Ginseng seedling produced in 16 farmers' field at the semi-Yangjik seedbed were planted and cultivated in a field with same cultural practices. Missing plant was increased with increased year of ginseng age, especially severe at 5-year-old ginseng. Rate of missing plant was different among the origins of the seedling, even with the same weights. Negative correlation was noted between the missing rate of 3-year-old ginseng plants and NH4-N content of the seedling, but positive correlation between the missing rate and K2O and Ca contents of the seedling. Root yield of 6-year-old ginseng was also affected by the origins of ginseng seedlings. Root yield was high in ginseng plant from 0.6∼0.9 g see dings compared to those from over 0.9 g seedlings.

  • For human beings, language is the most important means of communication. Bloom and Lahey see successful language development as an interaction between form, content, and use. Language knowledge is a social phenomenon produced in a socio-cultural environment through interaction. Teachers have traditionally concentrated on the structure of their student's writing rather than on the message. If writing is to be seen as an interactive social process between humans, it is the content which is responded to. Language acquisition could be a major problem for hearing-impaired children and their acquisition of written language is characteristically problematic. This study is to search the use of microcomputers in written conversational methods, which enable the hearing-impaired student to hear their conversations in a visual form and which usefully extend their written language learning opportunities.

  • The $360^{\circ}$ Virtual Reality (VR) live-action movies are filmed by attaching multiple cameras to a rig to shoot the images omni-directionally. Especially, for a live-action film that requires a variety of scenes, the director of photography and his staff usually have to operate the rigged cameras directly all around the scene and edit the footage during the post-production stage so that the entire process can incur much time and high cost. However, it will also be possible to acquire high-quality omni-directional images with fewer staff if the camera rig(s) can be controlled remotely to allow more flexible camera walking. Thus, a $360^{\circ}$ VR filming system with remote-controlled camera rig has been proposed in this study. The movie producers will be able to produce the movies that provide greater immersion with this system.
