본 연구는 도시 포용성의 함의를 영역성과 함께 관계성을 더해 확장하여, 사회적 포용성과 유기적으로 연계되는 '문화적 포용성'의 개념화 모델을 제시한다. 문화적 포용성은 관계의 필요와 공간의 연결, 행위를 통한 실행의 과정을 바탕으로 유기적·학습 관계의 형성 및 공적 공간을 중심으로 한 개방성의 창출, 다양한 주체의 실천으로 연계될 수 있다. 구체적으로는 문화적 포용성의 개념을 '홍대앞' 사례에 적용한다. 최근 홍대앞은 개별 주체 및 그룹·집단들(예술가, 주민, 관, 학생, 문화 활동가, 시민, 관광객 등)의 다양성을 보호할 수 있는 환경 조성, '홍대앞 놀이터', '걷고싶은 거리', '경의선 책거리' 등의 공적 공간 형성, 소셜 네트워크 서비스 및 수평적인 관계망, 접속 등의 요소가 공존의 가치로 나타나고 있다.

This study aims at determining psychological elements that influence team coordination between a captain and a first officer in a commercial airline cockpit. It also examines how these elements interact between one another in different team membership settings. It was hypothesized that mutual inclusiveness of differential status among pilots enhances psychological safety and engagement in safety improvement efforts. Survey results based on 254 airline pilots suggest that status (captain, first officer) and mutual inclusiveness (openness between team members) influence psychological safety and mutual inclusiveness moderates the relationship between status and psychological safety. The results also suggest that psychological safety is positively associated with engagement in safety improvement efforts and partially mediates the relationship between mutual inclusiveness and improvement efforts. This study provides insights into antecedents of fostering safety improvement efforts in airline crew teams in which cultural differences and professional hierarchy exist.

한국 영화산업에서 '다양성 영화'는 '저예산영화', '독립·예술영화' 등과 혼용되어 사용됐다. 영화의 개념이 온오프라인의 멀티플랫폼 시대로 전환되며 영화산업에서도 미디어 다양성에 대한 논의가 중요해졌다. 이와 함께 영화산업에서 소수자에 대한 포용성과 다양성을 확대하려는 움직임 역시 뚜렷하다. 최근 세계 영화산업은 활발해진 여성서사와 여성 핵심창작인력에 대한 성인지 관점의 연구와 정책을 기반으로 포용성 영화정책을 수용하며 발전해 가는 중이다. 본 연구는 영화산업을 둘러싼 여러 가지 차원의 다양성에 대한 선행연구와 논의를 바탕으로 한국 영화산업에서 다양성 개념을 재정립하고 소수자에 대한 포용성과 다양성을 확대하기 위한 정책방향을 제언한다.

Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) was first published in 1876. Since its first edition it has been revised, on an average, 6 years, and now it has become the widely used library classification system of which the scheme was translated in various languages. The purpose of this study is to find out the chief causes for the development of the DDC. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: 1. It allows materials to be shelved in a relative location as the collection expands. before the DDC was introduced, libraries used a fixed location for materials in which each item was assigned to a certain location set aside for a subject. 2. It is a practical system. The fact that it has survived many storms in the past hundred years and is still the most widely used classification scheme in the world today attests to its practical value. 3. The pure notation of arabic numerals is universally recognizable. People from any cultural or language background can adapt to the system easily. 4. The use of the decimal system enable infinite expansion and sub-division. And it has adaptability for use in libraries of various size and kinds because of its hierarchically expressive notation which permits varying degrees of inclusiveness and exclusiveness within its decimal structure. 5. The notation is simple and easily understood. The self-evident numerical sequence facilitates filing and shelving. And the mnemonic nature of the notation helps the readers to memorize and recognize the class numbers. 6. The relative index brings together different aspects of the same subject scattered in different disciplines. 7. We can avail of DDC numbers for specific titles easily because of its use by many central bibliographic services. 8. It is being continuously revised by a permanent office established in the library of congress in 1933. This office has been responsible for editing all editions of the DDC since the 16th (1958). And the periodic revision at regular intervals ensures the currentness of the scheme. 9. It has adaptability both for conventional (manual) shelf or classed catalogue analysis and also, through its meaningful nation, for retrieval through mechanization and computerized systems.

This study analyzes the characteristics of each element of neo-deconstructivist fashion design and examines fashion expression methods and techniques. This study combines theoretical research and case analysis to analyze the aesthetic characteristics of neo-deconstructivist fashion and the expressive characteristics of neo-deconstructivist fashion. Through analysis of previous research, the aesthetic characteristics of neo-deconstructivism were derived as inclusiveness, playfulness, communication, and intertextuality. Inclusivity in fashion refers to including various people, body types, aesthetics, and cultural backgrounds in the scope of design, and does not limit the scope of clothing design based on individual differences such as body type or gender. Playfulness is a neo-deconstructive fashion brand that combines exaggerated makeup, vibrant colors, intriguing designs, and imaginative fashion shows to spread upbeat and playful ideas. Communication in neo-deconstructivist fashion demonstrates communication through the use of creative themes and items that reflect consumers' needs through design and the consumer's fashion presentation method. Through the mutual quotation of aspects like traits, status, T.P.O., and materials that can reveal opposing texts, intertextuality emerged as a tendency to break up binary oppositions or break away from genres. The expressive qualities of neo-deconstructivist fashion design were examined and applied to the creation of innovative fashion design through examination of the case's silhouette, color, and material. Six sets of women's clothing were designed and produced. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the development of neo-deconstructivist fashion design, and are expected to provide a wide range of inspiration for fashion design ideas.

지역사회 기반 생태관광(CBE)은 적절히 설계된다면 사회 경제적 복지를 증진하고 생태 자원을 유지하기 위한 실질적인 방법이 될 수 있다. 이는 특히 개발도상국의 성장과 발전 측면에서 주목할 만하다. 본 연구는 아프리카 가나의 Boabeng-Fiema 원숭이 보호구역 사례를 통해, 전통적인 지역사회 기반 관리 시스템을 지역사회 참여, 공정성, 포괄성 및 다양한 이해관계자들의 파트너쉽 관점에서 평가한다. 본 연구의 분석을 위해서는 심층인터뷰와 질적 자료를 담고 있는 선행연구 분석 기법이 사용되었다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 다수의 인터뷰 대상자가 전통적인 지역사회 기반 시스템이 성공적이라 평가할 수 있다. 그 이유에 대해서 인터뷰 대상자들은 규범, 문화 및 종교적 관습들을 꼽았다. 또한, CBE를 통해 얻은 생계 수단의 증가는 지역 사회의 수용과 참여를 높였다. 하지만 보호구역은 인구 증가 등의 성공을 낳으면서도 동시에, 토지 부족 등의 문제들 또한 낳은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 홈스테이(homestay) 도입, 공예 산업 개발 등을 통해 생계 수단 다양화를 대안으로 제시한다.
