This research aims to find the legal classification of non-profit corporation, to check the pattern of non-profit corporation, to examine thoroughly the present condition of non-profit corporation, and to make a good solution of the problems of non-profit corporation. The findings of this study about the present condition of non-profit corporation are as follows. First, there is an unclear understanding of non-profit corporation and an public fund, Second, a board of directors and a founder control an aim of non-profit corporation freely, Third, there is an unclear management of activity and accounts of non-profit corporation, forth, there is an vague mission of foundation, fifth, some of non-profit corporation supported social welfare project for marketing strategy. and the last non-profit corporation made an competition unnecessarily. On the basis of study result, the researcher make some suggestion for an revitalizing of non-profit corporation. First, it is very important of making a clear mission to manage the non-profit corporation. Second, there is an autonomy and neutrality of non-profit corporation. Third, we make an irrational law better, forth, we make a settled the donation culture. and the last it is necessary of make an foundation for international society.

This study examines the work-life balance designing of new employees using qualitative research. Eight new employees at foreign IT companies in Korea were interviewed in two groups composed of two male workers and two female workers. The research determined two main themes and seven sub-themes related to the participants work-life balance using theme analysis. The first main theme was 'working conditions' which had sub-themes, 'performance-based system in foreign IT companies', 'flexible working conditions', 'family-friendly company culture', and 'positive evaluation of the company'. The second main theme was 'work-life balance' which included the sub-themes, 'changing priority during transitional periods of life', 'work-family balance designing as a family unit', and 'difficulties balancing between work and family'. The results revealed that workers prospected that flexible working condition might solve the demands of the child-rearing period and that work-family balance was determined as a family unit. Additionally, there were gender differences in the relationships between working conditions and work-life balance.

The present study examined the capacity of Korean adolescents' self-esteem to buffer against the negative impact of academic stress on self-control. Based on the prevention science perspective, the conceptual framework for this study was developed from the strength model of self-control. Data for the present study were taken from the fourth wave of Korean Youth Panel Study. A sample of 2,169 students in the eleventh grade was analyzed to identify relationships between the study variables. As expected, self-esteem moderated the association between academic stress and self-control. Implications for the study findings are discussed.

Objective: This study aims to conduct a comprehensive review of monitoring systems to monitor and manage physical function of community-dwelling elderly living alone and suggest future directions of unobtrusive monitoring. Design: Literature review Methods: The importance of health-related monitoring has been emphasized due to the aging population and novel corona virus (COVID-19) outbreak.As the population gets old and because of changes in culture, the number of single-person households among the elderly is expected to continue to increase. Elders are staying home longer and their physical function may decline rapidly,which can be a disturbing factorto successful aging.Therefore, systematic elderly management must be considered. Results: Frequently used technologies to monitor elders at home included red, green, blue (RGB) camera, accelerometer, passive infrared (PIR) sensor, wearable devices, and depth camera. Of them all, considering privacy concerns and easy-to-use features for elders, depth camera possibly can be a technology to be adapted at homes to unobtrusively monitor physical function of elderly living alone.The depth camera has been used to evaluate physical functions during rehabilitation and proven its efficiency. Conclusions: Therefore, physical monitoring system that is unobtrusive should be studied and developed in the future to monitor physical function of community-dwelling elderly living alone for the aging population.

Purpose - Investigating the connection between 'Oriental philosophy' and financial success is an adventure into the world of old knowledge and its applicability to the modern era. Thus, the current study aims to find ways to approach economic growth in a more inclusive, sustainable, and comprehensive way if we can sort out the complex webs that bind these two fields. Research design, data, and methodology - The main component of the current study is a thorough literature investigation in the current major database that gathers information from fifteen significant research articles. Numerous disciplines, including political science, economics, philosophy, and cultural studies, are represented among the selected papers. Result: The finding section provides a comprehensive knowledge of how concepts of oriental philosophy intersect with and have the capacity to revolutionize economic systems by delving into the subtle insights gleaned from the literature survey, case studies, and comparative analyses. Conclusion - The study concludes that oriental philosophies' emphasis on social harmony and community welfare points to the necessity of policies beyond only looking at financial data. Practitioners can use the study's conclusions to guide the creation of inclusive policies that put the welfare of all people first, deal with social injustices, and advance environmental sustainability.

This study aims to theoretically examine the validity of argument that market-opening will improve the audience welfare of media and cultural contents. To accomplish its purpose, first of all, this study classifies the spectrum of approaches on cultural market-opening in Korea. Then, it examines, by the concept of public goods, whether market-opening can bring on economic gains for audience as consumer. Finally, this study inspects the profit and loss for audience as citizen which will be brought on by market-opening on the grounds of democratic value. As a result of this study, the improvement of economic efficiency and competence, the expansion of consumer‘s choices, the preservation of cultural value that the positive approach on market-opening is promising cannot be justified theoretically and logically. Therefore, at least in theoretically, the conclusion that market-opening cannot improve the audience welfare is deduced. However, the objection of market-opening cannot be related to the distorted protectionism of nation culture. On the contrary, this study suggests the condition of market-opening debate must be a opportunity to reconsider and reform of cultural diversity in Korea.

Counseling records can be used as a tool to identify the function of a counselor and to identify the client's status and will be able to expand functions as research data of academic and social culture. This study aims to investigate current status of management of records and archives on counselling youth and proposes a improved method to manage records and archives in Korea Youth Counseling & Welfare Institute. For this purpose, we performed interviews with the persons who have a role in managing records and archives. Based on the results, we proposed a method to improve problems. Especially, the proposals are considered in two sides administrative and systematic viewpoint.

This study analyzed the issue and limit of artists's Welfare Law. The issue is about artists' labor, their status, and the process for buying social insurance. In this study, we used the literature method the existing data collection clean up, analysis, and evaluating. The solution plan for the vitalization of the guarantee of social insurance for stage actors is as follows. First, based on social insurance law, is to grant an exceptional status to stage artists. Second, the process for buying social insurance has to be changed to posterior judgement by Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism after buying social insurance through Ministry of Employment and Labor. And when a theater company as a leaseholder rent a theater, it should be mandatory for it to get existing industrial accident compensation law. As a new numerical formula, there are an unemployment insurance numerical formula considering distinct characteristics of artists' labor and a formula of calculating insurance fee for industrial accident compensation. Last, there needs to be an introduction of exceptional method allowing a preparatory period for the production of a play and stage actors' side job.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the asset-building program for low-income individuals and to present the theoretical and practical guidelines about asset-building of them. To achieve this purpose, researcher conducted a qualitative evaluation study for 'Seoul Hope Plus Savings Accounts Program' Seoul Welfare Foundation have implemented. Data were collected from in-depth interview with 30 participants of 98 program members, and analysed inductively applying systems theory. As results, subjective experiences of participants were divided into input, process, output, and outcome, and themes such as 'the meaning of asset(money)', 'the culture participants are sharing', 'attitude about public assistance' were categorized. Based on these results, researcher presented guidelines for developing asset-building program.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the integrated support program for children with ADHD tendencies and their social support system. The program, including individual art therapy, group life skills programs, culture experiences, individual counseling programs and regular network meetings between parents and teachers were carried out to children with ADHD tendencies in order to build environmental support systems. As results, the psychological and emotional behaviors of children with ADHD tendencies have changed. This study, also, was able to verify the possibility of positive changes for the children with ADHD. Based on these results, the practical guidelines for building the support systems of children with ADHD tendencies were suggested.
