기숙사와 자가의 주거환경 만족도에 따른 특목고의 기숙사 환경개선 요구도 및 학교생활 스트레스 (Need of Dormitory Environment Improvement and School-life Stress in the Special-purpose high school according to Residential Satisfaction in Dormitory and Housing)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence the need for improvements to dormitory environments and to study the stress from school-life according to residential satisfaction in dormitories and housing. For the purpose of this study, a survey was conducted including a questionnaire consisting of a residential satisfaction scale, a need of dormitory environment improvement scale, and a school-life stress scale. The subjects were 453 special purpose students in Daegu and Gyeongsangbuk-do who all live in a dormitory. Factor analysis, Cronbach' $\alpha$ and MANOVA were employed for data analysis, and Scheffe test was used for post-hoc analysis. First, the lower group the satisfaction of a physical residential environment in a dormitory, the more likely it is that the dormitory environment need improvement. The result of this study suggests that dormitory students are much more sensitive to conditions relating to physical residential satisfaction than to sociopsychological residential satisfaction. Also, the residents believe that change to these physical residential conditions facilitate an improvement to sociopsychological residential satisfaction. Moreover, when the satisfaction of a physical residential environment is lower group, more perceptive stress occurs from academic, health and personal factors while a lower satisfaction for the sociopsychological residential environment results in a more perceptive stress from the environment. The result of this study suggests that dormitory conditions indicate the necessity of improving the environment to adapt well to school-life, thus reducing stress. Also when simply providing a supplementary physical residential environment the sociopsychological residential environment should be considered, as this can cause conflicts between roommates. Second, the lower group the satisfaction for a physical residential environment in housing, the more likely it is that the dormitory environment need improvement. The result of this study suggests that for environments of inadequate housing there is a strong urge towards needing more independence and a better living environment. Third, when group feel there is a more substantial difference in the physical residential environment between dormitories and housing, it is more likely it is that the dormitory environment need to be improved. Also, when they feel there is more substantial difference in the sociopsychological residential environment between dormitories and housing, a more perceptive stress is detected from the environment. The result of this study suggests that dormitory students want to have the same level of conditions as those provided in housing. Also, dormitory students want to need more physical environment improvement than sociopsychological environment improvement.

중학생의 자기주도학습능력과 정서조절전략에 따른 학교생활만족도 (The School Life Satisfaction of Middle School Students according to Self-Directed Learning Capability and Emotion Regulation Strategy)

  • 본 연구는 중학생의 자기주도학습능력과 정서조절전략에 따른 학교생활만족도의 차이를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 중학생 499명으로 자기주도학습능력, 정서조절전략, 학교생활만족도 척도로 구성된 질문지를 조사도구로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 빈도 및 백분율, 각 측정도구의 타당도와 신뢰도를 파악하기 위해서 요인분석을 실시하고 Cronbach ${\alpha}$계수를 산출하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 연구문제를 분석하기 위해서 이원배치분산분석(Two Way ANOVA)을 실시하였으며, 상호작용 효과가 유의한 집단 간의 구체적인 차이를 알아보기 위해 일원배치분산분석(One Way ANOVA)과 $Scheff{\acute{e}}$의 사후검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 연구결과와 논의를 통해 얻은 요약 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중학생의 자기주도학습능력과 행동적 정서조절전략에 따른 학교생활만족도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중학생의 자기주도학습능력과 인지적 정서조절전략에 따른 학교생활만족도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 학생의 자기주도학습능력과 부정 회피적 정서조절전략에 따른 학교생활만족도는 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가정과 교육의 교과내용은 실천적 학문으로써 학습관리와 스트레스관리 등의 자기관리 영역을 포함하고 있으므로 이러한 본 연구의 결과를 자기관리 영역의 수업활동에 적용하고 활용한다면 청소년의 학교생활 만족도의 증진에 도움이 될 것이다.

고등학생의 자아존중감, 신체이미지 및 체형에 대한 외적 요인이 다이어트 실행에 미치는 영향 (Effect of self-esteem, body image and external factors of body type on dieting behavior of high school students)

  • 본 연구는 청소년들이 가지고 있는 다이어트에 대한 태도를 파악하고 올바른 다이어트를 실행하는데 도움을 주기 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 인구통계학적 특성과 체질량지수, 다이어트에 대한 관심도, 다이어트에 대한 인식도, 자아존중감, 신체이미지, 체형에 대한 부모, 친구, 대중매체 영향요인이 다이어트 실행에 미치는 영향력에 대하여 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 자료는 경북지역의 고등학생으로부터 설문지를 통해 수집되었으며, 최종 360부의 설문지가 최종분석자료로 이용되었다. 다이어트 실행집단과 비실행집단 간의 체질량지수, 다이어트에 대한 관심도, 다이어트에 대한 인식도, 자아존중감, 신체이미지, 체형에 대한 부모, 친구, 대중매체 영향요인을 비교해보면, 다이어트 실행집단은 비실행집단에 비해 체질량지수가 높고 다이어트에 대한 관심이 많으며 다이어트에 보다 긍정적으로 인식하고 있고 자아존중감과 신체이미지에 대한 만족도가 낮으며 체형에 대한 부모, 친구와 대중매체의 영향을 많이 받고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 로지스틱 회귀분석 결과, 체질량지수, 다이어트에 대한 인식도, 신체이미지, 체형에 대한 친구의 영향, 체형에 대한 대중매체의 영향이 다이어트 실행 여부에 유의한 것으로 나타났다.

가정교과에 적용한 거꾸로 수업이 중학생의 수업참여도, 자기주도학습능력 및 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 효과 (The Effects of Flipped Learning Applied to Home Economics Education on Academic Engagement, Self-Directed Learning Ability and Social Interaction of Middle School Students)

  • 본 연구는 거꾸로 수업이 중학생의 수업참여도, 자기주도학습능력, 사회적 상호작용에 미치는 효과가 어떠한지를 알아보는데 그 목적이 있다. 본연구의 대상은 중학교 3학년 129명으로 거꾸로 수업의 효과를 타당하게 검증하기 위해 129명의 중학생들을 2개의 집단으로 나우어 9주에 걸쳐 연구를 하였다. 하나의 집단은 강의식 수업으로 13차시를 수업하였고, 다른 집단은 거꾸로 수업을 적용하여 13차시를 수업하였다. 수업참여도, 자기주도학습능력, 사회적 상호작용 척도로 구성된 질문지를 조사도구로 사용하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석하기 위하여 빈도 및 백분율을 구하고, 신뢰도를 파악하기 위해서 요인분석을 실시하고 Cronbach's ${\alpha}$계수를 산출하였다. 본 연구의 구체적인 연구문제를 검증하기 위해 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 연구결과와 논의를 통해 얻은 요약 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 거꾸로 수업을 받은 학생들이 강의식 수업을 받은 학생들보다 수업참여도가 유의하게 더 많이 향상되는것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 거꾸로 수업을 받은 학생들이 강의식 수업을 받은 학생들보다 자기주도학습능력이 유의하게 더 많이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 거꾸로 수업을 받은 학생들이 강의식 수업을 받은 학생들보다 사회적 상호작용이 유의하게 더 많이 향상되는 것으로 나타났다. 가정교과는 실천교과로서 학습자가 배운 내용을 실제의 생활에 적용시켜 실천적 문제해결능력, 창의력, 대인관계능력, 의사소통능력 등의 실천적 태도를 신장시켜 주는 교과이므로 이러한 본 연구의 거꾸로 수업의 효과 검증 결과를 바탕으로 가정교과에 거꾸로 수업을 적용한다면 중학생의 수업참여도, 자기주도학습능력 및 사회적 상호작용의 증진에 도움이 될 것이다.

일부 대학병원 인턴, 레지던트의 직무환경 분석 (A Study on the Job Environment for Interns and Residents in University Hospital)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction level of interns and residents on training and job environment of two university hospitals in Pusan. The concept of subject's satisfaction was evaluated in general characteristics, socioeconomic status, working condition, human relationship, and job status and scored from 1 to 5. The newly developed questionnaire for this study(32 items) was revised and modified by the preliminary survey. The internal consistency of questionnaire was 0.73(Cronbach's alpha). The self-administered questionnaire was provided to 218 subjects and collected the answering from March 2 to March 25th, 1997, and statistical significances were tested by $x^2-test$, t-test and ANOVA. The satisfaction level between the residents group was significantly different, but satisfaction level of working condition, human relationship and job status showed no difference. The service division part showed highest(2.73) and the surgical division part showed lowest(2.57). The job satisfaction level between the subjects showed higher satisfaction level in working condition, socioeconomic status, and total satisfaction dimension, and intern group showed higher satisfaction level than resident group. Satisfaction level in human relationship dimension, resident group showed higher satisfaction level than intern group, but showed no statistically difference. To improve the working condition for residents, public welfare facilities was firstly suggested and the next was salary increase, overloaded work, respectively. For intern groups, overloaded work and waste work were firstly suggested and the next was public welfare facilities and salary increase, sequentially. The career gets longer, the satisfaction level on general characteristics of working condition, socioeconomic status, and total satisfaction level were increased. The subjects who have religion and higher socioeconomic status showed higher satisfaction level than the other group. The general satisfaction level of subjects in all dimensions showed lower aver age(3.0) and the overall satisfaction level showed below than average. Thus, in order to improvement of subject's working condition, higher quality of life is necessary rather than economic state. In future, these results might be considered to improve the working condition for interns and residents.

임상술기능력평가와 교과목간의 학업성취도 분석을 통한 소아치과학의 교육과정 평가 (Evaluating Course of Pediatric Dentistry on Correlation Analysis between Dental Students' Achievements of Subjects and OSCE)

  • 본 연구는 졸업시점의 치의학전문대학원생 79명을 대상으로 소아치과학 OSCE(Objective Structured Clinical Examination)성적과 이전까지 이수한 소아치과학 교과목들 성적간의 관계를 분석함으로써 소아치과학 교육과정 운영을 평가하고 발전적 시사를 도출하는 데에 목적이 있다. 소아치과학이론 교과목은 이전 이수과목인 임상전단계실습 성적(r = 0.449, p = 0.000), 이후 이수과목인 임상실습성적(r = 0.437, p = 0.000)과 상관관계가 있었다. 하지만 졸업시점의 OSCE성적은 단지 임상전단계실습 과목 성적(r = 0.302, p = 0.003)과 상관관계를 보였다. 이는 OSCE 신뢰도가 Cronbach's ${\alpha}0.733$을 고려하면 OSCE 자체 문제보다는 교육과정 상에 있어서 임상실습 교과목 운영에 문제가 있음을 추론할 수 있다. 치과대학병원에서 교수의 특진을 선호하고 학생들에 의한 진료를 기피하는 진료 현장에서 학생들에 대한 직접적인 지도와 피드백을 통해 임상역량을 강화하기 위해서는 학생 지도를 위한 교수 수 확보와 같은 교육여건이 마련되어야 한다. 또한 이론적 지식 및 술기교육이 임상진료 현장에서 잘 적용되고 심화되기 위해서는 교육과정에 대한 보다 구체적인 평가와 함께 임상실습 단계에 있어서도 기본적 술기에 대한 지속적인 교육과 평가가 점검되도록 하는 실질적 개선 방안이 모색되어야 한다.

초등학교 고학년 학생의 과학 탐구능력 측정을 위한 평가 도구 개발 (Development of a Test of Science Inquiry Skills for Elementary School Fifth and Sixth Graders)

  • 본 연구에서는 평가도구의 구비조건을 갖춘 초등학교 고학년 학생의 과학탐구능력을 측정할 수 있는 과학탐구 능력 평가도구를 개발하고자 하였다. 평가도구를 구성하는 문항은 R&D 방법에 의해 개발되었으며, 2차례에 걸친 과학교육 전문가의 점검과 2번의 현장 검증을 통해 문항을 수정 보완하였다. 각 평가 문항은 교과 내용에 대한 지식이 없어도 해결할 수 있는 범교과적인 문항으로 제작하여 과학탐구능력의 하위 요소들을 측정하고자 하였다. SAPA 교육과정과 제7차 과학과 교육과정에서 제시한 과학탐구과정 요소를 근간으로 관찰, 분류, 측정, 예상, 추리,문제인식, 변인통제,자료해석,결론도출,실험설계의 10가지 하위 요소들을 선정하고 각 요소에 대한 조작적 정의와 평가 목표를 설정하였다. 물질과 에너지, 생명과 환경, 지구와 순환의 3가지 내용 영역의 소재를 중심으로 총 30문항을 개발하였다. 개발된 문항을 과학교육 전문가에게 2회 의뢰하여 타당도, 객관도, 문항의 명료성을 점검 받았으며 2번의 현장 검증을 통해 신뢰도, 변별도, 난이도를 검증하였다. 그 결과 타당도 91.6%, 신뢰도 지수 Cronbach ${\alpha}$-값 0.79, 객관도 93.3%, 변별도 지수 0.30, 난이도 지수 66.1%로 나타났다. 위와 같은 값들은 평가도구가 갖추어야 할 구비조건의 허용 범위내에 있는 것으로 보아 본 연구에서 개발한 과학탐구능력 평가도구는 양호한 것으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서 개발한 과학탐구능력 평가도구는 초등학생들의 과학탐구능력 성취 수준의 진단, 과학과 교육과정과 교수 학습 자료 및 과학과 교수 학습 방법의 과학탐구능력 반영 수준을 평가하는 도구로도 이용될 수도 있을 것이다.

신증후군 환아 어머니의 삶의 질에 관한 예측모형 (A Prediction Model for the Quality of Life in Mothers of Children with Nephrotic Syndrom)

  • The purpose of the study was to develop and test the model for the quality of life in mothers of children with nephrotic syndrome. A hypothetical model was constructed on the basis of previous studies and a review of literature. The conceptual framework was built around ten constructs. Exogenous variables included in this model were mother's health, father's health, marital intimacy, mother's attitude on children, economic state, side effect of steroid, severity of illness and social support. Endogenous variables were mother's burden and quality of life. Empirical data for testing the hypothetical model were collected by using a self-report questionnaire from 152 mothers of children with nephrotic syndrom at the outpatient clinics and in the hospital. The data was collected from May, 1999 to August, 1999.Reliability of the seven instruments was tested with Cronbach's alpha which ranged from 0.71 - 0.92.For the data analysis, SPSS 8.0 WIN program and LISREL 8.20 WIN program were used for descriptive statistics and covariance structural analysis. The results of covariance structural analysis were as follow :1. The hypothetical model showed a good fit with the empirical data. [x2 = .56, df = 3, p = .90(p>.05 ), GFI = .99, AGFI = .99, RMSR = .005.] 2. For the parsimony of model, a modified model was constructed by deleting 1 variable and excluding 2 paths according to the criteria of statistical significance and meaning.3. The modified model also showed a good fit with the data[x2 = 2.83, df = 7, p = .90( p>.05 ), GFI = 1.00, AGFI = .97, RMSR = .011].The result of the testing of the hypothesis were as follows : 1. Mother's health(γ21 = .26, t = 4.16), father's health(γ22 = .19, t = 2.92), marital intimacy(γ23 = .26, t = 4.13) and social support(γ28 = .12, t = 2.03) had a significant direct effect on the quality of life.2. Mother's burden(β21 = -.20, t = -3.10) had a significant negative direct effect on the quality of life.3. Mother's attitude on children(γ14 = -.34, t = .-4.57), mother's health(γ11 = -.22, t = -2.96) and side effect of steroid (γ16 = -.23, t = .-2.69) had a significant direct negative effect on the burden. The result of this study showed that mother's health, marital intimacy, mother's burden, father's health, and social support had a significant direct effect on the quality of life. Mother's attitude on children, mother's health, and side effect of steroid had a significant direct effect on mother's burden. These six variables, mother's health, marital intimacy, father's health, social support, mother's attitude on children and side effect of steroid were identified as relatively important variables. The results of this study suggest, it needed to determine the nursing intervention will alleviate mother's burden and promote a greater quality of life in mothers of children with nephrotic syndrom.

중년기 여성의 우울과 자아정체감에 관한 연구 (Study on Depression and Ego Identity of Middle-aged Women)

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between depression and ego identity of middle-aged women and to identify the variables that show differences in the depression and ego identity of middle-aged women. The subjects in the study were 321 mothers of high school students whose age were 40-59 years old. The instruments for this study were Beck Depression Inventory(BDI) developed Beck(1978) and translated by Lee(1981) and Ego identity Scale developed Suh(1975) and modified by Nam(1975). The reliability values of BDI range from 0.83 to 0.87 and Ego identity range from 0.81 to 0.85 using Cronbach alpha. The data were analysed by using the SAS program and included Frequency, percentage Pearson Correlation MANOVA, t-test, ANOVA. The conclusion obtained from this study were as follows ; 1) There was a negative correlation(r=-0.21, p=0.0002) between depression and ego identity of middle-aged women. Thus the lower depression the higher ego identity for middle-aged women. 2) According to the analysis of interacting effects of depression and ego identity, there were significant differences in the household income(F=0.38, p=0.0035), level of education (F=6.50, p=0.0001), satisfaction of marriage(F=10.45, p=0.0001), family pattern (F=6.18, p=0.0001), menopausal status(F=7.23, p=0.0001), present disease(F=4.85, p=0.0110) and health status(F=9.00, p=0.0001). 3) There were significant differences on the level of education(F=12.98, p=0.0001) household income(F=5.78, p=0.0007), support of spouse(F=8.58, p=0.0002), satisfaction of marriage(F=20.08, p=0.0001), menopausal status(F=11.32, p=0.0001), present disease(t=2.76, p=0.0062) and health status(F=17.23, p=0.0001) of the depression of middle-aged women. 4) There were significant differences on the patterns of household(t=-2.64, p=0.0086), support spouse(F=3.58, p=0.0291), satisfaction of marriage(F=3.90, p=0.0212), menopausal status(F=4.59, p=0.0108) and disease(t=2.11, p=0.0359) of the ego identity of middle-aged women. On the basis of the above findings the following recommendations are made ; 1) According to results of this study, middle-aged women's depression is correlated with ego identity. Thus when the nurse plans the preventive strategy of middle-aged women's depression, the nurse must be considered with level of ego identity. 2) To study for middle-aged women in depth, further research is need to study regard to middle-aged men and their children.

일 지역 재가노인의 일상생활수행능력과 자가간호역량 간의 관계 (The Correlation Between Ability of Activity in Daily living and Self-care Agency Among Elderly in Chunchon Province)

  • The ratio of the elderly population is rapidly growing due to socio-economic development and better medical services. As the average life-span of the Korean elderly becomes longer, the proportion of the elderly is increasing. Therefore, the elderly need to sustain a high quality of life. However, all these factors, such as sensory loss, decreased endurance, mobility limitation, and a loss of independence, act to diminish the quality of life among the elderly. It is necessary for elders to adapt themselves to aging, to maintain their physical functions and especially, it is important to keep their independence in activity of daily living and self care. Therefore, this study was designed to identify the degree of activity in daily living and exercise of a self-care agency and to investigate the relationship between activity of daily living and self-care agency. Also, this research aimed to contribute to nursing interventions that maintain and promote quality of life of the elderly and to enable themselves to live independently. The subject of this study were 160 elders, over age 65, who were sampled in C city. Data were collected by observation and questionnaires from May,1999 to December, 1999. The measurement tools were Barthel Index(1979), Lawton & Brody(1969) for activity of daily living and Kearney & Fleischer(1979) for self-care agency. Data were analyzed by SAS PC+ package and included descriptive analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's alpha. The conclusions of this study are summarized as follows; 1. The mean of ADL and IADL was 96.09 and 16.38, respectively. The score described activity of daily living among the elders in C province as moderate. Particularly, in the items of IADL, the item of medication was the highest score. 2. The mean for exercise of self-care agency was 76.48, a moderate degree. 3. The degree of ADL and IADL according to demographic characteristics was significantly different statistically in pocket money, the presence of disease, perceived health status and in occupation, pocket money, family type, the presence of disease, and perceived health status, respectively. 4. The dagree of selt-care agency according to demographic characteristics was significantly different statistically in gender, education level, economic status, and pocket money. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between activity in daily living and self-care agency. Based on these results, further research is suggested to discover the variables influencing the activity of daily living and self-care agency to develop nursing strategies for improving self-care and activity of daily living among the elderly.
