is followed. Unlike a paper book market, e-book is turned into a platform business in terms of the value chain. Based on these research content, e-book market activation and corporate competitive strategy was derived as follows : 1)literacy reinforcement about SNS marketing and e-pub3 authoring tool. 2)statistical DB construction of retail sales channels. 3)diversification of the billing system. 4)The quality of the e-book content certification.

"Arts and Cultural Education Promotion Act" comes with institutionalization of arts and cultural education in Korea, and tends to mean facilitating occupational professionalism in historical perspectives. In particular, the nature of vocational identity of professional educators in arts and cultural education is the main focus of analysis and debate for human resource development. Accordingly, this study emphasizes the diversity of arts and cultural education practices and reveals that the vocational training of arts and cultural education experts should be based on various curriculum and programs which take an interdisciplinary approach. In this respect, excessive simplification of vocational identity of the experts may exert negative effect on the diversity and excellence of arts and cultural education. To meet the needs of the arts and cultural education, curriculum and training program for university level should be newly developed or revised through an interdisciplinary approach with the job analysis of practicing professionals.

This study tried to understand the structural relationship between public crisis communication, emotional influence, and behavioral intention in a national crisis/risk situation. Based on the results of previous studies and empirical studies, the results of crisis/threat type, crisis/threat response, sentiment (crisis/risk responsibility, strategic risk/risk reflective response), and action intention For tourists who visit tourist destinations, as well as the relationship between crisis and risk communication at the tourist destination and one of the unique emotions of Koreans (crisis threat responsibility, strategic response, and reflective response to crisis threat) The relationship between the outcome variable, behavioral intention, was identified. A theoretical study was conducted on each research concept to achieve the proposed research purpose. Based on this, a questionnaire was drawn up and empirical research was conducted in parallel. Three hypotheses were established, and meaningful results were confirmed according to the results of the hypotheses. When a risky situation occurs, the government, business, and local community will actively respond and respond to it as an opportunity to offset the risk of crisis.

The policy of the Ministry of education through the social awareness and issues are being changed. Accordingly, in response to the school building which also has to be changed. This study is Low-floor(1~2 floor) for high accessibility, important management and a lot of locomotion. This study is analysis by floor of newly established schools in Chungbuk. Facility and space on the possible low-floor situated are classified administrative zone, health zone, student support + local exchange zone, STEAM(creativity, personality) supporting zone. The administrative area includes administration office, principal's office and board rooms. The administrative zone is located against schoolyard. Because it is possible visual control of schoolyard. also it controls visitor access so it is placed near main entrance. Health zone is located near a special class, counseling center and wee class for emergency situation. and is located near schoolyard for visual control. Student support + local exchange area includes library and computer lab, audio-visual room, auditorium or gymnasium. It put more emphasis resident welfare, culture and education. So it opens for local residents. It is located center of few stories or near entrance. STEAM(creativity, personality) supports science lab, art room, family room. It is possible such a theory class, experience class and indoor and outdoor class. It is located few floors. This study is used as a reference for school building projects planing.

In this study, the factor that affect use value of domestic public library was analysed. This study try to grasp the effect of various variables such as characteristics of the respondent and library through the measurement using CVM that extract the value by the user's statement. For this purpose, effective variables identified in the value measurement study of domestic and foreign public library was grasped and characteristics of the effective variables presented in the study examined. The factor influenced WTP representing library's value are the demographic characteristics such as gender, income, age and the using pattern such as frequency of use, time to visit. As to user's satisfaction and recognition, the recognition about librarian's satisfaction, place for resident's exchange, degree of financial support, culture-art volunteers are affecting depending on the service such as information, facilities and programs. The study comprehensively analysed the impact on the value measured by all types of public library in the nation and provided the information about property of value assessed by user according to region and scale. This information is expected to help the strategic policy making to enhance the value of library in the future.

Cigarette warning pictures are one of the most effective smoking cessation policies, and this is an effective way to promote smoking cessation by conveying the risk of smoking through pictures. However, the recent advertisement of new cigarettes in retail stores has potentially increased tobacco purchase intention by weakening the effect of the warning picture. Therefore, this study examined the problems of the new cigarette advertisement method by analyzing the effect of this method on cigarette warning pictures. For this purpose, 275 men and women were surveyed nationwide, and this study compared the cognitive and emotional effects, and purchase intentions of the new cigarette advertisements with existing advertisement methods through MANCOVA. The results show that the new cigarette advertising method affects the emotions, cognitions, and purchase intentions related to the cigarette warning pictures and have adverse effects on the original purpose of the cigarette warning pictures. This implies that regulatory standards and institutional arrangements are necessary for effective new cigarette advertising.

I do not think that the role of jewel case in modern society is simply to perform the role of storing and storing contents. Depending on the circumstance and environment, it may show some special performance with its contents. In order to obtain such a result, So I came to think about a new type of case design and wanted to find the starting point in the cultural contents which is the mainstream of modern society. I have focused on 'story' of many cultural prototypes. and adopted 'Heungbujeon', a classical literature which can share case and image, and popular recognition. After the design process, I made sample. so the research on the fusion of cultural contents can be both creative and popular. I think it can be another development direction of modern craft.
