Augmented reality makes people feel realistic and reduces the damage to cultural properties that can come into contact with the actual cultural heritage. Augmented reality has the advantage that it can show the past appearance of the historical building or relics, the environment, or related information in addition to the current real environment. Despite these values ​and advantages, As a result of researches and analyzes of the Augmented Reality contents of the National Museum, 'palace in my hand', and the Miruksa project In the field of domestic cultural heritage warriors, augmented reality technology has shown a very negative attitude such as simply showing cultural heritage content or using it as a guide. However, various conditions such as display and sensor hardware and technology needed to realize augmented reality more effectively are improving day by day. And If you have various facilities such as the idea of ​adding storytelling to the exhibits and WiFi building, In the near future, it will be equipped with a display system of cultural heritage contents that combines augmented reality with a more complete one.

As the pluralistic value in which various cultures and trends exist develops the world at large, development of interior design is required to examine consumers by group. This requirement purports to set up a strategic model of operating interior design organizations under cross-cultural (past and present) enviroment, not to express new researches of interior design following the direction of the developed media service. Based on the educational and complex cultural approach to design matters - the key issue in solving the cross-cultural design matters, this paper has suggested the structure of semi-centralized design process and the system for finding out consumers' trends under the new media-based cultural design environment. This study presents some expected effects. First, it will be able to enhance the consumer-oriented design mind by providing the information on the interior design system and design trend. Through analyzing the lifestyle in the 21st century and providing the relevant information, it will lead irrlprovement in living environment. And further, by using the program of searching consumers' new preference, the system of grasping consumers' propensity and making decisions will be materialized. Secondly, based on the background database of forecasted consumers' trends, marketing strategies can be established. Thirdly, through the better technology of designing living environment, efficiency will be increased and the economic foundations through use of new database will be constructed. Fourth, systematic interior design can be developed. Strategic correspondence to consumers' desires and reinforcement of competitiveness will become possible with development of database. By encouraging consumers' participation under digital environment, their trends can be forecasted, and by efficiently using information and new technology, resources can be saved and further, additional costs for promotion and sales will be reduced.

Pear scab and rust are the major diseases causing severe epidemics in organic cultivation of pear trees. Incidences of pear scab and rust were compared in organically managed plots and conventionally managed plots to obtain optimum application schedule of environment-friendly control agents in organically managed plots. Organically cultural practice with 10 time-applications of lime sulfur and Bordeaux mixture showed higher than 40% of control efficacies of pear scab and rust compared to conventionally cultural practice. Organically cultural practice with 8 time-applications of lime sulfur considering weather condition showed higher than 30% of control efficacies of pear scab compared to conventionally cultural practice. The results suggest that proper application of environment-friendly control agents such as lime sulfur considering weather condition will enable effective control of the major diseases for organic cultivation of pear.

As the elderly and the disabled populations increase, the importance of the universal design is more highlighted to form equal and secured environment. Particularly, as the desire for the cultural experience has grown, investment and construction of the cultural space are actively carried forward at the state level, but there are a lot of restrictive elements for the disadvantaged to have the cultural experience in the public facilities. To analyze these elements, investigation into the present conditions and analysis of use evaluation were conducted over the construction environment of museums, the public cultural space, in terms of the visually handicapped and non-handicapped people. Through the literature review, this study understood the concept and principle of the universal design, analyzed and reclassified the existing evaluation elements. As a result of evaluating museums in the country based on the analyzed evaluation elements, the information, environment and supplement points in service were investigated for the visually handicapped to tour museums and remedies were drawn. This study tries to consider these disadvantaged and to suggest evaluation elements and remedies for environment construction, so that everyone can do pleasant activities.

Media audiences are defined in a complex relationship with a comprehensive media environment, and are structured and reconstructed according to changes in the media environment. Today, with the changes in the media environment represented by convergence and transmedia, discussions on audiences are actively developing, and debates between positive and negative views on the cultural and political characteristics continue. This paper aims to systematically examine the complexity and ambivalence of new audiences beyond the binomial confrontational debate, and to understand the conditions and mechanisms under which the progressive possibility can be actualized. First, it looks at the changes in today's media environment and contents, and examines the changing patterns of audiences in connection with them based on related research. In addition, it examines the debate on the cultural and political characteristics of new audiences, and explores ways to construct /reconstruct alternative audiences based on Jacques Ranciere's discussion. In conclusion, the characteristics and contents of the utopian and dystopian moments of the transmedia audience were examined, and the necessary works for realizing the former were identified.

The Cultural Properties Protection Law Act 1962 has been achieving its role for systematic preservation, management and application of the cultural heritage under rapid economic growth circumstances through continuing revisions. Introduced the influence review system for cultural heritages in 2000, and legislated the guideline for the state-change allowance standard for the National Cultural Heritage in 2006 in specific, the law has been contributing significantly for the cultural properties and historical/cultural environment preservation, along with increase in administrative efficiency and improvement on settlement environment. However, increase in public awareness about the cultural property's value and the needs for the local revitalization by utilizing the heritages, while some allowance standard not peoperly delivering the surrounding conditions, such as the value of the properties and their substantial characteristics, land utilization, etc. being applied, complaints from the local residents are increasing continuously. Thus this research focuses on clear vision/value of the heritage and apply them to create the review criteria for the state-change allowance per heritages. Here we set the Focus of Landscape Management Indicators in order to actively preserve and manage the physical characteristics and the native value by analyzing the Cultural Heritage Protection Laws and related guidelines, manuals and research papers, and redesign the cultural propertiy's classification scheme and propose the Review Standard for state-change from the view point of changing the current state. With this research, we expect increase in the satisfaction for the Property management system with public understanding promotion regarding the Standards by applying the reviewed state-change allowance Standards, white securing the consistency for the review criteria as well as the systematic management of historical/cultural environment with their typification characteristics and the value for short-term.

The trend toward more welfare living because of more leisure time has influenced the popularity of the community facilities in apartment housing. According to the residents' increasing interests for well-being life the changes and developments of the community facilities have been required in these days. The purpose of this research is to study these required changes and developments by analyzing the resident's using behavior of community facilities in apartment housing focusing on the educational and cultural facilities. For this purpose, this research intends to examine the existing conditions and problems of educational and cultural community facilities in apartment housing and to analyze the residents' using patterns such as frequency, preference and satisfaction and to comprehend the additional needs and requirements of the residents. The conclusions and suggestions of this research can be a basic data for the architects to design a resident-oriented educational and cultural community facilities.

Beijing Chuan Di Xia can be traced back to Ming and Qing Dynasties. It is located beside the old post way in the west of Beijing. At present, there are more than seventy units of traditional courtyard houses of Ming and Qing Dynasties and the antique features of the surroundings still survive. The dwelling suited to the historical and regional context and the profound cultural values accumulations etc., have precious historic and cultural values. Associated with the investigation of Chuan Di Xia, the paper explores the site selection, the layout, the spatial constructiveness and the underlying consciousness of Chinese traditional dwellings, unveils the common philosophic basis of traditional dwellings and offers new though for sustainable human settlements.

The notion of contradiction from Cultural-Historical Activity Theory (CHAT) perspectives is known as an "engine" for the development of human practices because participants attempt to adjust their practices to resolve contractions. This study examines two middle school teachers' classroom practices from CHAT, focusing on the role of contradictions that emerged between their existing teaching practices and constructivist activities in the development of a student-centered technology-integrated learning environment. Findings indicated that teachers' awareness and resolution of contradictions played a large role in the development of a technology-supported student-centered learning environment, a culturally more advanced activity system: students displayed greater responsibilities for their learning and were guided to make effective decisions for their learning activity.

We have known that ethno-mathematics is a field of a study that emphasizes the socio-cultural environment in which a person "does" mathematics as stated by D'Ambrosio(Ethno mathematics and its Place in the History and Pedagogy of Mathematics, 1985). Measurement is an important mathematical topic, which leads students to relate math to the eal-world applications, particularly with socio-cultural aspects. The purpose of this article is to review the history of the measurement system in Korea briefly and to adapt the measurement system into real-world problems so that children acquire measurement knowledge in the most natural way.
