단일클론항체 AP64 IgM은 인간의 급성 비임파성 골수암(ANLL) 세포주 HL60에 결합하며 쥐의 ANLL 세포에도 교차결합(cross-react)한다. 또한 complement에 의해 매개되어지면 골수암 억제효과를 나타낸다. 본 연구에서는 RT-PCR에 의해 AP64 IgM을 분비하는 하이브리도마의 $V_H$ 및 $V_L$ cDNA로부터 유래된 재조합 single-chain variable domain fragment (ScFv)를 제조하였다. $V_H$ 및 $V_L$은 15개 아미노산으로 구성된 linker $(G_4S)_3$으로 연결되었다. 재조합 ScFv는 Escherichia coli BMH 71-18에서 single polypeptide chain으로 발현되었다. Periplasmic extract를 $Ni^+$-NTA-agarose affinity column에 가하여 발현된 재조합 ScFv를 정제하였으며 westernblot으로 정제된 단백질을 탐지하였다. 정제된 재조합 ScFv는 AP64 IgM 모항체가 탐지하는 항원과 같은 HL60 세포의 표면항원(약 30 kDa)을 인지하였다. 그러나 HL60의 표면항원에 대한 ScFv의 결합력은 AP64 IgM 모항체보다 낮아서 추후 이에 대한 개선이 필요하다. 종합하여 볼 때 HL60 세포주에 특이적인 재조합 ScFv는 진단 또는 치료목적으로 유용한 생물학적 제재가 될 수 있을 것이다.

Over the past few decades, globalization has been shifting economic power upward to transnational actors on the one hand, and downward to subnational or regional spaces on the other. This phenomenon has resulted in the centrality of territorially delimited subnational regions acting as critical loci of economic governance within a complex and globally distributed value chain of trade and service flows. Within this broader context of industrial restructuring are economic regions that span national borders in their collective assets. The paper focuses on investigating the economic competitiveness and productivity of cross-border (or binational) economic regions. Using the conceptual framework of economic clusters, an econometric model that measures proxies of geographic proximity of firms in the life sciences cluster, and a new binational economic model, the paper examines the key characteristics, potentials and constraints of economic competitiveness and productivity in a cross-border region comprising counties in Western New York and regional municipalities in Southern Ontario. The findings demonstrate the direct and indirect benefits of closer cross-border economic cooperation. The paper then concludes with some policy observations about leveraging cross-border economic clusters for strategic industrial cooperation.

The photopolymerization of methyl methacrylate(MMA) with phenylsilane wasperformed. The molecular weights of the poly(MMA) containing SiH moieties were increased with augment of molar ratio of PhSiH3 over MMA by cross-linking via hydrosilation at the expense of isolated yield. Phenylsilane apparently influenced on the photopolymerization as a chain transfer agent and solvent.

While many previous studies investigated the effect of operations performance on financial performance, most studies considered only a few performance indicators and ignored the characteristics of industries. Therefore, this study intends to analyze the effect of operations performance on financial performance, by selecting a rather comprehensive operations performance indicators from firms' financial data. In doing so, we used operating efficiency and supply chain performance indicators for operations performance and a firm's profitability and future value indicators for financial performance. For the analysis, we collected 544 firms' operations and financial performance data belonging to eight key industries from the 'Forbes Global 2000'. We first analysed the differences in operations and financial performance among high, medium and low supply chain performance groups based on the quantitative criteria of Gartner's 'Supply Chain Top 25' ranking procedure. Then we analysed the effect of operations performance indicators on financial performance for both entire industry and individual industries, using multiple regression. Based on the results, we provided practical insights into key operations performance indicators to focus on and manage in order to improve financial performance.

본 연구에서는 가교막을 poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)(PPO)에 브롬화반응을 통해 제조한 Br-PPO를 주사슬로 성공적으로 제조하였고, 키토산과 4차암모늄이 포함된 키토산을 가교제로 사용하였다. 제조된 가교막은 트리메틸아민 용액에 함침하여 후처리를 진행하였다. 그리고 가교도는 가교제 비율을 이용하여 조절하였다. 이렇게 제조된 A-PPO + chitosan 가교막과 A-PPO + QA-chitosan 가교막의 이온교환막으로써의 가능성을 여러 특성평가로 확인하였다. Chitosan을 사용한 가교막보다 QA-chitosan을 사용한 가교막이 가교가 더 잘 이루어졌으며, QA-chitosan의 함량이 증가할수록 이온교환용량이 1.18 meq/g에서 1.53 meq/g까지 증가하는 경향, 함수율이 21.6%에서 42.2%까지 증가하는 경향을 나타내었다.

We present a mathematical method for calculation of transmission zero locations, determining a filtering characteristics of two-port systems. By adjusting element values based on the zero locations, the frequency-selectivity is characterized. The characteristic polynomial of ladder networks in externally-loaded feed-forward systems is considered by adopting chain matrices for subsystems. This method can be extended to other types of lumped systems with cross-coupled sections. We find out the zeros by solving characteristics polynomials of closed-form expressions in terms of Laplace impedances of elements. The pairs of complex zeros are shown to be solely from the cross-coupled portion of the system.

As the global epidemic continues to worsen, the pressure on the supply chain is also increasing. In this context, Internet shopping has ushered in new development opportunities. Under the influence of globalization, the development of cross-border e-commerce (CB-EC) is particularly remarkable. As China is a big manufacturing country, the growth of CB-EC is a significant opportunity for Chinese goods to enter the international market. Therefore, this paper comprehensively analyzes the current situation of the integrated development of China's manufacturing industry and CB-EC from four aspects: the operation mode, development mode, policy environment, and development prospect of CB-EC in China's manufacturing sector. This paper constructs an evaluation system including 19 secondary indicators to rank the CB-EC development environment of 30 provinces in China that have established comprehensive pilot zones of CB-EC.

Hydroforming is a forming technology in which a steel tube is set in a die and formed to fit a specified shape by applying hydraulic pressure from inside the tube while also applying force in the tube axial direction (axial feed). In present study, the entire design process chain for an automotive cross-member was simulated and developed using hydroforming technology on high-strength steel. The part design stage required a feasibility study. The process was designed using computer-aided design techniques to confirm the actual hydroformability of the part in detail. The possibility of using hydroformable cross-member parts was examined using cross-sectional analyses, which were essential to ensure the formability of the tube material for each forming step, including pre-bending and hydroforming. The die design stage included all the components of a prototyping tool. Press interference was investigated in terms of geometry and thinning.

기존 상호인증 모델이 이론적인 모델로써 보다 구체적인 실제 상호인증에 필요한 많은 부분들이 정의되지 않거나 구체적으로 표준을 어떻게 사용하여야 하는지에 대하여 명확히 설명하지 못하여 이를 해결하기 위해서 상호인증, 인증서를 통한 국제상호인증 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 이를 위해서 인증기관 간 필요한 인증서 프로파일을 제안하고, 이를 보관할 디렉토리 서버에 필요한 스키마를 설계하고, 인증기관이 다른 기관에서 제공하는 저장매체에 손쉽게 접근하도록 하기 위해 PKCS＃11을 통한 표준 방식을 제안하여 확장성과 편리성을 제공하고자 한다. 또한 서로 다른 응용 애플리케이션에서 상호인증서 사용 시 CRL을 통한 인증서 검증을 위한 인증서 경로 획득에 대한 방법을 제안하고자 한다.

연관분석에 의한 연관규칙은 상품 간 연관성을 나타내고 있으며, 교차판매와 상품진열 등의 마케팅 전략에 활용되고 있다. 그러나, 교차판매 효과를 반영하는 더 실질적인 상품가치를 평가한다면, 상품구색과 이윤극대화 등의 기업 의사결정에 더 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 단일상품 간의 연관망과 상품군 간의 연관망 기반에서 상품의 순수가치, 이득가치, 손실가치로 구성되는 유효가치를 바탕으로 상품의 가치를 평가하는 수학적 모형을 제시하고, 두 모형에 대해 각각 예시를 통한 평가과정을 기술하였다. 이 경우, 상품군은 단일상품을 포함하기 때문에 상품군 간 연관망 기반에서의 상품가치 평가모형은 단일상품 기반의 평가모형을 포함하고 있다. 모형의 실질적인 유용성을 보이기 위하여, 국내 한 온라인 쇼핑몰의 과거 1년 간 의류 관련 거래데이터 표본을 이용하여 상품분류군 간의 연관규칙을 발견하고 상품분류별 유효가치를 평가하는 실험을 하였다. 표본은 총 106개 상품분류와 48,044건의 거래 데이터로 이루어져 있다. 먼저, SPSS Clementine 12.0을 이용하여 상품분류군 간 18개의 연관규칙을 발견하였다. 한편, 순수가치와 연관규칙을 바탕으로 이득가치, 손실가치를 계산하고 유효가치를 평가하는 JAVA 어플리케이션을 구현하였다. 유효가치 평가의 실험결과, 순수가치보다 큰 유효가치를 갖는 상품분류가 있는 반면, 순수가치 보다 작은 유효가치를 갖는 상품분류를 확인하였다. 본 연구는 상품 연관망에서 일차적인 관계만을 고려한 유효가치를 평가하였다. 향후, 다단계 연관성의 교차판매 효과를 반영하는 고차적인 평가모형 연구는 보다 효과적인 유효가치 평가를 가능케할 것이다.
