The article notes that one of the reasons for the crisis in education was the sharp discrepancy between the emerging new forms and content and the model of macro-management that has developed over the decades. The level of management of the educational system did not emerge as a specific activity characterized by its own mechanisms and processes, just as qualified carriers of this activity - professionals - managers - did not appear. At the same time, there is practically no theoretical and methodological model of the macrolevel of education management, that is, management of the educational system as an integral structure.

The article reveals the essence of cyber socialization influencing the process of education and development. The general and potential possibilities of cyber socialization in the process of using the cyberspace of the Internet environment are presented. The sudden transition to distance learning in the spring of 2020 put the pedagogical community in the face of problems related to the content, organizational and methodological basis of the educational process. During the training in distance mode, a rich experience was gained in the use of information and communication technologies. The article discusses the techniques and methods of teaching using the capabilities of information and communication and digital technologies.

The article is devoted to the study of the prerequisites and stages of the formation of information and communication competence, its place in the system of professional competence of a teacher, and the way its development occurs. Information and communication competence is presented in the paper as a systemic property of the subject's personality, and the components of this system, namely the activity, communication, reflexive, and cognitive components, are disclosed.

It is said that ceramic arts which reflects the sprit of the age and culture is one of the representative cultural assets in Korea. Ceramic arts has the longest tradition and it has been used in our everyday life from a historical perspective. Unfortunately, most textbooks we use nowadays just show some art works for appreciation. It is impossible to teach unique techniques of ceramic arts with those textbooks. Traditional culture is not considered as a main part of educational contents but surrounding elements. Therefore it is hard for students to learn about our traditional culture deeply and it is also difficult to know the importance of the ceramic arts in secondary schools. Through the education of ceramic arts students can understand our traditional culture and they can also experience the formative arts by using plane and dimensional techniques. Teachers have to focus on historical background, types, functions, and sense of beauty of ceramic arts when they teach students in school. Students can use the knowledge in their daily lives. The education of ceramic arts encourage students to create new culture for ceramic arts.

Today, modern society pursues the paradigm of creative city and regeneration. Cultural regeneration of revitalizing locality by utilizing culture catches attention, is a major approach. Public arts is considered as a catalyst of cultural regeneration, and it inspires vitality to declined districts. Gamcheon Culture Village, Busan has accelerated propagation of revitalization only in recent couple of years, and it has been developing with residents' participation continuously. The purpose of this research is to analyse the revitalizing effects of public arts introduction to Gamcheon Culture Village regeneration. In specific, social, cultural, economical, physical and environmental revitalization effects of the village were defined. The research method is questionnaire survey and 320 reponses from residents and visitors were collected. Data were statistically analyzed with SPSS18.0. The effects of public arts introduction to Gamcheon Culture Village regeneration are positive overall. However, according to the districts of the village, having diversity of art projects in both quantity and quality, the perceptions were different. Regeneration with utilizing public arts for revitalizing declined district, the Gamcheon case shed light on the future. The research indicated the value of public arts and some strategies of allocating art projects.

This study has interest in the cultural environment in the local areas. Despite continuous efforts to establish a new law for the culture and arts in the local areas, they failed because of its non-systematic approach to legal system of culture and arts areas. In order to establish a new law of culture and arts development in the local areas, it explores the existing efforts and foreign cases for the legislation, and analyses the legal system in culture and arts. As a conclusion, it suggests recommendations; Firstly, culture and arts should be separated regarding the legislation for cultural development in the local areas. Secondly, the articles which share same or similar meaning in the existing laws should be rectified. Finally, the roles of central government and local government should be identifies regarding public supports for culture and arts in the local areas.

This article highlights the importance of design in the formation of worldview paradigms in global culture. The research aims to investigate the design development as a part of the culture and its significance in the social development of society and worldview standards. The article uses general scientific methods of cognition, showing the transformation of design in the social and cultural sphere based on scientific and business literature. The research results show the chronology of design development as a factor determining the development of society and its worldview. In particular, the epoch of modernism, classical functionalism, postmodernism, post-industrialism, and digital design show their own particularities of design development. Furthermore, the article reveals the peculiarities of design development and its requirements depending on the development of society, progress, and civilization in general. The question of current and future trends in the development of design as a factor of worldview paradigms in the culture is based on digitalization, globalization, and the formation of design as an independent entity that determines man's place in the world and society.

This article proposes to consider the experience of using information and communication technologies in educational processes and social practices of Ukrainian universities. The history of the introduction of information and communication technologies in the development of the higher education system is considered, the system of organizing the information space of universities is investigated. The distinctive features of the structure of a single information space, as well as distance e-learning technologies are highlighted. Empirical material obtained in the course of sociological research is used to discuss specific examples of the use of ICT in universities.

In order to explore the characteristics that are more suitable for the physical and mental development of young people, enrich the existing martial arts teaching material system. Through the literature method, experimental method, questionnaire method and other research methods, the teaching comparison experiment of martial arts textbooks in primary and secondary schools was carried out, and the attitudes of martial arts courses at different ages in primary and secondary schools were analyzed. For different types of martial arts teaching materials, primary school students are more fond of them than junior high school students, and students of different ages also have different degrees of love for the four types of martial arts teaching materials, pointing out that it is necessary to carry out the reform of martial arts teaching materials as soon as possible, improve the difficulty, teach martial arts skills and knowledge in the combination of attack and defense, and reduce the trend of gymnastics; adjust and improve the periodicity, pertinence and diversity of martial arts teaching materials; mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivate students' interest in martial arts, and promote the inheritance of martial arts In the process of martial arts teaching, students' sense of identification with traditional Chinese culture is enhanced, and cultural self-confidence is enhanced.

The article identifies the features of the digital culture of modern society in the dynamics of its impact on the education sector, identifies the main directions of digitalization education, an objective analysis is presented, the possibilities of examination as a scientific assessment are determined "Digital reforms" of education, the role of traditional values of educational culture in expertise and improvement digital innovations in the education system, identified the main contradictions in the development of digital culture, to determine the directions of its improvement. The article describes the three main components of information technology as a complex of hardware, software and a system of organizational and methodological support; the description of analog and digital information technologies is presented. The authors list the most common multifunctional office applications and IT tools; the advantages of using IT in the educational process are highlighted.
