Tolerance education must be based on the fact that tolerance like democracy cannot be achieved once and for all. Students must learn to constantly watch political and cultural processes for negative developments. Tolerance for others' values and behaviour can be learnt by studying previous historiographical views. The basic attitude to be learnt is repect for other cultures - within one's own culture as well as foreign cultures.

The purpose of this paper was to analyze multicultural elements and propose measures to strengthen them in the 2009and the 2015 school curriculum. Based on Kim Cheong-ha (2015), the multi-cultural guidance elements and Bennett (2003:32-35) the target system and Choi Moo-sung and Kim Soon-ja (2009) were reconstructed and analyzed. Multicultural elements shown in the 2015 revised curriculum were analyzed for cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, community awareness, and self-identity. The analysis targets analyzed multicultural elements of 'seeking human beings', 'core competences' and 'school organization and operation' during the elementary education curriculum in 2009. As a result of analyzing the multicultural elements of the former primary education process, 'cultural diversity' is 1,Recognition and tolerance'0, community spirit'3, and 'self-reliant'2 total6. In the new elementary school curriculum, 18 were analyzed as 'cultural diversity'1, 'Recognition and tolerance'1, 'community spirit'8, and 'self-identity'8. The first analysis of multi-cultural factors appearing in the new elementary school curriculum should include the addition of multicultural elements 'cultural diversity' and 'cultural diversity area' and 'education and tolerance' to the following: Second, to grow into a balanced multicultural society member, it proposes an enhanced multicultural curriculum in four areas: cultural diversity, recognition and tolerance, ccommunity spirit, and self-identity.

Based on various employment and technology data in the cultural sector from the mid-1990s to the mid-2000s in Seoul, Korea, this research examines whether technology- and human resource-oriented programs exert significant impact on creative manpower, R&D technology level and tolerance. After briefly introducing Seoul's trends in the culture industry, it tries to explain major reinforcing and balancing loops. The stock-flow diagram of the culture industry in Seoul is applied to estimate relative effectiveness of technology- and human resource-oriented cultural programs cultural programs. Judging from a series of simulated experiments, technology-oriented cultural programs are essential to increase creative manpower and R&D technology level in the short term. For the first half of research period, this research finds that human resource-oriented cultural programs put forth minimal impact, if they even exist at all. The trends, however, are reversed in the long term: Both size of creative manpower and R&D technology level absolutely depend on human resource-oriented cultural programs in the second half.

Smart Dining Table is an ongoing project in our Interaction Design Lab. It is a table top display designed to facilitate dining process. Smart Dining Table uses touchable interface to interact with users, providing a new, interesting and efficient experience in dining process. In GuangZhou, the south city of China, Yam Cha is a traditional and local way of entertainment in which normally elders gather together with friends or relatives to have tea and snack, and most importantly, to chat. Yam Cha has a long history in China, and Guangzhou has developed its own unique "Yam Cha" culture. In this paper, we discuss about previous research we did on Yam Cha in GuangZhou, and the approach we propose to manage and analyze issues related to dining table to help designing specific version of Smart Dining Table which can fit right into the Yam Cha process and cultural environment.

본 연구의 목적은 외국인 혼승선박에서의 우리나라 선원과 외국인선원의 문화적 동질성과 승선근무 내성의 차이가 조직 커미트먼트에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 검토하는데 있다. 해운산업에 있어서 외국인 선원 고용제한이 완화되어 외국인 선원이 혼승함에 따라 많은 문제점이 발생하고 있음에도 불구하고, 외국인 선윈 혼승선박에서의 문화적, 환경적 영향요인과 구성원의 태도와 행동에 관한 구체적인 연구가 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문은 외국인 선원 혼승선박에 승선하고 있는 우리나라 선원과 외국인 선원들을 대상으로 이문화 관리와 승선근무내성 및 조직커미트먼트의 관계를 실증적으로 검증하였다. 검증결과, 우리나리 선원과 외국인 선원간의 문화적 동질성과 승선근무내성에 차이가 있으며, 문화적 동질성과 승선근무 내성이 높은 집단의 조직커미트먼트가 일부 변수간의 관계를 제외하고 모두 높은 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 외국인 선원 배치 및 교육훈련 그리고 혼승선박 조직관리에 있어서 중요한 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 사료된다.

The purpose of this study is to examine how France became a representative country for far-right European populism, despite its tradition of tolerance. To achieve this goal, we examine, first, how the concept of tolerance developed in France after the 16th century. Through this process, we find that within the political system, the tolerance of the liberal tradition met with universalism, a republican value, and developed into an 'institutional tolerance' that allowed 'differences' from an authoritarian perspective rather than on an equal level. This 'assimilation' policy, reflecting a 'patriarchal' and 'oppressive' institutional tolerance, formed the keynote of the immigration policy of the 20th century, which continued until the 1980s, and shows that the French government did not take practical steps for the social integration of immigrant groups under the republican universal value that does not allow 'differences.' The government came up with an 'integration' immigration policy that embraces cultural 'differences' only after encountering problems with immigrant groups. However, this was not enough to calm the antipathy towards immigrants in French society and the discontent of immigrants in French society. Also, universalism, a republican value with deep roots in France, prevented the French immigration policy from escaping its assimilationist nature even in the 21st century. In the midst of this, far-right parties have gained power by promoting xenophobic sentiments centered on immigration problems. Finally, this study also looks at how far-right populism is currently changing the French political environment.

본고는 "삼국유사" "처용랑망해사"조를 보다 정치하게 읽고 그 의미를 새롭게 해석한 논문이다. 울산광역시 처용문화제추진위원회에서는 "처용랑망해사"조를 근거로 그동안 49회의 '처용문화제'를 개최해 왔지만, 처용의 정체성에 대한 각종 시비로 인하여, '처용문화제'는 자주 흔들려 왔다. 필자는 이런 한계를 극복하기 위한 방안을 새롭게 제시하기 위하여 "처용랑망해사"조를 새롭게 해석하였다. "처용랑망해사"조에 나오는 포석정의 남산신, 금강령의 북악신, 동례전지신(地神)의 춤이 망국에 대한 경고였던 것처럼 <처용가>와 처용이 '춤추고 물러나는[창가작무이퇴(唱歌作舞而退)]' 행위는 '체념과 관용'이 아니라 분명한 '위협과 경고'였다. 망해사(望海寺)의 '망(望)'은 '보다'는 뜻이 아닌 '보름'으로 해석되어야 한다. 따라서 망해사는 '어둠에 막히고 미실(迷失)되었던 도로[운무명일(雲霧冥?) 미실도로(迷失道路)]가 밝고 청정하게 된 것과 같은 보름 바다의 절이라는 뜻이다. 신방사(新房寺)의 의미는 울산 개운포 지역이 헌강왕의 순수(巡狩)와 망해사 창건으로 '새롭게 정화된 지역'의 절이 되었다는 뜻이다. "처용랑망해사"조의 주된 키워드는 '벽사진경(僻邪進慶)'이다. 삿됨을 물리치고 경사로 나가는 것이 벽사진경인데, 개인굿이나 나라굿인 나례(儺禮)의 목적도 벽사진경에 있다. 밝은 달이 뜨는 바다, 새로운 기운으로 재창조된 신방(新房)이 곧 벽사진경의 세상인 것처럼, 사방신(四方神)의 헌무는 벽사진경이 된 새로운 신라에 대한 간절한 바램이었다. 처용은 예지력을 가진 신격으로서 역신을 구축(驅逐)하는 탁월한 권능을 가진 주사(呪師)였다. 49회나 개최되었던 처용문화제는 해매다 정체성 문제로 곤욕을 치르고 있다. 처용문화제에서 채택한 <처용가>와 처용의 정체성은 '화합과 관용'이 아니라, '예지(叡智)와 권능(權能)'이다. 따라서 '처용문화제'의 슬로건인 '화합과 관용'은 재검토되어야 한다. 역신(疫神)과 처용부인의 간통을 당연시하고, 처용의 정체성을 '화합과 관용'으로 해석하는 것은 무리이다. 따라서 처용문화제의 정체성과 구체적인 슬로건에 '예지와 권능'과 '벽사진경'의 의미가 도입되어야 하며, 앞으로 처용문화제추진위원회는 '울산광역시와 울산시민들이 늘 삿된 기운을 물리치고 두루 경사를 맞이 하자는 벽사진경의 개념을 처용문화제 프로그램에 적극 수용해야 할 것이다.

We have selected an valuable pmbiotic strain; Lactobacillus sakei BK19 which has wide antagonic spectrum against fish pathogens . Present study investigated cultural characterization of L. sakei BK19 including pH tolerance , susceptibility of antibacterial agents and growth pattern with different environment such as nutritions, temperature and salinity. L. sakei BK19 showed Significantly higher resistance at low pH(around pH 4) environment and relative high antibiotic tolerance . In the study of optimal culture condition, maltose and saccharose provided the optimal nutritional culture condition while lactose and mannitol were unable to supply its carbon source for the fermentation of L. sakei BK19. Moreover. L. sakei BK19 showed good growth at the temperature range of 15 to $45^{o}C$ und the NaCl concentration of 0 to 7%. Hence, this particular probiotic strain may be benificial both in seawater and fresh weter conditions.

본 연구는 지역 다문화 자원을 활용한 체험활동과 CCAP를 활용한 세계지리 수업이 학생들의 다문화 이해에 미치는 효과를 검증한 것이다. 지역 다문화 자원을 활용한 체험활동은 주로 수업이 없는 주말을 이용하여 이주민 커뮤니티 탐방, 다문화 센터 봉사활동, 유네스코 협동학교 프로그램 참여, 다문화 관련 라디오 프로그램 제작 및 진행등을 통해 이루어 졌다. 그리고 CCAP를 활용한 수업은 세계지리 동남 및 남부아시아 단원을 파키스탄, 필리핀, 미얀마, 캄보디아 등의 국가 중심으로 재구성한 후 이곳 출신의 외국인을 강사로 초빙하여 오리엔테이션을 포함하여 5차시에 걸쳐 이루어졌다. 지역 다문화 자원을 활용한 체험활동과 CCAP를 활용한 세계지리 수업 전후로 실시한 조사 결과에 의하면, 학생들은 교실 안팎에서 외국인과 직접적인 접촉을 통해 이들에 대한 거부감이 친밀감으로 전환되었으며 맥락화된 지역 지식을 통해 다문화를 진정으로 이해하고 존중할 수 있었던 것으로 나타났다. 결국 다문화 활동과 CCAP를 활용한 세계지리 수업은 학생들로 하여금 제3세계 국가에 대해 가지고 있던 고정관념 및 편견에서 벗어나 다른 문화를 이해하고 존중할 수 있는 글로벌 시민성의 함양에 기여한 것으로 판단된다. 이와 같이 세계지리를 통한 수업이 학생들로 하여금 교실 안팎의 다양한 다문화 현상을 직접적으로 체험할 수 있는 기회를 지속적으로 제공한다 면, 탈맥락적 지역 지식을 전수하는 교과목이라는 부정적 이미지에서 벗어나 세계화와 다문화 시대에 절실하게 요구되는 맥락적 지식과 배려와 관용에 기초한 글로벌 시민성을 함양시키는데 매우 적합한 교과목으로 인식될 수 있을 것이다.

This study analysis effects of creativity character on the nation's urban areas and the competitiveness of the urban. The result is that talent of urban creativity effects on the competitiveness of the urban. However, technique and tolerance had not great effect on the competitiveness between cities. After departmentalizing the arrangement of urban creativity, Advanced services constantly appear to affect the competitiveness. Researchers of talent in 2000 and 2005, a culture artistes of tolerance in 2005 and 2009, appeared to affect the competitiveness of urban. In other words, this is changing that the indicators which is impacted on the competitiveness of the urban and each indicator's power with time. According to the result, the study suggests solutions. First, policy direction has to be setting by appropriate the character creativity in urban. Second, there needs the policy which is more focused on talent and tolerance for improving the creativity of urban. For the specific, there needs suggestion about cultural artist and researchers. Finally, considering about changing the urban creativity with time, policy direction has too be setting by reflecting this change.
